      • 비정질/다결정 실리콘 Gate를 이용한 Gate 산화막 특성 개선

        The polysilicon films were deposited in a LPCVD furnace on oxidized substrates at temperatures above 620℃. The polysilicon gates were doped by a LPCVD furnace with POCl_(3) as the dopant gas. Dopant diffusion through the gate can lead to a degradation of the electrical properties. The interface properties have been characterized SIMS, ASR analysis. We have studied the breakdown properties of MOS fabricatied by depositing polysilicon on very thin(200Å) gate oxides grown by wet oxidation in a conventional furnace. The amorphous/poly silicon gates have higher breakdown field than the polysilicon gates.

      • TFT-LCD bus line용 ITO/AlNd의 접촉저항의 특성에 관한 연구

        최근 TFT-LCD용 panel이 대형화, 고세정화됨에 따라 저저항 배선 재료의 개발이 요구되고 있다 이에 따라 저저항 배선 재료에 대한 개발 및 ITO와의 접촉저항을 줄이기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 DC magetron sputtering system을 이용하여 다양한 조건하에서 AlNd 박막을 성장하여 각각의 sample들은 SEM, AFM, XRD와 4-point-probe를 사용하여 그 특성을 조사하였고, AIND과 ITO간의 접촉저항을 측정하였다. 본 실험에서의 최적 조건은 120℃, 125W, 0.4Pa, 30 :SCCM(Ar), 350℃-20 min. annealing에서 얻을 수 있었고, 그때의 AlNd(2%wt.)의 저항값은 약 4 Ωcm 이다. AlNd과 ITO간의 가장 낮은 접촉 저항값의 조건은 300℃. Ar 30sccm. O_2 분위기였고 그 값은 약 110Ω㎠이었다

      • 탄성표면파 공진기의 설계 및 제작에 관한 연구

        In this paper the design and fabrication of SAW resonator which could be used as a narrow-band pass filter and its characteristics are studied. The reflector of SAW resonator is designed to be resonated at 69.76㎒ by arraying the 150 metal electrodes of 12.5 ㎛ width which give 99.7% reflection coefficient, and the out put IDT's are designed at 69.7 MHΖto detect the stored energy between refctors. A SAW resonator is fabricated by depositing A1 on the surface of YZ-LiNbO₃which is piezoelectrics using photolithographic method, and it is shown that the resonant frequency of fabricated SAW resonator was obtained at 68.76 MHΖ approximately closed to the theoretical resonant frequency.

      • 진동공구 사용에 의한 Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome 1례

        수완진동증후군은 진동공구를 사용하는 작업자에게 발생한다. 이 질병은 레이노 현상이 직업성 원인으로 오는 경우로 1950년대에는 진동증후군 또는 vibration induced white finger(VWF)로 알려졌고, 1983년 영국 런던국제회의에서 국소진동에 의한 건강장해에 대항 병명을 통일하여 "수완진동증후군(hand-arm vibration syndrome)"이라고 정하였다. 이것은 한랭노출시 수지색깔이 희게 변하고 손과 팔에 통증이 나타나며, 골관절염이 발생하게 된다.자동차 정비 작업장에서 11년간 임팩터 등 진동공구를 사용한 근로자가 한랭노출시 수지 색깔 변화와 저린감 등을 호소하여 이에 대한 의학적 면담과 객관적 소견을 얻기 위한 한랭유발반응검사, 진동감각역치 검사와 상지혈관조영술 및 감별진단을 위한 항핵항체와 한랭면역글로블린 검사를 실시하여 수완진동증후군으로 진단하였다. A hand-arm vibration syndrome occurs in some workers who use hand held vibration tools. It is known by Raynaud's phenomenon of occupational origin in 1950s as 'the vibration syndrome' or vibration induced white finger' has, in the 1980s, been renamed 'the hand arm vibration syndrome'. It consist of white fingers, pain in the hand and arm, and a small excess risk of osteoarthritis. We report a case of hand arm vibration syndrome in worker exposed to hand arm vibration diagnosed objectively by skin emperature, vibration sens changes and upper extremity angiogrphy.

      • Benzo(a)pyrene에 의해 유도된 간기능장해에 미치는 자근 추출액의 영향

        민간에서 주로 사용되는 약용식물들 중 간독성의 발현 저해 및 간기능 보호효과가 우수한 약물을 찾아 임상적인 약효를 밝혀보고자 하는 실험 과정으로 탄소화합물의 불완전 연소 및 열분해에 의해 생성되는 간장해 물질인 benzo(a)pyrene 으로 유도한 rats 의 간독성 발현에 미치는 자근 수침액의 예방 및 치료효과를 실험한 결과 자근 수침액의 투여는 B(a)P 투여로 현저하게 증가된 혈청 및 간장의 AST, ALT, LDH, ALP 활성을 유의성있게 감소시켰고, B(a)P투여로 증가한 혈청 total cholesterol 및 phospholipid 함량 역시 감소시킬 수 있었으나 그 효과는 현저하지 않았다. 즉, 자근 수침액의 투여는 B(a)P에 의한 간독성 발현을 유의성 있게 감소시켰으며 그 효과는 전처리가 후처리에 비해 우수하였다. The present study was undertaken to compare the pharmacologicalactivities of cn de Lithospermi Radix reported with the clinical uses in the orientalmedicine. Crude Lithospermi Radix uesd for the treatment of burn, eczema,blister, diuretic, scarlet fever and septicemia as antipyretic, antidotic and antiph-logistics. Therefore we tested the effects of Lithospermi Radix water extracton the liver-protective activities in the rats. The results obtained from enzymeassay, measurement of serum and liver alanine·aspartate aminotransferase(ALT, AST) and lipid composition indicated that Lithospermi Radix water extractshowed significant liver-protective activities against benzo(a)pyrene-induced he-patotoxicity.

        This study aimed at seeking system characteristic constant in power system as simple as possible and, by using it, calculating optimum reactive power source. The results are as follow. 1. The theory employed in this research showed the excellence of obtaining system characteristic constant as fast as possible. 2. Any system characteristic constant reasonable to the system's flow condition, whether it was on heavy or light load, was to be obtained. 3. The validity of the theory was affirmed by some calculating examples in terms of model system.

      • 기판 종류와 전처리 방법에 따른 선택적 구리 박막 특성

        First, four different substrates, Si, SiO_(2), WN, and TiN, were used to examine the Cu deposition mechanism at the substrate surface. The initial stages of nucleation, density and grain size of the Cu thin film were investigated by performing the deposition at substrate temperatures ranging from 150 to 220℃ with a deposition time of 1 min. The results showed an increase in the Cu nuclei size with increasing deposition temperature for all four substrates. More specifically, WN and TiN substrates showed particle sizes at low temperature (150℃) which were significantly larger than for Si and SiO_(2) substrates nuclei sizes. Selective Cu deposition was achieved by depositing a TiN layer on a SiO_(2) substrate followed by patterning, thus creating two separate SiO_(2) and TiN surfaces. In order to study selective factors of Cu thin films, after SC1 cleaning, HF treatment and passivation treatment of the substrate, we have investigated deposition properties of selective Cu thin films. According to the pretreatment methods of the substrate surface, it showed very sensitive selective deposition properties from the experiment's result. Thus, from the above result, though Cu dry echting technique at room temperature is not yet developed, we could get some possibility to use Cu as semiconductor metallization.

        야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

        네모나프라이드의 유효성 및 추체외로 부작용 : Haloperidol 및 Risperidone과의 자연관찰적 개방형 비교연구 A Naturalistic Open Comparative Study with Haloperidol and Risperidone

        Objectives : This open prospective study was performed in order to evaluate the efficacy and extrapyramidal adverse effects of nemonapride in the schizophrenic patients, and was compared wit one of typical antipshchotics. haloperidol and one of atypical antipsychotics, risperidone. Methods : Thirty male and female schizophrenic patients(DSM-Ⅳ) were treated for 12 weeks with haloperidol(n=10), risperidone(n=10) and nemonapride(n=10). The overall efficacy was assessed at baseline, 1st week, 2nd week, 4th week, 8th week, and 12th week by the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale for Schizophrenia(PANSS). Also the overall safety was assessed in the same time period by the Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale(ESRS). Results : There were no significant differences in PANSS scores(total, positive, negative, and general psycho­pathology subscale) among haloperidol, risperidone, and nemonapride groups, Treatment responders, defined as at least 20% reduction of baseline total PANSS score, were achieved by 8 patients(80%) in haloperidol group, 10 patients(100%) in risperidone group, and 8 patients(80%) in nemonapride group. And there were no significant differences in ESRS total scores among haloperidol, risperidone, and nemonapride group. Inter-group comparison among haloperidol, risperidone and nemonapride group, as assessed by the ESRS, revealed no significant differences in the shifts to the maximum score, 9.4(±9.4), 6.2(±8.4), and 11.3(±8.1) respectively, and also revealed no significant differences in the mean time reaching the maximum score, 4.5(±4.5) week, 7.8(±4.8) week, and 4.6(±4.4) week, respectivily. Conclusion : There wee no significant differences in the efficacy and extrapyramidal adverse effects among haloperidal, rispecridone and nemonapride groups. These results suggest that nemonapride was as efficacious and safe in he treatment of schizophrenia, as well known and widely used antipsychotics, haloperidol and risperidone.
