철갑소이탄에 의한 전투시스템 내 적재포탄의 순간화재에 관한 전산해석

본 연구에서는 철갑소이탄이 장갑을 관통한 후 전투시스템 내의 적재포탄(고폭탄 또는 추진제)에 피탄되었을 때 순간화재 발생확률에 대해 전산해석을 수행하였다. 장갑은 RHA 재질로 설정하였고, 장갑 두께를 5~30 mm까지 5 mm씩 증가시키며 전산해석을 실시하였다. 고폭탄은 COMPB, TNT, PBX가 사용되었으며 추진제는 ANB가 사용되었다. 본 해석은 Autodyn 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 순간화재 발생 여부를 해석하기 위해 Lee-Tarver ignition and growth model을 사용하였다. 해석 결과, 철갑소이탄이 고폭탄 TNT와 PBX에 피탄되었을 때, 순간화재 발생확률이 모두 100%를 나타내었으며, 고폭탄 COMPB의 경우, 0.8~0.08%로 나타났다. 추진제 ANB의 순간화재 발생확률은 3.8~3.6%로 나타났다.

The EIT(Electrical Impedance Tomography) system is one of the methods for tomography technologies. The EIT measurement is less expensive than other methods because the system is relatively simple and easy to construct compared to other methods. In this study, the real voltage values were compared to theoretical values. The rmse(root mean square error) of measured data was 2.99%. So that, this EIT system circuit was a accuracy circuit for a reconstruction algorithm.

In the conventionally formed thin films, it is difficult to solve many of the problems created by the columnar structure. The IAD (Ion Assisted Deposition) is a technique for improving the properties of thin films by ion bombardment. The objective of this study is to analyze the properties of thin films prepared by the IAD method. The ion beam energy extracted from the Kaufman type ion source can vary from 100 to 3000 eV. To minimize the deterioration of film by sputtering, it was maintained below 500 eV. In this experiment, the SiO₂is deposited by the resistance evaporator on the glass or silicon wafer substrate. To investigate the properties of thin films, various test methods such as scotch tape test, pull-off test (for adhesive test), 3% NaCl test (for corrosive test), XRD test (for the understanding of crystal structures) and RBS test (for the examination of density) have been carried out. From the results of these tests, it is found that the film made by IAD method is superior to one by conventional method.

A 28-year-old primigravida at 33 weeks gestation was referred to our hospital because of aggravation of seizures which occurred intermittently for the past 2 years. A brain magnetic resonance imaging scan taken at 33 weeks gestation showed a large brain tumor (7 × 5 × 4 cm) in the left high frontal lobe. She had a cesarean section under general anesthesia at 38 weeks and 1 day gestation. General anesthesia was induced with thiopental 250 mg, succinyleholine 75 mg and lidocaine 60 mg after a vecuronium 0.8 mg intravenous injection. The hyperventilation and mannitol used to reduce increased intracranial pressure (ICP) in this patient may be harmful and detrimental to the fetus before delivery. Achieving both ICP control and fetal well being at the same time during a cesarean section can be challenging to anesthesiologists. We report the anesthetic management of a cesarean section in a patient with a large brain tumor. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2002; 43: 515~519)

CO₂레이저의 첨두출력을 높이기 위해 회전반사체를 이용한 Q-스위칭을 행하였다. 레이저는 내경 13mm, 길이 1m인 방전관과 1.6m 길이의 공진기로 구성하였다. 전압력 6 torr, CO₂: N0₂: He=2:3:8의 조건에서 15KV, 10mA의 방전입력으로 1.3W의 출력을 얻었다. 전반사경을 200rps로 회전시켰을 때, 필스폭 200nsec 첨두출력 0.55kw의 펄스를 얻었다. 이때 발진 파장은 10.6㎛대의 P(18)에 해당되었고, 첨두치는 연속출력에 비해 420배 증가되었다. To increase the peak power of CO₂Q-Switching by the rotating reflector was Performed. The laser was constructed with ID 13mm, 1m length discharge tube and 1.6mm long resonator cavity. At the condition of total pressure 6 torr, CO₂: N0₂: He=2:3:8 and 15KV, 10mA electric input, the output power was 1.3W. By rotating the total reflector at the speed of 200rps, peak power of 0.55KW and pulse width of 200nsec(FWHM) was observed. The peak power increase was 420 times that of CW case.

Biliary ascariasis results not only in biliary tract disease, but also in secondary stone formation, hemorrhage into biliaty tract, acute cholecystitis, biliary perforation, invasion to pancreatic duct, pancreatitis, he%atitis, and liver abscess. In recent, we experienced a case of biliary ascariasis with concomitant biliary stones, which was identified by ultrasonogram percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography, and computed tomography, thereby reporting it herein with a review of literatures.
만성 간질환에 대한 DDB(Biphenyl Dimethyl Dicaboxylate)의 임상적 효과

To investigate the effects of short-term administration of DDB(Biphenyl Dimethyl Dicarboxylate) for decreasing elevated serum aminotransferase levels in chronic liver diseases, authors applied 3 capsules of DDB per day at each meal time for 35 patients and compared with 35 patients treated with other conservative management. The following results were obtained. 1. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels significantly decreased from 247.1± 180.0 IU/L of pretreatment level to 96.6±126.0 IU/L, 61.1±62.7 IU/L and 38.0±26.8 IU/L after 1, 3 and 6 months of treatment(p<0.05) and effective rates were observed in 60.0%, 71.4% and 88.6% of patients after 1, 3 and 6 months of treatment. 2. Serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels decreased also significantly from 167.8±96.9 IU/L of pretreatment levels to 124.4±155.0 IU/L, 77.9±49.6 IU/L, 60.6± 46.9 IU/L after 1, 3 and 6 months of treatment(p<0.05), but decreasing pattern of serum AST was less significant than that of serum ALT. 3. No significant difference were observed in the serum ALT and AST changes according to the cause and duration of hepatitis. 4. No significant adverse effects were observed in whole patients treated with DDB. It is suggested that small dose administration of DDB is effective for decreasing serum aminotrans ferase levels in chronic liver disease in which other conservative management was not effective.

Colchicine is an alkaloid that has been used for treating acute gouty arthritis, psoriasis, scleroderma and Behcet's syndrome. Colchicine decreased liver fibrosis in rats with carbon tetrachloride induced cirrhosis and in patients with many liver diseases. Therapeutic oral doses of colchicine may cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea. The adverse effect of colchicine associated with the dose is bone marrow suppression, and especially neutopenia. Neutropenia has often been reported in patients have taken an overdose of colchicine. We describe a 64-year-old female liver cirrhosis patient with neutropenia that was induced by a therapeutic dose of colchicine.
