        강남역 장소성 형성요인에 관한 연구

        The purposes of this study are two-folds under the condition that the major urban subway station makes an important role in establishing the competitiveness of the urban metropolitan area of the city with a view to the post-modernism paradigm. First, the study analyzes the major factors for establishing the sense of place at Kangnam subway station district as well as the importances among those factors from the subway passenger's point of view. Secondly, it also reveals the relationship between the major factors of the sense of place and the main facilities within the Kangnam subway district in order for introducing the policy implications. On the basis of the empirical studies, it is found out that the symbolic image factor has the first priority in formulating the sense of place in Kangnam subway station district. The physical factors such as entertainment, landmark, and transportation are regarded as the second priority. Secondly, it is recognized that factors of landmark and transportation are deeply related with the visit frequency of the main facilities within the district. Finally, as the policy implication, this study emphasizes that supports of the public sector associated with the landmark and transportation factors are essential for reinforcing the sense of place at the Kangnam subway station.

        어머니의 농식품 구매 역량이 자녀의 식재료 관심도에 미치는 영향 분석

        This study systematically analyzed the influence of the mothers’ purchase capability of agricultural products with individual characteristics to understand their children’s interest in food ingredients in terms of consumer socialization. According to the analysis, the mother’s purchasing capability for agricultural products was positively influenced by the education level (a highschool graduate), health interest, and food ingredient interest, whereas household size had a negative effect. Next, children’s interest in food ingredients was positively affected by their mother’s purchase capability of agricultural products, interest in food ingredients, interest in health and food safety, and recognition of various food certification systems, but obesity had a negative effect. This study empirically explored the children’s consumer socialization through the influence of mothers who had a significant impact on their children’s food consumption behaviors. These findings can help explain mothers’ purchasing capability and children’s eco-friendly consumption behaviors, and provide valuable information on the policy aspects of promoting the use of desirable food ingredients in the home and school meal system.

      • 굴절 버스의 회전교차로 통과시의 주행 폭원 분석에 관한 연구

        PURPOSES : This study was conducted to analyze the driving width of the vehicle body and off-track width of front-rear tires when a large vehicle or an articulated bus passes through a roundabout. METHODS : The driving width was measured using two methods considering the off-tracking tire and the size of the vehicle body. The test conditions of the roundabout were considered as follows: number of entry/exit sections (three-legs roundabout and four-legs roundabout), number of lanes (one lane and two lanes), driving speed (10 km/h, 20 km/h, and 30 km/h), driving trajectory (centerline and maneuver), and driving path (right turn, straight, left turn, and U-turn). The driving trajectories of large buses or articulated buses were analyzed using a road design simulation tool (AutoTURN Pro). RESULTS : Consequently, it was observed that the driving width calculated using the off-track width of the front and rear tires was lower than that analyzed for the vehicle body. The width was smaller in the case of driving in the one-lane roundabout than that in the two-lane roundabout. In particular, it was analyzed that the situation in which the turning path invades the lane appeared in left-turn (East → South) and U-turn (East → East) situations. The width was narrower in the case of driving in the one-lane roundabout than that in the two-lane roundabout. CONCLUSIONS : The study results are expected to be applied for designing roads when large buses or articulated buses are selected as design vehicles.

        Identification of Protein Phosphatase 4 Inhibitory Protein That Plays an Indispensable Role in DNA Damage Response

        Protein phosphatase 4 (PP4) is a crucial protein complex that plays an important role in DNA damage response (DDR), including DNA repair, cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. Despite the significance of PP4, the mechanism by which PP4 is regulated remains to be elucidated. Here, we identified a novel PP4 inhibitor, protein phosphatase 4 inhibitory protein (PP4IP) and elucidated its cellular functions. PP4IP-knockout cells were generated using the CRISPR/Cas9 system, and the phosphorylation status of PP4 substrates (H2AX, KAP1, and RPA2) was analyzed. Then we investigated that how PP4IP affects the cellular functions of PP4 by immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, and DNA double-strand break (DSB) repair assays. PP4IP interacts with PP4 complex, which is affected by DNA damage and cell cycle progression and decreases the dephosphorylational activity of PP4. Both overexpression and depletion of PP4IP impairs DSB repairs and sensitizes cells to genotoxic stress, suggesting timely inhibition of PP4 to be indispensable for cells in responding to DNA damage. Our results identify a novel inhibitor of PP4 that inhibits PP4-mediated cellular functions and establish the physiological importance of this regulation. In addition, PP4IP might be developed as potential therapeutic reagents for targeting tumors particularly with high level of PP4C expression.

        대중교통전용지구의 평가항목 정립방향

        The transit mall is regarded as a significant alternative associated with the carbon-free urban policy as well as has an important role in establishing urban regeneration era. There are two purposes of the paper. First, the study introduces the major factors for designating the transit mall in urban area. Secondly, it estimates the significance of the factors and reveals the meanings of the estimates compared to the previous research. Based on the previous literature studies, ten factors which are divide by two sectors such as transportation and real estate, are introduced for evaluating transit mall. AHP analysis accoring to the survey by real estate employers shows that they also recognize the impotance of the public transportation rather than real estate as transportation specialists do. Among ten factors, more specifically, the number of buses and floating population have priority over the detour road and the major department store in terms of the transportation and real estate sectors, respectively. Finally, as a policy implication, the result of the study emphasizes that it is essential to find out the optimal combination among factors on the basis of surveying transportation and real estate specialists.

        미용서비스업 ERP시스템에 대한 CEO인식이 시스템 사용만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the investigation is to provide data information which is to progress the beauty industry for few years from now. This study researched into the influence of CEO perception in ERP system that satisfaction investigation. The total 750 questions were analyzed upon by SPSS 20.0 software program. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were carried out. The results were shown 2 factors that positive and negative recognitions in CEO perception about ERP system. The degree of satisfaction that system use were drawn a conclusion 3 factors that system satisfaction, cost satisfaction, and skill satisfaction. On the other hands, the CEO perception about ERP system were drawn a conclusion 2 types that at first, CEO’s positive recognition was affected by system satisfaction, cost satisfaction and skill satisfaction. Otherwise, CEO’s negative recognition was only affected by system satisfaction. It had a good beneficial of the CEO perception about ERP system. As a result, CEO’s attention and practical use of the ERP system would be important tools when operating Salon and CEO can provide financial aid to ERP system so that it is high satisfaction about system satisfaction, cost satisfaction, and skill satisfaction. Therefore, the efficient operation of beauty service industry can improve sales for the make up industry based on the results.

        Vehicle sensor 자료를 이용한 후미 추돌사고의 주행 안전성 평가 방법론 개발

        Surrogate Safety Measure (SSM) is safety evaluation frameworks designed to evaluate the driving safety of a subject vehicle that is constantly interacting with other adjacent vehicles. To apply these approaches, the trajectory data of all adjacent vehicles, as well as the subject vehicle, must be obtained. Because it is nearly impossible to obtain the trajectory data from all adjacent vehicles in the real world, it is required to develop a novel approach for evaluating the driving safety that does not rely on data from adjacent vehicles. The purpose of this study is to develop a methodology to evaluate driving safety using only the subject vehicle’s trajectory data. To evaluate the driving safety of the subject vehicle, the speed, acceleration, and jerk of the subject vehicle were utilized as driving information, and the Stopping Distance Index (SDI) was employed as a SSM. Furthermore, for the development of the driving safety evaluation algorithm, Support Vector Machine (SVM), a machine learning technique, was utilized as a classifier. As a result, the derived accuracy of the classifier was at 80.1%, and therefore, it was concluded that the validity of the proposed methodology was satisfied. 도로를 주행하는 차량은 인접 차량과의 끊임없는 상호 작용을 통해 차량의 주행 안전성을 확보하고자 한다. 차량의 주행 안전성은 교통안전대체지표를 사용하여 평가 할 수 있으나, 교통안전대체지표를 사용하기 위해서는 상호 작용을 형성하고 있는 주체 차량 및 선행 차량의 모든 주행 정보를 취득해야 한다. 그러나 실도로의 주행 환경에서는 주체 차량을 선행하거나 인접하고 있는 모든 차량의 주행 정보를 수집할 수 없으므로, 주체 차량의 주행 안전성을 평가하는데 한계가 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 한계점을 보완하기 위하여, 주체 차량의 주행 정보만을 이용하여 차량의 주행 안전성을 평가 할 수 있는 방법론을 개발하였다. 주체 차량의 주행 정보는 속도, 가속도, Jerk를 사용하였으며, 교통안전대체지표에는 선행 차량과 후행 차량의 정지 거리를 비교하여 주행 안전성을 평가하는 Stopping Distance Index(SDI)를 사용하였다. 또한, 주행 안전성을 평가하는 분류기로써 Support Vector Machine(SVM)을 사용했으며, 차량의 주행 정보와 SDI를 입 ‧ 출력 변수로써 사용하였다. 또한, 오차 행렬에서 산출된 분류 정확도, 특이도, 정밀도, 재현율을 기준으로 분류기의 성능을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 주행 안전성 평가 분류기의 분류 정확도는 80.1%로 나타났으며, 본 연구에서 개발한 주행 안전성 평가 방법론에 대한 타당성을 확보했다는 결론을 제시하였다.
