        Non-Abelian solutions of SU(2) Yang-Mills equations for arbitrary external static sources are constructed starting with sources distributed over many concentric thin spherical shells, which include those for a point charge. It is found that there are many ways of constructing non-Abelian solutions for given sources. Also many ways of screening are discussed.

      • Baculovirus Vector System에 의해 발현된 재조합 Pseudorabies Virus Major Capsid Protein의 면역원성

        The recombinant pseudorabies virus major capsid protein (rMCP) was produced by expression of the MCP gene in Sf-9 cell using baculovirus transfer vector system. Following evaluation of the immunochemical properties of the rMCP, the immunogenicity of the recombinant subunit protiens were investigated in guinea pig and swine to obtain the preliminary guide line for the subunit vaccine using rMCP and gP50. It was proved that ultrasonication and 30% ammonium sulfate was most efficient to concentrate and purify the protein. The rMCP was safe in mice, guinea pigs and piglets. In guinea pigs, rMCP mixed with various adjuvants induced substantial degree of serum neutralizing antibody titers, but revealed incomplete protecivity against challenge. In swine, the combination of rMCP and gP50 showed the higher serum neutralizing antibody titers and cellular immune responses than rMCP alone. However, the protectivity was lower in comparison with the commercial gI-deleted inactivated vaccine. We expect these results to contribute to characterization of MCP gene of Korean isolate of PRV and to ultilize as preliminary information for prodution and evaluation of PRV recombinant subunit vaccines.

        This paper achieves a research about remote control of robot based on voice recognition. Through real-time remote control and wireless network capabilities of an unmanned remote-control experiments and Home Security / exercise with an unmanned robot, remote control and voice recognition and voice transmission are possible to transmit on a PC using a microphone to control a robot to pinpoint of the source. Speech recognition can be controlled robot by using a remote control. In this research, speech recognition speed and direction of self-driving robot were controlled by a wireless remote control in order to verify the performance of mobile robot controller.

      • Pseudorabies Virus의 Major Capsid Protein 유전자의 클론닝과 Baculovirus Vector System에 의한 발현

        Pseudorabies is caused by Pseudorabies virus (PRV: Aujeszky's disease virus) of Herpesviridae that is characterized by 100 to 150nm in size with a linear double-stranded DNA molecule with of approximately 90 × 10 exp (6)Da. This disease affects most of domestic animals such as swine, cattle, dog, sheep, cat, chicken, etc. causing high mortality and economic losses. In swine, young piglets show high mortality and pregnant sows, reproductive failures. However the adult swine reveals no clinical signs in general. But they become a carrier state and play an importnat role for propagation of the disease. In this study, the nucleotide sequence of major casid protein gene of PRV, Yangsan strain isolated from the diseased swine in Korea was analyzed, and the recombinant MCP was produced by expression of the MCP gene in Sf-9 cell using baculovirus transfer vector system. As result, in BamHI digestion, MCP gene locus of PRV YS strain showed different from that of Indiana S strain. The patterns of enzyme mapping were also found to be unidentical each other. The sequence of the MCP gene partially analyzed showed 98.09% identity to Indiana S strain. The expression of MCP in Sf-9 cell cotransfected by pVLMCP-44 baculovirus expression vector was characterized by Southern blot hybridization, immunofluoresent and immunocytochemical tests, SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. The rMCP with M.W. 142kDa was most effectively expressed in Sf-9 cells at the 3-4th days post inoculation of the recombinant baculovirus by 2 moi.

        우리 나라 재해 의료의 문제점 : 수원시 재해 대응 훈련의 평가를 통하여 본 ANALYSIS OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE EXERCISE IN THE MOCK DISASTER IN SUWON

        Natural or man-made disasters are serious enough to paralyse the functions of the nation or regional distinct and affect the property and lives of numerous citizens. The first two hours after occurrence of the disaster are critical for determining death or permanent disabilities of the casualties. The current Disaster Medical Service(DMS) System in our country adopts mainly civil defense model which focuses the cause of the accident, compensation of the victims, or reconstruction. So in the initial phase of disaster, the appropriate rescue and emergency treatment is not provided effectively. In order to assess and reorganize the current status of DMS System in Korea, the Department of Emergency Medicine, Ajou University School of Medicine, planned and conducted an emergency response exercise in Suwon city on April 28, 1995. The exercise, which took place near the Kyunggido Culture and Art Center, coordinated the efforts of the Suwon Fire Department and other related agencies. As well as providing training on emergency response, the exercise was valuable for identifying areas of weakness which will be address in the future.

        이온교환법에 의한 탈질소 공정개발의 기초연구 (Ⅴ) : 질산성 질소 선택적인 이온교환수지의 합성 Synthesis of Nitrate-Selective lon Exchange Resines

        Nitrate-selective ion exchange resin which have bulky tertiary amine as functional group have been synthesized by the reaction of chloromethylated polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer and the corresponding tertiary amine [NR_3=NEt_3 1, N(C_2H_4OH)_3 2] in ethanol, while commercial resin has NMe_3 as functional group. The fundamental properties such as bulk density, water content, appearance index, exchange capacity, effective size, uniformity coefficient of synthesized anion exchange resin (1) have been measured. The ion exchange resin (1) and (2) exhibited the better selectivity for nitrate than sulfate in both batch and continuous column experiments.

        주요우울증에서 우울과 불안 증상의 심각도에 따른 뇌파 A1,A2, Percent 비대칭 지표들의 특성 연구

        Objectives : In this study we investigated characteristics of asymmetry pattern of EEG in patients with major depressive disor-der according to the severity of depression and anxiety symptoms, employing A1, A2, and Percent (PCT) asymmetry indices. Methods : Subjects involved in this study were 11 healthy controls and 11 patients with major depressive disorder who have taken no medicines for four weeks just before the study. These subjects were selected so that the two groups can have no difference in gender and age. Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS), Zung's Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Spielberger's State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) were used to evaluate depression and anxiety symptoms, respectively. Resting EEG was recorded &om F3, F4, C3, C4, T7, T8, 01 and 02 electrode sites. Results : The temporal region showed a difference in A1, A2, and PCT asymmetry indices between the depression group and the control group. Frontal (F3, F4) and temporal (T7, T8) regions showed correlation between STAI-T score and A1, A2, and PCT asymmetry indices. Conclusion : The results of this study showed that EEG A1, A2, and PCT asymmetry indices can be used as useful indices for depression. Also, it was found that trait anxiety had influence on A1, A2, and PCT asymmetry indices.

        광중합 구치부용 레진에서 광조사 후 이차 가열시 가열시간이 간접인장강도에 미치는 영향

        The visible light-curing posterior composite materials are used extensively due to their esthetic characteristics. Many disadvantages of marginal leakage, wear and poor strength should be overcome through improvement of mechanical properties. It has been proved that most of materials could be improved by additional heat curing after light curing. The objectives of this study was to estimate the effects of additional heat curing on the five different commercial posterior light curing resins, P-50, Herculite XR, Heliomolar, Prisma AP. H, Clearfil Photoposterior. Additional heat(CRC system, Kuraray Co., Japan) of 100℃ was applied for 0, 5, 15 and 25 minutes after light curing with Visilux Ⅱ (3M Co., U.S.A.). The diametral tensile strength was measured by using UTM (Instron 6022, U.S.A.) of cross head speed of 1cm/min after storing in 37℃, 100% humidity for 10minutes and 24 hours. The following conclusions may be drawn from this study. 1) When heat was applied on tested specimens, diametral tensile strength was increased in proportion to period of heat applying in early stage. However, there were differences of diametral tensile strength in each tested materials. 2) The highest diametral tensile strength was shown after 5 and 15 minutes of heat application. 3) When it was compared between 24 hours and 10 minutes group, former showed higher values. Heat application after light curing on VLC posterior composite resins showed increase of diametral tensile strength on this study. Not only the temperature applied but period of heat application seemed affect the strength of this materials. The further investigation of proper temperature and period of heat application for each materials was recommended.

        자기평가체형에 따른 사회적 체형불안과 신체적 자기개념

        본 연구는 자기평가체형이 사회적 체형불안과 신체적 자기개념에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적인 방법으로는 남·여 중학생 332명(남: 173명, 여:159명)을 대상으로 자신의 체형을 너무마름, 약간마름, 보통, 약간살찜, 너무살찜으로 평가한 집단간 사회적 체형불만(Social Physique Anxiety Scale, SPAS)과의 관계를 이원 단일변량분산분석(two way ANOVA)을 통해 알아보았고, 신체적 자기개념(Physical Self-Description Questionnaire, PSDQ)의 하위요인간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 이원 다변량분산분석(two way MANOVA)을 통해 알아보았다. 그리고 사회적 체형불안과 신체적 자기개념의 하위요인간의 상관관계를 알아보았다. 비교결과, 사회적 체형불안은 성별에 있어서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 자기체형 인식에 따라서는 보통이라고 평가한 집단이 가장 낮고, 너무 살찜이라고 평가한 집단이 가장 높게 나타났다. 신체적 자기개념에서는 남학생이 신체활동, 건강, 지구력, 스포츠유능감 요인에서 여학생보다 높게 나타났고, 자기체형 인식에 따른 집단간에는 보통과 약간 마름의로 평가한 집단에서 체지방, 외모, 건강, 자기존중, 유연성, 지구력, 신체전반의 7개 요인에서 가장 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 마지막으로, 남학생과 여학생 모두 체지방과 자기존중에서 사회적 체형불안과 높은 상관관계가 발견되었고, 여학생에게서 더 높은 상관관계가 나타났다. 이외에도 여학생은 스포츠유능감요인과 지구력요인에서도 사회적 체형불안과 유의한 관계가 있다는 것이 발견되었다. 결론적으로, 자기체형을 어떻게 인식하고 있느냐에 따라 신체적 자기개념의 각 하위 구성요인에 차이가 난다는 것을 보여주고 있고, 사회적 체형불안과 신체적 자기개념과의 상관관계를 설명하는데 있어서 남학생보다는 여학생에게서 더 높은 관계를 나타내고 있다는 것을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the Social Physique Anxiety scale(SPAS) and the Physical Self-Description Questionnaire(PSDQ) among Lean Group, Slim Group, Normal Group, Fattish Group, and Fatty Group of 332 middle school students by the Korean Versions of the SPAS and the PSDQ. The results are as follows; On the Social Physique Anxiety, there was a significant difference with the main effect of Group(p< .05). Normal Group was lower than any other group and Fatty Group was higher than all the other groups. There was not a significant difference with the main effect of Gender. On the Physical Self-Description. boys were higher than girls in the scores of self-perceptions of physical activity, health, endurance, and sports competence. And Lean and Normal Groups were higher than the other Groups in the scores of self-perceptions of body fat, attractiveness, health, self esteem, flexibility, endurance, and global physical. Finally, body fat and self esteem showed high negative correlation coefficients with social physique anxiety for both boys and girls.

      • 자동차차체 및 부품제조업 산업장의 작업환경실태에 관한 조사 연구

        Objectives: For the purpose of preparing the fundamental data and control the working environment and assessing the status of working environmental in manufacturing industry of bodies for motor car and of parts. Methods and Materials: Accessories for motor car and its engines the auther measured the noise level, concentration of dust, heavymetals, organic solvents, chemicals to 99 industries(24 working processes) form Feb. 2000 to Oec. 2000. Results: The results were as follows : 1. Mean noise level cutting, grinding, pressing, foundries and shot-blast was exceeded to threshold limit value(TLV) of noise. 2. Mean concentration of total dust was not exceeded to TLV. 3. Mean concentration of Mn in welding process and Pb in drying, welding, fabricating, rolling was exceeded to TLV. 4. Mean concentration for chemicals and organic solvents were not exceeded to TLV. 5. Mean concentration of dust and heavymetals were statistical significant difference between with local ventilation system and without local ventilation system. Conclusion: Above results, author suggest to prepare more passively control to working environment where exceeded the TLV.
