        월악산국립공원의 곤충다양성에 관한 연구 - 노린재목, 딱정벌레목, 나비목 -

        본 연구는 2007년부터 2009년까지 3년 동안 월악산 모니터링 조사 지점과 동일지구에 대해 정기적인 주 간조사를 통해 주간곤충류(노린재목, 딱정벌레목, 나비목)의 종목록을 확보 하여, 월악산국립공원의 생태계에 자연적 혹은 인위적으로 변화된 내용을 측정하여 곤충자원의 체계적인 관리를 위한 자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 본 조 사기간 동안 채집 확인된 주간곤충류는 65과 404종(노린재목 21과 86종, 딱정벌레목 38과 244종, 나비목 6과 74종) 이 조사되었다. 따라서 문헌조사를 포함한 결과 월악산국립공원에 서식하는 것으로 확인된 주간곤충류는 멸종위기야 생동물 2종, 고유종 6종, 국외반출승인대상종 10종과 특정종 50종을 포함하여 총 72과 609종(딱정벌레목 44과 368 종, 노린재목 22과 126종, 나비목 6과 115종)으로 나타났다. 아울러 조사지점별 분석결과 S3에서 종다양성이 가장 높게 나타났으며, S10은 다른 조사지점과 다르게 종다양성이 현저하게 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 각 조사기간별 우점종으로는 2007년과 2009년도에 넉점박이송장벌레, 2008년도에는 더듬이긴노린재로 나타났다. This study were conducted for three years from 2007 to 2009 and at the same points as monitoring surveys, through regular surveys insects (Hemiptera, Coleoptera, Lepidoptera) to obtain the list, to measure and assess  Woraksan National Park ecosystem’s natural or artificial change, to provide data for systematic management of the contents of insects. As a result of all the collections were examined, 404 species of 65 family under 3 order were identified. Therefore, the species composition of insect over each result from Woraksan National Park’s was a total of 3 orders,  72 families, 609 species including 2 Endangered species, 6 Endermic species, 10 Management of exotic species and 50 Designated species; 368 species of family Coleoptera which is the highest, 126 species of family Hemiptera and 115 species of family Lepidoptera. Site 3 had the highest indices diversity. In contrast, Site 10 indices diversity, different  from the other survey points, were significantly low. In each survey period, dominant species included Nicrophorus quadripunctatus in 2007 and 2009. In 2008, dominant species was Pachygrontha antennata.

        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

      • 地域經濟活性化를 위한 農村市場開發에 관한 硏究 : 忠南 禮山地域市場을 中心으로

        Since the first year economic development plan, imblanced development of national territory during the economic development process has aggravated remarkable disparity between urban and rural areas. For this reason, this study introduced the development of rural market as one of the development strategies of regional economic to correct the imblance and relieve regional disparity. The purpose of this study were to look into the present situation of traditional rural market and to analyze the problems for the rural development in view of the current road situations in the rural areas and status of marketing facilities in market center and to measure the degree of rural area people's satisfaction to the rural market and to suggest the development plan of activating for rural market center. To collect data, the Yesan Gun rural market were selected and a total of 591 residents and 178 merchants were sampled as final subjects of survey. Interview and/or questionnaire method was the main method of data collection. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1) The population of Yesan Gun has decreased 2.85 persons per year from in 1984, but the number of vehicles were increased 2.85 times than in 1989. And the parking capacity of Yesan Eup was only 129 vehicles which were below of the total vehicles of Yesan Gun area (14,352). The number of Yesan area markets were 8 markets which consisted of 1 permanent market and 7 periodic markets. But as the economy has been developed, the conditions of rural markets have been changing. That is, the role of periodic market tends to be weakened with the growth of large cities, reinforcement of permanent markets, development of traffic facilities, large production, preferring high quality goods. 3) Generally, the people of Yesan Gun were attached for purchasing the necessaries of life and comodities and farming materials to ① Yesan Eup ② Seoul ③ Chonan Shi ④ Hongsung gun ⑤ Daejeon Shi. 4) The degree of community people's satisfaction to the town market presented 26.6% which meaned higher than dissatisfaction(9.5%). And the degree of people's inconvenience of accessibility to market center by transferring of bus terminal presented 64.2% which meaned higher than average. 5) The degree of people's dissatisfaction of traffic system in Yesan gun area presented followings: the road networks(61.5%), parking facility(68%), bus route(54%). 6) By the survey of merchants of Yesan gun area, on the average, it showed followings: the size of store was 6-10 pyeong(40%), the type of enterprise was retail dealer(70.9%), and purchasing place was wholesale dealer from Seoul(51.8%). 7) And they thought that Yesan town market were too small(70.8%), and the diversifying of goods was not enough(35.5%). 8) The merchants of Yesan area showed that the degree of into venience to traffic system was 72.7% and its to parking facility was 83.3%. And they complained that community administration agency have not tried to activate market(79.1%). Based on the results of this study, the following recommendation were made for activating regional economy and community market. That is, it is to strengthen the economic function in community market so as to suffice the economic and social activities for settlement area as their living space. And it is necessary to improve the interrelationship of the central functions. 1) So, the accessibility between market center and its surrounding areas must be rised. ① the enforcing preferentially to pave the bus terminal and market center to link two place. ② the running of shuttle-bus two place every regular market day. ③ the widening and connecting the road to rise accessibility between market center and its surrounding area. ④ the enforcement of parking facility around market center. ⑤ the constructing marketing centered area as intergrated body of various marketing facilities in the adjacent site is the centered area planned to achieve efficient marketing. 2) The modernization and specialization market center facilities. 3) The strengthening of drawing surrounding area people into Yesan market center. So, the following recommended: ① the development of special products market ② inducing special projects ③ the development tour and leisure course drawing industrial facilities. 4) And it needs to enforce community people's local patriotism and to support community markets by administration agency.

        The helicopter system is non-linear and complex. Futhermore, because of absence of an accurate mathematical model, it is difficult accurately to control its attitude. Therefore, we propose a fuzzy control technique to control efficiently its elevation angle and azimuth one. This controller is on the basis of expert's knowledges and his experiences. The simulation results using MATLAB are introduced.

        The Taguchi method by orthogonal array, one of the structured sampling methods, has many advantages which are row cost and time saving for experiments and researches. But this method has applied limited area especially about mechanical problems. So, we experimented whether the structured sampling is useful to apply optimal design of mechanical elements. First, we made a mechanical problem to determine optimal parameters of a pin with a hole. The second, we calculated combination of optimal parameters by simulation. At the same time, we seeked optimal combination by structured sampling using orthogonal array and ANOVA. The last, we compared these two results. The experimental result have shown that the structured sampling method seeked optimal parameters exactly. So, we see some possibility in this application.

        Optical absorption edge of a SiNx: H film deposited by RF glow discharge decomposition of SiH₄NH₃H₂ gases has been investigated as a function of ammonia to silane gaseous ratio in the reaction chamber. The dependence of optical band gap on the gaseous ratio is found that Eg=0.56x + 1.66(eV). The disorder determined by the inverse slope of the Urbach tail is inversely proportional to the concentration of hydrogen in the specimen. The extrapolated hydrogen concentration of ideal a-SiNx:H film (E?=O) is approximately 18 at %.

        치과용 인상재의 점성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the rheological properties of a syringe type agar impression material, a zinc oxide eugenol impression paste and 6 types of elastomeric impression materials. Boiled agar impression material was cooled from 80℃ to 32℃, and its viscosity was measured during the temperature decrease at three different shearing rates. Viscosities of unmixed impression pastes were measured at three different temperature conditions and three different shearing rates. Impression materials were mixed at 23 and 30℃, and the viscosities were measured as a function of elapsed time from mixing. At 30℃ mixing condition, viscosities of condensation silicone rubber impression materials were measured with the variation of base/catalyst ratio, and viscosities of addition silicone rubber impression material with the varying amounts of retarder were measured. The results are as follow; 1. In all impression materials, viscosity values were decreased as the shear rate increased(P<0.05). 2. Viscosity of agar impression material was increased rapidly when the temperature decreased below 42℃(P<0.05). 3. Viscosities of unmixed impression materials were decreased by the increased temperature. Condensation and addition silicone rubber impression materials showed low viscosities, and polysulfide impression materials showed moderate viscosities, and polyether and zinc oxide eugenol impression materials showed much higher viscosities than other impression materials. 4. As the room temperature increased, the mixed impression materials showed significantly rapid increase of viscosities during the same lapse of time(P<0.05). Polysulfide rubber and zinc oxide eugenol impression materials retained low viscosities for longer time in the course of setting. Ramitec, polyether rubber for bite registration, attained high viscosity within short elapsed time. On the other hand, Impregum-F polyether rubber impression material showed slowed slower increase of viscosity than condensation and addition silicone rubber impression materials. 5. Viscosities of condensation silicone rubber impression material reacted sensitively with the variation of base/catalyst ratio(P<0.05). 6. Addition silicone rubber impression material mixed with 2 drops of retarder per 5 cm pastes showed no significant difference in viscosity compared with normal mixing condition(P>0.05), but 4 drop-added mix showed significant decrease in viscosity compared with normal mixing group(P<0.05).

      • 合成樹脂型 齒周包帶가 組織에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of the histological changes and resorption of cyanoacrylate which have been used as plastic tissue adhesive and periodontal dressing materials. For this experimental study, 20 male mice were injected the cyanoacrylate into subcutaneous tissue of posterior femur area by syringe. The results were examined by light microscope for the histologic appearance with conventional stainable specimen. The results were as follows ; 1. Edematous tissue changes and infiltration of acute inflammatory cell were revealed on the subcutaneous tissue in early stage. 2. From the 14th days, the loss of edematous changes and dense fibrous tissue encapsulation surround the cyanoacrylate by collagenesis from granulation tissue were shown. 3. polynuclear giant cell were observed since 3 rd week, but there were not revealed resorptive phenomenon caused by them. 4. In the case of injected to muscle fiber, cyanoacrylate seperated the muscle fiber bundle. 5. During the whole period of this study, the amount of infiltration of inflammatory cell observed in the subcutaneous tissue less than in the muscle fiber.
