Sodium Hyaluronate가 가토 결막상피에 미치는 형태학적 연구

This study was carried out whether sodium hyaluronate may affect the mucous layer of the tear film and surface layer of the conjunctival epithelium by histochemical electron microscopy. Sodium hyaluronate was injected into the subconjunctival tissue of five rabbits twice a week for 10 weeks. The excised specimen was treated with ruthenium red to enhance the presence of glycosaminoglycans of the surface layer of the conjunctiva. From the histochemical electron microscopic point of view, sodium hyaluronate did not improve the content of glycosaminoglycans density in the tear film over the surface of the conjunctival dpithelium. In addition, there was no evidence of epithelial lesions such as desquamation or stratification. However, the mucus layer was intermingled with secretory granules of goblet cell with the mucus layer spread over glycocalyx. The results of this study indicate that sodium hyaluronate injected into the subconjunctigval layer has little effect on the glycosaminoglycans density over the conjunctival epithelium in rabbit.

Optical module part among whole system is the most difficult technologically. it is getting into bottle-neck of development. Quality, all prices are many up to now assignments to be satisfied, it can be said that is early phase. In this treatise I wish to develop WDM-PON Bi-Di Ferrule polishing machine and a polishing technology that use ferule polishing horn in Bi-Di that is an existing technology.

Background: Superior colliculus is a part of midbrain, and participates in the visual reflexes, It receives afferent fibers from optic nerve, visual cortex, and spinotectal tract. After optic deprivation, the microscopic structure of the superior colliculus changed. Calcium-binding proteins (CBPs) Play an important role in the neuronal protection, differentiation and reorganization of the central nervous system, Objectives and Methods: The effects of neonatal retinal deafferentation on a CBPs, calbindm D-28k (CB), Parvalbumin (PB) and calretimn (CR), and the existence of colocalization between the CBPs were examined immunohistochemically in the rat superior colliculus. Results: On the experimental (contralateral to enucleation) side of superior colliculus, the number of CB-immunoreactive (IR) cells was reduced (77.4% compared to control), but not fibers. The number of PB-IR neurons and fibers was also reduced on the experimental side (88.5% compared to control), In the other hand, the CR-IR cells were dramatically increased (642% compared to control), but CR-IR fibers were markedly decreased on the experimental side. The colocalization between CB-CR and PV-CR was rarely observed in the superior colliculus Conclusion: These results suggest that the changes of retinotectal projection may alter the expressional pattern of CBPs in different manners; relatively stable in CB- and PV-IR neurons and plastic in CR-IR neurons.

Individual identification is an important part in medicolegal field especially in mass disaster. At July, 27, 1989, KAL KE-803 was crashed on landing at Tripoli International Airport, Liba. The plane was caught in fire and sixty eight Koreans were sacrified. The majority of victims were severely charred and injured. The authors examed all dead bodies and successfully identified all the cases through visual, anthropological, odontological, radiological and pathological methods including fingerprint and blood typing.

본 연구에서는 국내 건축물의 통신실에 대한 운영상의 문제점을 조사·분석하고 효율적인 구내통신 서비스를 위한 통신실의 설계 및 설치기준안을 제시하였다. 국내 업무용 건물의 통신실 설계 및 설치현황을 조사한 결과, 대부분의 통신실 크기가 장비의 설치 및 유지보수시에 필요한 여유공간의 고려가 없이 작게 설치되어 있었으며, 위치 고려의 문제점도 발견되는 등 통신실의 설계 및 설치단계에서 통신실의 중요성이 크게 인식되지 못한 문제점이 있었다. 한편, 통신실에 관한 국내·외 기준을 비교한 결과, 대부분의 선진국에서는 통신실의 설치기준이 자세하게 포함된 구내통신설비의 설계 및 설치 기술표준을 제정, 운용하고 있었지만, 국내에는 통신실에 대한 구체적인 설계 및 설치 표준이 없는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 국내 주거용 및 업무용 구내통신설비 설치표준과 미국의 통신협회인 BICSI 매뉴얼을 기반으로 하고 국내상황을 고려한 통신실의 설계 및 설치 기준안을 작성하였다.

Non-destructive test on the size and depth of cracks has been required for the safety evaluation of structures. Ultrasonic method based on laser techniques is one of the most popular non-destructive methods which overwhelm PZT based tests. In the present paper, ultrasonic was generated by high powered Q switching Nd:YAG pulse laser. Experiments were carried out using Fabry-Perot interferometer which was intensively discussed in the present study.
