The slopes, cultivate ratio and conditions of soil are settled and then agricultural region classified by the altitude in Chungbuk area. Because of the ranges of the Mountains of Soback to the east the altitude is high and the plains is developed to the west. The Interior of the Centural Area of the West (Ginchon, Womsong, Chungju, Jungwon) and the West Interior of Soback Mountains(Chungju, Chungwon) are high cultivate ratio and proper for the good conditions of production. On the other hand, the Taeback area (Gaesan, Tanyang) with low temperature is mountainous area, and so the altitude is high and cultivate ratio is low. The climate of this area have the feature of low temperature in the high mountains, that is why the conditions of production is disadvantage. The Soback Mountainous area(Kwesan, Bowuen, Okchon, Youngdong) is semi-mountainous area, and so cultivate ratio is low, the condition of agricultural production is a little disadvantage. The zone of life and the social-economic conditions is reflected by the agricultural areas mentioned above. Namely, the cities are developed in the advantageous area of agriculture and social-economic conditions is better. And also in the management-indicate-analysis the differences of the natural condition is reflected by the section of the region. In analysis of the specialized items and the development stage each farm in its scale has come the resemble concussion. Although the specialized items are same the meaning is different on the distribution of farm scale. We may say that the specialized regions living many farms with more scale which can suffice the farm household cost and can remove the differences of income between city and country. Owing to the limitation of material data I cannot reflect the tendency of the latest, but I can conclude that agricultural system of Chungbuk must be done to the following directions. First : When we deal with agricultural management as a matter of region, We should not disregard production policy of each items and then improve the structure of agriculture and product system in this region. Second : Laying stress on the items which are glowing the farm management scale, We should organized the system of agricultural production. Third : As the investment of industry to magnify the management scale in the IGP region is the modernization of facilities, the introduction of machine and strategic investment of economic project is valuable. The investment should be put in advance in the FGP and IGP in order to improve the infrastructure of agriculture for the agricultural foundation and social overhead capital.
공간보간법을 이용한 충북대학교 주요 활동공간에서의 PM10 및 PM2.5 농도 분석

Particulate Matter (PM) is a small, thin particle that is invisible and refers to dust with a diameter of 10 or less. Among the environmental factors in Korea, particulate matter has become a social issue and has a lot of negative effects on life. Diseases caused by environmental factors can occur indiscriminately in the community, and analysis and countermeasures for particulate matter are needed. The university offers a variety of activities, including education, culture, and leisure, and is a place where students spend a significant amount of time in their work. In order to prepare for countermeasures against particulate matter, there is a need to analyze the overall concentration of particulate matter in major activities such as libraries, large playgrounds, lobby of each building, and restrooms, which are mainly used by students at universities. In this study, the concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 is measured for the main activity spaces of Chungbuk National University students and compared with the measurements of the particulate matter observatory, and the distribution of particulate matter is estimated using spatial interpolation.

Korean Agriculture has been faced a strong requirements of structual renovation under controling economic crisis by IMF since 1998. To control high cost & low efficiency structure of economic systems, the paradigm of economic policy having been changed from a strong governmental intervention in market to laissez-faire policy by market theory. Unfortunately, we can't expect to maintain desirable size of domestic agriculture under free trade systems by market mechanism, because the competitive powers of Korean agriculture is in generally much lower than those of international lebel. Preparing 21st century for korean agriculture, we request considering some counter-measure policies as belows ; Most of all, appropriate agricultural policy measures should be adopted such as direct payment policies which has being operated in most developed countries since 1990. Secondly, a new agricultural managing units should carefully be trained or brought up, which have competitive power comparing with those in developing countries. The way of guaranteeing competitive power can be found in realizing not only higher productivity but also higher added value by the methods of lasting restructuring or reengineering works such as bench-marking.

To clarify the flora of the Arboretum of Chungbuk National University, we conducted the 11 times of field study from March to October, 2019. From the result, totally 34 families and 68 plant taxa were observed including Cladrastis platycarpa (Maxim.) Makino which is only found naturally in here within Korea. As the Arboretum has not been managed up to dates, the lower vegetation is very simple and the crown closer degree is too high. It needs to be controlled and protected for recovering its own function.
