One of the most important constraints in Yakut is connected with syllabic structure. Its syllabic structure is based on CV. So the constraint of "NoGeminates" is strictly applied. And the harmony between features is also considered important. Yakut has the strict constraint on the phonotactical relations. In Yakut a feature [constricted glottis] works more vigorously than [voiced]. This feature is combined with a feature [+back] or [+lab], making new constraints on the initial place: *#[+back, -CG], *# [+lab,+CG]. Finally, consonantal assimilation in obstruents of Yakut is dominated by 2 lows of constraints. In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

In the mobile Internet environment, we need to perform frequent accesses between a mobile device and a content server for searching or downloading learning materials. In this paper, we propose an efficient prefetching technique to reduce the network cost and to improve the communication efficiency in the mobile dictionary. Contributions of the paper can be summarized as follows. First, we propose an overall framework for the prefetching-based mobile dictionary. Second, we present a method of determining the amount of prefetching data for each of packet-based and flat-rate billing cases. Third, by focusing on the English-Korean mobile dictionary for middle or high school students, we propose a method of determining the words to be prefetched in advance. Fourth, based on these determination methods, we propose an efficient prefetching algorithm. Fifth, through experiments, we show superiority of our prefetching-based method. Experimental results show that, compared with the traditional on-demand method, our prefetching-based method improves the average performance by 9.8%~19.7% for the packet-based billing and by 19.0%~33.2% for the flat-rate billing. These results indicate that our framework can be widely used not only in the mobile dictionary but also in other mobile Internet applications that require the prefetching technique.

This Papei describes a nonlinear adaptive noise filter using neural network for digital controller system. Back-Propagation Learning Algorithm based MLP (Multi Layer Perceptron)is used an adaptive filters. In this paper. it assume that the noise of primary input in the adaptive noise canceller is not the same characteristic as that of the reference input. Experimental reaults show that the neural network base noise canceller outperforms the linear noise canceller. Especially to make noise cancel close to realtime, Primary input is divided by unit and each divided part is processed for very short time than all the processed data are unified to whole data.

In this thesis, the method for period detection of korean continuous speech recognition, detecting the voice section out of input signal and classification of the voice section by voiced and unvoiced, after period detection in classified voiced. Strong at noise, because of threshold energy stipulate in input signal, possible to detecting the voice section and classification voiced and unvoiced by zero crossing rate(ZCR) and short time energy(STE), period detecting possible as real-time approach by matlab.

People are concerned with Quality of living in these days. This concerns naturally increase people's interests in real estate especially housing reconstruction. Due to the apartment housing has been deteriorated, the residence want to reconstruct the apartment housing that had been build in the late 70's. The problem for this matter is that an association is not Qualified in reconstruction. It makes many problems such a miss-processing and fairness. If CM service is applied in reconstruction industry, participant of reconstruction will gain benefits and solve many complicate problems. In this paper, we has been studied the variable diffusion filter bank. A variable diffusion filter bank which varies the width of pass band is using diffusion network. A variable diffusion filter bank which has advantage of building multi-channel without additional hardware. The simulation result of pass band ripple was very small and the range of slop hand was ignorable.

Springs for vehicle suspension control the vibration of a car and influence on the ridability, safety, and life of a car. In the paper, the computer aided design program has been developed, which design the leaf spring shape from the given spec-ifications using basic theory and the expert's knowledge, and the design results arc checked by the analysis theory in order to increase the accuracy, and feed back to the design input. For the purpose of easy use, this program consists of pull-down menu and interactive input mode. To prove the effec-tiveness of this program, two springs, of which one is symmetric, other asymmetric, arc designed and analyzed, and the outputs are compared to the experiments. Considering the tolerance of the given specifications, the results are good.
