        • 개혁유형과 개혁성과 : 덴마크 전력산업 사례

          덴마크의 전력산업은 생산단계 간 수직분리와 더불어 동일 생산단계 내 수평분리를 통해 시장형 산업구조로 개편되었다. 그러나 전력산업에 대한 지배구조는 기존의 이해관계를 그대로 보존하면서 지방정부와 소비조합의 강한 통제 하에 운영되는 모습을 띄게 되어 결과적으로 혼합형 개혁유형을 선택하게 된다. 그런데 개혁유형의 선택은 이후 규제완화의 정도뿐 아니 개혁의 성과에도 직접 영향을 준 것으로 보인다. 이를테면 덴마크 전력산업의 실질적 구조개편 주체는 지방정부였기 때문에 규제완화의 정도가 덴마크의 다른 망형산업 이를테면 통신산업과 비교해서도 덜했다. 이런 점은 시장개혁의 성과에도 일정 부분 영향을 미친 것으로 보인다. 즉 개혁조치 이후 전력공급의 안정성 면에서 덴마크의 전력산업이 매우 신회할 만하다는 평가를 받고 있다는 점이다. 그 발생원인에 대해 이견이 있기는 하지만 덴마크 전력산업의 공급안정성은 캘리포니아 전력난 사태에서 보았던 미국 전력산업의 안전성과 분명 구분되는 것이 사실이다. 그러나 요금 측면에서 보면 덴마크의 전력요금이 다른 나라와 비교해 종별로 그 인하효과가 불분명하게 나타나고 있다. 이 점은 철저하게 시장형 개혁을 추구하지 않고 혼합형 개혁을 선택했기 때문에 발생한 것이라고 설명할 수 있을 같다.

        • 블록 시스템을 위한 상수도 수요량 예측

          It is important and difficult subject, in establishing water supply policy and long-term or short-term water supply vaster Plan, that forcast appropriate and raional water supply demand. Especially, as the large city, like Seoul, have wide area and many populations. Although water supply is sufficient in the whole city. Disproportion by the area will occur because water consumption is variable according to the area, such as commercial area, apartment area, dwelling area etc. and leakage is serious problem in large city, because water supply networt is long and water pressure is high. To solve such a problems, it is indispensable to carry Block System. The purpose of this study is to forcast water supply demand of seoul by regional groups. Seoul is divided 17 Ku, water supply demand of 17 Ku is respectively forcasted using Land Capacity Method. Regression is carried regional water supply saturation valve with statistical data of 1976-1983 year in Seoul. Logistic curve of 17 Ku is derived from the result of regression. The results of forcasting is following. 1. The populations of 2001 year will reach 12,300,000 persons 2. Recovery of 2001 year should be 80% over 3. Water consumption of 2001 year will reach 478 lpcd 4. Total water supply of 2001 year in seoul will reach 5,830,000㎥/d

        • 鎔接鋼構造 部材의 疲勞龜裂成長擧動에 關한 硏究

          鎔接 鋼構造物의 疲勞龜裂成長擧動에 關한 鎔接殘留應力의 擧動을 把握키 위하여 熱處理를 實施하고 疲勞龜裂成長 및 破壞靭性을 檢討한 結果,鎔接部는 硬化되어 靭性이 減少되므로 素材部보다 疲勞龜裂成長率이 높았으며 이를 熱處理한 結果 抵抗力이 增加되어 改善되었으며 650℃程度에서 가장 理想的이었다. Elber 式은 Paris-Erdogan式에比해 龜裂 닫힘現狀을 考慮하므로 더 낮은 龜裂成長率을 가지며 각 熱處理에 의한 曲線들이 서로 비슷하므로 殘留應力의 效果를 考慮할수 없었다. 龜裂길이에 따른 P??하중은 硬度가 높을 수록 큰 값을 가지나 熱處理後는 硬度값이 低下로 疲勞龜裂成長率이 낮아지며 吸收 에너지와 破壞靭性을 增大시켜 龜裂沮止能力을 갖아 破壞의 危險性을 減少시킨다 Annealing were performed to investigate the behaviors of the residual stress remaining on the member of a steel structure. According to the fatigue test, the welding part has higher fatigue crack growth rate than the base metal part because the hardening of welding part reduce fracture toughness. However, the heat treatment decrease the hardness and increase the resistance to failure. Thus, the fatigue crack growth rate is improved and it reaches the minimum at 650℃ Elber's equation includes the effect of the crack-close so that this equation provides a lower the fatigue crack growth rate than Paris-Erdogan's equation. The Elber's curves show no significant difference to indentify the effect of the residual stress. The Pop loading along the crack length increase as the hardness goes higher. The heat treatment not only decrease the hardness, and the fitigue crack growth rate, but increase the absorbing energy and fracture toughness on the member of a steel structure. As the result, the heat treatment produces the resistant ability to cracking which can reduce the degree of danger to failure.

          Having rapidly been grown in cope with speedy technical renovation and economic development, "Industrial Design" is today playing an important role in our community. "Designer's role" has been however, changed in many ways in its course of growth to assume various aspects. As a result of it, nowadays it matters much whether or not there exists either common understanding or Common concept about Korea Industrial Designers. So, this study has been conducted majorly on the consciounsness about Industrial designers pssessed by Korean in order to grasp the propensity of the Korean Industrial Designer's Activities. As for the method of its Study, the catagory of the common understandings has been acquired at this present point through the observation of current situation of designers' activities and through the analysis of questionnairs.

        • 서울지역의 대기오염 실태 및 보건대책에 관한 연구

          In recent years SO2 pollution concentration has been reaching the point of serious consequences in major cities in our country, and it is greatly serious in Seoul as compared with other cities. Seasonal concentrations of SO₂, TSP, NOx, O₃, and CO pollutants for Ganghwamun is Seoul are highest in winter and lowest in summer, but for the case of HC, highest in winter. Considering the air pollution at the each station, the concentrations of CO, HC, and TSP are exhibited greatly, and similar to the results of percent of observations exceeding the allowance standards at each station in various countries. Owing to the severe air pollution long-term schedule for environmental protection should be necessarily achieved by synthesization, realization, and continuation. On the basis of short-term and long-term viewpoints environmental policies in Korea are desirable that positive and negative control policies are used together.

        • 마이크로프로세서를 使用한 敎育用 PWM인버터 制御시스템에 關한 硏究

          본 연구는 마이크로프로세서를 使用한 敎育用 PWM 인버터 制御시스템으로 全體 시스템을 각기 모듈(module)로 構成하여 硏究 및 敎育裝備로 使用할 수 있도록 硏究 製作한 것이다. 負荷로서는 籠型誘導電動機을 使用하고, 負荷의 인버터의 可變速 및 驅動特性, 인버터 特性을 調査 檢討하였다. 本 制御 시스템은 三相 콘버터, 三相 인버터, 콘버터 및 인버터 制御用 마이크로 프로세서,過電流, 過電壓保護回路, 速度檢出裝置 및 마이크로프로세서 周邊裝置로 구성하였으며, 최종적으로 마이크로프로세서를 사용하여 三相 正弦波 PWM신호를 발생하여 인버터를 制御하도록 하였다. 이때 마이크로프로세서를(CPU-2) 는 디지탈적으로 正弦波 PWM信號를 發生하면서 制御情報에 따라 인버터의 動作이 항상 一定 토오크 特性을 갖도록 V/f의 比를 一定히 維持하는 알고리즘을 處理한다. 마이크로프로세서에 의한 正弦波 PWM信號發生은 PWM패턴을 순람표(Look-up table)로 작성하고, 이 情報를 바탕으로 인버터제어용 마이크로프로세서 (CPU-2)가 소프트 웨어적으로 PWM신호를 발생하도록 하는 알고리즘으로 處理하였다. 콘버터용 마이크로프로세서(CPU-1)는 또 다른 制御순람표로 부터 게이트 펄스制御 패턴을 마련하고 出力電壓이 制御命令에 따라 항상 一定히 유지하도록 하는 알고리즘으로 처리하였다. 上記와 같은 制御機構와 알고리즘에 따라 교육용 PWM 인버터 制御 시스템을 開發 實現하였으며, 이로 인하여 産業界 및 學校에서 보편적인 敎育裝備로 활용할 수 있도록 하여 最近 誘導電動機의 제어장치로 각광을 받고 있는 電力用 트랜지스터 인버터(Power transistor inverter)의 PWM制御理論과 特性을 理解, 運用, 設計, 維持에 關한 기술적 내용을 습득할 수 있다고 본다. 또한 産業電子분야의 制御理論을 硏究檢討할 수 있고 産業機器裝置로 投入하므로서 실질적으로 精度 높은 制御를 할 수 있다는 等의 많은 利點을 얻을 수 있다. This Paper Persents a Microprocessor-Based PWM inverter Control System for education and investigates the drive performance of squirrel of squirrel 3-phase induction motor, using digital sine-wave PWM inverter System. The educational PWM inverter system consists of modules, diode or thyristor (SCR) Converter, Power Transistor or Power Field Effect Transistor inverter, over-current and over-voltage limit devices, input/output interfacing device, A/D converter device, microprocessor-1, microprocessor-2 unit, 3-phase induction motor and others peripherial devices and so on. Particularly the developed inverter is intended an instrument for doing experimental work on motors in the school and industrial field. The output waveform of inverter results from a pulse-width modulation process, which is carry out entirely software in order to adapt the output parameter in a very flexible way. Therefor, the-pulse-width modulation is calculated and controlled by a microprocessor. Microprocessor (Cpu-1), one of above modules, is used to generated sinusoidal PWM signal from look-up table and to control algorithem for inverter. Microprocess (Cpu-2) is used to trigger the gate control of thyristor of converter for variable voltage control according to speed and torque of induction motor and input/output control data. According to experimental object, Diode Converter uncontrolling by microprocessor have been used as the DC-power supply to inverter. Especially, microprocessor gives the 3-phase induction motor a constant control signal of the voltage to frequency ratio (v/f) in order to purpose by software of efficiency advances, waveform improvement and Constant torque characteristics. For Device protecting the inverter and inverter control system from any damage by extraordinary, and over-voltage is presented. The microprocessor-based sinusoidal PWM inverter control system offers many advantages such as wide-range and accurated speed control, improvement of efficiency and waveforms, v/f ratio control on induction motor in the side of techniques. Futhermore, the system make to understand the theoretical control characteristics, operation, design, maintenance about modern induction motor control system to student in the side of education.

          In Korea, universities face to radical changes of the educational environment. So they must establish internal identity and develop strategies to improve social and students' image about them. This survey was performed to provide the basic for these tasks. The subjects of this study are the high school teachers who influence high school students' image about university. The Results of this Survey are ; 1) Teachers think that they have an effect on the high school students' choice of the university. The standards of the their recommendation about choice of university is the ability of the students and the promise of the major study. 2) Teachers interest about SNUT(Seoul National University of Technology) is not so high as another university. 3) Teachers think that SUNT has a high opportunity of the employment-chance, but it is not provided with a well-established strategy for public relation(PR). 4) the most important information source about SNUT is the guide-magazine for entrance of the university. The second is the acquaintances in the neighbourhood. the third is the brochure about SUNT. 5) For the development of SUNT, teachers think that SUNT have to educate it's student excellently. For that, student must learn, teachers think SUNT has the possibility of development, because it cooperate with many enterprises and clear goal for the future. 6) Teachers said they seldom contact advertising or brochure about SNUT Some people have seen advertising of brochure about SNUT through the guide-magazine for entrance of the university, not through TV, radio or newspaper, So it is recommended that the advertising of pr about SNUT be through that magazine Conclusively, it is suggested that SNUT develop integrated identity in order to improve its image. To achieve that, it is required as follows: establishment of adequate positioning strategies among competition atmosphere, specialization of survey & planning function of the university, improving the organization and management system of the university, and establishment of the basic strategies to improve the level of the image.
