유방의 과립세포종양 1예: 증례보고

유방의 과립세포종양은 슈반세포에서 기원하는 아주 드문 질환이다. 대부분의 환자들은통증을동반 하 지 않는 경성의 유방 멍울을 주소로 내원하게 된다. 따라서 이학적 진찰상 유방암과의 감별이 필요하 다. 유방의 과립세포종양은 임상적으로 유방암과 매우 유사하지만, 98%에서 양성 소견을 보인다. 일 반적인 유방촬영술 및 유방초음파 상에서는 종양 특이적인 소견을 보이지 않으며, 오직 조직생검술을 통한 조직학적, 면연화학적 검사만이 병변을 확진 하는 방법이 된다. 51세 여자 환자가 유방에 만져 지는 멍울을 주소로 외래를 방문하였다. 이학적 검사 상, 좌측 중간외측 유방에 멍울이 만져졌으며, 대흉근 및 주변조직과 고착 되어있는 소견을 보였다. 유방단순촬영 상 좌외측 유방에 비대칭성이 보 였다. 유방 초음파상 1cm크기의 유방 뒤 지방층을 침범하는 종괴가 보였다. 중심 침 조직검사 상 유 방의 과립종양세포 소견을 보였으며, 조직 절제 생검으로 확진 하였다. 임상적으로 유방암과 많이 혼 돈되는 과립세포종양 1예를 보고하고자 한다.

Glucose-fatty acid cycle is very important because it explains that fatty acid influences glucose level. Glucose-fatty acid cycle is the key factor to understand how endurance training which aids fat oxidation and carbohydrate stored in skeletal muscle influence mitochondria level. However, it is not certain whether glucose-fatty acid cycle influences exercising skeletal muscle of human being. As an energy resource, training increases use of fatty acid, endurance ability, and oxidation of triglyceride. During high level training, catecholamine secretions and restraint of fatty acid use caused by insulin increases dramatically, this results in reduction of free fat acids and reunification of free fat acids into triglyceride. Training restrains insulin activity and reduces plasma acid density, however, elite athletes have high triglyceride-fatty acid cycle. Although enzyme's activities and mitochondira's density increase after training, it's not certain that enzyme's activities is major factor in restraint of fatty acid oxidation in exercising muscle cells. Stores of fat leads to increases of fat oxidation, performance and reduces use of carbohydrate, however, there is no absolute evidence to support these results.

Long term precipitation gauging station record(58 year) was analyzed by progressive mean method and Gumbel-Chow method to compare the estimated effective period of records for computing mean and probable values. Obtained results are as follows; 1. 58 years precipitation record at Jinju was analyzed by double mass analysis method. Result show that the record is consistent with time and space. 2. The effective period of records for estimating mean values within the departure of 5% level from true mean are up to 33 years for annual precipitation, 20 years for annual maximum daily precipitation, and 45 years for maximum successive dry days in summer season(June, July, and August). 3. To estimate the probable values by Gumbel-Chow method within the departure of 5% level from true value, periods of 51 years for annual precipitation, 38 years for annual maximum daily precipitation, and 45 years for maximum successive dry days in summer season, are required.

유도 지도자의 리더십 유형이 팀 성과에 미치는 영향

With high school judo athletes as subjects, this study aims to reveal the relations between leadership types they favor and those they actually perceive. This analysis of the degrees of discrepancy and satisfaction felt by the athletes led to the following conclusions: 1.Leadership score according to sexes: 1) Autocratic behavior was the highest and affirmative feedback was the lowest in male teams. 2) Social support was the greatest and instructions appeared the lowest in female teams. 2.Leadership score in male teams according to team levels: 1) In superior teams, the highest and the lowest were social support and instructions respectively. 2) In inferior teams, autocratic and democratic behavior scored the highest and the lowest marks respectively. 3.Leadership score in female teams according to team levels: 1) In high-achievement teams, the highest and the lowest were social support and positive feedback respectively. 2) In low-achievement teams, autocratic behavior and instructions scored the highest and the lowest marks respectively. 4.Leadership discrepancy and athletes' satisfaction according to sexes: 1) The male group with lower discrepancy in instractions (p<0.01) and democratic behavior (p<0.001) showed greater satisfaction. 2) The female group with lower disagreement in autocratic behavior(p<0.01) indicated higher degrees of satisfaction. 5.Leadership behavior types and athletes' satisfaction degrees according to sexes and team levels: 1) In male teams, the excellent group in instructions and democratic behavior (p<0.01) revealed more satisfaction. 2) In female teams, the outstanding group in instructions (p<0.001), democratic behavior, and autocratic behavior (p<0.01) tuned out to be more satisfied.

Gastric small cell carcinoma(SCC) is defined as poorly-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor of the stomach, and their morphologic and biologic features arc similar to those of the lung. It is known that this tumor has poor prognosis even in early pathologic stage, It acounts for only 3% of all gastrointestinal SCC. that has been reported only 33 cases outside and 6 cases inside of the comitiy. Most of these reports are related to advanced gastric SCC. as pathologic stage IIIb or IV. This report describes a case of early gastric SCC. pathologic stage Ib.

In This paper, we want to provide a more efficient kind of searching Service using the user's weight value of the accessing rate and the connecting rate for the user's profile. It is significantly presented through the data structure by video data analysis and modeling. The Remote Video Play Browsing System can be used to browse the video data for each frame not only the scene searching browsing method but also the shot searching browsing method for the demanded data. Video Play System also can Provide the detailed and exact information searching method for a Remote Video Play Browsing System when searching for detailed frame's information and its text, information of moving picture.

펜틸렌테트라졸 투여 흰쥐에서의 천마의 항경련 작용기전

Gastrodia elata (GE) is a oriental medicinal herb which has been used traditionally for the treatment of various brain diseases including convulsion and epilepsy. In order to examine the mechanism of anticonvulsive effect, we treated the methanol extract of GE (500 mg/kg, P.O) to the pentylenetetrazole (PTZ)-induced convulsive rats. Methanol extracts of GE siginificantly inhibited (35%) the convulsion state as well as the level of lipid peroxidation (25%) in the brain. The ether fraction of methanol extracts among the others effectively inhibited in vitro lipid peroxidation dose dependently (5.0×10^(-6)~2.0×10^(-5) g/ml). The scavenging effect on hydroxy radicals was found in all the fractions of ether, butanol, and dichloromethane. These results suggest that the anticonvulsive effect of GE is possibly due to the antioxidative effects of the active components in GE.

單相變壓器 過渡勵磁電流의 調波分析

實測데이터 만으로 構成된 變壓器 等價回路와 鐵心의 磁化慝性을 曲線部分을 指數函數로 直線部分은 1次函數로 表現한 모델에서 印加電壓의 位相變化에 따른 過渡勵磁電流를 계산하여 각 cycle의 高調波를 FFT에 의해 分析하였다. 이 電流에 包含된 高調波成分을 각 cycle별로 高調波電流/過渡勵磁電流尖頭値에 대한 變化를 分析하였고 푸리에係數의 變化도 檢討하였다. This paper describes a method of analyzing harmonics of the transient magnetizing inrush currents in a single phase transformer. An equivalent circuit representation of the transformer, including its magnetic saturation characteristics, is also described. The inrush current wavefroms, which are calculated from the volage equilibrium equation for various switching instants of applied voltage, are deliberately analyzed at each cycle using the fast Fourier transform.

시클로펜틸아렌술포네이트 및 시클로헥실아렌술포네이트와 아닐린과의 친핵성치환반응

The nucleophilic substitution reactions of cyclopentylarenesulfonates and cyclohexylarenesulfonates with anilines in acetonitrile at 65.0℃ are investigated. The cross-interaction constants ρxz(and βxz) between substitue-nts in the nucleophile(X) and leaving group(Z) are positive and have relatively small mmagnitude. The transition state(TS) variation is consistent with that predicted by the More O'Ferrall-Jencks diagram as expected from the positive ρxz. The small magnitude of ρxz correctly refrects a relatively loose TS structure in contrast to the tight TS for primary alkyl derivatives under similar reaction conditions.
