        간호실무에서 신봉이론(Espoused theories)에 대한 탐색적 연구

        As a nursing practice involves nurses' actions in a specific context of health care, this study has focused on exploring the espoused theories in nursing practice within the action science perspectives, Espoused theories are the belief, principles, and rationale expressed by the practitioner as guiding her/his actions in a situation of practice. The data were analysed qualitatively and 25 elements of espoused theories of nursing action were identified and clustered into 6 categories. The 25 elements of espoused theories are as follows: The clinical nurse worked in wholistic and individual nursing, focussed on the patient's needed, comfort and supportive nursing (5 theories of nursing goal) ; excellent skills, knowledge based, assessment and data collection, explaining, educating or a scientific basis(6 theories of nursing intervention): advocacy, value oriented, treatment, account- ability and commitment(4 theories of nursing ethics) ; human respect. partnership, trust(3 theories of patient-nurse relationship) : knowledgable, accumulated clinical experiences and personally lived experiences. positive perspectives(4 theories of nurse), role of intervention. rewarding peer relationship(3 theories of situations) The above mentioned espoused theories are similar to that of nursing textbooks which students learned through basic nursing education and almost the same as the Acts ofa Nurse in Korean. However, we are doubtful whether nurses actually do as they think. Therefore. it is recommended to review the theories-in-use in order to and any discrepancies between the espoused theories and the reality of nursing actions

        Development of a Chest‑Belt‑Type Biosignal‑Monitoring Wearable Platform System

        The purpose of this study was to develop a wearable platform system that can detect and acquire a soldier’s biosignals (i.e., heart activity signal, respiration rate, etc.) in a nonrestrained, unconscious manner. These detected biosignals are transmitted to a processing device to analyze and monitor the soldier’s physical status. To achieve this, textile-based heart activity electrodes and a strain gauge sensor for the respiration signal measurement were developed, and their performances in detecting each signal were verifed. These sensors were embedded in a chest belt to design a wearable platform that can simultaneously measure heart activity and respiration signals. The sensor part of the chest belt has a dual layer structure to detect high-quality signals. Stretch fabric was used on the outer layer and a respiration sensor was attached to the belt. On the inside layer, a non-stretch fabric was used as the base fabric and a heart activity-sensing electrode, that is capable of taking measurements using a modifed lead-II heart activity signal induction method, was embroidered onto the fabric. Subjects were asked to wear the chest belt, and a biosignal processor module was attached to verify the system’s performance while simultaneously acquiring the heart activity and respiration signals. More specifcally, it was confrmed that the two signals were detected in a stable. It is expected that the biosignal-monitoring wearable platform system developed in this study will be able to efectively analyze and monitor soldiers’ biosignals.

        Background and Objectives : Palindromic rheumatism (PR) is known to be triggered without any obviously inciting events in most patients, although, in a few cases, attacks have been noted to relate to another events such as weather change, childbirth, ingestion of certain foods, or over-exercise. The aim of this study was to characterize the triggering factors on palindromic attacks. Materials and Methods : We evaluated sixty-four patients with PR for the presence of triggering factors and the relationship between attacks and triggering factors by interview of patients. We considered that there was an probable association between episodes and PR, if episodes within 24 hours prior to PR had triggered at least 50% of all attacks and a definite association between episodes and PR, if episodes within 24 hours prior to PR had triggered 100% of all attacks. Results : In 15 patients (35.9%), there was a possible association between episodes of PR and initiating events. In 8 patients (12.5%), there was a definite association between episodes of PR and initiating events. The triggering factors were physical over-activity including exercise (19/64: 29.7%), foods, such as rawfish, crab, and chicken, including alcohol (19/96: 19.8%). However, there were no difference between the groups with and without the triggering factor in sex ratio, duration and onset of PR, the positive rate of rheumatoid factor and involved sites. Conclusion : Our observations showed that PR was triggered by physical over-activity more than in previous reports and hypersensitivity to foods was a causative factor in some patients with PR. However, patients with triggering factors had a similiar clinical profile to patients without triggering factors.

        Today's environment of enterprise is changing. They have to face customers' demands with the right product, the right service and supply them at the right time. And also cut down logistics and inventory cost and bring up the profit as much as they can. This means the change of petting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first in importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management. In this study, we use Goldratt's drum-buffer-rope scheduling in between manufacturer and supplier. And when shortage of inventory occur, search for the supply chain's CCR. Pressing CCR leer more production, and supply inventory from logistic center to guide for inventory buffing. using logistic warehouse between manufacturer and supplier, can execute function of buffer.

        특수시설 설치를 위한 토지적성 개선 방안에 관한 연구

        Since the nation's civic consciousness about the environment issues has been raised, the problems of disordered developments of Korea land have became more important matters. Thus, solutions have been made to use the national land efficiently and to prevent the disordered land developments of Korea. As one of the examples of these efforts, "The law about the planning and using national land" had been enacted and also "The Land Suitability Assessment Test" was implemented. However, The Land Suitability Assessment Test (hereinafter referred to as the "LSA") leaves much to be desired since it has been recently enforced, LSA is made up of two systems the evaluation system, the evaluation system II, The evaluation II is implied to the case of the special facilities such as a green, skiing resort, park, recreation ground. This study particularly focuses on the special facilities, therefore, it builds the general concept of LSA and suggests the alternative methods for the problems can be occurred. As mentioned earlier, LSA have many problems because of the lack of knowledge and understanding and also the lack of professional workforce. Additionally, the basic dates have not fully collected and it is even hard to collect the existing dates. Those all cause main difficulties of using LSA test. Moreover, LSA is difficult to maintain the continuance of the land suitability with the LSA's analysing units, and faces the difficulties in devising the city management plan as a standardized form. The evaluation index for regional characters, the distance and ratio indexes have not enough persuasive explanations, Also, the land division foundation and the ranking for the evaluation result are insufficient. However, these problems can be solved by making reasonable systems for the data base management, establishing the standard evaluation index, building the standard land division foundation and subdividing the evaluation classes. Therefore, the evaluation results by LSA should be related with regional long term development plans and it need to be implemented by those suggestions.

        토지적성평가 개선방안에 관한 연구

        Concerning the national land management of Korea, the disordered development in Semi-agriculture and forestry area has been issued since 1990s. Due to the adoption of Semi-agriculture and forestry area system in 1994, and injudicious encroachments in suburb area, the efficient national land management system is facing to difficult problems. Therefore, the Korean government promoted "the reform of national land use plan" as a part of the synthetic counter-plan for preventing the disordered development of national land. The reform of national land use plan has three areas; preserve-management, product-management, plan-management. With these reasonable divided standards, Land Suitable Analysis is executing properly. In this study, we make definitions of Land Suitability Analysis and Land Classification based on previous researches in those areas. This study analyzes the purpose, the evaluation standard, the merits and demerits as well as grading classifications of L.S.A research in domestic, external area. Throughout this method, we point out problems in L.S.A along with solutions. This research suggests that L.S.A could be used as a practical use for the basic standard information of the city planning and land use planning.

        The Most powerful tools in the synthetic organic chemists arsenal are organometallic compounds and metal mediated transformations. We reported a general approach for highly reactive metal powder by reducing metal salt in tetrahydrofuran solvents using lithium as reducing agents. Organometallic compound was generated by reaction of metal powder with organo compounds and then it was reacted with α ,β -unsaturated ketone. We synthesized 3-(4-chlorophenyl ) -1- (2-thienyl)ethylpropenoate, ethyl- (2-cyano) -3- (thienyl ) -propenoate and ethyl-(2-cyano)-3-(4-chlorophienyl)-propenoate, which are α , β -unsaturated ketone derivations. Magnesium chloride react with Li+Naph-r to give activated magnesium. The synthesized activated magnesium metal reacted with sec-Butylmagnesium chloride and n-Butylmagnesium bromide to give alkyl magnesiumhalide. The active amyl magnesium derivation reacted with the synthesized α , β-unsatruated ketone to give product.

        아조벤젠 그룹을 포함한 측쇄형 고분자 필름(PDR1)에서 광 유도된 이방성을 실시간적으로 조사하였다. 수평, 수직한 흡수율의 변화를 광 유도된 복굴절의 기록, 감쇠, 소거, 완화 과정에 따라 측정하여, 매질 내의 아조벤젠 분자의 정렬상태와 복굴절과의 관계를 광 이성화과정으로 설명하였다. 또한 기록빔의 세기를 따른 수직, 수평한 흡수율의 변화와 유도된 복굴절의 관계를 조사하였다. The photo-induced anisotropy for a polymeric film(PDR1) containing azobenzene group as side-chain was investigated dynamically. The change of absrobances with parallel and perpendicular components was measured in recording, decaying, erasing and relaxation processes of photo-induced birefringence, so the relation between the alignment of azobenzene groups and the birefringence was well explained according to the photo-isomerization. Also, the dependence of the photo-induced birefringence on intensity of recording beam was investigated with changes of both absorbance and birefringence.

        Is realized by basis right that spectacle who is important urea that dominate area whole image and quality of life of local resident becomes van chrysanthemum along with social development and according as citizens' way improves, people use gradually. Much social changes are tried, and can speak as spectacle law enactment that among them, the most representative attempt can control police officer to secure these basis right. Therefore, legislation is purposeful to investigate spectacle basis bill and Japan's comparison of spectacle law, format of law through analysis and contents of our country that is presaged, and present desirable unfolding direction of spectacle fundamental law of our country that is established hereafter through this present in this research. The result is that necessity of spectacle concept thesis is required and real and must present correct spectacle plan bill in real condition. Is differentiated and connection need full equipment of available spectacle law. Need spectacle connection organization's participation. Can make country that is beautiful when Majimakeurourimodu is interested about spectacle and participates actively and there is grace.

Rural landscape has not been certified compared with urban and natural landscape in importance by the standard of functional aspect, economic value and use demand, so cultural, historical, traditional and agricultural landscape native to rural community are not evaluated exactly. The Purpose of the study is a efficient plan and management for a essential rural landscape. Therefore We Make out a landscape diagram for efficient landscape plan and management and Selection of the Rural Landscape Management Area.
