        The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data for the planning of education of patients by exploring and comparing patients', nurses' and doctors' perception of the educational needs and degree of providing education. 66 hospitalized patients undergoing chemotherapy and 44 nurses, 42 doctors assigned for the direct care were sampled in 1 university hospital in Taejon from August 30, 1993 to September 30, 1993. For the comparing patients', nurses' and doctors' perecption of the educational needs and degree of providing education, the researcher used Kims' Educational need scale which is composed of 20 item Likert type 5 point scale. Data were analyzed by means of percentile score, SPSS, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation. The result were as follows 1. Comparision of total Mean score patients', nurses' and doctors' perception of the educational need ordering nurses(M=4.0465), patients (M=3.9803), doctors (M=3.8309). The difference between the three group's total Mean score is showed no statistical significant difference. 2. Comparision of total Mean score patients' educational need, patients' percetion of nurses' and doctors' degree of providing education, patients' educational need is scored 3.9803, patients' perception of nurse is scored 2.3431, patients' perception of doctor is scored 2.5022. The difference between the patients' educational need and medical teams' degree of providing education is showed statistical significant difference(P<.001). 3. Comparision of total mean score nurses' educational need is scored 4.0465, nurses' perception of nurses' degree of providing education is scored 2.9920, patients' perception of nurses' degree of providing education is scored 2.3431. The difference of between the nurses' educational need and nurses' perception of nurses' degree of providing education is showed statistical significant difference(P<.001) 4. Comparision of total mean score doctors' educational need is scored 3.8309, doctors' perception of doctors' degree of providing eduation is scored 3.1726, patients' perception of doctors' degree of providing education is scored 2.5022. The difference of between the doctors' educational need and doctors' perception of doctors' degree of providing education is showed statistical difference(P<.001).

        Health Risk Appraisal(HRA) is usually defined as a process by which we expect of individual's chances of acquiring specific diseases within a defined period of time. The concept of worksite as an area of health maintenance and promotion is newly developing. Our movement for health promotion of employees has been increasingly known in the worksite. The aim of this study is to develop health risk appraisal tools about health promotion at the worksite for employees. We performed this study by two steps: one step was to develop a HRA questionnaire of worksites in Korea, another was to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. For developing HRA questionnaire, we reviewed scientific examples at first, and then weighted the score by delphi. To evaluate the reliability of developed questionnaire, we carried out survey by test-retest method. A total of 131 employees completed HRA questionnaire on two times. The results are as follows. The total score of health risk in unhealthy workers was higher than that of healthy workers. The range of test-retest reliability of responses to the questionnaire was 0.57-0.94. Therefore it seems that this questionnaire was very suitable to assess the health behavior of workers. In conclusion, the developed HRA questionnaire can be used as a tool for evaluating health behavior and for providing health counseling materials.

      • 어머니의 거부적 양육태도로 인한 반항적/적대적 행동문제 유아의 놀이치료 사례연구

        본 연구논 어머니의 거부적 양육으로 인한 반항적이고 적대적인 행동 문제로 일상생황에 부적응을 나타내는 만3세 5개월 된 유아를 대상으로 아동 중심 놀이치료를 실시한 결과에 대한 보고이다. 치료 과정을 탐색단계, 보호의 시험단계, 실험적 치료단계, 그리고 종결단계로 나누고, 그 단계별로 유아-치료자간의 관계와 놀이에 나타난 유아의 정서를 중심으로 유아의 변화를 펴보았다. 그리고 어머니와의 면담과 전화상담을 통한 모자 관계의 변화도 함께 기술하였다. 그 결과, 유아는 놀이치료 과정을 통하여 자신의 내면화된 갈등과 억압을 객관화함으로써 감정을 조절할 수 있게 되었고 자기상(self-image)이 긍정적으로 변화되어 문제행동이 크게 감소되었다. 또한 어머니의 양육태도와 행동의 변화로 모자관계가 바람직한 방향으로 변화되었다. This study aimed to report the effect of child-centered play therapy for a young child with oppositional/defiant behavior problems caused by rejective parenting of mother. The subject was a 3.5 year old girl. According to the 4 stages of play therapy process such as the exploratory stage, the testing for protection stage, the realistic healing stage, and the terminal stage, the changes of child were described qualitatively on the standards of analysis, the child-therapist relationship and the emotion of child expressed in play activities. The changes of mother-child relationship were analyzed on the basis of data from weekly direct interviews and telephone counseling with mother. The results showed that the child could externalize her own internalized conflicts and constraints resulting from inappropriate and rejective parenting and make her emotion objective through the process of play therapy, therefore the problem behaviors were reduced a lot. Having the regular interviews and counseling with therapist, mother could understand the development of her daughter and change her perception of child’s problem behaviors, and these changes made the mother-child relationship positive. It concluded that not with the child’s own changes, but the changes of mother helped her child to develop a positive self-image, and to reduce oppositional/defiant behaviors.

        의류제품별 점포혼합애고행동에 근거한 패션점포유형간 경쟁구조분석

        With the appearance of many new types of fashion stores in Korea, competitions among fashion store types are fiercer than ever before. As consumers alternatives in fashion store selection increase, they select different store types to purchase different product types. Therefore, the probability of patronage mix behavior according to product type increases. Understanding consumers patronage mix behavior, finding out the determinant attributes of fashion stores for each product type, and analyzing competitive structures among fashion stores are important to retailers an marketers for building a successful merchandising and marketing strategies. An empirical study was conducted to analyze the competitive structure among the store types by consumers' patronage mix behavior. A questionnaire was developed and data were collected from 464 adult women living in Soule area in Korea. Factor analysis, paired t-teat, ANONA, Duncan test, and discriminant analysis were employed to analyze the data. Data regarding patronage mix behavior by product type proved that certain store types had 'natural dominance' in a particular product type as Hir schman(1978) pointed out. Also, a new analytic method of the competitive structures among fashion store types was suggested in the study, by which a specific store type retailer can analyze his/her own customers' patronage mix behavior by product type. The analysis will enable retailers to distinguish which of their competitors are substitutive, selling same product types, and which are complementary, selling different product types. Retailers have to concentrate on the strategies for the substitutive competitors rather than complementary competitors because their marketing abilities and resources are limited.

        쌓기영역에서의 소꿉놀이감 제공이 유아 사회-인지 놀이행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the provision of house-keeping materials in the block area on young children's social-cognitive play behaviors during free-play time. The subjects were a total of 68 4year olds from two classrooms of a preschool located in Pusan. The major findings of the study were as follow: First, there were no significant differences between experimental and control group girls on social-cognitive play behaviors. Second, for experimental group boys, the frequencies of social-cognitive play behaviors, like solitary-role, parallel-role & group-role play were increased significantly, but not for control boys. Third, the frequencies of solitary-role, parallel-role & group-role play behaviors were significantly different between experimental and control group. There was a meaningful the frequency of solitary-constructive play between boys and girls. However, there were no interaction effects by groups (experimental vs control) and sex of children on social-cognitive play behaviors.

      • 19세기 여성의상에 관한 연구 : Focus on the studies of Rehabilitation 복원작품 연구를 중심으로

        The practical making dress can be understood easily than the studies based on material like books, pictures and paintings etc. in the old dress, accessories, color, fabric and sewing process. There are several studies about rehabilitation, they are based on 「Patterns of Fashion Ⅰ」 and 「Patterns of Fashion Ⅱ」 by Janet Arnold. As we read these researches, we could know not only the dress silhouette and details but also the process of patterns. They are estimated very excellently in attempt, however they have several problems. This study analyzed about the development of women's dress patterns from 1835 to 1914, on this, pointed out the problems in patterns and presented the solutions at Conclusion of Part Ⅶ. The result of this study is followed. 1. On the bodice pattern in 1835, there are darts for filling bodice. In 1902-1903, it was developed to the princess line. They are developed in bodice with Dolman sleeve in 1913-1914. 2. On the sleeve patterns, two piece sleeve patterns were developed one piece like modern sleeves or Dolman sleeves. 3. On the skirt patterns, it is changed from rectangular shapes to triangular ones. As times goes by, the part of waist became more narrow, hem line got wider. I would like to contribute to the making dress for performances as well as the development of pattern making.

      • 선택적 함묵아의 놀이치료 사례연구 : A Case Study of Play Therapy for Selective Mutism Child

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of child-centered play therapy for a young child with selective mutism. The subject was a 4.10 year old girl who had interpersonal difficulties caused of selective mutism. The objects of the play therapy were to improve emotional expression and social communication and to change unadapted social behavior. The total number of play therapy sessions was 56. The ongoing parent interventions for child's mother was implemented once a week and the interview with kindergarten teacher were administered periodically. The changes of the child were described qualitatively through all sessions. During the early stage, the child showed severe mother separate anxiety and told to the therapist hardly. The feature of her play was to separate houses and cars which she built and placed with the traffic signals. Through the middle stage, she showed the depressions and the stress caused of conflicts between self and reality repeatedly, and then, changed a little in interpersonal relations, including her young sister. On the later stage, the aspects of her play sessions showed that she became a quiet adaptive child. She became to talk with strange peoples even in strange situations and to be generous to her young sister even when she made a scar in her own face. It was discussed about the effectiveness of the child-centered play therapy on improving emotional expression and social communication of a young child with selective mutism.
