        우측폐의 형성 부전과 " Scimitar Sign " 을 보이나 좌심방으로 유입되는 우측 폐정맥을 보인 Scimitar Syndrome 1 예

        The scimitar syndrome is a rare, complex, variable and congenital malformation of the right lung. These anomalies consist of anomalus pulmonary venous drainage of the right lung to the IVC, hypoplasia of the right lung, hypoplastic right pulmonary artery and anomalies of the right hemidiaphragm. But we recently experienced a case of typical scimitar syndrome except pulmonary venous drainage of the right lung to the IVC. This case shows drainage not to the IVC, but to the left atrium. We present this case with the review of literature.

        Stress developed in the glass plate during vacuum packaging of an FFD (Field Emission Display) was calculated. Bending stress was derived from the bending moment of the glass plate experiencing bending in the condition of built in edge. Fracture behaviour of the glass plate was observed and the displacement at the center was also measured. Vercuum packaging experiments were carried cut on 3.7$quot; and 5.7$quot; panels. 'floe fracture behavior of the evacuated panel was explained using the bending stress which was derived on the assumption that all edges of the gins were built in.

        Low temperature electrostatic bonding experiments were carried out, which can be applicable to sensor packaging. After thermally depositing Al film on Si substrate, Al-deposited Si and alkali borosilicate glass were electrostatically bonded. The thickness of deposited A1 film were 100, 500, 2000, 5000 Å and bondings without cracks were achieved at 150 ℃ with the Al films of over 1000 Å thickness.

      • 플라즈마 살균효과를 위한 전원장치에 관한 연구

        전기 에너지를 이용한 살균장치는 화학적인 과정이 없으며, 2차적인 환경 오염도 발생시키지 않는 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한 전력변환회로에는 영전류 스위칭과 영전압 스위칭을 사용한 소프트 스위칭 토폴로지에 의하여 스위칭 손실을 감소시키고, 장치의 크기를 소형화시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 제안한 전원장치는 기존의 장치들보다 출력전류가 매우 작으므로 전원장치에 의해 장치의 품질을 평가할 경우 장치의 가격은 저감될 수 있다. 따라서 플라즈마 살균장치에 이용함으로서 분말에 대하여 경제적이고 효과적인 살균 방법을 제시하고 있으며, 한층 더 개선된 살균처리용 전원장치에 대하여 제안하고 있다. A sterilizer equipment by using electrical energy has merits that no process of chemical and no second environmental pollution. Also, the power conversion circuit for sterilizer equipment has merits that are reducing switching loss for soft switching topology by using zero current and zero voltage switching, and miniaturizing size of equipment. Thus, it is expected that the cost of sterilization process, when quality of the device is measured by power consumption, will be reduced. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to solve the sterilization problems of existing powder with plasma sterilization device, to find more economical and effective way. and to suggest more improved sterilizer.

      • 액티브 보조 공진 스너버를 이용한 ZVT-PWM DC-DC 컨버터

        본 논문은 새로운 액티브 스너버 회로를 이용하여 일반적인 영전압 변환 펄스폭 변조에서 흔히 일어나는 장애에 대한 ZVT-PWM 컨버터의 새로운 형태를 제안 하고자 한다. 스너버 회로를 가진 컨버터는 경부하 상태에서도 동작한다. 이러한 컨버터에서의 모든 반도체 소자들은 정밀하거나 또는 영전압 스위칭 그리고 영전류 스위칭 부근에서 온 오프 된다. 주 스위치와 주 다이오드 동작 상태에서 추가의 전압전류 스트레스가 없다. 또한 보조 스위치와 보조 다이오드는 정격동작 조건에서 전압전류를 필요로 한다. 더욱이 이런 컨버터는 구조가 간단하고, 저가이며, 제어가 쉽다. 또한, 스너버 회로를 갖추고 있는 ZVT-PWM 부스터 컨버터는 정밀히 분석할 수 있다. 앞서 말한 오늘날의 컨버터의 동작 원리와 이론상의 분석에서 실용되고 있는 절연 게이터 바이폴라 트랜지스터를 가진 750[W], 80[㎑] PWM 부스터 컨버터에서 그 효과가 입증되었다. 본 연구에서, 액티브 스너버 회로의 설계 과정에서 수용하고 증진시켰다. 부가적으로, 전출력 전력에서 소프트 스위칭 컨버터를 적용하여 실행하여 본 결과, 주 스위치 손실은 하드 스위칭과 비교해서 글 27[%], 그리고 전 회로 손실은 약 36[%] 그리고 또한 전 효율에서 하드 스위칭 경우의 91[%]에서 증가하여 약 97[%] 정도 향상됨을 확인하였다. In this paper, a new active snubber cell that overcomes most of the drawbacks of the normal "Zero Voltage Transition Pulse Width Modulation" (ZVT-PWM) converter is proposed to contrive a new family of ZVT-PWM converter. A converter with the proposed snubber cell can also operate at light load conditions. All of the semiconductor devices in this converter are turned on and off under exact or near Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) and/or Zero Current Switching (ZCS). No additional voltage and current stresses on the main switch and main diode occur. Also, the auxiliary switch and auxiliary diodes are subjected to voltage and current values at allowable levels. Moreover, the converter has a simple structure, low cost, and ease of control. A ZVT-PWM boost converter equipped with the proposed snubber cell is analyzed in detail. The predicted operation principles and theoretical analysis of the presented converter are verified with a prototype of a 750 [W] and 80[㎑] PWM boost converter with Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT). In this study, a design procedure of the proposed active snubber cell is also presented. Additionally, at full output power in the proposed soft switching converter, the main switch loss is about 27[%] and the total circuit loss is about 36[%] of that in its counterpart hard switching converter, and so the overall efficiency, which is about 91[%] in the hard switching case, increases to about 97[%]

        3차의료기관 약제부내 의약정보센터의 의약정보 문의에 대한 해결능력 및 정확성 평가

        In the last few decades, the role in phamacy has been extended beyond typical distributive function. One of these extended role involves drug and toxicology information services. Drug information services of Korean hospital pharmacy were adopted since 1969 to provide accurate and timely medication drug information. The objectives of this study were to assess the accuracy of response to drug information request and to determine the relationship between accuracy of answers accuracy of answers and characteristics of Drug Information Centers(DIC) in Korean hospital phamacy. Drug Information Centers located in tertiary care hospital phamacy were contacted by telephone from September to October in 1996. Each DIC received standard request for identification of product, Fosamax^(R)(alendronate), that was a new drug approved by FDA in 1995, but availablee market in Korea at that time. However this drug could be found I AHFS DI 96, Martindale(31th ed), Medline, CCIS other clinical and journals. Each center correctly identifying Fosamax^(R) was asked more questions concerning the recognition of clinical signs of adverse effects. Fosamax^(R) was correctly identified by seventeen hospital drug information centers. (36.2 percent) and thirty centers responded that could not make an identification with a product name. Of the 17 centers correctly identifying with Foamax, only five centers recognized drug adverse effects and offered recommendations. From this study, it was noted that the ability and the accuracy of drug information responses were significantly related with pharmacist's work-load drug information resources.

        정상한국인 및 각종갑상선질환에서의 아킬레스건반사 시간에 관한 연구

        "Since Chaney reported the measurement of ankle jerk in Patients with myxedema for the first time, slowing of the reflex in myxedema has been well documented by many authors. Although its mechanisms have not been elucidated clearly, it has long been held in esteem by clinicians a near pathognomonic sign in myxedema. Possible mechanisms suggested include (a) abnormal activity of the central nervous system, (b) a disorder of muscle like that of myotonia (c) lowered temperature of the muscle, (d) increased viscosity of themuscle due to myxdematous infiltration and (e) part of a general slowing of all vital processes. The brisk reflex in thyrotoxicosis has also been noted to be characteristic. The recent development of several simple methods of quantitating the deep tendon reflex time has made its application an easy, rapid, inexpensive and accurate test in the results of our examinations on the Achilles tendon reflex(ATR) times in normal Koreans along their sexes, ages and in various thyroid diseases. Also we observed the changes of ATR times in the thyrotoxicosis and myxedema after the initiation of treatment and compared them with other thyroid function tests. "

      • SOL-GEL법에 의한 ZrO₂-Al₂O₃ 복합분말의 합성에 관한 연구

        So-Gel법을 이용하여 Al₂O₃matrix에 ZrO₂를 균일하게 분포시킨Al₂O₃-ZrO₂복합분말을 제조하기 위해 Zr-alkoxide와 Al-alkoxide의 가수분해반응을 진행시킨 후 500℃, 800℃, 900℃, 1000℃, 1200℃, 1300℃ 그리고 1400℃에서 각 각 1시간 동안 열처리를 하여 입자의 형상, 입자의 크기, 생성된 결정상 등을 조사하여 보았다. 이 시료들 중 ZrO₂단미의 경우는 800℃에서 단사정으로 전이하였지만, 복합분말에서는 1300℃까지 정방정이 유지되었다. 그리고 θ-Al₂O₃는 1200℃ 이상에서도 존재했다. 또 ZrO₂의 첨가량이 10% 미만으로 적을 경우에는 입자의 성장이 증가되었지만, 첨가량이 10% 이상에서는 1400℃까지 정방정을 유지하여 입자의 성장도 억제했다. The synthesis of Al₂O₃-ZrO₂comporsite powder by Sol-Gel method with homogeneously distributed Zirconia on the Alumina matrix was investigated. Zr-alkoxide and Al-alkoxlide were hydrolized and heat-treated at 500℃, 800℃, 900℃, l000℃, ll00℃, l200℃, 1300℃, and 1400 C for one hour, respectively. Then the shape and size of paticle, and the phases of crystals were examined. The results were as following : 1) The transition to the monoclic was restrained till 1300 C in ZrO₂-Al₂O₃composite powder in comparision with the transition temperature of 800℃ of the monolith ZrO₂. And the θ-Al₂O₃existed up to 1200℃. 2) The grain growth increased as the amount of ZrO₂increased up to l0%, and the composite powder with more than 10% ZrO₂retained the tetragonal phase up to 1400 C and the grain growth was restrained. And the powder with 10% and 15% ZrO₂showed good homogeneity.

      • 보완대체요법에 대한 국내 논문분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze a tendency of Korean research on complementary and alternative therapy. Method: The data were collected 55 researches on complementary and alternative therapy which were published in Korea from 1996 to 2004. Data were analyzed according to published year, type of research and published journal, type of study design, subject, and effective variable of therapy. Result: 1) The number of published research were 5 from 1996 to 1999, and 50 from 2000 to 2004. 2) The number of dissertation were 41 and published articles in journals were 14. 3) According to type of study design, experimental design was 51, survey was 3, and combined study of experimental and survey was 1. 4) The most subjects were surgery patients who were applied foot massage. 5) Foot massage was shown to be more effective for fatigue than others. Conclusion: It is important to construct scientific knowledge by analyzing effect of various complementary and alternative therapies to more nursing clients. Furthermore it is necessary to develop and apply appropriate nursing implementation used complementary and alternative therapy for client's nursing problem.

      • 대역별 웨이브렛 계수 양자화와 블록 임계값을 이용한 영상부호화

        기존의 논문들은 변환에 따른 각 변환계수들의 스캐닝 방법을 고려하지 않기 때문에 최적의 변환에도 불구하고 압축 효율이 좋지 않다. 본 논문에서는 높은 화질의 영상과 계산량의 단축을 위해서 정지 영상에 웨이브렛 변환을 사용하고, 웨이브렛 변환 후 각 대역 특성별로 양자화를 수행하며, 부호화 방법에 대해 새로운 스캐닝 방법을 제안한다. JPEG 알고리듬과 제안 알고리듬을 비교하였을 때, 동일한 비트율에서 제안 알고리듬이 높은 화질의 영상을 얻을 수 있었다.
