The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between family support, social withdrawal, self-esteem, and life satisfaction of multicultural youth. To this end, data from the 8th year (second year of high school) of the 4th grade panel of Multicultural Adolescent Panel Study (MAPS) were used. In this study, a total of 1,175 students, 579 male students and 596 female students, who responded to the 8th year survey, were analyzed. Methods: Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0 and Amos 25.0 statistical programs, and the analysis results are as follows. Results: First, it was found that the family support of multicultural youth had an effect on social withdrawal and self-esteem. Second, it was found that the social withdrawal of multicultural youth had an effect on self-esteem. Third, it was found that the social withdrawal had not direct effect on life satisfaction, but self-esteem of multicultural youth did have direct effect. Fourth, it was found that social withdrawal and self-esteem had a double mediating effect on the relationship between family support and life satisfaction of multicultural youth. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, in order to improve the life satisfaction of multicultural youth, various programs were developed to increase family support and self-esteem and to decrease social withdrawal as well as practical policy strategies. 본 연구의 목적은 다문화청소년의 가족지지, 사회적 위축, 자아존중감과 삶의 만족도와의 구조적 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 다문화청소년패널연구(MAPS: Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study) 초등학교 4학년 패널 8차 년도(고등학교 2학년) 자료를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 8차년도 조사에 응한 남학생 579명, 여학생 596명 총 1,175명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0, Amos 25.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 실시하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화청소년의 가족지지는 사회적 위축과 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화청소년의 사회적 위축이 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화청소년의 사회적 위축과 자아존중감은 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 다문화청소년의 가족지지와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 사회적 위축과 자아존중감은 이중매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 다문화청소년의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위하여 가족지지와 사회적 위축의 감소와 자아존중감 증진을 위한 맞춤형 상담 및 교육프로그램의 개발은 물론 실천적인 정책적 대안에 관하여 제언하였다.

본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 가족지지를 독립변수로, 성취동기와 자아존중감을 매개변수로, 진로결정성을 종속변수로 설정하여 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 알아보고자 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 한국청소년정책연구원의 다문화청소년패널 8차년도 자료를 활용하였으며, 분석대상자는 고등학교 2학년 남학생 579명과 여학생 596명 총 1,175명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0, Amos 25.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 실시하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화청소년의 가족지지는 성취동기, 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화청소년의 성취동기가 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화청소년의 성취동기와 자아존중감은 진로결정성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 다문화 청소년의 가족지지와 진로결정성의 관계에서 성취동기와 자아존중감의 병렬매개효과 및 이중매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 다문화청소년의 진로결정성 향상을 위하여 가족지지, 성취동기와 자아존중감 증진을 위한 개인 및 집단을 대상으로 한 상시 프로그램 운영과 부모와 조부모 대상의 가족발달주기에 따른 부모교육 프로그램과 다문화 수용능력을 높여 나가는 실천적인 정책적 지원체계와 전략에 관하여 제언하였다. This study aimed to investigate the structural relationship between family support, motivation for achievement, self-esteem, and career decision-making among youths from multicultural family. data were collected from the eight year of the Multicultural Youth Panel from the Korea Youth Policy Institute A total sample of 1,175 participants (n = 579 high school second-year male student; n = 596 female students) were included in data analysis. ts. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0 and Amos 25.0 statistical programs, and the results were as follows. First, the family support influenced the motivation for achievement and self-esteem. Second, the motivation for achievement influenced self-esteem. Third, the motivation for achievement and self-esteem had an effect on career decision-making. Fourth, there were parallel and double mediating effects of achievement motivation and self-esteem in the relationship between family support and career decision-making. The results of this study provide implications for various programs designed to promote family support, achievement motivation, and self-esteem, and practical policy strategies, with the goals to better inform the career decision-making process for youths from multicultural family

Used Measuring tools are both pre-test and post-test of measuring marital satisfaction for a couple, pretest of Basic need & MBTI and qualitative analysis for the progress of therapy sessions. This paper reviewed the father's influence on his children's social ability. Traditional fathers were firm and demanding, authoritarian, and possessed the bulk of the power in their families. Recently, father's role on his family has been changed in that more fathers get involved in their children's bringing up. Fathers' instrumental role has negative effects on the emotional lives of fathers and their children, while when fathers show more affective and acceptive in fathering, their children develop highly in their social and intellectual ability. In order to increase paternal involvement, social supports is needed such as more flexible work schedule.

Today's environment of enterprise is changing. They have to face customers' demands with the right product, the right service and supply them at the right time. And also cut down logistics and inventory cost and bring up the profit as much as they can. This means the change of petting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first in importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management. In this study, we use Goldratt's drum-buffer-rope scheduling in between manufacturer and supplier. And when shortage of inventory occur, search for the supply chain's CCR. Pressing CCR leer more production, and supply inventory from logistic center to guide for inventory buffing. using logistic warehouse between manufacturer and supplier, can execute function of buffer.
