        에어노즐의 소음저감 대책에 관한 연구

        The goal of this study is to show the way to decrease the noise from air nozzles. The variables of this test are the shapes of air nozzles, air flow rate and the distance between a reflection plate and a nozzle tip. This experiment is aimed to find the most appropriate condition to minimize the noise. These are the results. If diameter ratio is more than 12:8, noise level increases by over 10 dB(A) regardless of the distance between a reflection plate and a nozzle and the existence of a reflection plate. And when L₂ of a nozzle is 5mm long, noise level rise relatively highly. So, it is strongly recommended that L₂ should be manufactured more than 10mm. The reason for a high intensity noise is that when diameter ratio is more than 12:8, the diameter of a nozzle tip(D₂) turns small drastically, which increases the air velocity. It is assumed that when the vortex is great around the spots where a nozzle hole is suddenly smaller, great turbulent flow increases much noise.

        Thymoma is associated with myasthenia gravis, Pure red cell aplasia, and autoimmune diseases such as autoimmune hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia, and hypogammaglobulinemia. It's association with aplastic anemia is rare and aplastic anemia appearing after surgical removal of thymoma is especially rare. The authors hereby report a case of aplastic anemia occuring in a patient who was diagnosed with thymoma and myasthenia gravis and had the tumor surgically removed. The patient was treated with anti-thymocyte globulin, cyclosporin, and prednisolone, and showed partial remission with hematologic improvements after 12 months.

        자궁내막에 발생한 점막 연관 림프조직 (MALT) 림프종 1예

        Non-Hodgkin's 림프종의 약 40%는 결절외(extranodal) 림프종으로 대개 위장관에서 발생하며 이들 중 점막 연관 림프조직(mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue: MALT)에서 기원한 림프종은 MALT 림프종으로 분류된다. 위 외의 부위에서 원발성으로 발생하는 MALT 림프종은 매우 드물지만 실제 거의 모든 신체 장기에 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있는데, 가장 흔한 부위인 위 외에도 폐, 갑상선, 침샘, 눈물샘에 발생하고, 드물게 안구, 유방, 방광, 신장, 흉선 등에도 보고된 바 있다. MALT 림프종은 오랜 기간동안 원격 전이하지 않고 국소 병변으로 남아 있는 특징이 있어 치료 방향 또한 국소 병변의 치료에 집중되며, 예후도 림프절 기원의 림프종에 비해 양호한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 저자 등은 자궁 내막에 원발성으로 발생한 MALT 림프종 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 이를 보고하고자 한다. Mucosa associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma can rarely develop primarily in extranodal sites other than stomach which is the most common site for it. Other rare primary sites are small intestine, colorectum, esophagus, lung, thyroid, salivary gland, lacrymal gland, breast and skin. MALT lymphoma represents a distinct clinicopathologic features: it is usually localized to their original site for a long time and shows much more favorable prognosis than lymphoma at other site, but some MALT lymphoma can arise simultaneously or successively in different organ or give rise to another MALT lymphoma of other organ and can be multifocally disseminated or recurred. We report a very rare case of high grade B-cell lymphoma of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) of the uterine endometrium, which was confirmed by immunohistochemical assay.

        교정용 브라켓에 가해지는 힘의 방향에 따른 결합강도의 비교

        본 연구는 교정용 금속 브라켓에 다양한 방향에서의 복합적인 응력을 가하여 힘의 방향과 적용점에 따른 교정용 브라켓의 결합강도를 비교하고, 브라켓의 유지력을 평가하는데 기준이 되는 최소결합강도의 특성에 대해 알아보고자 시행되었다. 일정한 표면특성을 갖는 금속봉에 Micro-Loc base, Chessboard base, Non-etched Foil-Mesh base 등 서로다른 기저면 형태를 가지는 3가지 종류의 금속 브라켓을 부착시키고, 0˚, 15˚, 30˚, 45˚, 60˚, 75˚, 90˚의 peel 결합강도(_(0)PBS, _(15)PBS, _(30)PBS, _(45)PBS, _(60)PBS, _(75)PBS, _(90)PBS 및 전단결합강도(SBS)와 인장결합강도(TBS)에 대한 브라켓의 결합강도를 측정하고, 각 브라켓의 기저면 면적을 고려하여 단위면적당 결합강도를 산출하여 비교한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. Micro-Loc base와 Chessboard base 및 Non-etched Foil-Mesh base 브라켓 모두에서 전단결합강도(SBS)가 가장 컸다(p<0.01). 2. Peel 응력의 방향 변화에 따른 peel 결합강도(PBS)의 변화양상은 Micro-Loc base와 Chessboard base, Non-etched Foil-Mesh base 브라켓 모두에서 유사하였으며(p>0.05), peel 응력의 적용 각이 증가할수록 peel 결합강도(PBS)는 감소하였고 60˚에서 최저값을 보였다(p<0.05). 3. Micro-Loc base에서 최저 peel 결합강도(_(60)PBS)는 전단결합강도(SBS)의 29% 수준이었으며, 인장결합강도(TBS)에 대해서는 52% 수준이었고, Chessboard base에서 최저 peel bond strength(_(60)PBS)는 전단결합강도(SBS)의 34% 수준이었으며, 인장결합강도(TBS)에 대해서는 61% 수준이었으며, Non-etched Foil-Mesh base에서 최저 peel 결합강도(_(60)PBS)는 전단결합강도(SBS)의 34% 수준이었으며, 인장결합강도(TBS)에 대해서는 55% 수준이었다. 4. 단위면적당 결합강도에 있어서 전단결합강도(SBS)와 인장결합강도(TBS) 및 75˚와 90˚ peel 결합강도는 Micro-Loc base와 Chessboard base에서 차이가 없었으며 Non-etched Foil-Mesh base에서 가장 작았고(p<0.05), 0˚, 15˚, 30˚, 60˚ peel 응력을 적용한 결과 Chessboard base에서 가장 큰 peel 결합강도를, Non-etched Foil-Mesh base에서 가장 작은 결합강도를 보였다(p<0.05). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the bond strength of orthodontic brackets bonded to metal bar with chemically cured adhesive (Ortho-one, Bisco Co, USA) in various types and directions of force application. Three types of metal bracket with different bracket base configurations; Micro-Loc base(Tomy Co, Japan), Chessboard base(Daesung Co, Korea), Non-etched Foil-Mesh base(Dentaurum, Germany); were used in this study. Peel, shear, tensile bond strengths were measured by universal testing machine and compared each other. The peel force directions applied were 0˚, 15˚, 30˚, 45˚, 60˚, 75˚, 90˚. And then, in consideration of the different surface area of the bracket bases, the bond strength per unit area were calculated and compared. The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. The bond strengths according to the types and the directions of the forces were greatest at the shear forces in all three bracket base configuration groups(p<0.01). 2. As the peel force direction grew higher in degree, peel bond strength decreased. The patterns of peel bond strength change according to force direction was similar in all three bracket base configurations. The minimum bond strength was 60 degree-peel bond strengths in all three bracket base configurations. 3. In Micro-Loc base group, minimum peel bond strength(_(60)PBS) was in 29% level of shear bond strength and 52% level of tensile bond strength. In Chessboard base group, _(60)PBS was in 34% level of shear bond strength and 61% level of tensile bond strength. In Non-etched Foil-Mesh base group, _(60)PBS was in 34% level of shear bond strength and 55% level of tensile bond strength. 4. The bond strengths per unit area were lowest in Non-etched Foil-Mesh base group and highest in Chessboard base group(p<0.05). However, there were no differences in shear bond strength, tensile bond strength, _(75)PBS and _(90)PBS per unit area between Micro-Loc and Chessboard base groups.

        당뇨병 환자의 안면부 파라핀 주사부위에 발생한 피부 모균병

        Mucormycosis is an opportunistic fungal infection caused by the mucorales, which consist of the Rhizophus, Absidia, Mortierella, and Mucor. The diverse clinical forms of mucormycosis can be categorized as rhinocerebral, pulmonary, disseminated, gastrointestinal, cutaneous and miscellaneous. Although it can cause disease in healthy people, it most commonly affects patients who are diabetic or immunosup-pressed. Rarely, mucormycosis develops confined to the subcutaneous tissue. We experienced a case of cutaneous mucormycosis developed in a well-controlled diabetic patient who had previously injected foreign material on her face for an aesthetic purpose at the behest of an unlicensed physician. The patient had tissue necrosis and purulent discharge on her left cheek. Following histologic examination, we diagnosed the condition as cutaneous mucormycosis and treated it by wide excision combined with amphotericin B therapy. The disease was cured without any significant sequelae within 6 months of follow up. Cutaneous mucormycosis is rarely reported but it can cause facial deformity due to tissue necrosis, so that early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are important. Currently, foreign material injection for aesthetic purposes is still performed by unlicensed physicians. We present a case report concluding that one should consider the possibility of fungal infection in skin lesion in diabetic or other immunosup-pressed patients. We also emphasize the seriousness of illegal injection of foreign material.

      • 재생골재 생산방식의 차이에 따른 재생 굵은골재의 품질 특성에 관한 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study is intended for effective recycling of waste concrete. It analyzes the quality 0 the recycled coarse aggregate with production types. The conclusions of the study are as follows. 1. The recycled coarse aggregate which is produced through 5th Crushing Process (A-Type) shows the improvement in grading and particle shape, reduction in an absorption rate until 1.14% due to removal of attached the mortar and paste. Therefore, it satisfies the standards of KS F 2573(recycled aggregate for concrete) as the first grade. 2. The recycled coarse aggregate which is produced through 3rd Crushing Process(B-Type) is suited to the quality prOVlSlOns of the standards of KS F 2573, shows a 3.12% absorption rate that is second grade as recycled coarse aggregate. Based on the above results, it is possible to product first and second grade recycled coarse aggregates with production types. It is concluded that recycled coarse aggregate with production types can be used as aggregate within required conditions. And more researches are also needed to make recycled coarse aggregate better to use for concrete.

      • 도시특성을 고려한 교통유발계수 산정에 관한 연구 : 대전시를 중심으로 In the City of Daejeon

        The biggest problem in urban transport is congestion. The purpose of this study is to understand "Electronic Road Pricing System, which is one of the traffic demand control plan for relieving such a traffic congestion, and look for the plans to improve it. For this, traffic inducement coefficient was selected, which shows the regional characteristic of Daejeon through investigation on each facility. As one can see from the investigated inducement coefficient, the same type of facilities show different characteristics. Also, it is thought that per unit burden charge that has been maintained for over 20 years should be raised relevantly in consideration to inflation. Also, it is thought that several ways have to be sought for the facility owners' active participation in the traffic volume reduction program. Studies like this research would bring the following items as their effect; Relieve traffic congestion(partly) and reduce the passage time. Personal benefits following fuel cost etc. Socio-economic effect following logistics cost and environmental pollutants etc.

      • 다층구조를 갖는 다공질규소층의 제작과 이의 물성

        단결정규소 웨이퍼를 15% HF에탄올 용액에서 양극 산화시켜 다공질규소를 얻는 과정에서 전류밀도와 에칭시간에 따라 굴절률이 주기적으로 변하는 다충의 다공질규소층(porous silicon multilayers)을 구현하였다. 그리고 다층의 다공질규소층(Ⅰ) 다공질규소 발광충, 또 다른 다층의 다공질규소층(Ⅱ)의 순으로 구성된 porous silicon microcavity(PSM)를 제작하고 그 물성을 조사하였다. PSM 상하에 위치한 다층의 다공질규소층의 단면을 AFM(Atomic Force Microscope)으로 조사한 결과 고굴절률과 저굴절률이 주기적으로 교차하는 층이 균일하게 형성되었으며, 중앙의 다공질규소 발광층도 균일하게 나타났다. 다층의 다공질규소층 및 다공질규소 발광층의 두께를 각각 실호파장의 1/4배 및 2배가 되도록 하였을 때 특정파장의 필터로 쓰일 수 있는 브래그 반사경(Brag reflector)의 특성이 나타났다. 또한 PSM의 발광 스펙트럼은 그 반치폭이 현저히 감소하고 발광의 세기가 크게 증가되는 경향을 보였다. By periodically varying the current density and etching time during anodic oxidation of crystalline silicon wafers in 15% HF-ethanol solution, we obtained porous silicon multilayers which have periodically varying refractive index. We fabricated the porous silicon microcavity (PSM) which consist of porous silicon multilayers(Ⅰ), active layer of porous silicon, and porous silicon multilayers(Ⅱ) and investigated its physical properties. The AFM (Atomic Force Microscope) measurement from the cross section of multilayers (Ⅰ and Ⅱ) shows uniformity of high refractive index and low index layers as well as the active layer. We observed the characteristics of Bragg reflector when the thickness of layers was 1/4 and the thickness of active layer was twice of the effective wavelength, which can be used as a filter for specific wavelength. We found the emission characteristic from the PSM, which FWHM (full width half maximum) was considerably decreased and emission intensity was increased.

        구개결 언어에 대한 Screening test와 설문조사의 비교분석

        Purpose : This study was carried out to evaluate the abnormalites of the speeches of the cleft patients and compare the results of the speech evaluations of a speech pathologist with those of parents. Materials and Methods: Eleven cleft patients' parents were questioned about their children's speech and then the speeches of the cleft patients were evaluated by a speech pathologist and their results were compared with those of parents. Results : Nasal emission was noted in twenty percent of patients, with thirty percent demonstrating hypernasality and all demonstrating no hyponasality and aspirate. And twenty percent of patients show hoarseness. There was no statistically significant difference in the sensitivities to nasal emission between the speech pathologist and parents (p>0.05). However the speech pathologist is more sensitive to hypernasality than parents(p<0.05).
