      • CAE 팩캐지를 利用한 기어 金型의 强度解析에 關한 硏究

        In forging die design, pre-stressing is useful in preventing excessive tensile circumferential stresses which may cause die failure during forming. The finite element analysis (F.E.A) package ANSYS reversion 4.4A was used to this study F.E.A., that is, static analysis was accomplished for insert-dies of helical gear. Die model was constructed with 8 node isoparametric solid finite, elements. Static load analysis was performed for internal and outer pressure Also, stress distribution and deformed shapes are shown. Results of the F.E analysis and failure analysis for Samanta and new process dies were compared. The results of F.E Analysis were in good agreement with that of experimental results. It is expected that the results of this study can be applied to designing various kinds of extrusion gear die.

        Springs for vehicle suspension control the vibration of a car and influence on the ridability, safety, and life of a car In the paper, the computer aided design program has been developed, which design the leaf spring shape from the given specifications using basic theory and the expert's knowledge, and the design results are checked by the analysis theory in order to increase the accuracy, and feed back to the design input For the purpose of easy use, this program consists of pull-down menu and interactive input mode To prove the effectiveness of this program, two springs, of which one is symmetric, other asymmetric, are designed and analyzed, and the outputs are compared to the experiments. Considering the tolerance of the given specifications, the results are good.

        동부스바 인발 금형설계

        Copper bus-bar is made by drawing process and used in many part of industry. When design drawing die for copper bus-bar, design factor is focused on the deformation of die-land by drawing force and shrink fit. In this paper it is analyzed to determine shrink fit value by shrink fit analysis program which is used with APDL/UIDL language in a commercial FEM package, ANSYS. The shrink fit analysis has been developed that enables optimal design of the dies taking into account the elastic deflections. Elastic deflection is generated in shrink fitting the die inserts and that caused by the stresses generated using DEFORM software for drawing process analysis. This data can be processed as load input data for a finite element die-stress analysis. Process simulation and stress analysis are thus combined during the drawing die design. The stress analysis of the dies is used to determine optimized dimension of die-land.

      • 고속가공용 탭핑머신의 構造解析

        The structure analysis of tapping M/C is developed to improve dynamic characteristics in this study. To this purpose a tapping M/C is mathematically modelled and dynamic response analysis of the model are investigated by use of Finite Element Method(FEM) The investigation procedures are as follows. The finite element modelling of the tapping m/c is done with triangular and rectangular plate elements and each node of the elements has 6 degrees of freedom. And this model is idealized as a forced vibration system under impulse load by cutting force. Model parameters, natural frequency and mode shape, and dynamic response for displacement and stress are analyzed by use of mode superposition method. To reduce computing time of dynamic response analysis, lower vibration mode is analyzed with master-DOF and mass participation factor. In this case maximum relative displacement is occured at 22.74 Hz in the right column.

        Hexagonal 인서드용 열간압출 금형설계

        The use of hexagonal ceramic inserts for copper extrusion dies offers significant technical and economic advantages over other forms of manufacture. In this paper the data on the loading of the tools is determined from a commercial FEM package as the contact stress distribution on the die-workpiece interface and as temperature distributions in the die. This data can be processed as load input data for a finite element die-stress analysis. Process simulation and stress analysis are thus combined during the design, and a data exchange program has been developed that enables optimal design of the dies taking into account the elastic deflections generated in shrink fitting the die inserts and that caused by the stresses generated in the process. The stress analysis of the dies is used to determine the stress conditions on the ceramic inset by considering contact and interference effects under both mechanical and thermal loads.

        헬리컬기어 냉간압출금형의 파손해석

        This paper suggests to predict the failure of helical gear extrusion die. The basic assumption that constitutes the frame-work for any combined stress failure theory is that failure is predicted to occur when the maximum value of stress becomes equal to or exceeds the value of the same modulus that produces failure in a simple uniaxial stress test using the same material. The stresses which were calculated to each critical points are applied maximum normal stress theory and distor-tion energy theory. The theoretical analysis and experimental results for Samanta process and New process dies were com-pared.

      • 중국 상표 선점 대응방안에 대한 연구

        최근 중국 내에서 K-브랜드의 인지도가 높아짐에 따라 많은 국내 기업들이 중국에 진출하고 있으나 상표와 같은 지식재산권에 대한 사전 검토나 준비 없이 중국 시장에 진출하는 경우가 많다. 이에 따라 중국의 상표 브로커들이 이를 악용해 상표를 미리 선점한 후 거래를 요구하거나 선점한 상표를 활용해 유사 사업을 진행하여 피해를 주는 등 상표분쟁으로 어려움을 겪는 사례들이 종종 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중국에서 악의적 상표 선점 사례들과 이에 대한 실제 기업들의 대응 결과, 상표법상 악의적 선점에 대응할 수 있는 제도 등을 통해 유사한 피해가 발생하지 않도록 하는 방안을 제시하고 실무적 차원에서의 시사점을 고찰한다. Recently, as K-brand's awareness in China has increased, many domestic companies have entered China. But they often entered the Chinese market without prior review or preparation for intellectual property rights such as trademarks. As a result, they had often difficulties in which trademark brokers in China were struggling with trademark disputes by exploiting them to preempt the trademark in advance, requesting a transaction, or conducting similar business using the preempted trademark to damage it. In this paper, we propose ways to prevent similar damages from the cases of malicious trademark preemption in China and actual companies' response to it, and a system that can respond to malicious preemption in the trademark law, and consider the implications at the practical level.

        세라믹 인서트를 이용한 단조 금형설계

        The use of ceramic inserts in steel forging tools offers significant technical and economic advantages over other materi-als of manufacture. These potential benefits can however only be realised by optimal design of the tools so that the ceramic asserts are not subjected to stresses that lead to their premature failure. In this paper the data on the loading of the tools is determined from a commercial forging simulation package as the contact stress distribution on the die-workpiece interface and as temperature distributions in the die. This data can be processed as load input data for a finite-element die-stress analysis. Process simulation and stress analysis are thus combined during the design, and a data exchange program has been developed that enables optimal design of the dies taking into account the elastic deflections generated in shrink fitting the die inserts and that caused by the stresses generated in the forging process. The stress analysis of the dies is used to determine the stress conditions on the ceramic insert by considering contact and interference effects under both mechanical and thermal loads. Simulation results have been validated as a result of experimental investigations. Laboratory tests on ceramic insert dies have verified the superior performance of the Zirconia and Silicon Nitride ceramic insert in order to prolong maintenance life.
