現代建築 形態의 變遷과 表現特性에 관한 硏究

건축형태는 인간의 생활을 담는 그릇으로 기능 할 수 있도록 인간이 공간을 에워쌈으로써 구체화 되어진다. 그리하여 구체화된 형태는 그 속에 공간을 포함하게 되고 그러한 공간 속에 인간의 기능적 생활을 담게 된다.건축은 둘러싼 요소들의 형태일 뿐만 아니라 폭, 길이, 높이의 종합에 의한 공허부 자체, 즉 에워싸인 공간에 의해서 그 존재가치를 갖는다. 따라서 인간은 건물 내에서 움직이며 연속적인 관점에서부터 건물을 체험하게 되므로 건축형태다 공간은 4차원을 나타내게 된다. 건축은 기능과 공간으로 이루어져 있다.건축공간을 들어설 때, 우리의 지각은 벽, 바닥, 천정 등의 형태를 3차원의 통일체로서 동시으로 포착하게 된다. 우리가 지각하는 것은 건축의 매스와 형태이지만 동시에 그것에 의하여 창조된 공간들도 지각하고 있는 것이다.따라서 건축의 문제는 공간과 형태의 독립된 관계로 끝나는 것은 아니다. 또한 각 시대의 다양한 가치관이나 세계관까지를 반영하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 무엇보다도 우리에게 중요한 것은 단순히 공간예술로서의 건축이 아닌 기능이나 형태에 의해 지지되는 건축형태로서의 건축에 대한 새로운 이론적 접근을 필요로 한다고 본다.이러한 의미에서 본 연구는 건축 형태의 변천과 이론의 고찰을 통하여 혼재된 현대 건축의 현상을 재조명함과 동시에 그 표현의 특성을 파악할 목적으로 진행되었다.

The spatial form of architecture in the same era has its own common characteristic spatial form. This study is based on this proposition and is focused on how architectural spatial forms have been changed up to now after modern ages(from the beginning of 1900s to the early days of 1990s ; from early modern age, golden modern age, post modern, late modern architecture to recent experimental trend) and how architectural theories of spatial forms will be changed in the future is predicted.

도시경관관리 프로젝트에 적용된 경관의 개념과 분석기법의 비교연구

고층의 건물, 넓은 도로가 도시발전의 상징으로 받아들여지던 고도경제성장기에는 개발 지상주의로 도시내의 모든 지역이 건축 가능한 곳으로 인식되어 주위와의 조화나 기능적인 문제점들이 잠재하고 있는 지역이라도 고층건축물이나 대규모 시설물들이 들어설 수 있었고 그 결과로 대부분의 도시들에서 불규칙하고 무질서한 도시경관이 만들어져 왔다. 그러나 최근 들어 삶의 질 향상이라는 문제가 중요하게 인식되면서 도시경관에 대한 관심도 높아지기 시작하였고, 도시내의 인공적·자연적 경관을 보전하거나 관리하기 위한 시도가 여러 도시에서 시도되었다. 도시경관 보전을 위한 노력들은 도시내의 역사적으로나 문화적으로 중요한 건물이나 시설들이 주변의 건축물에 의해 차폐되거나 경관이 훼손되는 것을 막고자하는 시도이거나, 도시내의 자연경관의 보전, 시가지의 주요한 지점에서의 조망권 확보 등 다양한 목적아래 이루어졌다. 그러나 이러한 노력들은 각 도시별로 개별적으로 이루어져 왔기 때문에 일치된 경관에 대한 개념정리나 사용된 기법들의 유효성에 대한 평가 없이 다양한 모습으로 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구는 한국의 많은 도시들에서 실시되었던 경관관리나 경관보전을 위한 연구에서 제안되었거나 적용되었던 경관에 대한 개념과 사용된 분석기법들에 대해 종합적으로 분석 정리하여 재평가해보고자 시작되었다. 이러한 연구는 각 도시별로 보존하고자 하는 경관대상이 다르고 이를 구성하는 경관요소도 다양한 현실 속에서 이루어졌던 경관분석기법들을 도시유형별, 경관대상의 유형별 그리고 적용된 기법의 유형별로 살펴봄으로써 우리 나라 도시들이 공통으로 갖고 있는 경관관리의 개념을 도출하고, 또 채택된 각 기법들이 목적과 적합하게 도입되었고 목적달성에 기여하였는지를 분석해 봄으로써, 각 기법들이 가지고 있는 유효성과 한계성을 찾아 앞으로 많은 도시에서 지속적으로 이어질 도시경관 관리를 위한 업무나 연구에 지침을 주고자 한다.

강관과 PALC를 이용한 아파트 건축공법 개선에 관한 연구 : In case of Hybrid Structures 합성구조 아파트의 경우를 중심으로

Apartment construction techniques using steel structures. especially hybrid structures, instead of reinforced concrete wall-slab structures, have been studied and developed. In this study, consequently, it is investigated that hybrid structures using PALC walls , steel tube column with lightweight concrete, and preflex composite beams, have applicability on the apartment construction.

미스의 투겐타트 주택에 나타나는 형태 및 공간적 특성에 관한 연구

Mies' Tugendhat House is known as one of the most important house in Modern Architecture with Le Corbusier' Villa Savoye and Wright's Robbie House. The purpose of this study is to analyze the formal and spatial characteristics of Tugendhat house. The result of this study are summarized in two characteristics Firstly, Tugendhat house shows the duplicities both in formal aspect and in spatial aspect. In formal aspect, Tugendhat house shows the duplicity of the composition of masses and the composition of elements. In spatial aspect, it shows the duplicity of the space between walls and the objects in space. Secondly, Tugendhat house shows the new relationship between the architectural form and space of Mies' Architectural thoughts as a unification of the concept of early experimental houses and the reality of conventional houses.

건축설계 초기단계의 인지과정 보조시스템에 관한 연구

It is very difficult to determine the nature of early phase of design process which process is a seemingly chaotic, complex process, involving many methods and representations. In supporting this process, a computer system that can follow the architect in his/her actions may be helpful. Such as system should assist architects in maintaining an overview of the development of their ideas over time, show the current state of the process, and support and stimulate the generation of new associations whenever required. This paper will discuss the rich information structure in the design process and cognitive processes handling this structure.

이상의 「날개」에 나타난 건축적 이미지에 관한 연구 : 1930년대 경성 거리를 중심으로

Haekyung Kim entered Kyungsung technical high school in April 1926. And he graduated high school in March 1929; his age 18. A short novel <Nalgae> was a monologue of himself, Haekyung Kim. He wrote realities of his life in 8 years colonial period. Through novel <Nalgae> I am going to study his architectural imagination. Short novel <Nalgae> was carried in monthly magazine <Chokwang>, march 1936. <Nalgae> was carried in the magazine with author name "creation". And this novel contained 2 drawing with name of "Lee, Sang". Those drawings were ink paintings and drawn with free style. That means drawing itself already turned into the symbol like his novel.

도시공간구조변화와 도심기능변화의 관련성에 관한 연구

In the 1990's, Urban Spatial Structure of Taejon is changed from Single Nucleus System to multi-Nucleus Systems. A change of Urban Spatial Structure induced change of a population and Urban Functions. A Object of this paper is to analyze changing A Populations and Urban Functions by the change of Urban Structure. In this paper we analysed the change of function of C.B.D in 1994 and 1999, and from that results we tried to find the relationship between the change of urban structure and the change of urban function. As the result of this paper, Populations and Urban Development is moved from a old C.B.D to new C.B.D. Also Urban Functions are moved toward new C.B.D. Particularly, the Business Functions and Commercial Functions is many moved toward new C.B.D. But Cultural Functions and Products Functions remains in old C.B.D. Therefore, An Old C.B.D must needs Urban Renewal Plans.

建築場에서의 部分과 全體의 개념

The concept of architectural field is adopted for the method of understanding architecture. It is necessary to study of the concept of part and whole for the application of the field concept to the architecture concretely. Because the similarity is founded in these two concepts based on the modern physics. The object of this study is to show the inter-relationship of the concept of architectural field and the concept of part and whole by compare two concepts. And to define the architectural concept corresponding with the concept of part and whole. The followings could be included as a conclusion; ① The connection of building and space for the one is shown of the contradiction to adopt the various circumstance. ② The interrelation among the elements as the factor of architectural field is considered as the part of the whole. Therefore the relation as part has influence on the whole environment. ③ The system organized by the unit-areas compose the most suitable architectural field according to the progress of the interaction of integration and differentiation.

우주센터 시설의 효율적 운영을 위한 시설관리체계 구축에 관한 연구

It is common that the space center makes the housing complex with the compound use of facilities as a launching-site facility to enter to the targeted orbit with carrying an artificial satellite to the launching object. It is required to build the administration system of the space center's facility such like that. For the space center's facility such like that, it is necessary to build first administration-system of the facilities and establish the system according to this. For that, it is required to analyze the space center's function and draw the needed facility according to the function, and analyze function's specificityaccording to the component and facility.
