        김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석을 이용한 분류학적 연구

        표준균주를 포함한 230여개의 김치유래 젖산균에 대한 균체지방산(FAMEs)을 분석하였다. FAMEs profiles는 Euclidian Distance 17.5에 의해 7개의 Major Cluster와 1개의 Single Cluster로 나뉘어졌다. 이중 A, B, C 및 Cluster는 Leuconostoc속으로 분석되어졌고, F는 Lactobacillus속으로 분석되어졌다. 그리고 E와 G cluster는 두개의 Genus가 혼재되어 나타났으며 보충적인 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석결과를 기반으로 한 데이타베이스에 95가지 탄소원을 이용하는 수치분류학적 접근방법 및 Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry 등의 화학적 분석 방법과 분자친화적 연구를 통한 종합적 분류정보 체계가 갖추어지면 젖산균의 신속, 정확한 동정 및 연구에 활발히 이용되어질 것이다. Two hundreds and thirty lactic acid bacteria, mostly isolated from Kimchi, including type strains were sued for analysis of cellular fatty acids. The 230 test strains were recoverd in 7 major and 1 single clusters defined a Euclidian distance of 17.5. These aggregate taxa were equivalent to the genus Leuconostoc (aggregate group A, B, C and D), and the genera Leuconostoc and Lactobacillus (aggregate group G). It is concluded as evident that FAMEs (Fatty Acid Methyl Esters) profile of cell can be used as a criterion in classification of lactic acid bacterial from kimchi. Additional comparative taxonomic studies need to be carried out on well chosen representative strains to determine the most appropriate methods of value.

        In the upper gastrointestinal tract, in particular, there are parts consisting of esophageal sphincter muscles to carry out physiologic functions, which causes impairments when removed, as well as such complications as mucosal injuries, bleeding and even perforations in the case of foreign bodies with large size and/or sharp angles. Therefore, it is essential to use an appropriate type of supplementary instrument for a safe procedure. Frequently utilized supplementary instruments are overtube, protector hood, latex glove and transparent cap. We report a case in which authors were successful in removing a watch bend consisting of metal ring from gastric body while using a modification of a widely available drip chamber of fluid set attached to vertical end of endoscopic device.

        Superoxide dismutase, which plays a very important role in protecting organisms from oxygen toxicity, from centrifuged autolyzed cultures of Aspergillus nidulans was prepared to apparent homogeneity by a combination of Q-Sepharose, S-Sepharose and Sephacryl S-100 column chromatography. A. nidulans SOD is a type of Fe-SOD or cambialistic Zn/FeSOD, judging by metal analysis and its insensitivity to azide and a sensitivity to H2O2. The molecular weights of the purified enzyme estimated by gel filtration chromatography are 86 kDa. The SOD seems to be a homodimeric protein with a molecular mass of 35 kDa, which is determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, per monomer and contained one atom of iron per protein molecule. Maximum SOD activity was observed between pH 5.0 to 7.0.

        진입장벽 요인이 향후 투자에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 러시아 제조업 부문에 대한 투자를 중심으로

        Any market has its own entry barriers to foreign firms. In this reason, foreign firms. who are entering to a foreign market, must have internal competence which can contribute to overcome the entry barriers and have the capability for adjusting to external environment of foreign market. In this paper we analyzed the rate of entry barriers of external environment of Russian market when Korean firms entering into Russia. In this paper we segmented the external environment that affects to foreign firms as entry barriers such as competitive, socio-cultural, and political-legal environment and analyzed the rate of barriers induced from these environmental factors to foreign firms. The applied method is correlation and multiple regression analysis. The result of empirical analysis is a follows: The competitive environment of local(Russian) market dose not affect to Korean firms as an entry barrier. The local socio-cultural environment, however, significantly affect to foreign firms as entry barrier and negatively affect to sequential entry to sequential entry of Korean firms, and among sub-factors hierarchical behavior of governmental workers, in particular, raises unstability and uncertainty of external environment and negatively affects to Korean firms' investment in the future.

        In this study, the equipment and method to recyle waste-paint, were developed and investigated. The efficiency of drying and pulverizing the waste-paint were improved via vescosity reducing process and microwave energy source with a blast of hot air. This method may be useful to recyle the waste-paint, rubber and plastics.

        정신분열병 환자의 인지과제수행에서 삼차원적 시공간-운동 방해자극 처리의 특성

        Objectives : Abnormalities of cognitive responses to verbal and visual distracter in schizophrenia have been demonstrated in numerous studies but little is known about three dimensional visuospatial-motor distracter processing. The purpose of this study was to investigate the vulnerability of patients with schizophrenia to three dimensional visuospatial-motor distracter. Methods : 14 patients with schizophrenia and 14 normal volunteers were assessed on three dimensional maze tasks requiring on working memory and reasoning ability in the virtual reality environment. Performances were compared according to with- or without-distracter conditions. Results : Patients with schizophrenia showed significantly lower performances than normal control group on cognitive flexibility, simple motor function or motor control and motor coordination, working memory span and delayed performance times. The performance index tended to be more deteriorated, but not significantly, in with-distracter condition than in Without-distracter condition in schizophrenia. Conclusions : Patients with schizophrenia tend to be vulnerable to visuospatial-motor distracter which simulate the real world of three dimensional environment.

      • 3-Trolley Portainer Crane 운전 시뮬레이터의 개발

        항만에서, 빠른 시간내에 많은 양의 컨테이너 박스를 운반하는것이 곧 비용 절감이다. 이를 위해서는 크레인의 성능을 미리 예측을 할 수 있어야 한다. 특히 새로운 크레인을 제작할때, 실제 시험을 해본후 그 성능을 알아내기란 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 컴퓨터상에서 이를 미리 시뮬레이션하여 그 성능을 알아낸다면 여러면에서 비용절감의 효과를 얻을수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 하나의 Trolley에 의해 운전되는 크레인보다 더 나은 성능을 위해 설계된 3-Trolly Portainer Crane을 시뮬레이션하는 소프트웨어를 개발했다. 이것은 3개의 Torolley가 동시에 작동하여 하나일때보다 더 빠른 시간에 작업을 완수할수가 있다. 이 사실을 시뮬레이션을 통해 증명하고, 다양한 결과 자료를 이용해서 실제 이 크레인의 제작에도 상당히 도움이 될수 있다. 또한, 3개가 동시에 움직여서 각 구간별 소요시간의 측정이 문제가 되지만, 이것을 하나의 task로 미리 계산할 수 있는 방법을 고안, 적용하여 완수 하였다. In the port, it is a reduction of cost to load or unload many containers quickly. To do so, we should predict the performance of crane. Therefore, if we could simulate a crane operation and estimate the performance by the computer system, we can obtain a benefit of cost. In this study, we developed an operation simulator system of the 3-Trolley Portainer Crane which is designed for more efficeincy. Conceptually, the 3-Trolley Portainer Crane is operated concurrently by 3 trolleys, so it is faster than 1-Trolley Portainer Crane. We proved that through the simulation. It will be useful to manufactrue 3-Trolley Portainer Crane with many results from this software system. Also, the problem that must be calculated in parallel is solved by a single calculation method which we developed.

      • 복막투석복막염 환자에서 발생한 창자벽공기증 1예

        Peritonitis is a serious problem in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis. Rarely pneumatosis intestinalis can occur as a complication of this infectious process. Pneumatosis intestinalis is a potential life threatening condition with a challenging management. The mortality of peritoneal dialysis patients with pneumatosis intestinalis secondary to mesenteric ischemia is almost 100%. We describe a rare case of pneumatosis intestinalis in a peritoneal dialysis patient who developed Staphylococcus aureus peritonitis which was initially treated with appropriate antibiotics. Since initial response to therapy was not achieved, an abdominal computerized tomography was done which revealed a pneumatosis intestinalis. A laparotomy was performed and small bowel necrosis was seen. A segmented resection with ileostomy, jejunostomy was done. Though surgical treatment was performed, the patient died in 2 weeks after admission. Pneumocystitis intestinalis in peritoneal dialysis peritonitis is a uncommon complication which requires prompt evaluation to rule out mesenteric ischemia as it carries a high mortality and its management will be surgical.

      • Synthesis and Characterization of Pr(Ⅲ)-,Sm(Ⅲ)-,Gd(Ⅲ)-,Dy(Ⅲ)-[18]HAM Complexes

        Lanthanide(III) and mercury(II) complexes of the 18-membered hexaaza Schiff base macrocycle 2,11,17,26,31,32-hexaazapentacyclo[26,2.1.1??,O??,O??] dotriaconta-1(31), 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16(32) ,17,19,21,23,25,27,29-hexadecane([18]HAM) ahve been synthesized by the metal template condensationof phthalic dicarboxaldehyde and 2,6-diaminopyridine. Discrete mononuclear complexes [Pr([18]HAM)(NO₃)(OH)]NO₃·2H₂O,[Sm([18]HAM)(NO₃)(H₂O)(OH)]NO₃·2H₂O, [Gd([18]HAM)(NO₃)(H₂O)(OH)]NO₃·3H₂O, [Dy([18])HAM)(NO₃)₂(H₂O)₂]NO₃·2H₂O, and [Hg([18])HAM)(H₂O)₂(ClO₄)]ClO₄· ?H₂O, have been synthesized by using the respective hydrated lanthanide(Ⅲ) nitrate and mercury(Ⅱ) perchlorate as the template. The lanthanide(Ⅲ)-marcrocyclic complexes (lanthanide(Ⅲ)-[18]HAM) was decomposed by c-HClO? forming [18] HAM and liberating the lanthanide(Ⅲ) ion. Co(Ⅱ)- Ni(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ)-complexes of acyclic, potentially tridentate compartmental Schiff bases ([9]acy) complexes containing d-metal ion Co(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), and Cu(Ⅱ) ion have been prepared by using metal template condensation of phthalic dicarboxaldehytde and 2,6-diaminopyridine. The complexes and macrocycle were characterized by elemental analysis, fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, and molar conductivity. The template potential of the lanthanide(Ⅲ) cations of various sites in the assembly of [18]HAM is due to the flexibility of the macrocycle to adapt to the geometrical requirements of the metal ions and to the steric demands of the exocyclic ligands

        감각통합기능장애에 대한 집중치료프로그램의 효과 : 사례보고

        목적: 본 연구는 감각통합기능장애를 가진 아동을 대상으로 주간에 걸친 집중치료프로그램을 제공하였을 때 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 것이며, 사후 평가를 통하여 감각통합기능의 유지 여부를 알아보았다. 연구방법: 단일사례연구로써 2주간 9회기 1회기에 40분씩 치료접근을 실시하고, 가정에서 Sensory diet와 더불어 Wilbarger Protocol을 실시하였다. 초기평가와 1차 재평가 사이의 시간은 15일이며, 5개월 후 2차 재평가를 실시하였다. 결과: 집중치료프로그램 적용 후, 아동은 전반적인 감각영역에서 감각방어가 감소되었고 자기조절 (수면, 각성)이 향상되었다. 또한 실행과 시-지각에서도 향상을 보였으며, 정서적 안정과 일상생활에서도 향상을 보였다. 프로그램 적용 5개월 후 감각조절능력, 안정적인 수면은 유지되고 시-지각에서도 지속적인 발달을 보였지만 정서적인 안정은 지속되지 않았다. 결론: 집중치료프로그램이 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었고, 집중치료프로그램 적용 후 치료적 접근이 없어도 대부분의 감각영역에서 감각조절능력을 유지할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to identify effects of intensive sensory integration (SI) treatment and home-program for a child who has a sensory integration disorder. This study also examined wheth­er the positive effect is long-lasting by a follow-up test. Method : A boy with sensory integration dysfunction underwent an intensive SI treatment for 2 weeks. The intervention was consisted of 9 sessions and duration of the each session was 40 minutes. Sensory diet and Wilbarger protocol was provided as home program. The child's sensory function was evaluated be­fore and after the SI intervention. Five month later, re-evaluation was executed for follow-up purpose. Results : In the evaluation after the Si intervention, the child's sensory defensiveness was decreased. Praxis, visual perception, sensory regulation dysfunction (sleep function), affective stabilization and performance of activities of daily living are also improved. In the re-evaluation after the 5 month later, the self-reg­ulation ability, especially sleep function, has been maintained and the visual perception was developing continually. However, the child showed some affective regulation such as bothering his mother and los­ing his temper. Conclusions : The intensive SI intervention showed positive effects in terms of SI function improvement and the effect lasted long without any additional therapeutic intervention.
