This study was carried out in order to provide a scientific model for agricultural development according to the suggested zoning of Asan County. Data was collected through references issued by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Chung Chong-Namdo, Asankun, etc and as well as discussions with officials of municipalities, county of Asan and farm leaders. The core results obtained were as follows: 1) West Paddy Fields : To specialize rice farming and establish mechanized rice centers. 2) West Horticulture/Dairy Farming Area and North-East Fruits/Dairy Farming Area : To enhance productivity through technology innovation and strengthen bargaining power of producers. 3) Mid-East Urban Farming Area : To foster organic or sustainable agriculture to provide pollution free vegetables. 4) South Hilly Area : To set up green tourism with production of healthy food. However, the followings were recommended for further study : 1) More detailed planning in terms of financial aspect should be followed. 2) Onyang-shi should be included in the planning from 1995 onwards.

This study was carried out to improve the culturing method of P. cocos, on saving labor and inoculation amount. Therefore, the result of this experiment was as the following. Proper mycelium growth and density of P. cocos was observed in MCM(mushroom complete medium). In the selection of tree species, pine and larch had better in spawn culture and sclerotia formation condition. In the experiment of pine, Yield was 33.7㎏/3.3㎡. In inoculation amount, conventional method(cross slice inoculation) required 16 ~ 20 bottles/1000cc of spawn. In contrast, short log,drilling inoculation method required 8 ~ 10 bottles/1000cc, 2 ~ 3 bottles/1000cc of spawn, which reduced by 50% and 85 ~ 90% of inoculation respectively. In conventional method, the yield of pine was 23.4㎏/3.3㎡. In the case of drilling and short log inoculation, Yield was 28.7㎏ / 3.3㎡(25㎜ / depth) and 30.1kg / 3.3㎡(35mm / depth), 31.7㎏ / 3.3㎡ respectively, Therefore, short log inoculation was increased by 25% and 35% compared with conventional method. In conclusion, management cost was also saved.
In vitro system에서 Antibiotics의 첨가가 반추위에 Carbohydrate발효 및 Gas생성에 미치는 영향

The effects of antibiotics and chloroform on the fermentation rates of protein in the rumen and efficiency of rumen microbial growth yield were studied. One hundred ml of rumen inoculum with 100 ml culture medium in a 250ml serum bottle was incubated for 0, 2, 4, and 8hr. Forty ppm of Avoparcin, Thiopeptin and chloroform were added to each bottle at zero time. Twenty ml samples taken from each incubation bottles were transfered to 50ml centrifuge tubes for the preparation of washed cell suspension. Microbial-N, cell density and NH3-N production were determined. Degradation rates of trypticase and the YATP with or without antibiotics were also calculated. All antibiotics added to rumen inoculum in this study inhibited microbial-N yield as compared with control. Microbial growth rate and the YATP were also decreased considerably with addition of antibiotics. Degradation rates of trypticase were also inhibited from 5.9%/hr control to 3.1-4.0%/hr with the addition of antibiotics. Thus, antibiotics, the rumen additives to rumen inoculum in this study may have interfered with ruminal digestion of protein and growth of rumen microbes.

This study is aimed to establish new tour route strategy plan for Baekje area. It is thought that tour is important in our life patterns. Especially, according to supply of automobile and increase of road, tour volume increases rapidly. In general it had a tendency to visit a single destination ago, but multi-destination these times. Tour route is what represent the line that connects with each other destination for several reasons like economic conditions, time, tourist needs, and so on. The tourism resources developments plan for Baekje cultural area are demanded experimental tourism routes and event tourism routes.

In this thesis, I studied the process of development of the meat in Korea with the changes of the time, history according to kinds of meat and cooking using the meat and poultry through bibliography. The result is ; 1. The meat had been gradually grown from the prehistoric age to the age of the Three States. But when Buddhism was introduced at King Sosurim 2th year of Koguryo the meat is used great morderation because Buddhism worship thought until middle term of Koryo. From end of Koryo when was an invasion of the Mongolian race the meat was restored again and developed continuously through the Josun age to the predent age. 2. Meat and Poultry used in the main material were cow, pig, dog, chicken, sheep, pheasant, rabbit and duck in Korea. 3. Cooking using meat and poultry was dried meat(脯) and soup(羹) which was traditional and the oldest method, raw meat(膾), roasted with seasoning(炙), sliced of boiled meat(熟肉), steamed(蒸), fried meat(煎) and pan broiled meat(炒).

These studies were carried out to investigate injurious insect faunas of Mt. Duksoong locating Yesan, Hongseong and Seosan from mid-April to late-September, 1994. These studies were identified to 171 species of insect included 54 families and 9 orders. The largest orders in these area were investigated Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Homoptera, Hemiptera, Diptera. Major host-plants captured injurious insects were fruit trees and forest. Captured some injurious insects had these host-plants, vegetables, upland field crops and paddy field crops.
