        P . alba × glandulosa 및 P . nigar var . italica × maximowiczii F1 클론의 삽목시기(揷木時期) 및 삽수(揷穗)길이가 생장 및 활착율에 미치는 영향

        本 硏究는 P. alba × glandulosa 및 P. nigra var. italica × maximowiczii 雜種 第1代 클론의 揷木時期 및 揷穗길이의 效果를 調査하고서 實施하였다. 두 交雜種에 있어서 모두 春秋揷木 (1980. 3. 27∼29)과 秋季揷木間(1979. 11. 15∼17)에 統計的인 活着率의 差異는 없었다. P. alba × glandulosa의 秋季揷木의 境遇 適正 揷穗길이는 40㎝ 이었으며 春季揷木의 境遇는 30㎝로 나타났다. P. nigra var. italica × maximowiczii의 秋季揷木의 境遇 適正 揷穗길이는 50㎝이었으며, 春季의 境遇는 40㎝로 나타났다.

        화성 행궁의 식생경관 복원을 위한 고증과 복원방향 설정에 관한 연구

        The research is based on the premise that the study of the Whaseong local palace and its planting and vegetation landscape should precede the complete restoration of the world cultural heritage, the historical center of Suwon and Whaseong area.For this project, the research on its planting was done with a review of the historical records, which speci-fically aimed at suggesting some possible restorative directions regarding the vegetation landscape around the palace. The results have been found like the following:First, the study of planting around the palace was done with a review of the Haeng-gung-jeon-do, the Han-jeong-pum-guk-do, and some photographs and maps from the period of Japanese imperialism, although the planting records for the specific palace could not be found. The bibliographical study wassupplemented with a review of the philosophy and policies on planting by King Jeongjo.Second, according to the research, the kinds of trees that would suit the palace and its surrounding area were evergreen coniferous trees like Pinus densiflora and Pinus koraiensis, deciduous broad-leaved trees like Quercus acutissima, Morus bombycis, and Salix koreensis, fruit trees like Prunus salicina, Prunus arme-niaca var., Punica granatum and Lycium chinense, flowering trees like Prunus mume and Rhododendron mucronulatu, and flowering plants like Chrysanthemum morifolium and Nelumbo nucifera.Third, the kinds of trees were found with a review of the Haeng-gung-jeon-do and other photographic records, which made us suggest some possible restorative directions after considering the present vege- tation landscape around the palace.

        조선시대 궁궐공간의 관념적 구성에 관한 연구

        It has been general view to Josun palace space that the Kyongbok palace, a main palace, is arranged with symmetric geometrical composition principles and, unlikely main palace, sub-palaces such as Changduk, Changkyong and Kyonghee palace are placed in organic structure adapted to natural land form. With that view, there are no common factors to be considered between these palace, main and sub palace, in composting principles of the space. In this study, because of same ideological period, although there is external difference of that palaces, that common ideological principles are projected to these two palaces types through compositing space is assumed. On this hypostasis, this study has been focused on finding the ideological principles projected to these palace space commonly. As result of study, some of them are considered as common principles; Firstly, they are arranged in the text of contents through the way of naming to building, enterence and so on. The second point is ; it is viewed that the Oheung and symmetric arrangement method based on Oheung are used in compositing of palace space. The third is ; through analizing central space of Kyongbok palace, it is analized that oneness composition principles, which are based on the theory of Umyangheong, are projected to different palace space commonly.

        시짓기와 園林 造營方法에 관한 연구 : 瀟灑園四十八詠을 통해본 瀟灑園의 造營方法을 중심으로 Research on How to Make Traditional Gardens in Regards to the Forty Eight Poems of Soshaewon

        Based on the premise that how to create traditional gardens has something to do with Poetry writing, this paper concludes with the following two points. First, considering the way the gentry in the Joseon Era appreciated art, we realize that theories of making traditional gardens relate to the way of writing poems and drawing pictures. The way of writing poems can be construed as the way of making traditional gardens, especially in regards to the forty eight poems of Soshaewon. The research, of course, will be in better shape later when it can come up with similar results from other examples. Second, the features of the forty eight poems of Soshaewon--an antithetic structure, alternations of four beautiful seasons, combination of real scenery and fictitious scenery, union of form and action, and a technique that lets little things symbolize bigger entities--seem to reflect how to create traditional gardens. The way of writing poems alone, however, is not really able to represent the whole theories of making traditional gardens. While poetry writing is only connected with the space structure (how to make gardens), the features in a larger scope of the theories--picking out a site, dividing land, arranging, etc--will relate more to drawing pictures than to writing poems.

        Blanched 섬초(시금치) 분말을 첨가한 식빵의 품질 특성

        This research is about the quality characteristics of white bread mixed with varying ratios of Seomcho powder, such as 1%, 3%, 5%, and 7% (Spinacia oleracea L.). The pH level of dough decreased as more Seomcho powder (Spinacia oleracea L.) was added, and 7% addition recorded the lowest pH. The fermentation power of dough expansion decreased as the additional ratio increased in both the first and second proofing, and it was negatively correlated to the fermentation time factor. The moisture content of bread decreased as the addition ratio increased. The bread volume became smaller as the addition ratio increased, but it correlated negatively with its specific volume. The color of the crumb, the lightness and redness decreased in comparison to the control, but the yellowness increased. The total amino acid contents increased as the addition ratio increased, and glutamic acid was positively correlated to the additional ratio. The total free amino acids increased as the additional ratio increased, but cysteine levels were high at 5% and 7% additional ratio. The textural characteristics of the bread, springiness and cohesiveness were lower than the control, but gumminess, brittleness, and hardness were higher than the control. The adhesiveness was realized at 7% additional ratio.

        잔트커런츠 발효액과 Sourdough 식빵의 품질 특성

        The objective of this study was to investigate quality characteristics of sourdough bread with fermented Zante currants juice. The sweetness of fermented Zante currants starter increased while its pH value decreased as time passed. The pH values were negatively correlated to the added amount of starter with the lowest pH being recorded at 70% addition. Similarly, bread's moisture was inversely correlated to the added amount of starter with the highest moisture content being recorded at 10% addition. For bread's height, excluding the control, 70% addition turned out to be the highest, and the height decreased as the added amount increased. The oven-spring was similar between the control and 70% addition. For the volume, except the control, 70% addition turned out to be the largest. The larger the specific volume was, the higher the volume of bread got. The brightness, redness, and yellowness were decreased as the added amount was increased. For the texture, the control had the highest elasticity and cohesiveness, and they increased as the added amount of starter increased. The hardness had a negative correlation with the added amount, and 70% addition yielded the same result as the control. The adhesiveness appeared only in 10% addition.

        11-15세기 중세 프랑스어 부사절의 접속법

        Le but de l'étude est d'analyser les propositions adverbiales dans le subjonctif en français médiéval(XIe-XVe siècles). En particulier, cette étude classifie les propositions adverbiales en neuf types selon leurs rôles sémantiques (temps, but, cause, résultat, comparaison, concession, restriction, condition, exclusion) et examine l'utilisation du subjonctif dans les propositions subordonnées centrées sur l'objet de données. En résultat, comme discuté précédemment, le subjonctif dans la proposition adverbiale montre des caractéristiques linguistiques particulières qui se trouvent dans le processus de changement linguistique et de développement au cours de cette période. L'instabilité dans les modes indicatifs et subjonctifs apparaît entre le 11ème et le 13ème siècle; la structure syntaxique se stabilise dans les propositions adverbiales au 14ème siècle. En particulier, le choix du temps dans les propositions conditionnelles est libre et varié contrairement au français moderne. Ce phénomène montre des modèles similaires dans les propositions principales et plusieurs conjonctions, par exemple, comme mes qui est fréquemment utilisé dans une proposition conditionnelle. Cette facette est considérée comme la caractéristique syntaxique la plus unique dans les propositions adverbiales subjonctives du français médiéval(XIe-XVe siècles).
