        아시아 12개국의 응급의학 실태에 대한 연구 조사

        Background : To assess the current level of development of emergency medicine (EM) systems in Asia. Method : Survey of EM professionals from 12 Asian countries during a 90-day period from August to November 1998. 12 EM professionals from 12 Asian countries completed the survey. All participants were physicians. 7 participants (58%) gave presentations at an international EM conference during the study period. Respondents completed a 103 question questionnaire about the status of EM specialty, academic, patient care, information and management systems and the factors influencing the future of EM in their countries. Results : 92% of respondents stated that their countries have hospital-based emergency departments (ED). More than 80% of respondents reported that their countries have EMS systems and ED systems for trauma care and patient transfer. More than 70% stated that their countries have national EM organizations, EM research, national EMS activation phone numbers, ED systems for pediatric emergency care, emergency physician (EP) training in ACLS and ATLS and peer review. More than 60% reported official recognition of EM as an independent specialty status, ED triage systems and systems for customer service. More than 50% reported EM residency training programs, EM journals and EP ability to perform rapid sequence intubation (RSI). 50% reported EP ability to perform thrombolysis for acute MI and 33% reported EP ultrasonography. 92% felt that a lack of funding posed a moderate or great obstacle to the future development of EM in their countries. Conclusions : Many essential systems of EM now exist throughout Asia. In the systems of administration and emergency medical information in many countries, there are some parts to be developed further.

        여성용 춘추복지의 태에 관한 연구 (제1보) : 태의 주관적 평가척도 개발을 중심으로 Development for the Subjective Hand Evaluation Scale

        KES-F system is widely used in hand evaluation, however, it has encountered some challenges, such as the overlapping of primary hand value, lack of predictability in case of women's thin dress, difficulties in communication due to complexity of primary hand expression and cultural differences in subjective evaluation. Therefore, this study was intended 1) to find out the Korean primary hand expressions (factors) of the overall concept of fabric hand associated with women's spring-fall dress fabrics, 2) to develope the fabric hand attributes of those fabrics and 3) to show whether there are any differences between Korean textile experts and non-experts in terms of the concept of fabric hand descriptors of hand attributes. Data base of hand descriptors were collected by extensive interview 60 experts and 10 non-experts using 110 spring-fall dress fabrics. Finally, hand of selected fabrics was assessed by 205 experts and 265 non-experts using 7-point scale of 26 descriptors based on the data base. Subjective ratings were analyzed by common factor analysis with varimax rotation. It was found that Korean primary hand expression indicated rather simple property, hence, did not equate exactly with Japanese experssion(e.g. koshi, shinayakasa, etc.) which contains several material properties. There were differences in stretch & resilience, especially liveliness, between the judgement of non-expert than to experts. Surface-related category was more important to non-experts than to experts. Slight differences were found between both groups in terms of preferred descriptors. Important descriptors as a rating scale were suggested.

      • 포도 뿌리혹병 방제를 위한 길항균 선발

        Previous study showed that crown gall disease is very severe on the tetraploid cultivars of grape. One of the promising control measures of the disease is biological control using a antagonist against pathogen, Agrobacterium vitis. Total 215 bacteria and 21 putative agrobacteria were isolated from galls of grapevine and a Korean wild grape, Vitis amurensis respectively. Antagonistic ability of the isolates was checked by growth inhibition test of pathogens, A. tumefaciens and A. vitis on agar and on tamato seedling by co-inoculation of the isolates and pathogen. Two selected antagonists, isolate 197 and Va 21 strongly suppressed gall formation of A. vitis K306 on grapevine when they were co-inoculated with pathogen K306. Both gall size and rate of gall formation were significantly lower on grapevines inoculated of 197-K306(9:1) or Va 21-K306(9:1) mixture than on them inoculated of just K306. Antagonistic ability of the two isolates was similar to F2/5, which is known as a strongest antagonist against A. vitis so far. Further field study for biological control of crown gall disease on grapevine by the two isolates is needed.

      • 영화의상 스타일에 관한 연구 : 프란시스 포드 코폴라 감독의 〈드라큐라〉를 중심으로 Focused on <Bram Stoker's Dracula> directed by Francis Ford Coppola

        본 연구는 영화의상의 상징적인 표현성을 연구하기 위한 논문으로써, 대표적인 공포영화 <드라큐라>를 선정하여, 등장인물을 중심으로 인물의 성격이 의상을 통해서 어떻게 상징적으로 표현되었는지 살펴보고, 영화의 주제와 이미지, 반전을 암시하는 극적 효과로서의 의상 스타일을 실루엣과 색채, 디테일을 중심으로 분석하여 영화의상의 상징적인 의미를 살펴보았다. 영화 <드라큐라>는 예술적 완성도가 높은 작품으로 흥행에도 성공했으며, 시대물인 동시에 공포 장르로서 복식사적 고증을 바탕으로 한 디자이너의 창의적인 의상 스타일이 강조되었고, 神와 악마, 인간의 내면적 갈등을 주제로 한 이 영화에서 영화의 추상적인 주제를 상징적인 의상으로 표현하여 영화의상의 시각적, 심미적 효과가 부각되었다고 사료된다. 이와 같이 영화 <드라큐라>에서 표현된 의상스타일은 영화의상의 상징적인 가치와 더불어 공포영화의 완성도를 높이는데 기여하였음을 본 연구를 통해서 확인할 수 있었다. The Study on <Bram Stocker's Dracula>, one of most popular horror movies, examined closely how personalities of the characters were symbolized through their costumes, and then analyzed the consume as a dramatic effect suggesting theme, image and reversal of the movie focused on silhouettes, colors and details, in order to study symbolic expressions in fashions of the movie. The movie, <Bram Stocker's Dracula> with high artistic completion was successful in the box-office record and highlighted creative costume of the designer based on historical investigation of the costume as a horror genre as well as a historical movie, In this movie, on the theme of internal conflicts among God, Satan and human beings, it was thought that the visual and aesthetic effects of the costumes were highlighted by expressing in the movie,<Bram Stocker's Dracula> contributed greatly to not only enhancement of aesthetic and symbolic value but also accomplishment of the horror movie.

      • 고정화된 TiO_2 광촉매를 이용한 암모니아 제거반응

        Physical properties of TiO_2 photocatalyst prepared by sol-gel process and photodegradation behaviors of NH_3 gas over TiO_2 immobilized on glass bead were studied. The surface area and average pore size of photocatalyst C were 148.3m^2/g and 138.3A˚, respectively. The XRD patterns of TiO_2 photocatalyst prepared by sol-gel method which were calcinated 400℃ showed that the catalyst had almost an anatase structure. Optimum thickness of TiO_2 layer was 5㎛ and immobilization frequence was four times. TiO_2 glass bead immobilized by powder coating method was a little better effective than it prepared by sol-gel method, but restriction of supports and economy were less than it immobilized by sol-gel method. The highest treatment efficiency was obtained when the wavelenght of UV lamp was 254nm. The photodegradation efficiency compared with some commercial TiO_2 photocatalyts, TiO_2 photocatalyst prepared by sol-gel method in laboratory is better.

        TiO₂ 광촉매를 이용한 Atrazine과 PCP의 분해

        The photocatalytic degradation of atrazine and PCP, a endocrine disruptors, has been investigated over TiO₂ photocatalysts under ultraviolet (UV) light irradiation. The effect of operational parameters, i.e., pH, light intensity and persulphate concentration on the degradation rate of aqueous solution of atrazine and PCP has been examined. The results presented in this work demonstrate that, as pH and the light intensity increased, the photocatalytic reaction rates were enhanced. Individual use of TiO₂-persulphate was far more effective than using only TiO₂ in atrazine and PCP removal. Based on the overall experimental results, the photocatalytic oxidation of atrazine and PCP with the coated TiO₂ photocatalyst is found to be very effective under the operational conditions delineated in this study.

      • 습도센서에서의 감습곡선 해석 및 Simulation

        TiO_(2)-V_(2)O_(5) 습도감지소자의 감습 특성을 결정하는 여러 인자에 대하여 고찰 하였다. V_(2)O_(5)의 함량 소결 시간, 소결 온도 등과같은 제조상의 인자와 임피던스간의 정량적인 관계를 얻고자 여러 가지 실험을 행하였다. 실험결과 임피던스 대 상대습도특성은 상대습도의 영역에 따라서 소자에 첨가되는 V_(2)O_(5)의 양, 전 기공부피 및 소자의 bulkwjgkd이 각각 다른 기여를 함을 알 수 있었다. This paper describes the factors which control the impedance - relative humidity characteristics of the TiO_(2)-V_(2)O_(5)humidity sensor. To obtain the quantitative relationships between impedance and many manufacturing parameters such as V_(2)O_(5) moI% the sintering time and temperature, various sets of samples are prepared and tested. As a results we found that the impedance -relative humidity characteristics are mainly controlled by the doping amount of V_(2)O_(5), total pore volume and bulk resistence of the elements.
