야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

This paper explains the OMG CORBA, Object Web and Java which is an object oriented interpreter language developed at Sun Microsystems. In this paper, we design the client user interfaces, application objects and database objects of the stock market management systems.

The synthesis and antimicrobial activity of cephalosporin having (Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-trityloxyiminoacetamido group and 5-(2-chlorophenyl)-4-phenyl-4H-1, 2, 4-triazol-3-thiomethyl group on the C_3 and C_7 position of the cephem ring, respectively are descrived. This compound was tested for antimicrobial activity in vitro against Candida albicans ATCC 10231, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P, Mycobacterium phlei IIP-IPH, Escherichia coli KCTC 1039, Escherichia coli ESS, Klebisiella pneumoniae KCTC 1560, Salmonella typhymurium TV-119, Pseudomonas aeruginosa IFO 13130. The antimicrobial activity of synthetic compound was better as compare with cefotaxime and cefazoline against Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341 & Escherichia coli KCTC ESS.

It is generally agreed the best clinical results in treatment of injuries of the ankle are obtaind by anatomical restoration of the joint. For objective measurements of tibiotalar joint, some investigators used different criteria and defined the specific reference points under variable angle of internal rotation Ant- Post. Projection. But, occasionally we didn't acquire the accurate roentgenographic finding that was suggested by investigators. so, we check the varible angle of internal rotation film in addition to angle suggestion by investigators and compare the criteria between them. 1. There was no significant difference to measure the accuracy of medial clear space in according to variable rotation angle. 2. The overlapping distance of tibiofibula syndesmosis decreased by increasing internal rotation angle, but was not under 1mm(ie, index of injury) 3. To measure the weber's 3 criteria, we need to check the variable internal rotation ankle, if necessary. 4. We acquired the normal range of measurement about Tile's 2 criteria by variable internal rotation angle.

연폭로 근로자들에서 빈혈증 관련 인자에 관한 연구

Objectives : This study intended to obtain the interrelationship of lead exposure indices and anemia related factors for the better health management of lead exposed workers. Methods : 502 male workers in storage battery industries as lead exposed group and 106 male office workers as contorl group were selected for this study. The examined variables wer age, work duration, smoking and alcohol crinking habit, blood zinc protoporphyin concentraion (ZPP), blood lead concentration (PbB), urinary δ-aminoevulinic acid (ALAU), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Hct), serum calcium (S-Ca), serum iron (S-Fe), total iron binding capacity (TIBC), and percentage trasferrin saturation (PTS). Results : The means of ZPP, PbB ALAU in lead exposed proup were 58.4±35.7 ㎍/㎗, 27.6±10.9 ㎍/㎗, and 1.61±2.00 mg/ℓ, respectively. These three values in lead exposed group were significantly higher than control group (P<.05). The means of Hb, Hct, S-Ca, S-Fe, TIBC, PTS in lead exposed group were 15.3±1.1 g/㎗, 47.2±4.5 %, 9.4±0.4 ㎍/㎗, 124.0±67.5 ㎍/㎗, 317.1±68.5 ㎍/㎗, and 38.7±15.2 %, respectively. Hb, Hct, S-Ca, S-Fe, and TIBC in lead exposed group were significantly lower than contrl group (P<.05). PTS was no significant difference in lead exposed group and control group (P> .05). Hct, S-Ca, S-Fe, PTS were significant positive correlation with Hb and ZPP, corrected PbB, AlAU were significant negaitive correlation with Hb in lead exposed group (P< .05). On multiple regression using ZPP as a dependent variable and PbB, S-Ca and S-Fe as independent variables after adjustment for possible confounder such as age, smoking and drinking habit, Pbb, S-Ca, S-Fe and age contributed to ZPP. Conclusions : As the result of this study, it was suggested that inclusion of S-Ca, S-Fe, PTS measurement as a anemia screening test for lead workers was highly recommended for the effective prevention and early diagnosis of anemia.

족관절 골절의 분류 : 분류체계간의 비교 Comparison Among the Sysytems

The main purpose of a classification system is to provide a mental picture of the injury and also information as to treatment a prognosis. At present, Lauge-Hansen classfication has improved the results of conservative treatment, and Danis-Weber classification which was taken by the AO(ASIF) group was designed for application to operative treatment. But, both system have dificiencies, Recently, the proposed classification system by M. Tile which was based on the ankle stability was interesting. So, compared among the system for identification that these systems are synonymous or if not, one system has a distinct advantage over the other. Total 135 patients, 135 cases have been reviewed at CNUH from January, 1983 to December, 1988. The results were as follows: 1. We considered that it was very difficult to classify the ankle fractures by Lauge-Hansen system because of complexity and variable fracture patterns. But, we have been classified the fractures abut 98.5% by simplification of medial malleolar frecture patterns. 2. Danis-Weber classification was simple and easily applicated, but it was not helpful for decision of the amount of injury, treatment and prognosis. 3. The proposed M. Tile classification added to a aspect of the stability, so it was helpful for descision of the treatment methods. Also, this system classified the isolate medial malleolar freature that was not by Danis-Weber classification. 4. From the above results, we consider that by Lauge-Hansen classification, can be identify the occult ligament injuries, and by M. Tile classification, deside the treatment methods.

한국산 물푸레나무屬 주요 수종의 해부학적 특성

물푸레나무속의 물푸레나무, 들메나무 및 쇠물푸레의 해부학적 특성을 광학현미경법과 화상분석법에 의해 조사하였다. 공시 수종간에 연륜 경계의 명확성을 비롯한 도관 요소의 직경, 축방향유조직의 배열상태, 구성세포의 비율에서 차이가 있었다. 구성요소의 방사방향 변이에 있어서, 목섬유 길이, 도관 요소 직경 및 길이는 수심 부위에서 작고 약 10∼15 연륜까지 증가한 후 안정되었다. 결론적으로 본 연구 결과는 물푸레나무속 세 수종의 식별자료 및 성숙재와 미성숙재를 구분하는 재질 지표치로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Anatomical characteristics of Mulpurenamu (Korean ash, Fraxinus rhynchophylla), Deulmaenamu (Manshurican ash, Fraxinus mandshurica) and Sheamulpure (Sieboldiana ash, Fraxinus sieboldiana) grown in Korea were examined by an optical microscopy and an image analysis. Some characteristics such as boundary of annual rings, shape and size of vessel elements, arrangement of axial parenchyma cells in cross section, and cell volumetric composition showed significant differences between the sample species. In radial variation of elements, fiber length and vessel size increased from the pith for about 10 to 15 years and then reached a more or less constant. The results of this study can be used for identification of wood and indices of wood quality in Fraxinus spp.

디지탈 음성 코딩 방법의 음질평가

This paper describes objective quality measures for various kinds of speech waveform coding systems (Pulse Code Modulation, Adaptive Differential PCM, Continuously Variable Slope DM, first-order Constant Factor DM). Three objective measures of speech waveform coding systems were used Segmental SNR, LPC-CD (Liner Predictive Coefficient Cepstral Distance), FFT-SD(Fast Fourier Transform Spectral Distance). And speech data corrupted channel code error were measured by the above objective quality measures. Through the simulation of the two types of speech data, PCM showed better performances in the all objective test.
