        평화교육의 관점에서 본 통일교육

        전지구적인 비평화와 총체적인 위기 속에 살고 있는 우리들은 이러한 현실을 개선하고 극복하기 위한 교육적 노력으로서 평화교육을 구상하고 실천하고 있다. 평화와 평화교육은 모든 인류가 공통적으로 추구하는 보편 개념이지만, 그 실천은 역사적 시간과 공간 속에서 다양한 형태로 실천되고 있다. 남북한이 분단되어 있는 한반도에서는 분단으로 인한 비평화가 구조화되어 주민들의 일상생활 속에서의 창의적인 삶을 제한하고 있다. 따라서 한반도에서 가장 중요한 평화의 문제는 분단으로 인한 비평화를 극복하고, 평화적인 통일을 이룩해나갈 체계적인 비전을 구축해나가는 것이다. 이 연구는 한반도의 분단으로 인한 비평화를 극복해나가기 위해 평화교육의 시각에서 통일교육을 조명하여, 평화교육적 접근이 통일교육에 어떠한 함의를 줄 수 있는가와 통일교육을 실천함에 있어 고려해야 할 ‘관계맺음’의 다양한 차원들, 평화의 문화를 정착하기 위한 통일교육의 비전 등을 논의하였다. Peace education tries to resolve the structural conflicts of global violence. Peace and peace education is the common goal of humankind, but we practice peace education in accordance with our historical context. In Korean peninsula, the division of the peninsula is the main factor of direct, structural and cultural violence, so we should find the way to overcome the various violence resulted from the division of this peninsula. The purpose of this study is to find some peaceful principles for unification education in Korea. This paper discussed some advices for unification education through the view of peace education, the various dimensions of unification education, and the visions for creating the culture of peace through the unification of Korean peninsula.

      • 공조시스템을 적용한 석실 고분내 온ㆍ습도 분포

        Although the importance of good conservation of historic sites including ancient royal tombs is well aware, still not much attention has been paid for the facilities and systems to preserve those historic sites, which includes precious artifacts as wall paints and carved works, etc. Even the general understanding about the environment of the underground space of tombs is not satisfactory. In Korea, researchers have recently begun addressing the above issue and are making efforts to develop suitable HVAC(heating, ventilating and air-conditioning) systems for conservation of tombs. An experimental investigation was carried out to study the behavior of the HVAC system installed for a tomb. This tomb resembles in size and shape the original stone built tomb of Baek-je Dynasty, which dates back to 6th Century in southwest part of Korean peninsula. In this study, an HVAC system for a tomb(D×W×H=1.3m×3.0m×1.2m) was installed to maintain sui표 indoor conditions for conservation of tomb. The temperature and humidity inside the tomb were measured different of the setting. Finally, performance of the HVAC system is presented and discussed.

      • 관상동맥 질환에서 SDF-1α의 농도

        Atherosclerosis is now viewed as an inflammatory disease of the vascular system. Expression of several chemokines, including monocyte chemoattractant protein(MCP)-1, MCP-4, RANTES(regulated on activation normal T-cell expressed and secreted), and interleukin-8(IL-8) are increased in human atherosclerotic plaques compared with normal vessels. They are involved in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and plaque rupture by activating and directing leukocytes into the atherosclerotic lesions. However, some are involved in homeostatic functions such as normal leukocyte traffic and growth regulation. SDF-la is a multi-functional cytokine that is involved in myelogenesis, hematopoiesis, angiogenesis and injured gastric mucosal regeneration in the gastric ulcer patient. SDF-la is recently shown to be highly expressed in atherosclerotic plaques and a potent platelet agonist. At least in high concentrations, SDF-la may mediate antiinflammatory and matrix stabilizing effects in unstable angina. Many studies are going on to know the function of SDF-la in coronary artery diseases. I investigated the difference of the plasma level of SDF-la between control group and coronary artery disease group. Total 75 subjects were enrolled. The diagnosis of coronary artery disease was confirmed in all patients by coronary angiography. Control subjects in this study were confirmed normal by coronary angiography. Clinical profile and risk factors were also reviewed. Control subjects in this study were 27 (M=10, F=17). Plasma for the study was collected before the angiography and centrifuged. SDF-la analysis was performed by ELISA. Plasma level of SDF-la is significantly increased in patients with stable angina(n=20) and unstable angina group(n=28) compared with healthy control group(n=27). the risk factors do not influence the plasma level of SDF-la in coronary artery diseases. In this study, plasma level of SDF-la is increased in patients with stable angina and unstable angina groups compared with healthy control group(P<0.05). the risk factors do not influence the plasma level of SDF-la in coronary artery diseases.

        서울시 대기오염과 일별 사망의 상관성에 관한 시계열적 연구 (1998~2001년)

        This study was performed to examine the relationship between air pollution exposure and mortality in Seoul for the years of 1998~2001I. Daily counts of death were analyzed by general additive Poisson model, with adjustment for effects of seasonal trend, air temperature, humidity, and day of the week as confounders in a nonparametric approach. Daily death counts were associated with CO (current day), 0₃(current day), PM_(10) (current day), NO₂, (1 day before), SO₂, (1 day before). Increase of 41.711㎍/㎥ (interquartile range) in PM_(10) was associated with 1.3% (95% CI = 0.7~1.9%) increase in the daily number of death. 0₃concentrations resulted in an increased risk of 1.3% for 23.86 ppb in all-aged mortality [RR = 1.013 (1.004-1.023)]. This effect was greater in children (less than 15 aged) and elderly (more than 65 aged). After ozone level exceeds 25 ppb, the dose-response relationship between mortality and ozone was almost linear. We concluded that Seoul had 1~5% increase in mortality in association with IQR (interquartile range) in air pollutants. Daily variations in air pollution within the range currently occurring in Seoul might have an adverse effect on daily mortality. These findings also support the hypothesis that air pollution, at levels below the current ambient air quality standards of Korea, is harmful to sensitive subjects, such as children or elderly.

      • 企業의 資産再評價 實態와 經濟的 誘引에 관한 硏究

        우리나라의 자산재평가제도는 기업의 고정자산을 시가에 의하여 재평가함으로써 기업자본의 정확을 기함과 더불어 추가적인 감가상각을 통해 자본비용을 감소시키기 위하여 도입되었다. 본 연구는 우선 자산재평가법이 기업에 미치는 영향을 제도적인 측면과 기업회계에 미치는 영향으로 구분하여 파악한다. 우리나라 기업의 자산재평가 실태를 파악하고 기업의 재평가 실시에 대한 경제적 유인을 분석하고자 하였다. 재평가의 경제적 유인을 파악하기 위하여 사용한 변수로는 담세율, 부채비율, 사채비중, 배당가능자원, 재평가 물가상승률, 기업규모를 사용하였다. 재평가를 실시한 실험집단과 재평가를 실시하지 않은 통제집단간에 변수별 차이분석을 실시한 결과 모든 변수에 걸쳐서 재평가기업과 무평가기업간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다음 단계로 Logit 모형을 사용하여 다변량분석을 실시한 결과 담세율이 높을수록, 부채비율이 높을수록, 사채비중이 높을수록, 직전재평가와의 물가상승률이 크고, 기업규모가 큰 기업일수록 재평가를 실시하는 동기가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기업이 자산재평가를 실시하는 경제적 유인이 적정한 감가상각이 가능하도록 하는 기본적 목적 이외에 재무구조를 개선시켜 추가적인 자금조달여력을 높이기 위한 것으로 보인다. 또한 기업규모가 큰 기업일수록 재평가의 경제적 유인이 큰 것으로 나타나 재평가의 경제적 효과가 기업규모에 따라 달라질 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. Since 1958, Korean firms can revaluate their assets if the increase of the consumer price index accumulates more than, 25%. Since then, many firms revaluate their assets. The sample of this study consists of 140 industrial firms which have undergone asset revaluations at least once during the period from the year 1981 to 1994 and 136 controlled firm. To identify factors that the study estimated the following multiple Logit model: Y = α_0 +β_1 TAXR + β_2 DBTR + β_3 BOND + β_4 DIVD + β_5 INFL + β_6 SIZE 9 The equation was estimated using Logit model. For both of the periods, the results are similar and they are summarized as follows: TAXR has a positive sign as expected. The variables, DBTR, BOND, DIVD exhibit expected signs and are significant. These results are, in general, in conformity with previous results. DIVD has positive reaction, this means that the increase of revaluation reserves by the asset revaluation has bonus shares. The above results suggest that firms revaluate their assets in order to decrease tax burden, to improve financial structure, and to raise fund capability, to issue stocks.

      • 박의 RAPD 분석을 위한 PCR 최적 조건 연구

        This study was conducted to identify the best combinations of factors(template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase) for the optimization of PCR in gourd. 3×3×3 factorial experiment for template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase was conducted. Another factorial experiment for denature, annealing, extension temperature on the optimal PCR condition was also conducted. The most clear and reproducible bands were appeared in 40ng(1unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, and lunit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 7.0mM MgCl2), 60ng(0.5unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, 0.5unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2, and 1unit taq polymerase and 7.0mM MgCl2). The best MgCl2 concentration was 4.5mM(40ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase, 60ng template DNA and 0.5unit taq polymerase, and 60ng template DNA and lunit taq polymerase), and 7.0mM(40ng template DNA and 0.5unit taq polymerase DNA). The combinations which showed the best bands from the amount of taq polymerase were 0.5unit(60ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2) and lunit(40ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 40ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2, 40ng template DNA and 7.0mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 7.0mM MgCl2). When we consider results from template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase, 1 condition(40ng of template DNA, 4.5mM MgCl2 and 1unit taq polymerase) was the best combination for the optimal PCR condition. Reaction temperatures for the optimal PCR condition were 84℃, 32℃, 62℃ and 86℃, 35℃, 64℃.

      • 유전 알고리듬을 이용한 퍼지 규칙 베이스의 자동생성

        Fuzzy logic rule based controller has many desirable advantages, which are simple to implement on the real time and need not the information of structure and dynamic characteristics of the system. Thus, nowadays, the scops of the application of the fuzzy logic controller becomes enlarged. But, if the controlled plant is a time-varying/nonlinear system, it is not easy to construct the fuzzy logic rules which need the knowledge of an expert. In this paper, an approach by which the logic control rules can be auto-generated using the genetic algorithm that is known to be very effective in the optimization problem will be proposed and the effectiveness of the proposed approach will be verified by computer simulation of the 2 d.o.f. planner robot.

      • 배가스 폐열회수를 위한 히트파이프 적용성 검토

        A Series of experiments are performed to investigate the heat transfer characteristics of sintered metal wick heat pipe especially focusing on the operational limit of maximum allowable thermal loads and the effect of inclination slope. Tested heat pipes are composed of copper tube with pure water as a working fluid. The outer diameter of the heat pipe is 6mm and the total length is 300mm, which covers the evaporator section(50mm), adiabatic section(100mm) and condenser section(150mm). respectively. Experimental data of wall temperature distribution along the axial locations are obtained to evaluate the performance of the heat pipe at different slopes. Each test is performed by changing the input thermal loads ranging from 5W to 30W.
