        파워카드 전략을 사용한 아스퍼거 장애 아동의 스트레스 표현 행동 중재의 일반화에 관한 사례 연구 - 학교생활을 중심으로 -

        이 연구의 목적은 스트레스 표현 행동을 하지 못해 어머니와의 관계에 어려움이 생긴 아스퍼거 장애 아동에게 파워카드 전략을 사용하여 집에서 스트레스 표현 행동을 습득시키고 나서, 이 스트레스 표현행동이 학교생활에 일반화되는 정도를 알아보기 위한 것이었다. 연구 대상 아동은 13세로 일반초등학교를 다니고 있었고, 파워카드 전략을 사용하여 집에서 월, 수, 금요일 18시 30분부터 40분간 하루 2회기씩 3주에 거쳐 용암법을 적용한 지도를 받아서 스트레스 표현 행동을 습득하였다. 스트레스 표현 행동 습득 전후의 학교생활 변화를 스트레스 감소, 발화 길이의 신장, 그리고 다양한 주제의 사용으로 나누어 알아보았다. 학교생활의 변화는 특수학급 교사와 학급 동료와의 면담과 연구 대상 아동 어머니의 기록을 분석하여 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 파워카드 전략을 이용한 스트레스 표현 행동 습득은 학교생활에서 스트레스를 감소시켜 바람직한 행동을 하게 하였고, 발화 길이 신장과 다양한 주제 사용에 크게 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of generalization of stress expression behavior in school life using Power Card Strategy to a child with Asperger Disorder. The subject participated in this study was thirteen-year child with Asperger Disorder enrolled in elementary school. The subject has been trained with Power Card Strategy for three weeks for acquiring stress behavior expression. Data was taken and analyzed from the interviews with his classmates and special classroom teacher and daily recording report written by his mother. As the result, we found that Power Card strategy was effective on generalization of stress expression behavior in school life. Also, Power Card strategy had significant influence on the length of utterance and the usage of various theme in school life.

        Mutations in SLC12A3 and CLCNKB and Their Correlation with Clinical Phenotype in Patients with Gitelman and Gitelman-like Syndrome

        Gitelman’s syndrome (GS) is caused by loss-of-function mutations in SLC12A3 and characterized by hypokalemic metabolic alkalosis, hypocalciuria, and hypomagnesemia. Long-term prognosis and the role of gene diagnosis in GS are still unclear. To investigate genotype-phenotype correlation in GS and Gitelman-like syndrome, we enrolled 34 patients who showed hypokalemic metabolic alkalosis without secondary causes. Mutation analysis of SLC12A3 and CLCNKB was performed. Thirty-one patients had mutations in SLC12A3, 5 patients in CLCNKB, and 2 patients in both genes. There was no significant difference between male and female in clinical manifestations at the time of presentation, except for early onset of symptoms in males and more profound hypokalemia in females. We identified 10 novel mutations in SLC12A3 and 4 in CLCNKB. Compared with those with CLCNKB mutations, patients with SLC12A3 mutations were characterized by more consistent hypocalciuria and hypomagnesemia. Patients with 2 mutant SLC12A3 alleles, compared with those with 1 mutant allele, did not have more severe clinical and laboratory findings except for lower plasma magnesium concentrations. Male and female patients did not differ in their requirement for electrolyte replacements. Two patients with concomitant SLC12A3 and CLCNKB mutations had early-onset severe symptoms and showed different response to treatment. Hypocalciuria and hypomagnesemia are useful markers in differentiation of GS and classical Bartter’s syndrome. Gender, genotypes or the number of SLC12A3 mutant alleles cannot predict the severity of disease or response to treatment.

        AIS application program implementation and test based on IMO Maritime Cloud analysis

        IMO e-Navigation is ongoing project for safety navigation and protection of maritime environment. Maritime Cloud is a part of e-Navigation Strategy Implementation Plan. It is IT framework technology for exchanging information among maritime stakeholders. We found configuration and operation process by analysis on Maritime Cloud architecture and EPD which is a client program. Through the result, we actually implemented client program. Client program targets Berthing data serviced on AIS-ASM. And we used MMS which is function of message exchanging of Maritime Cloud. The test result show data exchanging succeeded. And it will be helpful to develop Maritime Cloud service, to advance Korean Maritime Cloud.

        Feasibility study of seismic monitoring for gas hydrate production in the Ulleung Basin in the East Sea

        During gas hydrate production, the upper parts of the gas hydrate-bearing layer (GHBL) behave as a seal. If parts of the upper gas hydrates are dissociated, free methane gas present in the lower parts of GHBL may leak into the upper parts of the layer. Therefore, the dissociation of methane gas in the GHBL must be monitored to ensure strong stability during gas production. To investigate the feasibility of monitoring the dissociation of gas hydrates with a seismic survey, we established a rock physics model incorporating the geological characteristics of the region around the UBGH 2–6 well in the Ulleung Basin based on LWD data and core analysis data. We performed fluid substitution modeling to build a velocity model with the dissociated parts of the gas hydrates, and generated synthetic data. Diffractions from the edges of the dissociated parts allowed detection of gas hydrate dissociations, and the dissociated locations could be identified in the migrated image. In addition, sensitivity testing showed that the dissociated part was recognizable in the migrated image, even at a width of half the wavelength. Therefore, we conclude that the stability of gas hydrates during production can be monitored using a time-lapse seismic survey.

        Ischemic monomelic neuropathy after thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) : Case Report

        Ischemic monomelic neuropathy (IMN) is a rare type of peripheral neuropathy presenting with sensory and motor impairment after vascular surgery.1 It is particularly rare for one to experience IMN following thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR); however, we have recently experienced such a case. A 56-year-old male with traumatic aortic dissection underwent TEVAR. One day after, he suddenly complained of numbness of the left hand with reduced grip strength and wrist movement. Upon physical examination, weak left radial arterial pulse and significantly low blood pressure in the left arm (85/60 mmHg) compared to right arm (130/85 mmHg) were observed. Electrophysiologic findings were compatible with left radial, median and ulnar neuropathy. On follow-up 1 year later, his motor weakness was mildly improved, but constant neuropathic pain and ulnar claw deformity were observed.

        Synthesis of Poly(benzyl ether) Dendrimers Containing Core Diversities by Click Chemistry

        General, fast, and efficient methods for the synthesis of Fréchet-type dendrimers having core diversities were elaborated. Two core building blocks, 4,4'-(3,5-bis(propargyloxy)benzyloxy)bisphenyl and N,N,N',N'-tetra(prop-2- ynyloxycarbonylethyl)-1,2-diaminoethane, were designed to serve as the alkyne functionalities for dendrimer growth via click reactions with the azide-dendrons. The synthetic strategy involved an 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction between an alkyne and an azide- functionalized Fréchet-type dendrons in the presence of Cu(I) species which is known as the best example of click chemistry.

        산처리된 페이스트로 제조한 나노 구조체 TiO<sub>2</sub> 전극이 염료감응형 태양전지의 효율에 미치는 영향

        나노 다공질 $TiO_2$ 전극막, 광 감응형 염료, 전해질 그리고 상대전극으로 구성된 염료감응형 태양전지(Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells, DSSCs)는 최근에 많은 관심을 받아오고 있다. 염료감응형 태양전지에서 $TiO_2$ 전극막은 태양광의 흡수량을 증가시키기 위해 가능한 많은 양의 Ru 착물을 표면에 흡착시켜야 하는데 이를 위해 높은 비표면적과 나노 다공성 입자로 구성된 광전극이 요구된다. 또한 에너지 전환 효율을 증가시키기 위한 방법으로 $TiO_2$ 페이스트의 제작시 산을 첨가 후 열처리하는 방법이 보고되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 산이 첨가된 페이스트로 제조한 $TiO_2$ 광전극이 염료감응형 태양전지의 에너지 변환 효율에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 이해하기 위해 FE-SEM, XPS, EXAFS 그리고 AFM 등을 이용하여 제조된 광전극의 물리적 화학적 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 광전류-전압 곡선으로부터 산처리된 페이스트를 이용하여 제조한 염료감응형 태양전지의 에너지 전환효율을 평가하였다. 산처리된 페이스는 염료감응형 태양전지의 에너지 전환효율에 크게 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. Recently, dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) composed of nanoporous $TiO_2$, light-sensitive dyes, electrolytes, and counter electrode have been received much attention. Nanostructured particles with higher surface area for the higher adsorption of Ru (II) dye are required to increase the quantity of light absorption. Also, it has been reported that the key factor to achieve high energy conversion efficiency in the photoelectrode of DSSC is the heat treatment of $TiO_2$ paste with acid addition. In this work, we investigated the influence of acid treatment of $TiO_2$ solar cell on the photovoltaic performance of DSSC. The working electrodes fabricated in this work were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS), field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), and atomic force microscope (AFM). In addition, the influence of nanostructured photoelectrode fabricated with the acid-treated paste on the energy conversion efficiency was investigated on the basis of photocurrent-potential curves. It was found that the influence of acid-treated paste on the photovoltaic efficiency was significant.
