셀 제조시스템의 설계에서 가장 증요한 과제는 부품꾼과 그 부품군에 속하는 모든 부품을 가공하는 기계군을 형성하는 제조셀설계문제이다.본논문에서는부품 생산량, 기계 능력, 대안공정 계획 및 셀간부하평준화를 고려한 제조셀의 형성에 대한수리적모형을 고찰하고, 셀 설계 방법으로 유전자 알고리즘과 타부 탐색으로 구성된 하이브리드 접근방법을 개발하였고, 예제를 사용하여 제안된 방법의 타당성을 검증하였다.

Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been panedemic and remains one of the most commom STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods: For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results: In 1996, 139 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 53(39.0%) were PPNG. Conclusion: Our results suggests that after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is gradually declining.

In the study on the fatigue strength and characteristics of fatigue of the low carbon steel which was heat-treated in five conditions. The specimens were smoothed and round-notched, and fatigued by rotating bending fatigue testing machine. The following results were obtained: 1) The fatigue strength of water-quenched specimen was the highest vaule, and these values were decresed orderly as follow, oil-quenched specimen, tempered specimen, no heat-treated specimen and furnace-cooled specimen. 2) The fatigue strength ratio of tempered specimen was between that of no heat-treated specimen and water-quenched specimen. 3) The hardness distribution in the micro area of structure was hardly equal to that of the full area of structure.

Zine was electrodeposited in the zincate solution at the temperatures of 20 and 40℃ in range of current density from 0.5 to 8A/d㎡. The preferred orientaion changed from (11.0) to (11.0)+(11.2) texture with increasing cathode overpotential. The (11.0) preferred orientation was developed at low overpotential (790-1070mV), while the (11.0)+(11.2) texture at high overpotential (1050-1130mV). The surface of the deposits with (11.0) texture showed the smooth deposit of fine crystallite, while that with (11.0)+(11.2) was the smooth deposit of layer type. The cross-sectional microstractures of the deposits were the field orinted texture type of structure and granular one respectively.

A design method for electrohydraulic servomechanism emphasized on the analysis of characteristics and selection method of servovalve and actuator which are very important components in designing the electrohydraulic servomechanism is summarized and suggested in systematic way. According to the design procedure of the proposed design method in this paper, the dynamic characteristics and accuracy of control system were analyzed using position control system of cylinder driving as a design example. The result of this analysis has shown that the proposed design method is very efficient for design of electrohydraulic servomechanism. The proposed method in this paper analyzed the characteristics of each component using linear approximation. Therefore, nonlinear characteristics and high frequency region should be considered in the case of strict design for higher accuracy.
최적 금형연마 가공을 위한 센서 정보 통합 전문가 시스템 개발

This paper presents a polishing expert system integrated with sensor information which can modify the polishing sequence and conditions initially determined by the system depending on the on-site polishing status. A practical system using AE sensor to detect the on-line polishing status is developed for the rotational polishing and the smoothly curved sur-face. Database and knowledge base for polishing processes are established by using the results of experiments and also expert's experience. Evaluations are performed for a die of headlight lamp by using both the sensor integrated expert sys-tem and the expert system without sensor. The test results show that the sensor integrated expert system provides more optimal polishing conditions since the proposed system takes advantage of the on-line sensor information.
