The purpose of this study is to improve woman life education problem of present, to present the direction to develop the woman life program and need. This study contribute life education program variety and specialty according to social-economic character. The subject of study was rural women resident. By the method of questionnaire survey research, general fact and matter education process, counselling program, the method of education were inquired of them. Among the questionnaire, 682 were taken back and used in collecting final statistics. The whole findings were as follow : First, Women life education program divide six course : cooking, family relationship, culture, old-college, housing-management, life-management. Second, Respondent were more interested in family relationship and cooking course than art and hobby course or clothing course. Therefore primacy life education program area consist of direct assisting of family life. Third, Each course of woman life education program is different from each district. According to each district character, it is necessary to educate a foundational knowledge to maintain family relationship, cooking, and so on.
Lactic acid의 Escherichia coli 0157:H7에 대한 저해에 여러 가지 첨가물의 효과 연구

This study was conducted to investigate the combined effect of lactic acid and various food ingredients for inactivating Escherichia coil 0157:H7 in laboratory media. Luria-Bertani (LB) without NaGl was used for treatment of lactic acid alone or the combination of lactic acid and food ingredients such as 3% NaCl, glucose, sucrose, glycine, vitamin mixture. Also, the combined effects of various NaGl concentrations (1-15%) on treatment of lactic acid against E. coil 0157:H7 were tested. pH and a values were decreased when food ingredients were added into laboratory media containing 1% lactic acid, However, the combination of lactic acid and food ingredients (NaCl, glucose, sucrose, glycine, vitamin mixture) were less effective on killing E coil 0l57:H7 than the treatment of lactic acid alone therefore it showed the antagonistic effect. Among food ingredients, the addition of NaCl and glycine showed the highest antagonistic effect and for NaC1, the concentration of upto 12% resulted the antagonistic effect. From these results, the addition of food ingredients which could be helpful to preserve food due to decreasing a may result the negative effect when they combined with treatment of lactic acid. Therefore, the combined effect of acids and food ingredients should be studied further for inactivating foodborne pathogens in foods.

The market of organic produces which are cultivated without insecticide or chemical fertilizer is growing very fast. However, several food poisoning cases are caused by microbiologically contaminated organic vegetables. Therefore the aim of this research is to compare the microbiological contamination level of organic and inorganic vegetables produced in Korea. Each 10 samples of organic and inorganic vegetables (Chicory, Romaine, Red Lettuce, and Red chard) were collected from retail market and submitted to the microbial evaluation. The number of total microbes, Escherichia coli 0157, Salmonella spp., and Staphylococcus aureus were investigated with the standard methods of Food Code in Korea. Statistical analysis of each group was performed using SAS (version 9.1) program. The average number of total microbes and Staphylococcus aureus in organic vegetables were much lower than that of inorganic vegetables (6.91 vs. 6.44; 7.04 vs. 6.89 respectively) but contamination of E. coli 0157 and salmonella spp. were vice versa. Our data may support that organic vegetables are not free from microbiological contamination which can cause food poisoning.

This research has searched the comparison and analysis of the husband and wife about the facts how these factors, social population, personal, interaction of couples, child bringing can influence the marriage satisfaction of couples. The research have been gathered from surveys of the subjects by couples who have a first child who is under 36 months. The results is that a marriage satisfaction is influenced by various factors and have differences from wives and husbands in each couples. To improve marriage satisfaction, couples need 10 understand their basic differences, respect, asking each request or avoiding each other, and try to share their lives and bringing.
