        야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

        Fullerene의 유전독성을 평가하기 위하여 Chinese hamster유래의 난소유아세포(CHO-K1 cell)를 이용하여 직접법(-S9)과 대사활성화법(+S9 mix)의 염색체이상시험을 실시하였다. 시험물질은 1% CMC 나트륨염의 현탁액(l% CMC 용액)에 희석하여 조제하였다. 대사활성화를 시키지 않은 직접법의 염색체이상시험에서 24시간 투여군은 8단계의 농도(0.078, 0.156, 0.313, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10mM)로 투여하여 실시하였다. 투여 농도 증가에 따른 염색체이상의 빈도가 증가하는 양상이 나타나지 않았다. 48시간의 투여군에서는 8단계의 농도(0.078, 0.156, 0.313, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10mM)로 투여하여 실시하였는데 투여 농도 증가에 따른 염색체이상의 빈도가 증가하는 양상이 나타나지 않았다. 배수체의 염색체이상은 직접법에서 관찰되지 않았다. 대사활성화법을 이용하여 6시간 시험물질을 투여한 시험에 있어서는 8단계의 용량단계 (0.078, 0.156, 0.313, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10mM)를 설정하였는데 투여 농도가 증가함에 따른 염색체이상빈도의 증가양상이 관찰되지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합할 때 본 시험물질은 본 시험 조건하에서 CHO-K1세포에서 대사활성화를 시켰을 때 염색체 이상을 유발하지 않는 것으로 판단된다.

        The Influence of AH-26 and Zinc Oxide-Eugenol Root Canal Sealer on the Shear Bond Strength of Composite Resin to Dentin

        AH-26 근관실러가 상아질에 대한 복합레진의 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 144개의 발거된 대구치를 실린더형의 몰드에 매식한 다음 치관부의 상아질 표면을 노출시킨 후 편평하게 연마하고 AH-26을 도포한 군, ZOE paste를 도포한 군 및 실러를 도포하지 않은 대조군으로 나누어 One-step 상아질 접착제를 처리한 후에 Charisma (Heraeus Kulzer, Germany) 복합레진을 적용하고 광중합시켰다. 시편을 분리하여 37℃ 항온조에 24시간 보관후 Instron test machine (Model 4202, Instron Corp., USA)을 이용하여 시편의 전단 결합 강도를 측정하고 one-way ANOVA 및 Tukey's studentized rank test로 통계 분석하였다. AH-26 근관실러로 처리한 군과 대조군은 ZOE 근관실러 처리군에 비해 유의하게 놓은 접착강도를 나타내었다 (p<0.05). AH-26 근관실러 처리군과 아무 처리하지 않은 대조군 사이에는 결합강도에 있어 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다 (p>0.05). 본 연구의 조건에서는 ZOE 근관실러는 상아질에 대한 복합레진의 전단결합강도를 저하시키는 반면 AH-26 근관실러는 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 보인다. 따라서 임상에서 근관실러로 AH-26을 사용한 근관충전 후에는 즉시 복합레진 코어를 해 주어도 결합력에 저해가 없을 것으로 여겨진다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of the AH-26 root canal sealer on the shear bond strength of composite resin to dentin. One hundred and forty four (144) extracted, sound human molars were used. After embedding in a cylindrical mold, the occlusal part of the anatomical crown was cut away and trimmed in order to create a flat dentin surface. The teeth were randomly divided into three groups; the AH-26 sealer was applied to the AH-26 group, and zinc-oxide eugenol (ZOE) paste was applied to the ZOE group. The dentin surface of the control group did not receive any sealer. A mount jig was placed against the surface of the teeth and the One-step dentin bonding agent was applied after acid etching. Charisma composite resin was packed into the mold and light cured. After polymerization, the alignment tube and mold were removed and the specimens were placed in distilled water at 37℃ for twenty four hours. The shear bond strength was measured by an Instron testing machine. The data for each group were subjected to one-way ANOVA and Tukey's studentized rank test so as to make comparisons between the groups. The AH-26 group and the control group showed significantly higher shear bond strength than the ZOE group (p<0.05). There were no significant differences between the AH-26 group and the control one (p>0.05). Under the conditions of this study, the AH-26 root canal sealer did not seem to affect the shear bond strength of the composite resin to dentin while the ZOE sealer did. Therefore, there may be no decrease in bond strength when the composite resin core is built up immediately after a canal filling with AH-26 as a root canal sealer.

      • 부식된 하수관에서 분리된 곰팡이 OMSOf1의 황화수소 제거 특성

        심하게 부식된 콘크리트 하수관으로부터 황산화 곰팡이, OMSOf1을 분리하였다. 분리한 곰팡이의 성장 특성, 포자 형성 방법 및 포자의 크기와 모양을 조사한 결과, Sporormia속에 속하는 것으로 사료되었다. 곰팡이 OMSOf1은 균체내의 황화물 산화효소계에 의해 H₂S와 같은 황화물을 thiosulfate로 산화하였다. 고흡수성 수지(sodium polyacrylic acid) 와 polyurethane을 혼합하여 만든 담체에 biofilter에 28ppm의 H₂S를 50ml/min의 유속으로 통기시킨 결과, 약 15일 동안은 외부로부터의 수분을 공급하지 않는 조건하에서도 거의 100%의 H₂S 제거효율이 저하되었을 때에는 담채에 수분을 공급해 줌으로써 황화수소의 제거효율이 회복되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. A sulfide-oxidizing fungus was isolated from corroded concrete sewer pipes. From the physiological and morphological properties such as growth characteristics on diverse media, reproduction pattern, and size and shape of spores, the isolated fungus was considered as Sporormia sp. The fungus OMSOf1 could oxidize hydrogen sulfide(H₂S)to thiosulfate due to intracellular enzyme systems. The fungus was immobilized in polyurethane carriers which contained super absorbent polymer(sodium polyacrylic acid) permeated with mineral medium, and polyurethane. When 28ppm of H₂S was supplied to the biofilter packed with the carriers at 50ml/min, more than 95% removal ratio of H₂S was obtained for 15 days without supply of water. The reduction of H₂S removal ratio by drying of the carriers could be recovered by supply of water.

        광중합방식이 콤포머의 변연폐쇄에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of various polymerization techniques on the microleakage of compomer restorations. Fifty extracted human premolar and molar were used and randomly divided into 5 groups. After cavity preparation, compomer (F2000) was filled according to the manufacturer's directions. All groups, except group 5, were filled using an incremental technique. Group 1was polymerized for 40 seconds at a continuous 485mW/㎠ with a VIP (Bisco, USA) light cure unit. Group 2 was polymerized for 20 seconds at a continuous 345mW/㎠ and then for 20 seconds at 645mW/㎠ with the VIP light cure unit. Group 3 was polymerized at 400mW/㎠, gradually increased to 50mW/㎠ per 10 seconds until 550mW/㎠ was reached; total 40 seconds with a Spectrum 800 (Dentsply Caulk, USA) light cure unit. Group 4 was polymerized for for 3 seconds using an incremental technique with a Flipo (LOKKi, France) light cure unit. Group 5 was polymerized for 3 seconds using a bulk fill technique with the Flipo light cure unit. The specimens were embedded with acrylic resin, and were sectioned with diamond saws in a mesiodistal direction along the longitudinal axis of the tooth so as to pass through the center of the restoration, and three surfaces (occlusal, pulpal, and gingival) were examined with SEM. The results were as follows; 1. Group 5 showed a significantly larger gaps compared to other groups on the gingival, occlusal, and pulpal walls. 2. All groups except group 5 had no statistically significant gap on the gingival, occlusal, and pulpal walls. 3. There was no significant correlation between the amount of enamel on the gingival and occlusal walls and polymerization shrinkage.

      • SVD 알고리즘 및 HMM을 이용한 얼굴 및 눈 패턴 검출

        The studies about automatic pattern detection of the eye and face from the human image acquired by the CCD image sensor have good applicabilities in the industry, home automation, and data communication field. In general, pattern detection method consists of feature based matching and template matching. In feature based matching, the feature vector is extracted with DLM(dynamic linking matching), EBGM(elastic bunch graph matching), HMM(hidden markov model) matching and knowledge based matching using statistical characteristics. In template matching, in general, the template vector is extracted with PCA(principal component analysis). When these method applied in the face and eye detection, each method has its own merits and some disadvantage. Therefore, by combined utilization of SVD(singular value decomposition) and HMM algorithm, is expected that we can selectively make use of each methods advantage and it result in improved detection accuracy. In this paper, we proposed the method for face and eye detection, which was combined by the two algorithms, to be suitable for the high speed image processing using DSP chip or microprocessor. In the beginning, template matching was followed by a template extraction using batch SVD algorithm and then face pattern was classified and recognized by HMM algorithm which is one of feature based matching technique. Finally, eye pattern detection was performed by pattern search neural network utilizing eigeneye image.

      • 3년제 보건계학과 현장실습의 효율적 운영방안

        For the the enhancement of educational efficiency in on-site training of 3-year health college program, the authors perofrmed a survey. From the survey result the authors came to conclusions as follows, The duration of training in the health college programs should be extended as one year through the extension of length of study. Evaluations in training sites were thought to be unreasonable, and therefore the evaluation system should be improved or newly developed. Educators in colleges are also urged to participate in various workshops to catch the new theory and changing technologies. All health alleges should try to expand their experimental facilities and equipments. Securing suitable training places is very difficult for some colleges located in small cities. At this point the governmental meddling is keenly required to ease the situation. Each training place must prepare its own educational program on which the educators can execute schedules. Training fee is another intricate matter for both collegs and training places. Some criteria for the amount per trainee and proper paying methods should be suggested in the earliest time. Considering the highly sophisticated equipment and higher wages for the manpower within the laboratories and relevanat places, the education in managerial aspects should be included in the programs. To enhance the effiency in the trainings, the student's daily report should be practical one not formalistic, and opportunities to handle the sophisticated equipments should be given to the trainees, and paying the careful consideration to trainees would be desirable.

        대구지역 주부들의 쌀 가공식품 이용실태조사

        This research investigated the consumption of various rice-based processed foods of 279 housewives in Daegu. 70% of the housewives that responded to the question graduated from a high school or college, was 30 ~40 years old and full-time housewives. The main places for purchasing the rice-based processed foods were large size discount store and supermarkets, as other industrial products and the family's preference was the most critical factors in choosing the products. The fact that the main reason of purchasing the rice breads and cookies. instead of wheat, was "They may be food for health" indicated many housewives have a positive perception of rice-based foods. Among the rice-based processed foods, the using frequency of rice rake (dduk) was the highest, with rice cookies and rice drinks being the next most frequent. However, the frequencies of cooked rice (bob) and rice flour were very low. An analysis of the correlation for the using frequency of 15 rice-based processed foods showed that the use of rice cookies and breads, instead of wheat, was highly correlated to another 13 foods. The critical reasons why they do not consume cooked rice and rice flour were uncertainty of the purity of the rice and the addition of preservatives, and that with rice bread and noodles there was no information available about the products, and they have a poor taste. The most common reasons of using cooked rice were no time to cook and simple curiosity about the products. However, the consumers were suspicious of containers. which were a potential cause of environmental hormones. and the high price of the products. Packed rice flour was mainly used as an ingredient to give the viscosity to a product. The advantages of using rice flour were that it was available to control the amount of buying and the convenience to buy. However, it was pointed out that the taste of products containing packed rice flour were poorer than that of rice flour ground at a mill.

      • 산업자본재 자산의 가치평가에 있어 신뢰도 함수의 적용

        Box-Cox model by HuIten and Wykoff and T-factor method by Elfar and Whelan, adopted the assumptions of the characteristics of capital assets, and are still widely used today even though their assumptions were weak. We improve the Box-Cox model by combining the existing economic efficiency and depreciation pattern, based on the efficiency curve of marginal productivity and reliability function. Thus, Rayleigh curve which has been used for the reliability of current capital assets was chosen as m efficiency curve. As a result, it was possible to classify the efficiency curves into 4 kinds rather than the existing 3, as well as the types of depreciation curves. In this paper, therefore, the power family of the Box-Cox model which was a non-linear regression model would be identified, by utilizing the reliability functions. In addition, Box-Cox model as a linear model to measure economic depredations. Based on these result it is easy to estimate economic depreciations as well as to test depreciation rates.
