      • 高濃度有機排水の高溫 · 好氣處理における 力口り一/水 (C/W) 比の重要性

        The significance of Calorie/Water (C/W) ratio was investigated in the treatment of highly concentrated orgnic wastes by the Thermophilic Oxic Process (TOP). Shochu progressing wastewater was used in this study. When C/W ratio was 2.18, most of carbon in influent was converted to CO_2 and all water was evaporated. Organic matter was not completely converted to carbon dioxide (CO_2) when the C/W ratio was less than 1.85. It is because that the biologicak activity was low due to the increase of moisture. The mixture in the reator was dried when C/W ratio was 4.13 beacuse excess energy was provied. Considering these results, it si concluded that the optimum C.W ratio is 2.18. The thermophilic oxic process is included in the high energy combustion, in other word this process was defined as "Biocombustion".

        The application of solar energy, in the field of alternative energy, was on the increase tendency. In the case of advanced nations, through continuous R&D, solar hot water heater with high efficiency has been used for the house and the industrial process on business, advanced nations were reached up the experimental stage of solar generation system. But, the actual circumstance of the domestic has been not accomplished the popularization of solar hot water heater and the settlement of it which is the fundamental stage of the solar energy usage. This trouble, the domestic was flooded with small enterprise for producing solar hot water heater, was caused by the popularization and the production without verification of performance. To supply the monitoring program for evaluating solar hot water heater, this research was purpose to improve the technical development of the enterprise for producing solar-heat hot-water-boiler and served as an aid for the enlargement and the popularization on solar energy.

      • 적외선 열화상 카메라를 이용한 열적 결함부 자동 검출 모니터링 시스템 개발

        The most part of various electrics has been affected by thermal failure due to electric overload. Contact-sensor has been used, for detection to this thermal failure, until now. But, it is impossible to detect the unsuitable element by using contact-temperature-sensor. This problem, with development of the infrared thermal vision camera, will be solved. Because it take some advantages which are composed of non-contact detect and non-destructive detect for temperature distribution, it is possible to detect on the temperature of revolution part, high temperature part. We developed the automatic detection monitoring system for thermal failure part on electrics with overload by using the infrared thermal vision camera. The first stage, thermal signal was detected from the infrared thermal vision camera, and then the data that was wanted from user was shown. The second stage, if the temperature that was decided to failure coded to the program, automatically electrics was shut off. This monitoring system is possible to apply on various conveniences in the whole industrial sites.

      • 적외선 열화상 카메라를 이용한 Plume 형상에 따른 Nd:YAG 레이저 용접 결함 평가

        In Nd:YAG laser welding, evaluation methods of welding flaw are various. But, the method due to plume shape is difficult to classification of welding flaw. The Nd:YAG laser process it known to have high speed and deep penetration capability to become one of the most advanced welding technologies. At the present time, some methods are studied for measurement of plume shape by using high-speed camera and photo diode. This paper describes the machining characteristics of SM45C carbon steel welding by use of an Nd:YAG laser. In spite of its good mechanical characteristics, SM45C carbon steel has a high carbon contents and suffers a limitation in the industrial application due to the poor welding properties. In this study, plume shape was measured by infrared thermal camera that is non-contact /non-destructive thermal measurement equipment through change of laser generating power, speed, focus. Weld was performed on bead-on method. Measurement results are compared as two equipments. Here, two results are composed of measurement results of plume quantities due to plume shape by infrared thermal camera and inspection results of weld bead include weld flaws by ultrasonic inspector.

      • 총담관 결찰 후 집토끼 결장점막내 Enterochromaffin Cell의 미세구조 연구

        이 실험은 담도가 폐쇄되었을 때 결장 점막내장크롬친화세포의 미세구조 변화를 관찰하기 위하여 시행하였다. 실험동물로는 체중 1.5Kg내외의 건강한 수토끼를 사용하였으며, 이를 정상군, 수술대조군 및 수술군(총담관결찰군)으로 나누어, 수술대조군 과 수술군은 1일, 3일, 5일, 7일 및 14일군으로 구분하였다. 수술군 동물은 ether로 흡입마취시킨후, 십이지장 초부에 개구하는 총담관을 봉합사로 이중 결찰하였으며, 수술대조군은 수술군과 같은 수술 과정을 거치되 총담관을 결찰하지 않았다. 각 실험 동물을 ether 마취하에 복부를 절개하고, 회장과 결장 이행부에서 결장 쪽으로 약 3cm 떨어진 곳에 결장 조직을 절취하였다. 절취된 조직은 2.5% glutaraldehyde- 1.5% paraformaldehyde (0.1M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3)에 1차 고정한 후, 1% osmium tetroxide액(0.1M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3)에 2차 고정하였다. 고정된 조직은 탈수 과정을 거쳐 araldite 혼합액에 포매한 다음, 60-70cm 두께의 얇은 절편을 만들었다. 각 절편은 uranyl acetate와 lead citrate로 대조염색한 후, JEM 100CX-Ⅱ 전자 현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 담관결찰 후 1일군부터 장크롬친화세포의 핵막 만입현상이 관찰되기 시작하였으며, 시일이 경과함에 따라 점차로 심하였다. 수술 1일군의 경우 핵내의 미세섬유의 다발이 관찰되었다. 2. 수술군의 경우, 시일이 경과함에 따라 세포질내에 자유리보소체들이 군데군데 모여 밀집되어 있는 모습이 자주 관찰되었다. 3. 미세사는 수술 3일군 이후 현저히 증가하여 수술 7일군과 14일군의 경우에는 핵 주위와 세포질내에서 많이 관찰되었다. 4. 전자밀도가 다양한 액포 또는 공포가 수술 1일군부터 자주 관찰되기 시작하였으며, 시일이 경과함에 따라 더 많이 관찰되었다. 위의 여러 사실로 보아 담관이 폐쇄되면 결장 점막내 장크롬친화세포는 시일이 경과함에 따라 점차 세포활성이 저하된다고 생각된다. This experiment was performed to study the morphological responses of the enterochromaffin cells in the colonic mucosa of rabbit following bile duct ligation. Adult male rabbit were divided into normal. sham operation, and experimental groups. Bile duct ligation was performed under ether anesthesia and animals were sacrificed on the 1, 3, 5, 7 and 14 days after operation. Mucosal specimens from the colon, were prefixed with 2.5% glutarldehyde-1.5% paraformldehyde(0.1 M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH7.3), post-fixed in the 1% osmium tetroxide(0.1 M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3), and embedded within araldite mixture. The sections were cut on a LKB-V ultratome, and observed under a JEM 100CX-II electron microscope. The results were as follow; 1. Irregularities of the nuclei of the enterochromaffin cells were noticed from the 1 day after bile duct ligation. The intranuclear filamentous inclusions were observed on the 1 day after bile duct ligation. 2. Aggregated free ribosomes were more frequently observed in the cytoplasmic matrix from the 1 day after bile duct ligation. 3. Amount of the microfilamentas in the enterochromaffin cell was significantly increased form the 3 day after bile dict ligation and they were more frequently observed in the vicinity of the nucleus. 4. Vacuoles of various electron dinsities in the enterochromaffin cell were increased in number from the 1 day after bile duct ligation. The above findings refer that the bile duct ligation depresses the activity of the enterochromaffin cell in rabbit colonic mucosa.

      • 기종성 신우신염 1례

        기종성 신우신염은 주로 당뇨병환자나 폐쇄성 요로질환을 가진 환자에 발생하며 특징적으로 신실질 및 그 주위조직에 가스를 형성하면서 심한 조직괴사를 일으키는 매우 드문 급성 화농성 신감염으로 사망률이 높은 질환이다. 이 질환은 1989년 Kelly와 MacCallum에 의해 처음 보고된 이래 외국문헌에 약 90례 정도가 보고되어 있으며 국내에는 28례가 보고되어 있다. 수액 및 전해질 보충, 인슐린 투여를 통한 적절한 혈당조절 및 항생제 투여등의 내과적 치료와 절개배농 및 신적출술등의 수술적 치료 방법이 있다. 내과적 치료로 가스의 감소가 없는 경우에는 즉각적인 수술적 치료를 시행하여야하므로 이 가스변화에 대한 추적관찰이 중요하다 하겠다. 본 저자들은 당뇨병환자에서 발생한 기종성 신우신염 1례를 내과적 요법을 치험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Emphysematous pyelonephritis is rare, life-threatening infection of the renal parenchyma and perirenal tisseue. This disease is characterized by the production of intrarenal and perirenal gas and is frequently encountered in patients with diabetes mellitus or urinary obstruction. We experienced a case of emphysematouse pyelonephritis in a 62 years old women with poorly controlled diabetes mellitus who had been managed with medical theraphy. So we report this case with a review of the referenced literatures.

        진공청소기 팬 모터의 진동 및 소음원인 분석을 위한 유동해석

        Recently technology resulted in highly efficient and multiple-functional electric appliances considering environmental problems. One of the environmental problems is noise of a product in respect to its function. A vacuum cleaner is an essential electric appliance in our daily lives. However, severe noise resulted from high motor speed for improving the function of the appliance is a nuisance for the user. This noise is caused by vibration from various parts of the appliance and fluid noise during a series of intake and exhaust processes while rotating the impeller connected to the axle at a high speed of the fan motor inside the vacuum cleaner rotating around 30,000-35,000rpm. Despite the fact that many researchers conducted studies on reducing the noise level of the fan motor in a vacuum cleaner, only few studies have been conducted considering both the theoretical and experimental aspects using fluid analysis by measuring vibration and noise. Moreover, there has not been a study that accurately compared major noise data obtained considering both of the aspects. In this study, both aspects were considered by considering the following experimental and theoretical methods to verify the major causes of noise from the fan motor in a vacuum cleaner.
