유아에 대한 교사의 호감정도에 따른 교사의 귀인,교사-유아 상호작용, 교사행동에 대한 유아지각

본 연구의 목적은 유아에 대한 교사의 호감도에 따라 교사-유아 상호작용, 유아행동에 대한 교사의 귀인, 교사에 대한 유아의 지각이 달라지는지 알아보는데 있다. 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기 지역에 위치한 5개 유치원의 만5세반 10개 학급에 재원중인 유아 100명과 담임교사 10명이었다. 유아에 대한 교사의 호감도를 알아보기 위해 체크리스트와 지명법을 사용하였고, 교사의 귀인방식을 알아보기 위해 질문지를 사용하였다. 교사-유아 상호작용은 학급 관찰을 통해 기록하였으며, 교사행동에 대한 유아의 지각을 알아보기 위해 개별 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구결과 유아에 대한 교사의 호감정도에 따라 교사-유아 상호작용, 유아행동에 대한 교사의 귀인, 교사에 대한 유아의 지각이 다른 것으로 나타났다.

보육교사와 부모의 양성평등의식과 유아의 성별 특성에 대한 인식

The purpose of this study was to provide with a basic data for developing an early childhood gender equity education program by examining teachers' and parents' perceptions about gender equity and sex-related characteristics of children. The participants of this study were 993 teachers working in 336 child care centers and 1142 parents whose children enrolled in 32 of the child care centers. The results of this study showed that in genderal, teachers and parents tended not to have discriminant perceptions in terms of gender equity and sex-related characteristics. This tendency is more true for teachers than for fathers and mothers. However, teachers and parents have sex discriminant perceptions when it came to specific cases. These results implies that there may be inconsistent between their perceptions and their behaviors. The inconsistency between ideas and actual behaviors emphasizes the need for developing gender equity education programs for teachers and parents.

피질하 혈관성 치매와 호모시스테인 및 MTHFR C677T 유전자 다형성의 상관관계

Background: Subcortical ischemic vascular dementia (SIVD) frequently causes dementia in elderly people, and elevated plasma homocysteine concentrations have been reported to be associated with vascular dementia. Although the homozygous C677T mutation in the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene can induce hyperhomocysteinemia, the association between MTHFR C677T polymorphism and SIVD has not been studied. Therefore, we examined the association of SIVD with plasma homocysteine concentration and MTHFR C677T polymorphism. Methods: We enrolled 58 patients with vascular dementia (VaD), 43 patients with SIVD, 69 lacunar infarct patients without vascualr dementia (LOD), and 232 healthy individuals and checked their fasting plasma homocysteine levels and analyzed the C677T polymorphism in the MTHFR gene. Results: The mean plasma homocysteine level in VaD, SIVD, and LOD patients were significantly higher than that in healthy controls (p;0.01). The odds ratio adjusted with age, sex, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and smoling were significantly higher in VaD (OR, 2.74; 95% CI, 1.04 to 7.23) and SIVD (OR, 3.12; 95% CI, 1.09 to 8.96) than that in controls. Compared with LOD, it was significantly higher in SIVD, but not in VaD (OR, 4.50; 95% CI, 1.05 to 19.26). In SIVD patients, the OR of plasma homocysteine level was higher in the TT genotype than those in the CC genotype (OR, 1.59; 95% CI, 1.01 to 2.49). Conclusions: Our findings suggest that elevated plasma homocysteine concentration and the MTHFR 6777 genotype are associated with SIVD.

As members of the special community, salt-workers have their own terms not only in professional but also in general expressions fairly different from usual expressions. In this paper, in order to investigate the origin and the derivation processes of the terms, 799 terms majorly used in the salt-works scattered in the west coast of Korea were collected and classified in accordance with the following descriptions. 1. Terms of tools and instruments 2. Terms about the unit work or unit process 3. Terms about the structure of salt-works 4. Other terms nomenclature used in salterns. 5. Terms about geography, river, soil and tide around salt-works 6. Terms about the organization of personnel 7. Adjectives 8. Verbs (Transitive Verbs) 9. Units Further investigations on the origin, processes of derivation and effects of these special terms on adjacent communities will be carried out later.
