        청소년의 자살생각 경로모형 분석

        Purpose: This study examined the fitness of a path model for the relationship among daily life stress, problem of life, social support, depression, and suicidal ideation in adolescents. Methods: The subjects consisted of 247 adolescents. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed by the SPSS and AMOS programs. Results: Daily life stress, problem of life, social support, and depression showed direct effects on suicidal ideation in adolescents, while daily life stress and problem of life showed indirect effects on suicidal ideation in adolescents. Daily life stress and problem of life showed direct effects on social support and depression in adolescents. The hypothetical path model of adolescents' suicidal ideation was proven correct. Conclusion: Based on the outcomes of this study, it is necessary to design an intervention program that emphasizes the reduction of daily life stress, problem of life, depression and enhancement social support in order to prevention adolescents’ suicidal ideation.

        북한이탈 청소년의 문제행동과 문화변용정체성에 관한 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of problem behaviors, cultural identity and acculturation of North Korean (NK) refugee youth and to suggest an appropriate approach for helping them to adjust to our society based on these findings. Methods: The subjects were 117 NK adolescent refugees in Hanawon. Data were collected by a demographic questionnaire, Youth Self Report (YSR), the South-North Korean cultural identity. Results: Problem behaviors of NK refugee youth were the highest in anxiety/depression and withdrawal behavior and were followed by internalized behavior, aggressiveness, overall problem behavior,externalized behavior, delinquency and positive behavior in that order. Acculturation was the highest in 'separation'followed by 'integration', 'assimilation' and 'marginalization' in that order. No significant relationship was found between acculturation types and problem behaviors except positive behavior. Conclusion: This study provides some important information that we have to develop specific strategies and interventions primarily focused on withdrawal, anxiety/depression, and internalization for the adjustment and mental health of NK refugee youth. It is necessary to explore further research related to cultural identity, acculturation processes, and the correlation between acculturation types and problem behaviors.

        매우 광범위한 허혈성 증식당뇨망막병증에서 급속히 증식하는 망막전막의 미세구조

        Purpose: Using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), we studied the ultrastructures of rapidly proliferating preretinal membranes of young patients with very extensive ischemic proliferative diabetic retinopathy and diabetes with uncontrollable blood sugar level. Methods: Nine cases of preretinal membranes were obtained from six eyes of five patients with rapidly progressed proliferative diabetic retinopathy (mean age, 35 years) during vitrectomy. We obtained each preretinal membrane bimanually as one single sheet membrane using intraocular scissors and forceps. Each tissue was fixed in 3% glutaraldehyde in the operating room. All specimens were prepared and studied using TEM. Results: The preretinal membranes were composed of blood vessels and some interstitial cells. The blood vessels within the preretinal membranes varied in developmental stages, from the immature stage to the mature stage. The blood vessels were highly active, in that primitive cells showed a large nucleus and prominent chromatin clumping with abundant cytoplasm. Highly active fibroblast-like cells were also noted. Conclusions: We observed highly active angiogenesis in preretinal membranes, which rapidly proliferated in cases of severe retinal ischemia in young diabetes patients. This is the first report of such a finding, which may help to explain the poor prognosis of this disease modality. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2010;51(11):1504-1512

      • 한국 정신분열증 망상형 환자집단의 Rorschach반응 연구

        Although a few studies have been attempted to test normal and clinical group responses ,of Rorschach test in Korea, the few studies of the Rorschach test on paranoid schizophrenics have made the integrated examination about statistical and qualitical analysis. In order to find out any particular configurational and qualitical aspects of the Rorschach responses of paranoid Schizophrenics in Korea, the Rorschach test was given to 60 patient group which had been diagnosed to paranoid schizophrenics by DSM- II diagnostic standard and Minesota multiphatic personality inventory. The findings obtained from this study were summerized as follow; 1. Average total responses are 19.75, compared with normal group response this differences are significantly increased. Although popular and rejection responses are low, the order of frequency in each cards are similar to normal response. 2. Compared with normal response whole response (w) percentages are not increased, but unusual detail and space responses (Dd, S) are increased. Howevers, the quality of whole and detail responses are significantly different from normal responses which are mostly vague and poor level responses. 3. Human Movement (M) and inanimate movement(m) responses are significantly high, animal movement (FM) responses are low. With analysis of the content of human movement responses are most of human movement content passive, if active content, most of contents have aggressive and hostile quality. 4. The finding that there are no increase of form response(F) percentages are impressive. However, according to expectation the qualities of form responses are mostly vague and poor. 5. Color responses are composed of high form color rosponse, low color form response which are similar to normal response, and high color response. therefor the sum of color responses are increased. the responses of achromatic, and texture are also increased. 6. Compared with normal response the Human responses (H) are increased. With analysis of content, most of them are fabulized, de-humanized responses. animal responses are low than normal response. . 7. Among verbalization expression there are increased deviant verbalization such as confabulation, contamination, and autistic content.

        유아교사를 대상으로 한 사례기반학습(Case-Based Learning)에 기초한 「유아교사와 인간관계」 교육대학원 교과목의 적용효과

        The purpose of this study is to develop an 「Early Childhood Teacher and Human Relations」 course for graduate school of education based on case-based learning and examine the effects of applying it to students majoring in of early childhood education at the graduate school. The course developed in this study consisted of educational objectives and goals, educational contents, teaching and learning methods, and evaluation. In order to verify the effectiveness of the 「Early Childhood Teacher and Human Relations」 course for graduate school of education based on case-based learning, sixty-six students attending the graduate school of early childhood education in Seoul were taught every Thursday for sixteen weeks. In this study, students’ reading tasks, journals, discussions, lecture evaluations, and in-depth interviews were collected and analyzed the data by using qualitative research method. As a result of applying this course, the students showed changes in understanding of human relations, improvement of coping skills on human relations, changes in attitude and value formation toward human relations have emerged. Additionally, the students responded that this course appeared as an opportunity to think about their interpersonal relationships and to reflect on themselves, as a place for sharing ideas, and as time for empathy and emotional healing. 본 연구는 사례기반학습에 기초한 「유아교사와 인간관계」 교육대학원 교과목을 개발하고, 개발된 교과목의 적용을 통해 교과목 적용의 효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 개발한「유아교사와 인간관계」 교육대학원 교과목은 교육목적 및 목표, 교육내용, 교수학습방법과 평가로 구성하였다. 본 교과목을 적용하기 위해 서울시에 소재한 A대학의 교육대학원 유아교육전공 학생 66명을 대상으로 총 16주 동안 매주 목요일마다 수업을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 교육대학원생들이 제출한 읽기과제, 저널, 토론내용, 강의 평가 그리고 심층면담 자료를 수집하여 질적연구방법을 통해 분석하였다. 본 교과목을 적용한 결과 먼저, 교육대학원생들은 인간관계에 대한 이해, 인간관계에 대한 대처능력 증진, 인간관계에 대한 태도 및 가치관 형성의 변화가 나타났다. 다음으로 본 교과목이 갖는 의미로는 유아교사의 인간관계에 대해 생각하게 된 계기, 자기반성의 기회, 공론의 장, 공감되고 ‘힐링’되는 시간으로 나타났다.
