        This paper proposes new Fraud Detection System with Hyper-parameter Optimization to develop for the limitations of existing FDS. We use Hyper-parmeter Optimization Algorithm that Naïve Evolution Algorithm(based Genetic Algorithm) and Tree-structured Parzen Estimator Algorithm(based Bayesian Optimization Algorithm). The main result of this study is TPE Algorithm shows better AUPRC values in less time than the Naïve Evolution Algorithm on two FDS Data Sets. The contribution of this paper is the improvement of FDS with HPO algorithm.

        Hierarchically nanoporous pyropolymer nanofibers for surface-induced sodium-ion storage

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Surface-driven charge storage materials based on both electrochemical double layer (EDL) formation and pseudocapacitive behavior can deliver high energy and power capabilities with long-lasting cycling performance. On the other hand, the electrochemical performance is strongly dependent on the material properties, requiring sophisticated electrode design with a high active surface area and a large number of redox-active sites. In this study, hierarchically nanoporous pyropolymer nanofibers (HN-PNFs) were fabricated from electrospun polyacrylonitrile nanofibers by simple heating with KOH. The HN-PNFs have a hierarchically nanoporous structure and an exceptionally high specific surface area of 3,950.7m<SUP>2</SUP> g<SUP>−1</SUP> as well as numerous redox-active heteroatoms (C/O and C/N ratio of 10.6 and 16.8, respectively). These unique material properties of HN-PNFs resulted in high reversible Na-ion capacity of ∼292mAhg<SUP>−1</SUP> as well as rapid kinetics and stable cycling performance in the cathodic potential range (1-4.5V vs. Na<SUP>+</SUP>/Na). Furthermore, energy storage devices based on HN-PNFs showed a remarkably high specific energy of ∼258 Wh kg<SUP>−1</SUP> at ∼245Wkg<SUP>−1</SUP> as well as a high specific power of ∼21,500Wkg<SUP>−1</SUP> at ∼78 Wh kg<SUP>−1</SUP>, with long and stable cycling behaviors over 2,000 cycles.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Hierarchically nanoporous pyropolymer nanofibers (HN-PNFs) were fabricated. </LI> <LI> HN-PNFs have a high specific surface area of ∼3,950m<SUP>2</SUP> g<SUP>−1</SUP> and numerous heteroatoms. </LI> <LI> HN-PNFs exhibit high capacities of ∼292mAhg<SUP>−1</SUP> and great rate/cycling performances. </LI> <LI> High energy (258Whkg<SUP>−1</SUP>) and high power (21,500Wkg<SUP>−1</SUP>) are achieved. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>Hierarchically nanoporous pyropolymer nanofibers (HN-PNFs) fabricated from electrospun polyacrylonitrile nanofibers by simple heating with KOH exhibited high electrochemical performance for Na-ion storage.</P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

        한국해안으로부터 Purple, Non-Sulfur Photosynthetic Bacterium, Rhodobacter sp. EGH-24의 분리 및 특성

        A species of facultative photo-organotrophic, purple, non-sulfur bacterium was isolated from the 47 point at west and south coast of Korea in September 2001. Separated 13 samples of changes with red color under 28~32 ℃, 3000 lux, anaerobe conditions for 7 days cultivated in basal medium. For pure isolation from 13 samples, we used agar-shake tube method (0.4 % agar) and separated 5 strains through 13-repetition test. EGH-24 and EGH-30 was identified as the same strain through the RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)-PCR of strain EGH-9, EGH-13, EGH-23, EGH-24, EGH-30. Four isolates cultivated in synthesis wastewater for wastewater biodegradation test. EGH-24 was selected with efficient wastwater treating strain. Based on the results obtained from morphology, nutrient requirements, major bacteriochlorophyll content, 16S-rDNA phylogenetic analysis, EGH-24 strain may be identified as a new strain of the genus Rhodobacter and named Rhodobacter sp. EGH-24.

        원위부 신세뇨관성 산증에서 산-염기 운반체의 결손

        The purpose of this study was to elucidate whether the molecular defect of acid-base transporters in renal tubules is related to the functional defect of urinary acidification in distal renal tubular acidosis(RTA). We performed NH₄Cl, furosemide, or bicarbonate loading test to evaluate renal acidification function, and immunohistochemistry using antibodies to H^+ -ATPase, Cl^-/HCO₃^- exchanger(band-3 protein), and Na^+/K^+ -ATPase in kidney tissue in 6 patients with RTA and renal cell carcinoma patients as normal controls. Kidney tissue was obtained either by percutaneous needle biopsy(RTA) or nephrectomy(NC). The results were as follows; 1) In all six RTA patients, proton secretory defect of distal acidification was shown by a failure to lower the urine pH after NHC1 loading or furosemide test or abnormally low urine-blood pCO₂ difference during bicarbonate loading. In two patients with RTA, proximal acidification defect was combined, which was demonstrated by increased fractional excretion of bicarbonate. 2) In mal control, intense H^+ -ATPase and band-3 protein staining was observed in collecting ducts. 3) In distal RTA patients, H6+ -ATPase and band-3 protein staining was not demonstrable or markedly decreased in the intercalated cells of distal nephron. 4) In two patients who had both proximal and distal RTA, H^+ -ATPase staining was markedly decreased in the brush border of proximal tubules as well as the distal nephron. In conclusion, the defect of acid-base transporters in renal tubule was related with the functional defect of urinary acidification in distal RTA.

        DESIGN OF DELAY-TOLERANT CONTROLLER FOR REMOTE CONTROL OF NUCLEAR REACTOR POWER

        One of main concepts involved in regional small nuclear reactors is unmanned remote control. Internet-based virtual private networks provide environments for the remote monitoring and control of geographically-dispersed systems, and with the advances in communication technologies, the potential of networks for real time control and automation becomes enormous. However, networked control has some problems. The most critical is delay in signal transmission, which degrades system stability and performance. Therefore, a networked control system should be designed to account for delay. This paper proposes some design approaches for a delay-tolerant system that can guarantee predetermined stability margins and performance. To accomplish this, the reactor plant is modeled with consideration of uncertainties. With this model, three kinds of controllers are developed using different methods. The designed systems are compared with respect to stability and performance, and a second-order controller designed using the table lookup method was found to give the most satisfactory results.

      • Indomethacin 子宮內 揷入이 卵巢와 血漿 Hormone에 미치는 影響에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        The effects of intrauterine administration of indomethacin on the ovary and plasma steroid hormones were studied. Pseudopregnancy was induced in seven rabbit by the injection of 50 ug of ethinyl estradiol and 100 IU of hCG subcutaneously. And these seven pseudopregnant rabbits served as control group. In the indomethacin-treated group, pseudopregnancy was induced with 50 ug of ethinyl estradiol and 100 IU of hCG, and indomethacin was implanted in uterus on Day seven under laparotomy and uterine incision with pentothal anesthesia. The plasma estrogen and progesterone level was determined by radioimmunoassay with about three days interval in both control and indomethacin-treated group. The uterus and ovaries were submitted to histologic study on Day 30. The following results were obtained; 1. Serum progesterone level in pseudopregnant rabbis was decreased from 15th day of pseudopregnancy and returned to normal values by 18th day, while, in indomethacin-treated group, the high level of serum progesterone was maintained by 7 more days then control group. 2. Serum estrogen levels of pseudopregnant rabbit was higher than pretreatment state and returned to normal value by 30th day, while, in indomethacin-treated group, the serum estrogen values was higher than control group and did not return to normal value by 30th day. 3. The corpus luteum regresses from 15th day in control group, but in indomethacin-treated group, the corpus luteum was maintained till 25th day. The follicles are 4 to 5 in number in control group and 9 to 15 in indomethacin-treated group. The endometrium was papillary growth pattern in control group, but it was functionless in indomethacin-treated group. It seemed that the prostaglandin from the endometrium acts on corporal regression, but it's action on the follicles was different from that on corpus luteum.

        영화관 앞 소공지의 이용실태와 문제점에 관한 연구 : the case study of small lots in Jong-Ro Gu and kang-Nam Gu 종로구와 강남구의 사례지를 중심으로

        Today, the interest for the quality of life is highly concerned for people especially who lives in a city, and the demand for cultural life and the need for open space as a cultural landscape are naturally increased. The purpose of this study is to provide the actual conditions and problems of small lots in a theater as a open space, and to propose the basic resource for planning and renovating them. The result of this study shows that users were unsatisfied with accessibility, safety, noise, pollution, green areas, facilities and programs in small lots. Also it shows that the important factors to design small lots in a theater are the location, accessibility, safety, form and area. Moreover, it is concentrated on cultural facilities and programs as totally considerable factors to plan and reactivate small lots in a theater.

      • 영아에서 발생한 골수섬유증 1례

        특발성 골수섬유증은 만성 골수증식성 질환의 하나로 말초혈액도말에서 백적아구증, 부동변형적혈구 눈물방울세포 소견을 보이며, 골수 생검상 망상 섬유와 교원섬유로 구성된 섬유조직이 증가하는 골수의 섬유화 소견을 보이며, 골수외 조혈작용으로 인한 대상적 비장·간장 종대를 특징으로 하는 소아에서는 극히 드문 질환이다. 저자들은 본원에 복부종괴와 안면창백으로 입원하였던 8개월된 남아에서 임상증상, 말초혈액검사, 골수생검에서 특발성 골수섬유증으로 진단되어 Methylprednisolone 대량 정주 요법으로 치료하였으나 진단7개월만에 패혈증과 심부전으로 사망했던 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Idiopathic myelofibrosis is a chronic myeloproliferative disorder characterized by anemia, leukoerythroblastosis, anisopoikilocytosis, tear-drop cell, extramedullary hematopoiesis with hepatosplenomegaly and varying degrees of myelofibrosis of bone marrow. The mean age is about 60 years, and pediatric cases are rare. We experienced a case of idiopathic myelofibrosis in a 8 months old male who was presented with pallor, huge splenomegaly, leukoerythroblastosis in peripheral blood, myelofibrosis in bone marrow biopsy. We presented a case of idiopathic myelofibrosis with brief review of the literatures.

        Using acclimated sludge with inorganic nitrogen medium for three months and non-acclimated sludge, raw sludge, under aerobic condition we investigated characteristics biological nitrogen removal. As results, e acclimated sludge under aerobic condition accomplished nitrification efficiently. But the samples from the reactor operated raw sludge had higher ammonium concentration rather than the concentration which was loaded by the medium. This means when we are trying to reorganize existing facilities, we should take high initial ammonium concentration into account.

      • 대식세포에서 산화질소 생성에 대한 當歸 에탄올 추출물의 억제효과

        Objective : The Angelica gigas Nakai ethanol extract (AGE) was investigated to compare nitric oxide (NO) production and NF-kB activity from RAW 264.7 cells, since NO and nuclear factor-kB(NF-kB) have been shown to be factors implicated In inflammatory disease. Method : AGE was prepared by extracting medicinal herb with 70% (v/v) ethanol solution. We investigated production nitric oxide (NO) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) gene expression by ARE in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. We also investigated inhibition of LPS-induced activation of NF-kB on western blot. Result : LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells increascd NO production and ,iNOS expression. Upon treatment with AGE, nitrite production was significantly inhibited in a concentration-dependent manner compared to the untreated control. AGE inhibited this LPS-induced ,iNOS mRNA and protein in a dose-dependent manner. AGE markedly inhibited the expression of iNOS mRNA and protein at a concentration of 100 μg/ml. LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells with AGE blocked inhibitory factor-kBα degradation. Conclusion : This study shows that AGE seems to attenuate inflammation through inhibition of NO production and iNOS expression by blockade of NF-kB activation in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells.
