A total of 38 bacterial strains within the classes Bacilli and Deinococci were isolated from various sources in Korea. Samples were collected from animal intestine, urine, soil, tidal flat mud, and kimchi. In the sequence comparison and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA sequences, the 38 isolates were assigned to the classes Bacilli and Deinococci with sequence similarities more than 98.7%. Twenty-four strains and 13 strains were classified the order Bacillales and Lactobacillales in the class Bacilli, respectively. In the order Bacillales, there were nine species in the genus Bacillus, seven species in the genus Paenibacillus, and the remaining eight species in the genera Domibacillus, Halobacillus, Virgibacillus, Lysinibacillus, Paenisporosarcina, Planococcus, Savagea, and Staphylococcus. In the order Lactobacillales, there were four species in the genus Lactobacillus, three species in the genus Leuconostoc, three species in the genus Lactococcus, and the remaining three species in the genera Aerococcus, Enterococcus, and Streptococcus. One species was related to the genus Deinococcus of the order Deinococcales. Most of the isolated strains were Gram-stain-positive, but some were Gram-stain-variable or Gram-stain-negative. Cells were rod or cocci-shaped. Based on the results of 16S rRNA analysis, we report 38 strains as previously unrecorded species to Korea, and the basic characteristics of strains are described herein.
학습자 중심 루브릭을 적용한 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호학생의 학습동기와 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of student-generated rubrics on learning motivation and academic achievement in simulation education. Methods: Student-generated rubrics was developed through the negotiation process between teacher and students, content validity has been verified. The participants were 122 undergraduate nursing students recruited from the one university in G city. The participants were given the simulation education for 15 weeks from 2011 to 2012. Experimental group were presented to student-generated rubrics before course starting was not presented to the control group. The data were analyzed by t-test with SPSS win 18.0 program. Results: Student-generated rubrics presented simulation education was to improve learning motivation and academic achievement. Conclusion: Student-generated rubrics with high reliability and validity in a number of areas to be developed and there is a need to be refined and ensure objectification of simulation education.

This study attempts to reveal the relational characteristics of the character education and democratic citizenship education policies in developing the two education policies. To this end, first, it describes the process of each education policy development. Then, it drives the result of the relational characteristics seen by the mutual influence between the two educational policies in the process of politicization. Public documents produced by the Ministry of Education and the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education were used as the primary data. The data produced by other educational institutions, articles, and national assembly records were used as supplement data. Based on these data, the relational characteristics of the two education policies were named 'existing separately,' 'competition,' and 'overlap.' Throughout the relationship changes between the two education policies, it reveals that there is social and political power surrounding education policy and that this power conflict gives the dynamics in education policy. 본 연구는 인성교육과 민주시민교육 정책이 전개되는 과정에서 두 교육 정책이 빚어내는 관계적 특성을 드러내고자 하였다. 이를 위해 두 교육 정책의 전개 과정을 살펴보고, 정책 전개 과정에서 두 교육 정책이 서로 영향을 주고받으며 보이는 관계적 특성을 도출하였다. 주요한 분석 자료로는 교육부와 서울특별시교육청이 생산한 공문서를 사용하였고 타 교육 기관이 생산한 자료, 기사, 국회회의록 등을 보완적으로 사용하였다. 분석 자료를 토대로 인성교육과 민주시민교육 정책의 관계적인 특성을 ‘별존’, ‘경쟁’, ‘중첩’으로 명명하였다. 본 연구에서는 인성교육과 민주시민교육 정책의 관계 변화를 통해 교육 정책을 둘러싼 정치·사회적인 힘이 존재하며, 이 힘의 충돌이 교육 정책 간 관계와 전개에 역동을 부여한다는 사실을 드러내었다.

In the operating the various kinds of boilers used today, we faced many troubles. So auther has observed these foundamental problems and found out the reasonable ways how to solve for them by standing at home and outside of the country. Auther has descrived about the adequate-type of combustor for efficient heating Process, the feed water system which gives the great influence to heat transfer and generating steam and also how to get rid of the slag,ahs,soot and dust which are produced in the conbustion system. In order to increase the thermale fficiency of the boiler and to clear the slag, ash, soot and dust, it is used the better qualty and less-ashed fuel in the well-designed combuster which introduce the over-all heat and prevent the high temperature gases from leakage through the surface of the furnace. Especially, it is important to get rid of the soot thoroully from the furnace, because it gives the thermodynamic loss of the plant;that is,over-stress mecha-nically and cracking etc., by over-heating. In addition, in order to prevent the troubles mentioned obove, first of all, the materials used for constructing the boilers must be tested in the standard method, and next, operator should be trained for safty operation of the boiler, can be managed easily for accedent of unnormal explosion and takes care for public healthy caused by boiler operating.
팀학습을 활용한 간호시뮬레이션 교육에서 간호학생의 팀역량과 팀성과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand how team performance was related to team efficacy, interpersonal understanding, positiveness in problem solving, and class satisfaction, after applying simulation education using team based learning. Methods: Study objects were the students in C college who learn through simulation using team based learning for 4 weeks(March 2012 to June 2012). Team efficacy, interpersonal understanding, and positiveness in problem solving were developed by Kwon (2010). Class Satisfaction was developed by Kim (1998) and team performance was designed by professors. SPSS/WIN 21.0 was used for descriptive analysis, pearson correlation. Results: In this study, team performance score was related to interpersonal understanding (score=3.84, r=.620, p<.001), team efficacy(score=3.73, r=.510, p<.001), positiveness in problem solving(score=3.56, r=.468, p=.001), and class satisfaction(score=3.55, r=.448, p=.002), respectively. Conclusion: There findings indicate that there is a need to increase team efficacy,interpersonal understanding, positiveness in problem solving and class satisfaction to improve team performance of nursing students
