        가평 전주이씨묘 출토복식 고찰

        In 1995, the costumes were restored in an unknown woman's tomb at the Jeonju Lee's family cemetery in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi-Do, and there are currently nine items remaining. In this study, we first introduced these 9 relics to academia and analyzed the morphological characteristics of the costumes. We also estimated the time and person of burial compared with costumes unearthed from other burials. Jeogories (short jacket) are all four items. One of these items was unusual in shape, and the upper part of the seop (gusset) was wrinkled and shaped. This type of Jeogori appears only till the 1520s in other tombs. There are also two skirts, one of which is characterized by a superimposed pattern. The top and bottom / middle part of the skirt were rolled up, and the skirt, which was double-rolled up in this way, was first discovered. An analysis of the shape of Jeogori and skirt indicated that the person buried in the Jeonju Lee's family tomb was believed to have survived until the early 16th century. Based on these estimated periods, as a result of looking at the genealogy of Jeonju Lee's family, it was concluded that the tomb was probably a woman named Lee Geum Myeong (李金命) born in the mid-15C and died between the late 15C and the early 16C.

      • Purge & Trap-GC를 이용한 의약품 필름코팅 정제 중 잔류용제에 관한 연구

        의약품은 약물을 생체에 적풋하기 위하여 유효성분의 효과가 언제나 일정하게 확보되고 사응에 편리하도록 만들어지는 것이므로 유효썽분 이외에 약효에 영향을 주지 않는 성분이 첨가되는 경운가 많다. 이 때 사용되는 용매들은 제피의 광택 및 건쪼시간의 단축 등을 위하여 휘발점이 낮을 용매들이 주로 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 의약품 필름코팅정제 중 잔류용매 4종(chlorofonr benzen, trichloro ethylen, 1,4-dioxane)에 대한 변형된 pirge & trap-GC 장치를 이용한 동시분석방법을 개발하였으며, 각 표준품의 RSD 값은 chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69% and 1,4-dioxane 3.41%였다. 또한 시중 유통중인 의약품 50종에 대하여 잔류웅매 양을 측정하였으며, 검출되는 잔류용매는 한 건도 없었다. This study nras carried out to develope the analytical method for the mixture of chlorefonn, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane simultaneously and determine the remainingorgauic solvents in coating tablets by Purge & Trap-GC. The results were as follouFs ; 1. Chloroform, benzen, trio:tloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane separated by tenax #5 trap by HP-624GC column by terrlperature programming. The peaks were separated completely at retentiontime of 6.88min for chloroform, 8.21min for benzen, 10.38miu for trichloroethylen and 11.95minfor 1,4-dioxane. 2. Standard RSD were individually chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69%and 1,4-diorane 3.41%. 3. 60 samples were not detrcted chloroform, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane.

        정신분열병 환자를 위한 인지재활훈련 프로그램의 개발 : Korean-Cognitive Differentiation Program 한국형 인지분화훈련 프로그램

        연구배경 : 정신분열병 환자들은 인지장애를 보이는바, 저자들은 이들을 대상으로 한국형 인지분화훈련 프로그램을 개발하여 정신분열병 환자들을 대상으로 인지재활훈련을 실시한 후 환자들의 인지기능, 정신병리 및 문제해결기술에 미치는 효과를 조사하였다. 방 법 : 28명의 정신분열병 환자를 훈련군(n=14)과 대조군(n=14)으로 나누어 훈련군에게 한국형 인지분화훈련 프로그램을 1회 60분씩, 주당 2회씩, 11주간 총 22회를 실시하였다. 환자들의 인지기능은 K-WAIS의 산수, 빠진곳찾기, 어휘, 공통점찾기 소검사로 측정하였고 정신병리는 양성 및 음성증상 척도로 측정하였으며 문제해결기술은 사회문제해결척도로 평가하였다. 인지재활훈련의 효과를 평가하기 위해 훈련 전후의 인지기능, 정신병리 및 문제해결기술의 변화를 종속변수로 하고 훈련 유무를 독립변수로 하여 반복측정에 의한 변량분석으로 자료를 분석하였다. 결 과 : 한국형 인지분화훈련이 시간에 따른 인지기능검사 중 산수 소검사, 문제해결기술 중 시회문제해결척도의 전체 점수와 문제해결기술 소척도의 점수의 변화에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 시각적 주의력, 개념화 능력 및 정신병리의 점수의 변화에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 결 론 : 한국형 인지분화훈련 프로그램은 정신분열병 환자에서 청각적 주의력 및 문제해결기술의 호전을 꾀할 가능성이 있음을 시사한다. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of cognitive differentiation training program- Korean version(a training program of attention and conceptual abilities) on cognitive function, psychopathology and problem solving skills in patients with schizophrenia. Methods : A total of patients diagnosed as schizophrenia using DSM-Ⅳ were randomly assigned to 2 groups. The training group went through a total of 22 sessions of cognitive differentiation training(60 min/ session×2 sessions/wk×11 wks). The attention-placebo control group received psychoeducation program during the same period. Arithmetic, vocabulary, similarities, picture completion of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Korean version, Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale, and Social Problem Solving Scales were administered to all patients, both before and after the training program. Results : In the arithmetic scores(F=6.35, af=1, p=0.018) of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Korean version, and total scores(F=6.35, af=1, p=0.018) and problem solving skill scale scores(F=4.88, af=1, p=0.036) of social problem solving scale, interaction effects of training was significant. Conclusion : Our findings suggest that cognitive differentiation training program-Korean version is effective on improving auditory attention and problem solving skills in patients with schizophrenia.

      • Hopfield의 수렴조건을 해결한 최적화 신경회로망 모델

        We proposed and efficient neural network model for solving the combinatorial optimization problems with asymmetric synaptic matrix. We patitioned the synaptic interconnection matric into the symmetrix with zero diagonal and asymmetric matrix with nonzero diagonal, and we implemented the symmetric parts with conventional neural network synaptic interconnections and the asymmetric parts with variable threshold feedback. We applied the proposed neural network to the optimaal directed path allocation problem, and the simulation results show that the proposed model can be used efficiently even for the general combinatorial optimization problems with asymmetric synaptic matrix.

      • 토당귀 종자의 형태적 특성과 발아와 입모율에 대한 저장방법,생장조절제 및 프라이밍 처리 효과

        This study was conducted to have basic and applied informations to establish the cultivation method and to improve the cultivation techniques of Angelica gigas Nakai through investigating the rates of germination and seedling establishment with treatment of plant growth regulator and seed priming. The germination rates of round shape seed were about 0.3~12% higher than those of parallel shape. The germination rates with different storage durations were increased at the level of 25oC and 4oC with the storage days, while they were clearly higher at -20oC compared to those at 4oC and 25oC without the storage durations. With the results of germination rates with treating of plant growth regulator and seed priming, their rates with the round shape seeds were comparatively higher about 6% than those with parallel shape seed and they were increased with increasing of the storage durations. The germination rates were generally appeared higher with GA3 than did those with seed priming. The highest germination rate was appeared at 50 ppm GA3 of plant growth regulator and at -0.5 MPa PEG6000 of seed priming. The germination rates?ㅤ ?ㅤ of Angelica gigas were different with different temperature, storage durations and the treatments of plant growth regulator and seed priming. These results could be used according to different cultivating conditions.

        서어보계의 점간이동 동작에서 정지점 부근의 충격을 최소화하는 것을 중심으로 하고 겸하여 시간과 에너지까지 포함한 평가함수를 최소로 하는 제어방식을 제안하였다. 제안한 제어방식은 직류전동기를 동력장치로 이용한 제어계를 설계하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션하였다. 그 결과 기대한 제어특성을 얻었으면, 본 제어방식은 뱅-뱅 및 포화-비례제어 방식보다 정지점 부근의 충격, 정상오차, 시간, 에너지 등이 가장 적은 것을 알았다. In the point-to-point motion on servo system, a control mode which minimizes the performance index including the impact of end point, time and energy, is proposed. The proposed control modes 1 and 2 applied to the feed-back control system of D.C motor and then a computer simulation is conducted. The control mode 1 had less the impact of end point, steady state error, time and energy than the mode 2 or the bang-bang control mode.

        This study presents an optimal design of transformer in which core cross-section area, length, and window area are utilized, so that the currently existing proposition is reviewed to be economical when core value approximates the coil value. This transformer design has resulted that the optimal value can be obtained when coil value is higher than core value by 20%-30%. Furthermore, this new design is provided to have outgrown the past trial and error and makes it possible to design to design a more sophisticated transformer.

        와동 형태에 따른 5급 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트 수복물의 변연누출 비교

        The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of cavity designs on the marginal leakage of class 5 glass ionomer restorations. The five cavity designs were as follows ; notch shape(A group), notch shape with groove(B group), combined lesion(C group), combined lesion with groove and deep chamfer margin(D group) and combined lesion with groove and shoulder(E group), and each design had 10 cavities. After the cavities were restored with GIC, they were immersed in 0.5% basic fuchsin solution for 6 hours. The specimens were washed thoroughly and sectioned longitudinally in a buccolingual direction through the center of the restorations. The degree of marginal leakage was measured as the extent of dye penetration under the stereoscope. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The enamel margins of all groups showed lesser leakage than dentin/cementum margins(p<0.05). 2. The combined lesion(C group) showed more leakage than notch shape(A group), but there was no significant difference(p>0.05). 3. In the notch shape, there was no influence on the marginal leakage by the groove preparation. 4. In the combined lesion, marginal leakage was decreased by the groove preparation and marginal modification.

        We propose the control chart to provide a more comprehensive scheme for detecting process mean shifts. In this papers, using the backpropagation, five samples are fed into the trained neural network to provide outputs ranging from -1 to 1. The main advantage of using neural network with control chart is that the neural network has almost no delay in detecting small and systematic patterns in the mean. Simulation results show that the performance of the proposed control chart using the neural network is quite promising.
