      • CdTe 감마선 검출소자의 Schottky Contact에 관한 연구

        To obtain the elementary data about CdTe Schottky diode, we made Schottky Contact by electroless deposition method after growing the CdTe single crystal which has zinc blend structure with CdTe powder (4N). From the result of the experiments on the Schottky diode, we found that the reverse current in N-type Schottky diode is less than that in P-type but barrier height is higher in N-type. And as the deposition time(reaction time) of Schottky Contact becomes longer or the reaction temperature higher, the barrier height and contact resistance are decreased.

      • 몰리브덴 퍼어말로이의 자기저항 효과에 관한 연구

        자기저항센서를 제작하기 위하여 Mo-permalloy(Ni:79.43%, Fe:14.47%, Mo:5.7%, Mn:0.38%, C:0.013%)를 슬라이드 그라스에 진공증착하여 sensor element를 제작한 후 포화자속밀도(B_(s)), 보자력(H_(c)), 자기이방성상수(K//), 자기저항변화율(ΔR/R)을 조사하였다. 진공증착된 permalloy 박막의 포화자속밀도는 0.746T 이었으며, 자화주파수 1kHz에서 보자력은 2.90A/cm(//),1.98A/cm(⊥) 이었고, 열처리 후에 1.79A/cm(//). 1.37A/cm(⊥)로 감소되었다. 한편 이 소자의 자기이방성상수는 1.38X10^(4)erg/cm^(3) 이었으며 5x1^(0-3)T의 자장변화에 대만 저항변화율(ΔR/R)은 2.0% 이었다. 앞으로 이 소자의 온도특성, 잡음특성 및 내열성 등을 조사하고자 한다. To fabricate magnetoresistive sensor, Mo-permalloy(Ni:79.43%, Fe:14.47%, Mo:5.7%, Mn:0.38%, C:0.013%) was evaporated on the slide glass. Saturation magnetic induction(B_(s)), coercive field strength(H_(a)), magnetic anisotropy constant(K), and magnetoresistance were measured for the fabricated samples. The evaporated samples show that saturation magnetic induction was 0.746T, and coercive field strengthes were 2,90A/cm(//) and 1.98A/cm(⊥), and this values were reduced to 1.79A/cm(//) and 1.37A/cm(⊥) respectively after annealing. For the measurement of coercive field strength, magnetizing frequency of 1kHz was used. For the fabricated sensor element, magnetic anisotropic constant was 1.38X10^(4)erg/cm^(3) and magneto-resistance change(ΔR/R) was 2.0% under the magnetic field change of 5X10^(-3)T, We will continue study on the characteristics for the temperature, heat resistance, and noise.

      • 개량조개의 煮熟冷凍品에 關한 細菌學的 硏究

        VA-N, TMA, Coliforms, E. coli and Bacterial flora in the raw sample of Henclam, in the Henclam by their process and the Henclam by date during the frozen storage were studied. The results were as follows : 1) The value of VB-N and TMA got increased according to the period of frozen storage. But the increased rate of TMA was higher than that of VB-N. 2) The number of General bacteria, Coliforms and E. coli in the sample selected after the third washing were 2.6×106 cells/g, 3.1×102 cells/g and 2.8×10 cells/100g. The sample showd maximum of bacterial contamination compared with others. 3) Pseudomonas and Vibrio of Bacterial flora in the raw Henclam were superior in number. 4) Micrococcus and Moraxella of Bacterial flora in the Period of frozen storage were superior, in number, showing 35% and 25%. 5) Klebsiella aerogenes group of Coliforms showed maximum of 50.7% compared with others in the period of frozen storage.

      • 형상인식을 적용한 용접 결함의 특징변수 추출

        In this study, the researches classifying the natural flaws in welding parts are performed using the signal pattern classification method. For this purpose 500MHz storage digital oscilloscope including FFT function and enveloped waveform generator are used and the signal pattern recognition procedure is made up the digital signal processing, feature extraction, feature selection and classifier design. Specially it is composed with and discussed using the distance classifier is based in euclidean distance the empirical Bayesian classifier. In feature extracting, it is performed using the class-mean scatter criteria. And the signal Pattern classification method is applied to the signal pattern recognition problems of natural flaw that is porosity inclusion, slag inclusion, lack of penetration, lack of fusion. center crack, side crack, toe crack. root crack as the planar and volumetric flaw classification problem. According to this results, if appropriately learned the neural network classifier is better acquire the recognition rate of 86.31% above through it is different a little according to domain extracting the feature and the classifier

      • 주머니 모형을 이용한 고밀도 핵물질 내 케이 중간자에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 케이 중간자의 반입자를 쿼크와 반쿼크의 결합체인 MIT 주머니로 취급하여 고밀도 핵물질 내에서 입자의 성질을 연구하였다. 우선 쿼크-중간자 결합 모형을 보완한 변형 쿼크-중간자 결합 모형을 바탕으로 케이 중간자를 주머니로 다룰 때 나타나는 케이 중간자의 질량 등을 주머니를 기술하는 변수들로 구하였다. 모형의 변수들 중에서 케이 중간자와 핵물질과의 상호작용을 나타내는 퍼텐셜 에너지의 결합상수는 그 값이 아직 결정되지 않은 상태이기 때문에 미지의 변수로 취급하였다. 이 결합상수의 값이 바뀜에 따라 케이 중간자의 질량 등이 자유 상태에 있을 때의 질량에 비해 어떻게 변화하는지 등을 고찰하였다. 수치계산의 결과는 i) 케이 중간자를 쿼크의 결합체인 주머니로 다룰 때의 성질 변화가 점입자로 다룰 때의 변화와 다르고 ii) 케이 중간자와 핵물질 간의 상호작용 퍼텐셜 에너지의 결합상수 값에 따라 변화가 상당한 차이를 보였으며 iii) 기묘도를 갖는 쿼크의 상호작용도 무시할 수 없을 정도의 기여도가 있음을 보였다. 케이 중간자가 고밀도 핵물질의 상태방정식에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 케이 중간자 응축이 중성자별 내부에서 발생할 때 중성자별의 크기와 질량을 계산하였다. 결과로서 케이 중간자 응축이 중성자 별의 크기, 질량 등에 미치는 영향은 가시적이기는 하나 하이퍼 중입자의 역할에 비해서는 부차적임을 알게 되었다.

      • 쥐노래미 Hexagrammos otakii 난의 부화에 미치는 수온의 영향 및 자치어의 성장과 생존에 미치는 수온과 먹이의 영향

        쥐노래미 Hexagrammos otakii의 부호조건 및 자치어의 성장 및 생존에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 수온에 따른 부화 소요시간 및 부화율, 자치어의 성장과 생존에 미치는 수온과 먹이조건을 조사하였다. 쥐노래미 수정란의 수온별 부화 소요시간은 수온이 높을수록 짧았다. 부화율은 12℃에서 가장 높았으나, 반면 수온이 14℃ 이상으로 상승하면 급격히 감소되었으며 18.0℃이상에서는 비정상 기형 개체들이 출현하였다. 부화 후 70일 경과 후 수온별 자치어의 초기 성장과 생존율(%)은 수온이 높은 조건(16℃)일수록 낮은 수온조건보다 성장이 빨랐던(P<0.01) 반면, 생존율은 낮은 수온(10℃)조건에서 높게 나타났다. 70일간 먹이공급계열이 따른 자치어 사육실험에서 최적 성장과 높은 생존 조건은 윤충류(Brachionus plicatilis, 부화 후 1~10일) + Artemia nauplii(부화 후 10~20일) + 배합사료(부화 후 15~70일)를 공급한 실험군으로 나타났다. 자치어의 빠른 성장과 생존율을 높이기 위해서는 되도록 일찍 배합사료에 먹이붙임을 하는 것이 바람직하다고 판단된다. To obtain optimal rearing conditions for seedling production of the greenling Hexagrammos otakii, the effects of seawater temperature on hatching of egg, and seawater temperature and feeding regime on growth and survival of hatched larvae were studied. The hatching time of fertilized eggs of H. otakii decreased with increasing seawater temperature. Total length of hatched larvae was in the range of 7.21~8.16㎜. The highest hatching rate was found at 12℃. As seawater temperature increased higher than 14℃, the hatching rate sharply decreased. Abnormal larvae were found at 18.0℃. Seawater temperature affected significantly the growth and survival of H. otakii larvae(P<0.001). After rearing larvae for 70 days after hatching, we found the growth rate highest when seawater temperature was highest(16℃), whereas survival was highest when seawater temperature was lowest(10℃). Feeding regime also affected significantly the growth and survival of H. otakii larvae(P<0.001). The most efficient feeding regime was under the conditions of feeding rotifer(Brachionus plicatilis) during days 1~10 after hatching+ Artemia nauplii during days 10~20 after hatching+commercial feeds during days 15~70 after hatching. To ensure rapid growth and higher survival of H. otakii larvae, commercial feeds should be provided as early as possible.

        야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

        Change in Patients' Satisfaction with Pain Control After Using the Korean Cancer Pain Assessment Tool in Korea

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Appropriate pain assessment is very important for managing cancer pain. This study was designed to evaluate the utility of the Korean Cancer Pain Assessment Tool (KCPAT) by assessing changes in the management of cancer pain. The changes in pain intensity, the pattern of drug prescriptions, and the patients' satisfaction with pain control were analyzed after using the KCPAT. The results indicated that pain medicine prescriptions were changed in 194 (51.5%) cases after using the KCPAT, and 69.5% of these changes were affected by the KCPAT. After using the KCPAT, pain intensity as assessed by the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS, 0–10cm) decreased (4.31±2.35 vs. 3.60±2.45, <I>P</I><0.0001), and the presence of associated symptoms and psychosocial items was significantly reduced. The patients' satisfaction with pain control was improved. Forty-four physicians (89.8%) thought that the KCPAT was useful. The KCPAT improved patients' satisfaction with pain control and was a useful tool for evaluating and managing cancer pain.</P>
