지역축제 방문객 성향과 소비지출과의 관계 연구 : 최근 3년 무주반딧불축제를 중심으로

The present study analysed the relationship between the propensities and consumption expenditures among the visitors over the past three years to the Muju Firefly Festival chosen as the best festival by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2013. First, in 2011, the household income and the duration of participation (the number of days) as part of the visitors’ propensities were found to have positive (+) influence on consumption expenditures. In 2012, occupational status (i.e. employed or unemployed), residence (i.e. living in Jeolla-do or not) and the duration of participation were found to have positive influence on visitors’ consumption expenditures. In 2013, the duration of participation positively affected visitors’ consumption expenditures, whereas the number of fellow visitors had negative (-) influence on visitors’ consumption expenditures. Second, for the past three years overall, the duration of participation had positive influence on visitors’ consumption expenditures, whereas the frequency of participation had negative (-) effects on visitors’ consumption expenditures. Finally, the duration of participation was found to be the common element that consistently affected visitors’ consumption expenditures over the three years. That is, the longer visitors stayed in the venue, the more they spent on food and beverages. Hence, lodging, transportation and entertainment costs were found to increase when visitors stayed more than one night.

대장균 JM109 균주에서 B형 간염 바이러스의 X 부위가 연결된 재조합 융합베타갈락토시다제를 발현시켰을 때 베타갈락토시다제 효소생산은 온도에 민감하게 반응하였다. 높은 온도에서는 효소생산량이 저하되었는데, 이는 융합폴리펩티드의 생산이 감소되어서가 아니라 폴리펩티드들이 세포내에서 응집되었기 때문이다. 하지만 낮은 온도 $(17^{\circ}C)$에서 제대로 폴딩된 단백질은 높은 온도$(37^{\circ}C)$에서도 활성을 그대로 유지하였다. 세포내에서 일단 생성된 단백질 응집물은 배양온도를 낮추어도 활성이 있는 상태로 돌아갈 수 없었다. 이러한 결과로 미루어 볼 때 응집현상은 native 상태의 단백질이 열에 의한 변성에 의해 유도되는 것이라기 보다는 높은 온도에서 폴리펩티드폴딩이 제대로 진행되지 못한 결과라 할 수 있겠다. Recombinant Escherichia coli JM109 cells expressing ${\beta}$-galactosidase fused with X open reading frame of hepatitis B virus exhibited temperature sensitive production of ${\beta}$-galactosidase. Decrease in activity at high culture temperature $(37^{\circ}C)$ was not due to the decrease in fusion polypeptide production per se, but rather due to aggregation of the fusion polypeptides within the cells. However once the fusion polypeptides folded into proper conformation at low culture temperature $(17^{\circ}C)$, they maintained the activity even at high temperature $(42^{\circ}C)$. Aggregates of the fusion polypeptides did not convert to active form when the culture temperature was lowered. The results indicate that aggregation is not a consequence of thermal denaturation of native structure but of incorrect folding and assembly of the polypeptides at high culture temperature.
회계환경 변화가 내부통제구조 및 회계정보의 질에 끼친 영향

This study attempts to empirically examine how changes in accounting environment impact on internal control structure and the quality of accounting information taking the contingency theory approach. First, it explores the impact of changes in accounting environment on the internal control structure. Second, it examines the impact of internal control structure on the quality of accounting information. Third, it attempts to investigate a premise that the quality of accounting information can be improved where there is a "fit" between the change in accounting environment and the internal control structure. The findings indicate that the perception about changes in accounting environment has a significant impact on strengthening the internal control structure and the quality of accounting information. It also shows that the quality of accounting information can be improved when there is a "fit" between the change in accounting environment and internal control structure. These empirical results suggest that a company needs to adopt changes in accounting environment to improve the function of internal control structure and as a result the quality of accounting information.
Antioxidant Activity of Green Tea Extract in Soybean and Rice Bran Oils

Antioxidant activity of green tea extracts (GTE) was evaluated in soybean oil (SBO), rice bran oil (RBO) and winterized rice bran oil (WRBO) stored at 63oC for 36 days. Lipid oxidation of the oils was determined using the active oxygen method (AOM), peroxide value (POV), change in unsaturated free fatty acid concentrations and by sensory evaluation. SBO had a higher concentration of the polyunsaturated fatty acids, linoleic and linolenic acid than RBO and WRBO. WRBO and RBO were more stable against lipid oxidation than SBO. Addition of GTE (200 ppm) to the stored oils, increased the induction period (IP) in AOM, reduced the increase in POV, and lessened the change in unsaturated fatty acids. Furthermore, GTE prevented the development of rancid flavors resulting from storage, all of which demonstrate the protective antioxidative activity of GTE. However, oil color became darker in the GTE treated oils. The antioxidant protection of GTE was most effective in RBO.

Recently, artificial intelligence has been in the spotlight across various fields. Artificial intelligence uses massive amounts of data to train machine learning models and performs various tasks using the trained models. For model training, large, high-quality data sets are essential, and database systems have provided such data. Driven by advances in artificial intelligence, attempts are being made to improve various components of database systems using artificial intelligence. Replacing traditional complex algorithm-based database components with their artificial-intelligence-based counterparts can lead to substantial savings of resources and computation time, thereby improving the system performance and efficiency. We analyze trends in the application of artificial intelligence to database systems.
비즈니스 정보 공유를 위한 XML 기반의 비즈니스 문서 변환 시스템에 관한 연구

As major industries become information-centered, business transactions and information-sharing processes are being computerized and automated. The use of business documents in electronic commercial transactions has increased markedly and this sphere is rapidly being extended to include information sharing between companies. XML was selected as the focus for this thesis. XML is easy to use, provides for easy document exchange and diverse document presentation. The thesis proposes a business document transformation system which makes a transformation possible regardless of platform or using various corporate document standards.
