국가별 인증사례 비교를 통한 LEED-ND 평가항목 반영률 분석
안동준,강준경 대한건축학회지회연합회 2021 대한건축학회연합논문집 Vol.23 No.2
As climate change and environmental destruction are becoming more serious globally, many countries have established and implemented green building certification systems to create an sustainable and environment-friendly urban space. There are LEED in the U.S., GBTool in Canada, BREEAM in the U.K., and CASBEE in Japan, and the Green Building Certification System has been established in Korea since 2000, which has been renamed as G-SEED(Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design). Green building certification systems are concentrated on individual buildings for the most countries, and certification in urban design levels or similar actions are at just beginning stage globally. In this study, the certified cases by LEED-ND(Neighborhood Development), first introduced in 2009 in the US as a pilot program, are examined to find out green characteristics of different countries by comparing certified cases in China and US which were evaluated under the same certification criteria. The results showed both countries have similar trends for the most part, however there were some issues that was affected from social and cultural differences. The findings from the this study will contribute to identify global trends on sustainable strategies for urban design and neighborhood development projects.

This study aims to review the basic discussion for the construction of office index. Research index and evaluation benchmark index differ in sources of raw input data as well as the optimal index construction methodologies between the two types of indices. Based on the examination of NCREIF Property Index and IPD, the study suggest the future references for the only official office index in Korea provided by the Ministry of Land Transport and Marine Affairs. The discussion about what factors of value change should be included in office index is needed to be based upon the appraisal theory. Also research on how to minimize the appraisal smoothing bias in the office index is needed because appraisal-based index has a tendency to have an appraisal smoothing bias resulted from the attribute of office appraisal and smoothing bias which may incur a mistake in decision-making process related with real estate market movement and real estate return. This research can contribute to construct and to make use of office index efficiently.
Pseudorabies Virus 의 Major Capsid Protein 유전자의 클론닝과 Baculovirus Vector System에 의한 발현

Pseudorabies is caused by Pseudorabies virus (PRV: Aujeszky's disease virus) of Herpesviridae that is characterized by 100 to 150nm in size with a linear double-stranded DNA molecule with of approximately 90 X 10'Da. This disease affects most of domestic animals such as swine, cattle, dog, sheep, cat, chicken, etc. causing high mortality and economic losses. In swine, young piglets show high mortality and pregnant sows, reproductive failures. However the adult swine reveals no clinical signs in general. But they become a carrier state and play an important role for propagation of the disease. In this study, the nucleotide sequence of major casid protein gene of PRV, Yangsan strain isolated from the diseased swine in Korea was analyzed, and the recombinant MCP was produced by expression of the MCP gene in Sf-9 cell using baculovirus transfer vector system. As result, in BamHI digestion, MCP gene locus of PRV YS strain showed different from that of Indiana S strain. The patterns of enzyme mapping were also found to be unidentical each other. The sequence of the MCP gene partially analyzed showed 98.09% identity to Indiana S strain. 1he expression of MCP in Sf-9 cell cotransfected by pVLMCP-44 baculovirus expression vector was characterized by Southern blot hybridization, immunofluoresent and immunocytochemical tests, SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. The rMCP with M.W. 142kDa was most effectively expressed in Sf-9 cells at the 3-4th days post inoculation of the recombinant baculovirus by 2 moi.
