        본 연구는 차량 주변을 지능적으로 감시하는 자동차 주변 감시시스템에 관한 것으로, 자동차의 주행 및 주차 시 속도의 변화나 운전자의 요청에 의해 자동차 주변 지역에 관한 시야를 상황에 따라 달리하여 모니터링 함으로써 운전자가 안전한 주행 및 주차를 수행할 수 있게 하기 위한 것이다. 그러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 차량의 주변부를 감시하기 위하여 차량의 외곽에 설치된 카메라의 각도가 지면으로부터 차량의 상부를 향하는 방향으로 변경될 수 있도록 제어하는 제어부, 카메라의 영상을 입력받아 차량주변의 영상을 생성하는 영상처리모듈, 영상처리모듈에서 생성된 영상을 출력하는 디스플레이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 자동차 주변 감시시스템을 제안한다. This study is on a vehicle surroundings monitoring system, which enables a driver to travel and park safely by monitoring vehicle surroundings, depending on the speed of vehicle and driver's control when traveling and parking. To achieve the aforementioned purpose, we propose an intelligent vehicle surroundings monitoring system, which consists of a control part, an image processing module and display module. Hence, the control module controls angle of camera to turn upward from the bottom to monitor vehicle surroundings. The image processing module merges the received images from cameras with the original vehicle image to display the vehicle’s surroundings in real time as if looking down from the sky.

        2016년 3월 31일부터 7월 31일까지 서울특별시 서초구 서초동에 위치한 서울고등학교 교정 일대를 서울고등학교 환경생물부 부원들이 채집 조사한 결과 20과 43속 53종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. From March 31st to July 31st in 2016, members of an environmental biology club at Seoul High School located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Dae-Hee Kim, Dong-Woo Park, Jae-Woong Seo and Hyun-woo Lee, collected 20 families 43 genera 53 species of spiders and report the result of the study here.

      • 물곰팡이 Allomyces macrogynus의 홀씨와 팡이실에 존재하는 칼슘이온결합 단백질의 검색

        45Ca overlay를 이용한 방법으로 Allomyces macrogynus의 생장과정에서 형성되는 암수배우자 홀씨, 반수체 홀씨, 그리고 이배체 홀씨등의 세가지 홀씨와 팡이실에 존재하는 칼슘이온결합단백질들을 검색하였다. 세가지의 홀씨 각각에서는 모두 5가지 종류의 칼슘이온결합단백질들이 동일하게 관찰되었다. 팡이실에서는 적어도 6개 이상의 칼슘이온결합단백질들이 관찰되었으며, 이중에 3가지는 홀씨에서 관찰된 것과 동일한 것으로 판단된다. Ca2+-dependent phenyl-sepharose를 이용하여 팡이실에서 SDS-PAGE 겔 상에서 19kDa의 분자량을 가지는 칼슘이온결합단백질을 분리하였다. 이 단백질은 등전점이나 열에 대한 안정성, 칼슘이온에 의한 전기영동상에서의 움직임의 변화 등으로 판단하건 데 calmodulin으로 추정된다. 따라서 Allomyces macrogynus의 홀씨와 팡이실에는 calmodulin을 비롯하여 다수의 칼슘이온결합단백질들이 존재하며, 이들 중에는 홀씨, 또는 팡이실에서만 관찰되는 것들도 있었다. Calcium binding proteins(CaBPs) present in 3 different types of zoospores and in mycelium of Allomyces macrogynus were screened by using 45Ca overlay method. Five different kinds of CaBPs were equally observed in gametes, haploid spores, and diploid spores, respectively. Six kinds of CaBPs were observed in fractions of DEAE-cellulose chromatography of mycelial extract. Among them 3 CaBPs were shown to be identical with those detected in zoospore extract. 19-kDa CaBP was isolated from mycelial extract by Ca2+-dependent phenyl-sepharose chromatography. The 19-kDa mCaBP showed calmodulin-like properties as determined by molecular weight, isoelectric point, and Ca2+-dependent mobility shift on SDS-PAGE. It is shown that a variety of CaBPs including calmodulin-like protein are present in zoospores and mycelium of Allomyces macrogynus and some are confined to either.

      • 포름알데히드 含有 廢水가 嫌氣性 處理에 미치는 影響

        The effects of formaldehyde in anaerobic digestion were : 1. In the cases of batch assay, the methanogenic bacteria were tolerated the toxic when raw and pretreated wastewaters were injected 3 and 5 ml respectively to serum bottle, but shocked when 5 and 10 ml respectively. 2. When raw, pretreated + glucose, and pretreated wastewaters were applied to UASB reators, the results of VLR were obtained 8-10, 3-5, and 2-4 kg cod/㎥ ·d respectived. Result of raw wastewater was the most optima of three. 3. The correlations VLR with bio-gas were obtained 90.5, 46.4 and 34.6% respectively in raw, pretreated + glucose, and pretreated wastewaters. Result of raw wastewater was the most optima of three. 4. In batch assay, pretreatment wastewater is better than raw water, but in continuous assay, raw wastewater is better than pretreatment wastewater. This reason is consideated that unsoluble salt of 373 mg/l is accumulated within UASB reactor, and carries out inhibition to anaerobic bacteria.

        Maximal voluntary muscular Peak Torque, Deficit, %Flexor/Extensor, Total Work, Endurance Ratio of the quadriceps and hamstrings during isokinetic exercise was studied in order to obtain the isokinetic normative data of the left & right knee joint. The results obtained were as follows : 1. Peak torque of left knee joint flexor were shown significantly(p<.028), while I Group had increased trend in a few. Right knee joint flexor were shown significantly(p<.000), while I Group had increased trend in a few. And Peak torque of left knee joint extensor were not shown significantly(p<.176), while I Group had increased trend in a few. Right knee joint Extensor were not shown significantly(p<.583), while between Group had trend in a equivalent. 2. Deficit ratio of flexor were not shown significantly(p<.165), while ⅡGroup had increased trend in a few. Extensor were not shown significantly(p<.172), while between Group had trend in a equivalent. 3. %Flexor/Extensor of left knee joint were not shown significantly(p<.457), while ⅡGroup had increased trend in a few. And %Flexor/Extensor of right knee joint were not shown significantly(p<.443), while ⅠGroup had increased trend in a few. 4. Total work of left knee joint flexor were shown significantly(p<.017), while I Group had increased trend in a few. Right knee joint flexor were shown significantly(p<.001). while ⅠGroup had increased trend in a few. And Total work of left knee joint extensor were not shown significantly(p<.459), while ⅠGroup had increased trend in a few. Right knee joint extensor were not shown significantly(p<.710) , while between Group had trend in a equivalent. 5. Endurance ratio of left knee joint flexor were shown significantly(p<.040). while ⅠGroup had increased trend in a few. Right knee joint flexor were not shown significantly(p<.636), while ⅡGroup had increased trend in a few. And Endurance ratio of left knee joint extensor were not shown significantly(p<.366), while between Group had trend in a equal. Right knee joint extensor were not shown significantly(p<.350) , while between Group had trend in a equivalent.

      • 침자극과 근전신호의 상관관계에 관한 연구

        In this Paper, we are study about a corrlation of EMG Signal and acufuncture stimulation. We use resting EMG signals for observation of physiological change. In experiment, we use No-Goong haul of Sukwaleum- Simpo-kyung and Hap-Gog hyul of Suyangmyong-Daechan gyung for stimulation reference point We had examed in three cases. At the first case, we take EMG signal from the same kyung-rak route of No-Goong and Hap-Gog by same stimulation. The second case, EMG signal take from corresponding spot of the another hands palm by Hap-Gog haul stimulation. The last case, EMG signal take from corresponding spot of the foot's sole by Hap-Gog hyul stimulation. As the result of experiment, Hap-Gog huyl stimulation has more power density signals than that of No-Goong hyul at the first case, and we could observe variation of 0㎐ component only at the second and third case.

        Propofol 정맥 주사 시 Metoclopramide의 통증 완화 효과

        Background: Propofol is a good induction agent. but it has a disadvantage of pain on intravenous injection. Pretreatment of metoclopramide or lidocaine have been reported to reduce pain on injection. thus, we have evaluated the quantity and quality of anagesic effect of metoclopramide and lidocaine. We observed differences in quality of pain according to venous cannula sizes and intravenous injection sites as well as nausea and vomiting in the postoperative state. Methods: Eighty patients scheduled for an elective operation by general anesthesia were chosen according to ASA (Ⅰ or Ⅱ) and divided into four groups randomly. Each group was injected through venous cannulas with normal saline (control group), metoclopramide 5 mg (group 1), netoclopramide 10 mg (group 2), or 2% lidocaine 40 mg (group 3) respectively. Then, propofol was injected of a 2 mg/kg dose with 0.5 ml/sex to all groups and we asked questions about injection pain after 10 seconds. Results: Pain relief was shown in all groups compared with the control. but metoclopramide 10 mg and lidocaine 40 mg pretreatment groups showed significant pain reief. Pain was relieved significantly when the drug was injected in the antecubital area. Postoperative nausea and vomiting were not observed. Conclusions: Metoclopramide 10 mg or lidocaine 40 mg pretreatment to induction by propofol revealed a good analgesic effect for propofol injection pain. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2002; 43: 558~565)

      • 한국인 임신부에 있어서 영양소의 역가측정

        Animal and human studies indicated that inadequate diet for a prolonged period during pregnancy could injure mother, child, or both. In order to prevent this problem, maternal nutyitional status during pregnancy is very important and the evaluation of nutrition during pregnancy have been preceded by many authors in another countries. In Korea, nutrient intake studies of the pregnant women and nutrition surveys in adult by biochemical method have been performed, but there are no data nutrition surveys of Korean pregnant women have been made by biochemical method. In this regard, an exact biochemical titer of the nutrients and the degree of nutrient deficits in Korean pregnant women are needed. In this study, the mean titer of some nutrients and the degree of nutrient deficits by biochemical method in Korean pregnant women were assessed. The objected materials were consisted of 30 cases which had visited the departmant of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Chung Ang University Hospital for antenatal care(32wk-40wk) from March, 1981 to June, 1981. The cases with twin pregnancy, and the cases complicated with materal chronic wasting disease, diabetes, hydroamniosis, hypertensive disorder in pregnancy were excluded in this study. The results were as follows: 1. Mean titer of 6 hours urine execretion of thiamine, riboflavin and N'-methylniacinamide in Korean pregnant women was 44㎍, 466㎍, and 2.33㎎. 2. Mean titer of serum vitamin A, carotene, vitamin C, total protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron and total lipid was 48.1㎍, 154.7㎍, 0.8㎎, 7.0g, 9.8㎎ 3.5㎎, 93㎍, and 578㎎. 3. Percentage of nutrient deficits in Korean pregnant women based on the mean titer of Korean adults was as follow; thiamine-20%, N'-methylniacinamide-7%, total protein-5%, calcuim13%, iron-19%. 4. No cases were deficient in riboflavin, carotene, phosphorus, total lipid and the mean titer of riboflavin and carotene in Korean pregnant women were high compared with thw mean titer of Korean adults.

      • 淨水過程에서 生成된 알루미늄 이온 除去 (Ⅰ)

        The objective of this study was to conduct jar-tests to remove residual aluminum ion and turbidity using three coagulants and three alginates as a coaglant aids. The conclusions were obtained from investigation of coagulant demand, zeta potential, residual aluminum ion concentration and turbidity under varying dosage of coagulants are as follows ; The potimum dosages for ALUM, PAC and PASS were 50, 35 and 30 mg/l respectively, at these dosages, residual aluminum ion concentrations were 0.07, 0.10 and 0.13 mg/l. When magnesium alginate(MA) dosage of 1.0 mg/l was applied after addition of optimum dosages of coagulants, ALUM, PAC and PASS removal efficiency of turbidities were 0.10, 0.13 and 0.13 NTU respectively. Adequate zeta-potential range for coagulation was from -20 mV to -10 mV with coagulant only.

        Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherapy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. In this study, Mitomycin C (MMC)-activated charcoal (CH)-alginate (ALG) beads were prepared by the mixtures of CH particles adsorbed with MMC as an anti-cancer drug and aqueous alginate solution. The alginate is recognized as biodegradable, nontoxic, and biocompatible. The release of MMC from the beads in 0.1 M Tris buffer was stable and continuous until about 1 week. The MMC-CH-ALG beads can be applied in the peritoneal cavity for intraperitoneal chemotherapy since they provide a good adhesiveness on the tissue and controlled release pattern of the drugs.
