        어린이의 스마트 포토닉 안전의복의 개발 및 평가

        Following ISO 20471, in this study, first, two sets of safety clothes and safety vests were made by designing and attaching animal and bird patterns preferred by children to retroreflective films and black fabrics on those fluorescent fabrics and retroreflective materials prescribed by international standards. Second, by mounting a smart photonic device on the safety clothing so that the body can be recognized from a distance even without an ambient light source at night, children can emit three types of light depending on the situation with just one-touch of the button. From a result of comparison with visibility a day and night by dressing a mannequin in the made smart safety clothing, the difference in visibility was evident at night, it was confirmed that we can see the figure of a person even at a distance of approximately 70 m. Therefore, it is expected to contribute to the prevention of traffic and other accidents on the road, as the drivers driving at night or in bad weather can recognize a person from a distance. Third, in case of the energy is exhausted and cannot maintain the stability of the light-emitting function of the optical faber, we can use energy harvesting device, and the light-emitting time will be extended. As a result it comes up to emit light stably for a long time. And this prove that smart photonic safety clothing can also be used for night workers. Therefore, optical fiber safety clothing is expected to be highly wearable not only in real life but also in dark industrial sites due to stable charging by applying the energy harvesting provided by solar cells. 본 연구에서는 첫째, 국제표준에서 규정한 형광직물과 재귀반사 소재에, 아동들이 선호하는 동물의 문양을 재귀반사 필름과 검정색 직물로 디자인하여 부착한, 2벌의 안전의복과 안전조끼를 제작하였다. 둘째, 야간에 주변광원이없어도 원거리에서 생체를 인지할 수 있도록 안전의복에 스마트 포토닉 디바이스를 장착함으로써, 어린이들이 어두운 때 버튼 원터치만으로 상황에 따라 3가지 발광이 가능하도록 구현하였다. 제작한 스마트 안전의복을 마네킹에착용시켜 주야간의 시인성을 비교한 결과, 시인성의 차이가 야간에 확연히 나타났는데, 기존의 안전의복 착용 시에는 주변광원 없이는 착용자가 표출되지 않은 반면, 스마트 안전의복 착용 시는 약 70m의 원거리에서도 표출됨을확인하였다. 따라서 야간이나 기상악화 시에 주행하는 운전자가 원거리에서 생체를 인지할 수 있어 교통사고나 도로상의 안전사고 예방에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 셋째, 광섬유의 발광기능 안정성 유지와 발광시간의 연장을 위하여에너지 소진 시 태양전지로 수확한 전기에너지를 사용함으로써, 장시간 안정되게 광섬유 발광이 가능하여 시인성의안정성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이로써 스마트 포토닉 안전의복은 야간 작업자용으로도 활용 가능함이 증명되었다. 그러므로 광섬유 안전의복은 태양전지에 의한 에너지 하베스팅 적용으로 안정적인 충전에 의해 실생활뿐만 아니라 어두운 산업현장에서도 착용 가능성이 높을 것으로 기대된다.

        생활폐기물 소각장 작업자의 작업환경과 작업복 현황 분석

        This study analyzes the actual state of the working uniforms worn by burning waste workers to protect their body form the hazardous environment. Directions for improvement of the clothing fabrics is also suggested. We visited and interviewed those persons who worked in the burning waste plant in Seoul and in Gyunggi Province. 245 workers were surveyed by questionnaires, and 211 workers out of 245 were statistically analyzed. Frequencies and percentages were calculated and x² test, ANOVA and Scheffe Post hoc comparison methods were utilized to test some hypothesis. the working uniforms were classified as four genera types: separate type, disposable-coverall, overall, and winter clothes. AT present, the working uniforms are not suitable for the conditions which they are sued. There is a lack of ventilation and an inability to absorb perspiration limited elasticity, and the uniforms are prone to static shock. The degree of satisfaction varied significantly, based on the worker's educational background and main work. However, only a small percentage of workers interviewed were satisfied with the appearance and the fit of the present working uniforms. The working duration had a negative impact on the satisfaction of the worker. This results suggest that materials, color, design and size of working clothes must be improved. The suggestions are as follows: Firstly, to use disposable non-woven fabrics finished to increase moisture regain. Secondly, to use the bad air permeability fabrics to protect the skin form absorbtion of harmful gases, flying dust, heavy metals, etc.

        한국의 실과 가정내용과 일본의 家庭科 내용 비교 - 제 7차 교육과정을 중심으로 -

        This dissertation is a comparative study on Home Economics domains of Practical Arts and Home Economics in Korea and Japan. This study was established to understand the differences of contents by ages of Home Economics domains of Practical Arts of Korea and Home Economics of Japan. And I mainly compared to in 7th curricula of Home Economics domains of Practical Arts and Home Economics Textbooks of Elementary school of the two countries. This study surveyed the contents of 5th and 6th grades and their contents were commonly divided 5 domains, that is Food and Nutrition, Clothing & Textiles, housing and Family and Consumer Science. In conclusion, by analyzing the contents of Home Economics, the differences of contents between Korea and Japan can be found and their contents can be suggested the improvement of Home Economics contents in Korea.         청소년을 위한 스포츠 및 엔터테인먼트 안전의복의 개발

        This study developed safety clothing that is essential for adolescent to protect their bodies from accidents, pursue activities and individuality. Therefore, the developed safety clothing was first based on international standards, while changing design to emphasize creativity, activity, and functionality. Two suits of boy's clothes and a girl's suit were developed as safety clothing for sportswear, along with two pairs of girl's clothes and a pair of boy's clothes for entertainment. It was confirmed that the difference in visibility was revealed by testing under different lighting conditions. Second, the survey on adolescents indicated no significant gender difference in sportswear. Round shirt+shorts for both boys and girls were the most preferred for ball game sportswear. However, there was a significant difference by gender in the design of safety clothing for entertainment. Male students preferred jump suit=cape+pants the most, and female students preferred jump suit>cape+pants in the order (p<0.05). In the safety clothes with the highest preference for entertainment, there was no gender difference. All students preferred the jump suit at the most. Checking at each school level, it was found that both middle and high school students preferred jump suit designs, and in safety clothing, middle school students preferred high-neck shirt blouse+tight skirt, and high school students preferred jump suits. Third, 35.5% responded that they would wear it more if current safety clothing is improved. This indicated the necessity of developing various safety clothing for adolescence.

        생활폐기물 소각장 작업복 샘플의 다이옥신 분석

        PCDD/F(Polychlirinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans) in both of treated fabric and untreated fabric for working clothes of a municipal waste incineration were determinated. The treated fabric for working clothes was developed for less exposure of PCDD/F in municipal waste incinerations. The total concentrations of PCDD/F in some parts such as surface, middle layer, inside for treated and untreated fabric were investigated. The I-TEQ value of surface was 0.23370ng ·TEQ/g for treated fabric, 0.15355ng ·TEQ/g for non-treated fabric. On the other hand, the value of middle layer was 0.00077ng ·TEQ/g, 0.00177ng ·TEQ/g, respectively. The surface of the treated fabric containing high levels PCDD/F was caused by absorption of them. Therefore, PCDD/F of the treated fabric in middle layer was less I-TEQ value than that of the untreated fabric. The treated fabric makes effect on preventing PCDD/F from permeating into human body.

        기술·가정과 의생활 내용의 현장적용안

        본 논문에서는 중등 기술․가정교과의 의생활 내용을 실험․실습법을 통하여 교육현장에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보았다. 첫째, 제7차 교육과정의 가정과 의생활 내용의 연계성 및 계통성을 파악하기 위하여 초등 5, 6학년의 실과 및 중등 8학년의 기술․가정 교과의 의생활 단원과 내용을 분석하여 제시하였다. 둘째, 중학교에 의생활 내용이 편제되어 있지 않은 7학년을 대상으로 재량시간을 통하여 의생활교육을 활성화시키고자 현장적용안을 모색하여 5차시분을 예시하였고, 또한 의생활이 편제되어 있는 8학년 의생활 현장적용안 6차시분과 자료를 제시하였다. 주제는 학년간 연계성을 고려하여 재봉틀을 사용해서 기능을 익히고 용품을 만드는 내용으로 7학년의 ‘생활용품 만들기’와 8학년의 ‘파자마 만들기’로 정하여 실제 현장교육에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 특히 재량시간을 이용한 실습과 체험활동을 통하여 기술․가정과 교육을 활성화시키고 그 결과 실생활에 활용이 가능하다는 인식을 갖게 함으로써 학생들의 정서적인 면과 근로정신 함양 등으로 건전한 인격형성은 물론, 점차 학생들이 가정에서의 생활노동이나 노작의 기회를 갖게 함으로써 가정과교육의 궁극적 목표인 자립적인 생활인 육성에 기여하고자 하였다. 또한 생활 속에서 지속적으로 실천하려는 자세를 가지고, 나아가 미래에 더욱 쾌적한 의생활을 영위할 수 있는 가능성을 교육의 효과로 기대해 볼 수 있도록 시도하였다. Practical Arts and Technology-Home Economics subject matters which are required for the students from 5th to 10th grades in Elementary and Secondary school are divided into 3 areas of contents and presented in the subject, that is, 'Understanding Family Work', 'Daily Life Skill' and 'Daily Life resources and The Environmental Matters'. Clothing & Textiles belong to Daily Life Skill area. This plan of practical application has been designed for the students the 6th and 8th grades in the class of Primary and Secondary school. Sewing by machine has been applied to the 6th, 8th and 10th grades, however, in this study the contents of the 10th have been excluded.In conclusion, by presenting the lesson plans of the 6th and 8th grades, Practical Arts and Technology-Home Economics Education can be accomplished in the classes and connected to 5th and 10th grades in gradual way. And also to activate and deepen Practical Arts Education from the 5th to 10th grades, these plans have been presented by deploying the discretionary activity class.
