      진공산소탈탄로(眞空酸素脫炭爐) 내화물의 내침식기구

      The samples of the used direct-bonded magnesia-chrome refractories of a VOD were made into thin sections for the optical and electron microscopic investigations to characterize the failure mechanisms of the lining in the stainless steelmaking conditions. In addition to the extremely hostile conditions imposed on the VOD refractory bricks, the lack of a retardation mechanism of the slag penetration makes them exceptionally more vulnerable compared with those of the carbon-containing MgO-based bricks of LD converters and EAFs. The study on the brick samples using optical microscope, EPMA, X-ray diffraction and EDAX has shown: 1. In the early stage of the process, the matrix of Mag-Chrome brick consisting mainly of MgO fines with M₂ S and CMS bonds is attacked by the low basicity slag and the lime added as a flux, forming low-melting silicates such as CMS and C₃ MS₂ . 2. The alumina foamed as a result of the addition of aluminum to reduce Cr₂ O₃ to Cr is responsible for the formation of no less detrimental low-melting aluminates such as C₄AF, CAS₂, etc. in the later stage.

      Neurofibromatosis (von Recklinghausen's disease) is a neuroectodermal disorder characterized by autosomal dominant inheritance, cafe-au-lait spots, neurogenic tumors of the skin and internal organs and systemic abnormalities. Despite typical cutaneous findings, the involvement of gastrointestinal tract is not common. We experienced a case of GIST in Von Recklinghausen's disease. The patient was a 40 years old female who had suffered from chronic iron deficiency anemia and intermittent melena due to GIST of ileum, which was diagnosed by enteroclysis, and treated by segmental resection of ileum with end to anastomosis.

      This study was conducted to obtain the basic information on seedling establishment and early growth of rice under different seeding depth and flooding duration in wet seeded rice. Seeds of "Nonganbyeo" and "Hwayeongbyeo" were sown at 0, 0.5, 1.5, and 2.0cm depth in trays and flooded at 3∼4cm depth for 1, 3, 5, and 7 days. We observed that days to seedling emergence ranged from 3.7 to 11.0 days for Nonganbyeo and from 4.2to 12.6 days for Hwayeongbyeo. Seedling emergence of two cultivars was significantly delayed with deeper seeding depth and longer flooding duration. Percentage of seedling establishment was highest at 1 day flooding in all sowing depths, with 79.2 ∼90.5% for Nonganbyeo and with 57.8∼66.5% for Hwayeongbyeo, but decreased sharply with longer flooding duration. The degree of decrease was greater at deep seeding depth and long flooding duration. The critical flooding duration was 3 days for all seeding depths in cultivars. No mesocotyl was observed at 0 to 0.5cm seeding depths in all flooding duration. At 1 -2cm seeding depth, mesocotyl length was longer as seeding depth increased. The coleoptile length of two cultivars was similar in 1.5-2.0cm seeding depth of 3-7 days flooding and 1.0-2.0cm sowing depth of 5-7 days flooding but was longer as seeding depth was increased. Plant height was significantly shortened at 1.0-1.5cm seeding depth of 7 days flooding, and 2.0 seeding depth of 5-7 days flooding but was not significantly differed other treatments. Dry weight was significantly low with deeper seeding depth and longer flooding duration. Days to 50% emergence was positively correlated with mesocotyl length and coleoptile length, while this relationship reversed with plant height. Percentage of seeding stand was positively correlated with plant height and dry matter weight, but not significant with mesocotyl length and coleoptile length.

      In dieser Areit ist der Versuch, die Realitat des Dialektische Widerspruches mit der Momente der Reflexionsbestimmung zu ergreifen. Und die Vorgange der Logik umfassende Erkenntnis Methode ist drei reale-logische Momente: α ) die abstrakte oder verstandige Momente β ) die dialektische oder negativ-vernunftige Momente γ ) die spekulative oder posotiv-vernunftige Momente Mit dieser drei Momente ist der Vorgang in dem realen Grund von dem Widerspruchsbegriff erforscht. Das Ergebnis findet sich darin, daβ der Begriff von dem dialektische Widerspruch in Hegel's 『Logik』aufgrund dem Erfahrungserkenntnis ist. Und das ist, daβ das die analytische Funktion mittels der formale Logik aufnimmt, und daβ das die synthetische Funktion von dem dialektischen-spekulativen Erkenntnis aufnimmt. Darum ist es festgestellt, daβ der Begriff von Widerspruch in Hegel's 『Logik』die Relitat hat.     • 변형 바이러스를 이용한 C형 간염 바이러스 복제 검증

      To study on the replication and the translation of Hepatitis C virus, Huh7 cells infected with patient's sera were transfected with 4 types of HCV-CAT RNA. The transfected cells were cultured, the cells were harvested at various culture days, and the chloramphenicol acetyl transferase (CAT) assay was performed. CAT was expressed only in the cells transfected with capped subgenomic HCV-CAT RNA, and not in the cells transfected with the other RNAs. It seems that full genomic HCV-CAT RNA is not translated and replicated, and the translation of HCV-CAT RNA is cap dependent. The 4 types of HCV-CAT RNA were not replicated in transfected cell during cell culture, therefore, the synthetic HCV-CAT RNA failed to establish the viral replication indicator. The infected cells with 3 types of patient's sera cultured for 50days and HCV-positive strand RNAs and negative strand RNAs, replicative intermediate were detected from the cytoplasmic RNA of infected cell by RT/PCR (reverse transcriptase/polymerase chain reaction). HCV-positive strand RNAs were persistently detected from the cytoplasmic RNA of infected cell but negative strand RNAs were not detected from the cytoplasmic RNA of infected cell during cell culture. These results indicated that HCV RNA was successfully replicated in Huh7 cell and negative strand RNA was not present in the cytoplasm of infected cell.

      The cool storage system(CSS) is a specific building that is required only cooling load without heating during the whole year. CSS uses a electric energy which is very expensive and is required much amount of energy due to temperature differences between interior and ambient temperatures. The purpose of this study is to assess the energy performance of the multi-unit cooler operating control system. For the prediction of its performance, two types of test cell are installed at Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER). First cell is equiped with one large unit cooler, and second cell consists of two small unit coolers. According to the results of experiments using these cells, the multi-unit cooler operating control system is found to be effective in energy saving and beneficial for storage due to much less deviation of temperature.
