        The purpose of this study was to investigate the level and effect of stress on physical and mental health. Based on that result, we offer the basic research to lessen students' stress and make a program to promote health condition effectively. Subjects were 526 university students. (male: 232(44.1%) female: 294(55.9%). composed of 7 majors: human studies&social science, management, Science&technology, education. law, medicine, entertainment. freshman 108(20.5%), sophomore 140(26.6%) junior 148(28.1%), senior 130(24.7%)) Subjects were filled with 127 questionnaires. T test and ANOVA were used to evaluate each stress levels. The .05 level of significance was the critical for this research. Also used the correlation to know the relation between stress levels and effects. The result of the study were as follows: 1. According to gender, male students got 2.37, female students got 2.46 on the stress level(p=.05). And also the belonging items showed female students got higher stresses than male students. 2. According to grade, the average score of stress level was 2.42. sophomores got the highest stress and freshmen got the lowest stress level. But that was not meaningful difference. freshman and sophomore got higher stress on studying. and except the freshman, all grades got severe stress on employment. 3. According to major, there were differences on university life and surroundings. On university life, the students who majored management got highest stress and the students who majored Education got the least stress. And on surroundings, the students who majored Law got highest stress. 4. According to gender, female students suffered from more stress effects than male students.(male 2.3725 female 2.4657 t:-1.968 p:.050) 5. According to grade, the average score of stress was 2.2285. sophomore got 2.3042 and junior got 2.2148 on stress effects. 6. According to major, The students who major in law got more stress effects caused by family than any other students. The students who major in entertainment and gymnastics got more stress effects than any other students in surroundings. 7. There were significant correlations between the stress level and effects(r.=847, p=.000).

      • 배추의 RAPD 적정 조건 구명

        It is very important to identify the optimized PCR condition for analyses using PCR. The objective of this study was to optimize PCR condition for RAPD analysis in chinese cabbage. 3×3×3 factorial experiment far template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase was conducted. Another factorial experiment for denature, annealing, extension temperature on the optimal PCR condition was also conducted. The best template DNA concentration was 40ng(1unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, and 1unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 7.0mM MgCl2), 60ng(0.5unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, 0.5unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2, and 1unit taq polymerase and 7.0mM MgCl2). Clear bands were observed from 4.5mM(40ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase, 60ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase and 60ng template DNA and lunit taq polymerase), and 7.0mM(60ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase). The best amount of taq polymerase was 0.5unit(60ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2), and 1unit(40ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2. 40ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2, 40ng template DNA and 7.0mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 7.0mM MgCl2). When we consider results from template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase, 3 conditions(40ng of template DNA, 4.5mM MgCl2 and 1unit taq polymerase; 60ng of template DNA, 4.5mM MgCl2 and 1unit taq polymerase; 60ng of template DNA, 7.0mM MgCl2 and 1unit taq polymerase) were best combinations for the optimal PCR condition. Reaction temperatures for the optimal PCR condition were 84℃, 32℃, 62℃ and 86℃, 35℃, 64℃.

        자유선택놀이 시간에 나타나는 유아의 수학 활동 유형과 맥락

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the types and context of young children's mahematics activity emerging within free play. The subjects were 34 children aged 5 of kindergarten. The mathematics activities the young children participated in were videotaped and analyzed The findings of this study were as follows : First, young children engaged heavily in "pattern and shape" within free play. Second, mathematics activities occurred most frequently with "cooperate interaction", "constructive play", "legs and blocks". Based on these findings, young children's mathematics is not limited to enumeration within free play. Therefore, mathematics curriculum to stimulate and assist young children should be provided with opportunity for more varied mathematics activity types and context.

        엔진구동형 NiTi 파일의 근관성형능력 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare the root canal shaping ability of 4 rotary NiTi instruments in simulated root canals. For the preparation of thirty two curved root canals, Mtwo instruments using “single length”technique, and Profile, ProTaper Universal, and K3 using crown-down technique (N = 8) were used. All canal samples were prepared by reaching an apical canal size of #30. Pre- and post-instrumentation digital images were recorded and an assessment of canal shape was determined using a computer image analysis program SigmaScan Pro (Systat Software Inc., San Jose, CA, USA). The changes of the dimension of inner walls of canals, (2) the changes of the dimension of outer walls of canals, and (3) the centering ratio were measured at 7 measuring points, and then data were statistically analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Duncan’s test. The results were as below; 1. The root canal shaping ability of Profile was significantly faster than that of other rotary NiTi instruments (p < 0.05). 2. The deformation and fracture of all instruments used for this study were not experienced. 3. In the degree of changes of the dimension of inner walls of canals, Profile demonstrated the lowest changes of the dimension of inner walls of canals except at the measuring points of the 1 and 2 mm (p < 0.05). However, the ProTaper Universal showed the highest changes of the dimension of inner walls of canals at all measuring points (p < 0.05). 4. In the degree of changes of the dimension of outer walls of canals, Mtwo demonstrated the lowest changse of the dimension of outer walls of canals except at the measuring point of the 1 mm (p < 0.05). However, Profile exhibited the highest changes of the dimension of outer walls of canals at the measuring points of 3 and 4 mm and ProTaper Universal and K3 showed the largest changes of the dimension of outer walls of canals at the measuring points of 1, 2, 6, and 7 mm (p < 0.05). 5. In degree of centering ratio, Profile demonstrated the least centering ratio comparing with the centering ratio shown by other NiTi instruments at the measuring points of 1, 4, 5, and 6 mm. Results suggest that in the coronal part of canal preparation, active cutting files such as ProTaper Universal may efficiently flare the canal orifice and form a better taper, and in the apical part of the canal, files which have a better centering ability such as Profile may maintain the original canal curvature and reduce the shaping time. 이 연구의 목적은 4가지 엔진구동형 NiTi 기구의 근관성형력을 비교하는 것이다. 32개의 투명레진모형을 사용하여 파일의 단면도가 S자 형태이고“single length”방법으로 근관성형을 시행하는 Mtwo와 crown-down 방법으로 근관성형을 하는 Profile, ProTaper Universal 및 K3로 근관성형을 하였다 (n = 8). 모든 근관은 한사람의 술자가 근단공 크기가 #30이 될때까지 성형하였다. 기구 사용 전과 후 근관 모양을 디지털 영상을 기록하였고, 컴퓨터 영상 분석 프로그램(Expression Scanner와 Adobe Photoshop CS)으로 평가하였다. 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 근첨으로부터 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 mm 떨어진 부위의 내측과 외측으로 삭제된 레진 양을 측정하였고, 자료는 SPSS법으로 비교 분석하였다. 1. 근관형성 시간은 Mtwo가 84.50초로 가장 짧았으며, 총 작업시간은 K3가 269.37초로 가장 길었다(p < 0.05). 2. 기구의 변형과 파절은 모든 구동형 NiTi 파일에서 발생하지 않았다. 3. 근관 내측 폭경의 변화는 Profile이 1, 2 mm 부위를 제외한 다른 부위에서 가장 적었으며, ProTaper Universal은 모든 부위에서 가장 많았다(p < 0.05). 4. 근관 외측 폭경의 변화는 Mtwo이 1 mm 부위를 제외한 모든 부위에서 가장 적었으며, Profile은 3, 4 mm 부위에서 가장 많았다(p < 0.05). ProTaper Universal와 K3는 1, 2, 6, 7 mm 부위에서 가장 많았다(p < 0.05). 5. 근관중심변위율(centering ratio)은 Profile이 1, 4, 5, 6 mm 부위에서 가장 적었다(p < 0.05). 이상의 결과, 구동성 NiTi 파일을 이용한 만곡 근관의 근관형성은 치경부는 ProTaper와 같은 삭제력이 높은 파일을 사용하는 것이 근관 입구를 효과적으로 넓히고 더 나은 taper를 형성하며, 근단부는 Profile과 같은 근관 중심 변위가 적은 파일을 사용하는 것이 근관형성 시간을 단축하고 근단부의 근관 변형(transportation)을 줄일 수 있다고 판단된다.

      • 박의 RAPD 분석을 위한 PCR 최적 조건 연구

        This study was conducted to identify the best combinations of factors(template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase) for the optimization of PCR in gourd. 3×3×3 factorial experiment for template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase was conducted. Another factorial experiment for denature, annealing, extension temperature on the optimal PCR condition was also conducted. The most clear and reproducible bands were appeared in 40ng(1unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, and lunit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 7.0mM MgCl2), 60ng(0.5unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, 0.5unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2, and 1unit taq polymerase and 7.0mM MgCl2). The best MgCl2 concentration was 4.5mM(40ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase, 60ng template DNA and 0.5unit taq polymerase, and 60ng template DNA and lunit taq polymerase), and 7.0mM(40ng template DNA and 0.5unit taq polymerase DNA). The combinations which showed the best bands from the amount of taq polymerase were 0.5unit(60ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2) and lunit(40ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 40ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2, 40ng template DNA and 7.0mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 7.0mM MgCl2). When we consider results from template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase, 1 condition(40ng of template DNA, 4.5mM MgCl2 and 1unit taq polymerase) was the best combination for the optimal PCR condition. Reaction temperatures for the optimal PCR condition were 84℃, 32℃, 62℃ and 86℃, 35℃, 64℃.

        유색미에 관한 연구 : Ⅲ. 유색미 유망계통에 대한 주요 생육 특성

        국내외 유색미 수집종을 돌연변이원에 의해 유기된 우수 계통과 수집종간 상호교배에 의해 선발된 CNU 20계통을 파종하여 얻어진 주요 작물학적 특성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 1. 간장은 유색 메벼인 CNU126 계통이 대조품종인 동진벼와 같이 가장 컸고 메성인 CNU 128계통에서 가장 작았다. 2. 주당 분얼수는 CNU3, CNU50. CNU56, CNU112 계통에서 가장 많았고 대조품종과 CNU 128 계통에서 10개 미만으로 가장 적게 나타났다. 3. 수장은 육성 계통 중 CNU88 계통에서 가장 길었으나 대조구보다 짧고, 육성계통 중에서는 CNU 126 계통이 가장 짧았다. 4. 주당 영화수는 대조구인 동진벼보다 CNU50 계통에서 2배 이상 많았고, CNU158 계통에서 가장 적게 나타났다. 5. 천립중은 CNU113 계통에서 30g이상으로 대조구와 같이 가장 무거웠고, CNU128 계통에서 20g으로 가장 적었다. 6. 주당 수량은 대조구의 26.6g에 비해 CNU50, CNU112 계통에서 두배정도 높았고, CNU128, CNU158, CNU200 계통에서 가장 낮게 타나났다. Aims of this study were carried out to develop the useful lines induced from mutation and pedigree breeding methods among the collected genetic resources from national and domestic areas. In this study, Stem height of CNU126 line and check among them were high, while CNU128 was lower than other lines. Spiklet length of CNU88 was longer, but that of CNU126 was shorter than check. Number of spiklets per plant of CNU50 among lines have twice time than check. 1,000 grains weight of CNU113 was higher than check. In yield per plant, CNU50 and CNU112 were higher than check, Dongjinbyeo.

        성견에서 교정적 고정원으로서의 티타늄 미니스크류에 대한 연구 : An experimental investigation in dogs

        교정치료에서 원하는 치아이동을 위해서는 안정된 고정원이 필요한데 티타늄 미니스크류가 매식과 제거가 쉽고, 구강 내 여러 부위에서 적용이 가능하고, 환자가 느끼는 불편감이나 비용적인 부담이 적고, 제거 후에 치유가 빠르게 진행될 수 있는 등의 장점이 있어 최근에 교정적 고정원으로 사용되기 시작하였다. 티타늄 미니스크류를 교정적 고정원으로 사용한 임상 예들이 여러 편 발표되었는데 미니스크류의 이완이 가장 큰 실패의 원인으로 보고되고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 보고된 논문들에서 교정적 고정원으로 안정성을 줄 수 있는 스크류의 식립 길이에 관한 연구가 없는 상태이다. 교정적 고정원으로 미니스크류를 효과적으로 사용하기 위해서는 식립 부위에 따른 골구조와 골밀도 차이를 고려한 식립 길이에 관한 기준이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 성견의 상악골과 하악골에서 직경 2mm 티타늄 미니스크류를 다양한 길이로 식립하고 교정력을 적용한 후 그 안정성을 평가하여 교정적 고정원으로 사용될 수 있는 미니스크류의 식립 길이를 결정하고자 하였다. 미니스크류가 상악에서는 6mm이상, 하악에서는 4mm 이상이 골 내에 식립될 때 8주 동안 200g의 교정력에 동요도나 위치변화를 보이지 않았다. 식립 부위로는 부착치은 부위 치근 사이에 식립될 때 구강청결이 유지되고 미니스크류 주변 치은조직에 자극을 주지 않아 정상적인 조직으로 유지 될 수 있었다. 또한 교정력 적용 8주 후 치근단 방사선 사진검사에서 스크류 주변 치근 흡수나 치조골 흡수, 치주 인대 손상이 관찰되지 않았다. 따라서 상 ㆍ 하악 골밀도와 골구조의 차이를 고려하여 미니스크류의 골내 식립 길이를 적절히 조절함으로써 교정적 고정원으로 티타늄 미니스크류가 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다고 생각된다. Titanium miniscrews are being used increasingly as an anchorage for tooth movement, because they are easy to place and to remove, increase the number of sites available, give minimum strain to patients regarding surgical procedures, and offer uneventful healing after removal. The use of titanium miniscrews as an orthodontic anchorage has been reported in clinical case reports, but clinicians hove experienced screw loosening when using such screws. To our knowledge, there are no published reports evaluating the stability of miniscrews. Information about the length of miniscrews used in relation to the location is of some importance, as stability will vary depending on bone quality. The purpose of this study was to evaluate a variety of lengths of miniscrews (diameter: 2mm) which were inserted in maxilla or mandible and to demonstrate in a dog moedl which miniscrew provides fundamental stability in the jaws. 10 mm long miniscrews in the maxilla and 8mm long miniscrews in the mandible showed no clinical mobility and retained their position throughout an 8 weeks force (200g) application. The mucosal condition around the screws was healthy in cases in which miniscrews were inserted in the alveolar bone between the roots and the head of the screws emerged into the attached gingiva. When the force application was terminated, radiographic analysis revealed neither root resorption nor periodontal pathology around the miniscrews that remained stable during the entire treatment period. This study suggests that if titanium miniscrews with adequate length are properly used depending on the location, they provide sufficient stability for orthodontic anchorage.

And, the amount of taq polymerase for the optimal PCR condition was 0.5unit(60ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2), and 1unit(40ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 40ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2, 40ng template DNA and 7.0mM MgCl2, and 60ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2). When we consider results from template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase, 4 conditions(60ng of template DNA, 2.5mM MgCl2 and 0.5unit taq polymerase; 60ng of template DNA, 4.5mM MgCl2 and 0.5unit taq polymerase; and 60ng of template DNA, 2.5mM MgCl2 and 1unit taq polymerase; and 40ng of template DNA, 4.5mM MgCl2 and 1unit taq polymerase) were best combinations for the optimal PCR condition. Reaction temperature for the optimal PCR condition was 92℃, 36℃, 72℃.

        분무 열분해에 의한 Ba1-xSrxFe12O19계 자성 미립자의 제조 및 특성 변화

        Magnetic particles with alternating magnetic field are expected to be useful as thermoseeds in hyperthermic cancer treatment, since they can be targeted and confined to the cancer site. Hard magnetic ferrites such as barium ferrite and strontium ferrite are good candidates for thermoseeds of hyperthermia because of their great hysteresis loss. In order to verify the effect of Sr-substitution to Ba-site, synthesized Ba1-xSrxFe12O19 microspheres with various compositions through spray pyrolysis followed by sol synthesis using barium nitrate, strontium acetate and iron nitrate. Coercive force was increased with increasing substitution amount of Sr whereas magnetic saturation was almost constant. Spherical microspheres with average diameter of 11.7~17.0 ㎛ were produced by spray pyrolysis at 400~1000℃. The mean size was dependent on the pyrolysis temperature and flow rate of carrier gas. In order to obtain a single phase of SrFe12O19 crystal, the spray pyrolyzed spheres were undertaken subsequent heat-treatment above 1000℃. During the subsequent heat-treatment, however, spherical microspheres were agglomerated because of necking between particles. Further study has to be continued working on synthesis of pure SrFe12O19 crystal by means of improvement of pyrolysis temperature scheme and extend the heating period.
