제17회대한민국패키지디자인대전에서는 일반부문 대상으로 전자부문에 출품한 D&C의 팅크웨어 아이나비 K7이 선정되었다. 금번 2008년 대한민국패키지디자인대전에서는 외관을 구성하는 형상, 모양 및 색채 등의 요소가 종합적으로 아름답게 구성되고 독창성이 있으며 판매를 촉진 할 수 있는 작품을 중심으로 평가가 이뤄졌으며 특히 상품 목적에 적합한 기능, 사용상의 편리성 및 유지 관리의 용이성 등을 충분히 갖추고 있는 작품을 높게 평가했다. D&C 임성철 국장에게 수상소감 및 아이나비 K7 디자인에 대한 설명을 들어보았다.

日本の儒學における睡隱姜抗 の足跡 : 藤原惺窩와의 交流를 中心으로 藤源惺窩との交流を中心として

日本에도 古代부터 外國思想이 輸入되어 4世記頃에는 儒敎가 들어가서 儒敎를 統一國家의 政治理想으로, 佛敎를 人間의 內面的 精神問題의 解決로 받아드렸다. 이러한 外國思想이 日本人의 精神生活을 支配하게 된것이 佛敎는 鎌倉時代, 儒敎는 江戶時代에 들어서이다. 特히 豊臣秀吉의 任辰. 丁酉亂後, 德川家康이 覇者가 되면서부터 自身이 내서운 支配體制의 根據를 儒敎에 두고 대대적으로 儒敎를 장려했다. 儒敎는 德川幕藩體制의 正當性을 理由로하여 儒敎倫理에 의한 日本의 統一을 企圖했다. 또한 德川支配體制의 精神的支柱로서 朱子學을 택하고 이르 官學으로 삼았다. 이와같이日本에 있어서 朱子學을 開拓한 사람이 所謂 「京學」의 始祖라고 불리우며 佛敎에서 還俗한 藤原?窩이다. 그러나 ?窩이 「四書新註」의 公表로 日本의 巨儒가된것은 바로 姜?의 도움에서 비롯된것이다. 姜沈은 丁酉倭亂때 日本軍에 捕虜가 되어 京都에 머무는 동안 ?窩와 交遊하면서 그에게 儒學의 講義와 學問精神의 討究로 直接 援助해 주었던 것이다. 本稿는 捕虜姜沈과 藤原?窩의 交流를 中心으로 日本에 있어서의 朱子學普及과 文敎復興을 이룩하는데 多大한 功獻을 한 姜沈의 事積에 對하여 論考해 보았다.

헤라클레이토스의 비유에 나타난수학적 비례의 의미로서의 로고스 개념에 대한 소고

Zur Beobachtung des Logos-Begriffsals die mathematische Proportion im Gleichnis Heraklits 문】이 소 논문은 헤라클레이토스의 단편에 담긴 Logos에 관한 비유들이 아주 엄밀한 관점에서 ‘비례’라는 의미로 이해되며, 또한 그 비유들은 ‘수학적 유추’라는 의미로 해석될 수 있다는 사실을 확인하고자 하는 데에 그 목적을 둔다. 동시에 우리는 헤라클레이토스의 Logos 개념에 관한 이러한 이해를 통해서 유추적인 의미에서의 Logos 개념이 대립적이자 반대적인 것들을 통일적으로 이해하도록 만드는 과학적 사고의 희랍적 출발점을 이루고 있다는 사실을 발견하게 된다. 헤라클레이토스는 ‘변화하는’ 것에서 일정한 법칙성을 인정하고 있으며, 특히 ‘대립적인’ 것들 가운데 일종의 상호 관계가 성립한다는 사실을 토대로 단일성, 달리 표현한다면 통일성을 강조한다. 헤라클레이토스가 이율배반적인 것들을 아주 근본적으로 고찰하고 있으며 자신의 Logos 개념을 통해 그러한 것들을 극복하고자 노력을 했다는 사실을 우리는 분명히 알 수 있다.

아리스토파네스의 『여인들의 민회』 571-710에 나타난 프락사고라의 정치 프로그램에 대한 의미 고찰

The Assemblywomen’s lines 571-710, which represented Praxagora’s political program, indicate the framework typical of old plays in the formation of works. Aristophanes wished to show in these lines that there would be no utopian community where every individual is equally happy and domination has not been existed in social order. It is because human beings as deprivation are inherently selfish. Praxagora’s political vision is based on the idealistic ones which have existed before Aristophanes. They were rooted in mythological and mythical traditions before him, and his statements have both positive and negative aspects. Aristophanes wanted to tell the audience that the abolition of private property and marriage cannot lead to human happiness. Aristophanes’ basic intention in this play is two-fold: it is intended to give a criticism against the ‘superficial perfectionism of human being’; its goal is to write comedy play about this self-evident fact. This work turned out, therefore, to be a political poetry and it entails its anthropological, political, psychological, and social economic backgrounds. Praxagora’s claim in the Assemblywomen can be identified with a ‘political cabaret’ in the form of art. Aristophanes who was a political comedy writer in Greek seems to be regarded as only a historical figure. But it is the author’s intention that his political play has still the same effect on the ways to interpret our current political situation which becomes getting worse than Greek times.

MDL-12330A is a widely used adenylyl cyclase (AC) inhibitor that blocks AC/cAMP signaling. In this study, we demonstrated a novel antitumor activity of this drug in gastric carcinoma (GC) cell lines. In these GC cells, MDL-12330A reduced cell viability and induced cell death in a concentration-dependent manner. At a moderate concentration (~20 μM), MDL-12330A mainly induced apoptotic death whereas at concentrations greater than 20 μM, it increased non-apoptotic cell death. The induction of apoptosis was at least partially regulated by CHOP-mediated DR5 upregulation, as detected by immunoblotting and gene interference assays. More importantly, low concentrations of MDL-12330A effectively enhanced recombinant human tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (rhTRAIL)- induced apoptosis and clonogenicity in these gastric cancer cells. This study demonstrates a possible role of MDL-12330A as a potential sensitizer to TRAIL, and suggests a novel therapeutic strategy targeting gastric cancer cells.
