현대 인류는 상품의 홍수 속에서 살고 있다. 신문, 잡지, TV 등과 같은 매스 미디어를 통하여 신상품에 관한 정보가 소개되고 있으며, 우리가 알지 못하는 사이에 수많은 상품들이 사라지고 있다. 이러한 상품의 경쟁력에 있어서 디자인의 중요성에 대한 인식이 커지고 있다. 굿 디자인(Good Design)이 경쟁력의 원천이며 시장에서 성공할 수 있는 확실한 요인으로 자리잡고 있다. 굿 디자인(Good Design)의 상품을 만들기 위해서는 사용자의 입장이 되어야한다. 사용자를 만족시키는 형태와 이미지를 표현하는 것은 디자이너의 임무이다. 디자인은 비즈니스를 성공시키기 위한 기본요소이다. We are living in a torrent of commercial goods. The information of new goods are presented on all kinds of mass media every day, and also the goods get out of consumer memory. A importance of design in competitive goods is getting increased. Good Design is a essence in competitive power which is a sure factor of successful marketing. Designer has to wear consumer' shoes to create Good Design. To express of shape and image of consumer satisfaction is a designer role. Design is the basic factor in successful business.

The measurement of heart rate was made under the rest condition, in standing, sitting, lying postures for 60 boy's junior students, including field & track, football, basket-ball players, and then the restoration of measurement of heart rate was measured by physical group, right after 100m running. The resultant fingings are shown as follows: 1) The measurement of heart rate under the rest condition in field & track player group shows 68.4/min.; in foot-ball player group 72.3/min.; in basketball player group 72.4/min.; general student group shows the lowest figure of 76.4/min.; of the groups field & track player group shows the lowest figure. 2) For variation of measurement of heart rate under the rest condition, the lying posture shows the lowest figure and the standing posture the highest. 3) For restoration of measurement of heart rate after 100m running, the lying posture shows the rapidest speed, the standing the lowest. 4) For restoration of measurement of heart rate after 100m running, field and track player group shows the rapidest speed in every posture, the next speed is shown in order of football, general student groups. Suggestion The resultant findings indicate that field and track player group shows the lowest measurement of heart rate in every posture, and the rapidest restoration. It follows from this that the field and track players who give severer burden to their hearts than other player groups have comparatively strong physical strength. It seems that the scientific training that may activate the functions of the heart and lung would be conductive to the improvement of physical strength of sportmen.

Compared to all other political systems, democracy demands a higher standard of autonomy and wisdom from its citizens. It is "family" that is noted to be decisive influence on building such political qualifications. Then, the question of this study is, how did the citizens' aptitude that gave rise to modern democracy come about? Specifically, in what kind of family, and how they were brought up in it? This study pursues the answer with the help of Habermas' ‘The Structural Transformation of the Public Sphere’. Since the 17th century, the bougeois family, through the transformation of house-structure and human relations, dairy-letter writing and novel-reading, formed “specific subjectivity.” This subjectivity, exercised in various forms of public spheres, helped to build modern democracy. The last chapter, based on the above discussions, elucidates the meanings of this work in relation to his following studies. 민주주의는 다른 어떤 정치체제보다도 주체적이고 사리판단 능력이 높은 시민을 요구한다. 그리고 시민들의 정치적 역량을 형성하는데 가정이 큰 영향력을 미친다고 한다. 그렇다면 근대 민주주의를 대두시킨 시민들의 자질과 역량은 어떤 가정에서 어떻게 육성되었는가? 이 주제를 본 연구는 하버마스의 『공론장의 구조변동』을 중심으로 파악한다. 17세기부터 부르주아 가정의 가옥구조변화, 가족구성의 원리 변화, 일기・편지쓰기, 소설읽기 등으로 형성된 “특유한 주체성”이 다양한 공론장을 통해 어떻게 민주주의를 건설했는지 추적한다. 결어에서는 이와 같이 드러난 가정과 민주정치의 관계를 근거로 하버마스의 이 연구가 그의 후속 연구와 관련하여 어떤 의의가 있는지를 정리하고 평가한다.

KOLAS 공인시험기관 인정을 위한 이더넷 스위치의 측정불확도 분석

Actively in progress in the field of general industrial KOLAS (Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) accreditation test the switch, router, network equipment, such as accreditation status in the field can not be found. Company’s self-tsting or BMT (Bench Marking Test) through the evaluation process for network equipment, but the test reports issued by accredited laboratories with quality differences. Requested by public institutions or other providers of accredited test reports increasing demand for network equipment in Korea accredited testing laboratory shall be made as soon as possible. In this paper, as required by KOLAS in the field of network equipment testing laboratory accreditation program in the process acquired through the analysis of measurement uncertainty and, to propose effective direction. 일반 산업분야에서는 활발히 진행되고 있는 KOLAS(Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) 시험기관 인정이 스위치, 라우터등의 네트워크장비 분야에서는 인정 현황을 찾아 볼수 없다. 즉 기관의 자체 시험이나 BMT(Bench Marking Test)를 통하여 네트워크장비에 대한 평가를 진행하고 있지만 공인 시험기관에서 발행하는 시험성적서와는 품질에 차이가 있다. 공공기관 또는 기타 사업자가 요청하는 공인기관 시험성적서의 수요가 증가함에 따라 국내에서도 네트워크 장비에 대한 공인시험기관 인정이 조속히 이루어 져야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 한국인정기구에서 요구하는 네트워크장비 분야에 대한 국제공인시험기관 인정 추진 과정에서 분석한 측정불확도와 프로그램을 통해, 효율적인 추진 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
