        This paper proposes Internet-based checking scheme for machine-tools with a variant CNC. Checking points defined in this research are classified into two categories such as structured point and operational point. The formal includes the vibration of bearing, temperature of spindle unit and another periodical management. And the latter includes oil checking, clamp locking/unlocking and machining on/off status. Through this research, for the global management of variant CNC machines interspersed with CAC and OAC in manufacturing system, the suitable environment for Internet-based checking of variant CNC machines was designed and the checking methods for CAC and OAC machines were compared with each other.

      • 실리카흄을 흔입한 고강도 콘크리트 개발

        콘크리트 구조물이 대형화됨에 따라 설계단면이 증대되어 상대적으로 많은 경제적 손실을 부담하게 된다. 따라서 단면을 감소시키면서도 소요의 하중에 안전한 구조물을 건설하기 위해서는 우선적으로 구조물 건설에 기초가 되는 고품질, 고내구성의 고강도 콘크리트 개발이 절실히 요구된다 본 연구에서는 일정 시멘트비 및 혼화재 비율하에서 소요의 워커빌리티가 확보되는 고강도 콘크리트를 시간과 온도의 변화에 따라 증기 양생하여, 압축, 인장, 휨강도 뿐만 아니라 파괴특성을 실험적으로 연구하였다. 시료 제작시 시멘트 입자 사이의 공극 및 불연속 영역을 충전하여 고밀도화하기 위한 콘크리트용 혼화재로 시멘트 비표면적이 상당히 작은 초미립 분말인 실리카흄을 이용하였다. 또한 AE감수제 및 고성능 유동화제를 사용하여 혼화재의 첨가에 의하여 발생될 수 있는 워커빌리티의 감소를 방지하였다. 실험결과에 의하면 일정 양생 지속 시간하에서 온도의 증가에 따라 콘크리트의 압축, 인장 및 휨강도가 전반적으로 증가하였다. 동일하게 일정 온도하에서 양생 지속시간이 커짐에 따라 강도들이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 상대적으로 높은 온도와 긴 지속 양생 조건하에서 파괴에 대한 저항력이 크게 나타났다. The compressible, tensible, and flexibleresistance of the high strength concrete is analyzed by the experimentation in the present study. For the test, we cure several samples with the silica fume as a mixture being become dense the spaces between the particle of cement under the variation of both the temperature and the curing-interval. Then, the superplasticizer and the ezcon are also used to satisfy the required workability for construction. The compressible, tensible, and flexible resistances to a stress are increased as increasing the temperature and the time interval for the curing. Therefore it is concluded that the overal fractural and mechanical properties is improved by mixing the silica fume into the cement.

      • 國産活性炭에 의한 重金屬이온의 吸着特性

        Adsorption characteristics of chrome, cadminum, cupper and zinc ions on domestic activated carbon were studied by using two kinds of sources. The following conclusions were obtained from the effect of pH, anions and cyanide, adsorption velocity, adsorption isotherm on adsorption of the heavy metal ion and the desorption of the heavy metal ion from domestic activated carbon. 1) Chrome ion is readily adsorpted on activated carbon in the form as HCrO₄^(-) and CrO₄^(2-) in the pH range from 3 to 6 and adsorption velocity was almost come to the equilibriumin an hour. Adsorpted total chrome ion was readily eluted by using 1N-HCl. 2) From the adsorption of cadmium ion in the presense of iodide and bromide, cupper ion with halogen ion and zinc with halogen, it was found that they were easily adsorbed on activated carbon in the form of complex anions. 3) Adsorption isotherms of cupper with citric acid and zinc with cyanide on activated carbon were shown the Freundlich's equation. 4) Zinc complex anions were reversibly adsorbed on activated carbon and easily eluted with 0.1N-HCl.

      • 國産活性炭의 吸着特性에 관한 硏究 (Ⅱ)

        The dynamic characteristics of the adsorption of COD on domestic activated carbon were studied by using a shallow bed in column. The effects of linear velocity(0.5∼3m/hr) of flowing solution through the bed, particle size(20∼60 mesh) and kind of activated carbon on K_(La) were studied. The results obtained were as follows. 1. The linear velocity does not exert an influence on K_(La) in the range of 0.5∼3m/hr, therefore, it was found that the intraparticle pore diffusion resistance is the rate controlling. 2. When sieved activated carbon from wood was used, the correlation between mean particle size of activated carbon, d ̄, and K_(La) ̄ was obtained as follows: K_(La)-30(d ̄)^(-1.2)(1/hr). 3. The adsorption isotherm of COD on domestic activated carbon was well fitted Freundlich's Model.

      • 니켈(II)의 암모늄 디티오카바메이트류 착물의 탈양성자 반응 속도와 메카니즘

        In ethanol and pyridine, the molar extinction coefficents of nickel( II ) complexes of A, B, and C except D increase with the variation of time. From the result it is known that ethanol and pyridine may interact with the complexes, and then they may also remove a proton of the ammonium group of the ligand to form the five coordinate complexes of nickel( II )- ammonium dithiocarbamates. It is suggested that the rate-determining step is a process of deprotonation of the ammonium group in nickel( II )-ammonium dithiocarbamates complexes.

      • 小兒 알레르기性 紫斑症

        저자는 1977년 1월부터 1982년 8월까지 5년 8개월간 경북의대 부속병원 소아과에 알레르기성 자반증으로 입원하였던 환아 36예를 대상으로 하여 다음과 같은 성적을 얻었다. 성별 분포는 남녀 각각 50%로서 차이가 없었고 계절별 분포는 상기도감염이 빈번한 봄, 겨울이 72.2%를 차지하였으며, 선행질환으로서는 상기도 감염이 69.4%에서 인지되었고 알레르기성 병력을 가진 환아는 13.9%였다. 임상증상은 피부병변이 100%, 위장관계 증상이 88.9%, 관절증상이 61.1%에서 나타났었다. 신장침범은 33.3%였으며 현미경적 혈뇨가 1예, 현미경적 혈뇨 및 경도의 단백뇨가 3예, 현미경적 혈뇨 및 심한 단백뇨가 2예였다. 육안적 혈뇨 및 경도의 단백뇨는 1예, 육안적 혈뇨 및 심한 단백뇨는 4예가 있었으며, RPGN이 1예였다. 이중 6예에서 신생검을 시행하였으며, 2예는 경도의 병변을 보였고 나머지 4예는 모두 반월체를 형성하는등 심한 병변을 보였다. RPGN 경과를 취한 1예는 사망하였다. 신침범과 이와 관련된다고 생각되는 인자들, 즉 5세 이상의 연령군, 성별, 위장관증상의 경중, 관절증상의 유무, 재발유무 등과의 관계를 살펴본 결과 신침범을 일으킨 환아에서 심한 위장관증상 및 재발율이 다소 높게 나타났으나, 통계적 처리로서는 특별한 의의가 없는 것으로 나타났다. A clinical observation has been made on 36 children with Henoch-Scho¨nlein perpura who were admitted to pediatric department of KNU hospital from January 1977 to August 1982. Rate of male to female patients was 1:1, and the majority of cases developed illness during spring and winter months. URI was noticed as preceding illness in 69.4% of cases, and allergic history was elicited in 13.9%. Clinical manifestations showed involvement of skin in 100%. GIT in 88.9%, joint in 61.9% and kidney in 33.3%. Out of 12 cases in whom nephritis developed, 1 case showed microscopic hematuria, 3 cases microscopic hematurai with mild proteinuria, 2 cases microspic hematuria with heavy proteinuria, 1 case macroscopic hematuria with mild proteinuria, 4 cases macroscopic hematuria with heavy proteinuria and 1 case RPGN. Percutaneous renal biopsy performed on 6 cases revealed minimal change in 2 cases and severe renal involvement with crescent formation in 4 cases. Relationship between renal involvement and other parameters including age grou over 5 years, sex, severity of GIT symptoms and presence of recurrence showed somewhat high incidence of severe GIT involvement and presence of recurrence in patients with renal involement. However statistical analysis showed no significant difference.

      • 재발 또는 불응성 비호즈킨 림프종 환자에서 CDME 구제항암화학요법 후 고용량 항암화학요법 및 자가말초혈액 조혈모세포이식의 효과

        Background and objectives : The long-term survival in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) after conventional dose chemotherapy is about 35% and the rest of the patients tend to have relapse. So, in relapsed or refractory NHL, we compared the outcome of patients undergoing high-dose chemotherapy with autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation(APBSCT) with only salvage chemotherapy of cisplatin, dexamethasone, mitoxantrone, and etoposide(CDME). Materials and methods : From June 1993 to December 1999, 25 patients with relapsed or resistant NHL were treated with CDME regimen as salvage chemotherapy. Twelve patients were received four cycles of CDME chemotherapy, and 13 patients were received high-dose chemotherapy with APBSCT following two cycles of CDME chemotherapy. Results : The median follow-up duration was 12.8 months(range:4-68). The overall response rate was 41.7% (complete response rate 25%, partial response rate 16.7%) in 12 patients with CDME only. Thirteen patients who were treated with high-dose chemotherapy with APBSCT achieved 61.5% complete response rate and 15.4% partial response rate, with an overall response rate of 76.9%. The estimated 3-year progression-free survival rate was significantly higher among patients who received high-dose therapy than patients who received CDME only(41.5% vs 20.0%, p<0.05). And, 3-year overall survival rate was significantly higher among patients who received high-dose therapy(51.3% vs 25.0%, p <0.05). Conclusions : In relapsed or refractory NHL, CDME chemotherapy is an effective salvage chemotherapy and allow peripheral blood stem cell collection. Also, high-dose chemotherapy with APBSCT following CDME is superior to CDME salvage chemotherapy only.

        The patient was a 72-yr-old woman who suffered from abdominal discomfort. She was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's(mantle cell) lymphoma in entire gastrointestinal tract except esophagus. 2 years later, she complained abdominal distension and pain. Follow-up endoscopic biopsy showed lesion of mucosa-assciated lymphoid tissue(MLAT) lymphoma. She had received combination chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide, vincristine, and prednisone. We herein described the present case with a brief review.

        산란계 사료첨가제로서 크릴분말의 효과

        본 시험은 크릴 분말의 사료적 특성을 조사하고, 산란계 사료에 첨가하였을 때 계란의 생산성과 품질을 비교하기 위하여 수해하였다. 크릴 분말을 산란계 사료에 0, 1 및 2% 수준으로 첨가하여 216수에 6주간 사양시험을 실시하였다. 크릴분말의 일반성분은 수분 8.25%, 조단백질 50.52%, 조지방 16.67%, 조회분 15.72%로 단백질과 지방이 높은 동물성 사료원료였다. 그리고 무기질(15.72%), astaxanthin (10ppm) 및 콜레스테롤 함량 (780ppm) 또한 많았다. 산란율, 연파란율, 일일사료섭취량 및 난중은 처리간에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 황고 및 난황색도는 크릴의 첨가수준이 높을수록 유의적으로 높아 산란계의 난질을 향상시키는 첨가제로서의 가능성을 보였다. 이상의 결과를 볼 때 크릴 분말은 단백질과 지방이 높은 동물성 사료이며, 산란계에서 천연착색제로의 가능성을 보였다. This experiment was conducted to evaluate the chemical composition of Antarctic Krill(Euphausia superba Dana) meal as feed, and to investigate the effect of its supplementation on productivity and egg quality of laying hen. A total of 216 layers at the age 43 weeks in commercial cage were fed for 6 weeks with 3 different diets containing 0, 1, and 2% Krill meal (KM). The chemical composition of KM was consisted of moisture 8.25%, crude protein 50.52%, crude fat 16.67%, curde ash 15.72%, indicating that KM contains large amount of protein and fat. Krill meal also contains large amounts of mineral(15.72%), astaxanthin(10ppm) and cholesterol(780ppm). No differences were found in egg production, broken and soft eggs, and feed intake among treatments. Dietary supplementation of KM resulted in increased egg yolk height(6.1㎜) and yolk color (2) compared with those of control, suggesting that KM can be used as a feed additive for yolk quality improvement. According to the results of this study, Krill meal can be supplemented in laying hen diets as protein and fat sources, and natural coloring pigment.
