        한국인 직무 스트레스 측정도구의 개발 및 표준화

        Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

        암세포 증식에 대한 YB-1 안티센스 올리고핵산염의 영향

        목적: YB-1은 PCNA, DNA 중합효소 및 MDR 유전자 등의 전사인자로 작용한다. YB-1 유전자는 정상 어른의 간에서는 발현되지 않지만 태아의 간이나 재생 중인 간에서는 발현이 현저히 증가되어서 세포의 증식과 밀접한 관련이 있음이 보고되었다. 본 연구에서는 YB-1 유전자의 안티센스 올리고핵산염을 이용하여 YB-1의 발현을 억제함으로써 암세포 증식을 차단 할 수 있는지를 실험하고 암치료를 위한 유전자 요법으로서의 가능성을 알아보았다. 방법: 세포주로는 Chang liver, HepG2, CT-26 세포를 사용하였고, 사람의 정상세포로는 섬유아세포와 내피세포가 혼재된 조직을 사용하였다. YB-1 유전자의 안티센스 올리고핵산염으로는 YB-1 cDNA의 변역 시작 부위에 상보적인 21mer 올리고핵산염을 제작하여 사용하였다. 세포의 성장은 MTT assay를 이용하였고, 유전자 발현은 Northern blot으로 분석하였으며, 세포주기 변화는 propidium iodide로 염색하여 유식세포분석기로 분석하였다. 동물실험에서는 CT-26 세포를 1.0×10(5)개씩 Balb/c 생쥐의 피하에 접종하여 종양을 유도하였다. 종양이 유도된 Balb/c 생쥐에 YB-1 안티센스 올리고핵산염을 꼬리정맥이나 종양조직에 주사한 후 종양의 크기를 측정하여 종양억제 효과를 관찰하였다. 결과: YB-1 안티센스 올리고핵산염은 CT-26 세포에서는 50 nM 이상 농도에서 Chang liver와 HepG2 세포에서는 10 nM 이상 농도에서 세포주의 성장을 강하게 억제하였지만 정상 조직세포의 성장에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 않았다. 안티센스 올리고핵산염을 DOTAP에 담지한 경우 세포성장 억제에 미치는 효과가 안티센스 올리고핵산염 단독 처치 보다 강하였다. 이때 YB-1의 발현은 증식이 억제된 세포주(Chang liver 및 CT-26)에서는 감소하였으나 정상조직세포에서는 변화가 없었다. 증식이 억제된 세포주에서 세포주기를 살펴보면 초기에 S phase가 감소함을 관찰 할 수 있었다. 꼬리정맥이나 종양조직에 YB-1 안티센스 올리고핵산염을 주입 시 종양의 크기가 유의하게 감소하였다. 결론: 이상의 실험 결과 YB-1 안티센스 올리고핵산염은 암세포의 성장을 저해하며 종양 동물모델에서 종양의 성장을 억제할 수 있음을 시사하였다. Background: Human YB-1 is a transcription factor that binds to the inverted CCAAT box in the promoter region of a variety of genes such as PCNA, DNA polymerase and MDR. In this study we evaluated the effect of YB-1 antisense oligonucleotides on tumor cell growth. Methods: Chang liver, HepG2 and CT-26 cells were cultured as immortalized cell lines. The MTT (3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl] 2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay, Northern blot and flow cytometric analyses were used to determine cell growth, gene expression and cell cycle changes. In an animal model, CT-26 cells were injected into Balb/c mice to induce tumor; YB-1 antisense oligonucleotides were injected into the tail vein or tumor tissue of the mice; change of tumor size was then measured. Results: Phosphorothioated YB-1 antisense oligonucleotides suppressed the proliferation of the immortalized liver cells (Chang liver cells) and a variety of cancer cells (HepG2 and CT-26 cells); however, it did not inhibit normal cell growth. The DOTAP/antisense oligonucleotide mixture showed stronger effects on cell proliferation than did the antisense oligonucleotide alone. The YB-1 antisense oligonucleotide decreased specific expression of the YB-1 mRNA in the immortalized cancer cell lines. Flow cytometric analysis revealed that the inhibition of cell proliferation might have been due to a decrease in the S phase of the cell cycle. We found that in an animal tumor model, the administration of the YB-1 antisense oligonucleotide, in the vein or tumor tissues, decreased the tumor size significantly. Conclusions: These results suggest that the YB-1 antisense oligonucleotide may inhibit growth of a variety of cancer cells.(Korean J Med 71:293-301, 2006)

        Causes and Predictive Factors Associated with “Diagnosis Changed” Outcomes in Patients Notified as Tuberculosis Cases in a Private Tertiary Hospital

        Background: The aim of our study was to evaluate the “diagnosis changed” rate in patients notified as tuberculosis (TB) on the Korean TB surveillance system (KTBS). Methods: A total of 1,273 patients notified as TB cases on the KTBS in one private tertiary hospital in 2011 were enrolled in the present study. Patients were classified into three groups: “diagnosis maintained”, “diagnosis changed” (initially notified as TB, but ultimately diagnosed as non-TB), and “administrative error” (notified as TB due to administrative errors). Results: Excluding 17 patients in the “administrative error” group, the “diagnosis maintained” and “diagnosis changed” groups included 1,097 (87.3%) and 159 patients (12.7%), respectively. Common causes of “diagnosis changed” were nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) disease (51.7%, 61/118), and pneumonia (17.8%) in cases notified as pulmonary TB, and meningitis (19.5%, 8/41) and Crohn`s disease (12.2%) in cases notified as extrapulmonary TB. Being older than 35 years of age (odds ratio [OR], 2.18) and a positive acid-fast bacilli stain (OR, 1.58) were positive predictors and a TB-related radiological finding (OR, 0.42) was a negative predictor for a “diagnosis changed” result via multivariate logistic regression analysis in pulmonary TB cases. Conclusion: Because of a high “diagnosis changed” rate in TB notifications to the KTBS, the TB incidence rate measured by the KTBS may be overestimated. Considering the worldwide trend toward increased NTM disease, the “diagnosis changed” rate may increase over time. Thus, when reporting the annual TB notification rate in Korea, the exclusion of “diagnosis changed” cases is desirable.

        충주시 고등학생의 최근 4년간(1988-2001) B형간염 표면항원 및 항체 양성률 조사

        Objective : Since Korea has been known to be of the endemic area for hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection, vaccination for HBV has been recommended for all neonates in Korea. After starting vaccination in 1983, the change of sero-positivity of HBsAg and HBsAb is expected. This study was carried out to investigate the seropositive rate of hepatitis B virus surface antigen and antibody in high school freshmen students in Chungju-city. Methods and Materials : From 1998 to 2001, a total of 11,735 who were born in 1982 to 1986, were enrolled in this study. HBsAg and anti-HBs were tested by reversed passive hemagglutination and passive hemagglutination, respectively. Results : The study population was 11,735 students who were composed of 5,813 males (49.6%) and 5,914 females (50.4%). The HBsAg sero-positivity of male and female students was 3.25% (n=381) and 2.59% (n=153) respectively. The anti-HBs sero-positivity of male and female students was 62.2% (n=3,154) and 64.1% (n=2,969) respectively. There are significant difference observed in comparison of HBsAg and anti-HBs seropositivity according to sex (p<0.05). From 1982 to 1986 on birth year, anti-HBs sero-positivity has been increased significantly from 63.3% to 73.3%. But the change of HBsAg sero-positivity has not been changed significantly. Conclusions : As compared with previous studies of HBsAg and anti-HBs, the sero-positive rate of HBsAg has not been changed but that of HBsAb has been increased significantly. This result revealed that the effect of HBV vaccination program was successful.

        가치기반 및 잠재프로파일을 통한 로보택시 사용자 수용성 평가

        최근 교통 분야에 정보통신기술과 인공지능, 빅데이터 등과 같은 혁신 기술이 융·복합되면서 자율주행자동차를 비롯한 미래 모빌리티 시장을 선점하기 위한 치열한 경쟁이 진행되고 있다. 자율주행자동차 분야의 파생된 서비스 사례로 대표적으로 전기차 기반의 로보택시가 있으며, 이는 자율주행자동차의 확산 및 다양한 사회적 변화를 이끌 잠재력을 보유하고 있다. 따라서 로보택시에 대한 상용화와 더불어 성공적으로 활성화하기 위해 중요한 전제조건은 이용자의 수용성을 기반으로 해야 한다는 점이다. 자율주행자동차와 같은 첨단기술을 이용하는 사람들의 수용성을 분석하기 위해 기술수용모델이 도입되었으며 최근에는 이를 확장하여 혜택과 희생 등을 전반적으로 고려한 가치기반수용모델이 적용되고 있다. 본 연구는 로보택시에 대한 사용자들의 수용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 가치기반수용모델을 통해 분석할 뿐만 아니라, 로보택시 수용 집단 내에서 각 요인들의 조합이 어떠한 특성을 보이고, 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 잠재프로파일분석을 통해 알아봄으로써 로보택시 서비스의 보급·확산에 도움이 되는 이론적, 실무적 지침 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 우선 로보택시 혜택과 희생 요인을 고려한 가치기반수용모델의 사용자 수용성 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 지각된 혜택, 지각된 희생과 차량공유서비스, 택시, 자율주행자동차와 자가용에 대한 선호를 독립변수로 선정하여, 경기도민을 대상으로 지각된 가치 및 수용 의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 또한, 로보택시 수용성 관련 가치기반수용모델 변수들을 대상으로 잠재프로파일분석을 수행하여 개별 문항 반응 패턴을 가지고 서로 비슷한 응답특성을 나타내는 것을 묶어 동일한 집단 혹은 그룹으로 유형화하고 상세 분석하였다. 본 연구는 자율주행기반 로보택시에 대한 수용성 연구가 부족한 상황에서 가치기반수용모델 및 잠재프로파일분석을 활용하여 로보택시 수용성 제고를 위한 요소들을 분석하였고 관련 시사점을 도출하였다. 따라서 로보택시의 수용성 확장을 위한 의미 있는 기초 연구로서 의의가 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 로보택시 서비스 활성화시 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. Recently, as innovative technologies such as information and communication technology, artificial intelligence, and big data have been converged and combined in the transportation field, fierce competition is underway to preoccupy the future mobility market, including autonomous vehicles. As a derived service case in the autonomous vehicle field, there is an electric vehicle-based Robo Taxi, which has the potential to lead to the spread of autonomous vehicles and various social changes. Therefore, an important prerequisite for successful activation along with commercialization of Robo Taxi is that it should be based on user acceptability. A Technology Acceptance Model has been introduced to analyze the acceptability of people using advanced technologies such as autonomous vehicles, and recently, a Value-based Adoption Model has been applied that considers benefits and sacrifices overall. The purpose of this study was to provide theoretical and practical guidelines to help spread and spread Robo Taxi by analyzing factors that affect users intention to accept Robo Taxi through Value-based Adoption Model as well as through Latent Profile Analysis to find out what characteristics and effects each combination of factors show and affects within the Robo Taxi adoption group. First, the factors influencing user acceptance of Value-based Adoption Model considering Robo Taxi benefits and sacrifice factors were analyzed. Perceived benefits, perceived sacrifice, vehicle-sharing services, taxis, self-driving cars, and preferences for private cars were selected as independent variables to confirm the impact on perceived value and adoption intention for Gyeonggi-do residents. In addition, Latent Profile Analysis was performed on Value-based Adoption Model variables related to Robo Taxi acceptance, and individual item response patterns and similar response characteristics were grouped into the same group or group and analyzed in detail. In the context of a lack of acceptance research on autonomous driving-based Robo Taxi, this study used Value-based Adoption Model and Latent Profile Analysis to analyze factors for enhancing Robo Taxi acceptance and draw relevant implications. Therefore, it is significant as a meaningful basic study for expanding the acceptability of Robo Taxi, and based on this, it is expected to be of great help in activating Robo Taxi services.

        Guest Editorial: The 38th ICROS Annual Conference (ICROS 2023)

        This special issue is dedicated to the papers that are extended from those originally submitted to the 38th ICROS Annual Conference (ICROS 2023), held in Sol Beach Hotel & Resort, Gangwon, Korea, from June 21 to 23, 2023. The objective is to establish a connection between the conference and IJCAS so that strong results from the annual conference can be published in IJCAS in a timely manner. Prof. Hyo-Sung Ahn, the Editor-in-Chief of IJCAS brought this idea to the organizing committee of ICROS. Motivated by Prof. Ahn’s idea, the organizing committee developed detailed guidelines. Call for paper for this special issue was announced in April 2023 and the interested authors are asked to contact the guest editor before the submission deadline to the conference. The authors are informed that their papers will undergo the standard review process of IJCAS and that they have four weeks to prepare the revision. The guest editors received 20 applications, and 15 papers have been received before the conference took place. The papers were handled by three associate editors who committed to make the review process fast without sacrificing the high standard of the journal. At the end of review process, the following seven papers were chosen for publication:1. “Compensated Motion and Position Estimation of a Cable-driven Parallel Robot Based on Deep Reinforcement Learning” by Huaishu Chen, Min-Cheol Kim, Yeongoh Ko, and Chang-Sei Kim*. 2. “Design of Humanoid Robot Foot to Absorb Ground Reaction Force by Mimicking Longitudinal Arch and Transverse Arch of Human Foot” by Jindeok Lee and Hyun-Min Joe*. 3. “Enhancing Low-light Images for Monocular Visual Odometry in Challenging Lighting Conditions” by Donggil You, Jihoon Jung, and Junghyun Oh*. 4. “Safe Trajectory Path Planning Algorithm Based on RRT* While Maintaining Moderate Margin From Obstacles” by Subin Lim and Sangrok Jin*. 5. “Connection Loss Detection Algorithm of Parallel-connected Cells Based on Change of Battery SOC” by Byeonggwan Jang, Hyoseo Choi, Wooyong Kim*, and Kyung-Soo Kim*. 6. “A Current Sensor Fault-detecting Method for Onboard Battery Management Systems of Electric Vehicles Based on Disturbance Observer and Normalized Residuals” by Wooyong Kim, Kunwoo Na, and Kyunghwan Choi*. 7. “Design and Verification of Early Unstable Stage Control Scheme for High-speed Underwater Launched AUV” by Chul Hyun. The guest editors would like to recommend that the editorial board of IJCAS continues to offer authors the opportunity for increased exposure by linking the upcoming annual conferences of ICROS with IJCAS.

      • 모악산도립공원 이용개발 및 보전관리 개선을 위한 기초 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the conservation management and using development of the Moak-san provincial park with special regards to natural and cultural environment. Recently, with the rapid increase of use about national and provincial parks as a area of outdoor recreation, our natural park faces a serious environmental problems. So the quality of outdoor recreation has been decreased. Therefore, The conservation methods of natural park and resourse are very important for the maintenance of natural and cultural environment. Kumoh-san was appointed at first as a provincial park in 1970. And 20 provincial parks are present now in Korea. Moak-san provincial park extends over 2 Shis and 1 Gun including Kimjea-Shi(28.22㎢), Wanju-Gun(10.69㎢) and Chonju-Shi(3.31㎢). It's location is at 127˚ 02' E and 35˚42' N. In its climate, the annual mean precipitation is 1134.3mm, and temperature is 12.0∼12.5℃. In this park area, mostly Buddhist cultral asserts are collectively preserved, such as the Kumsansa, Kuksinsa. Soowangsa and Daewonsa. Vegetation of Moak-san was investigated 440 species. The Fegaceae is main species. As remarkable thing of park use, the trail which make an effect on the park resource conservation and effect promotion of park use established but if asked thorohgh management, because of intense gully erosion phenomenon. Recently, in the direction of Kumsansa and Kui project is developing or planning, but in the direction of Chunginri project is not established yet, so we request the valance Moak-san total development pslan. In the development plan, rational harmony of development and conservation was pointed out the essense factor.

        폐장 유상피 혈관내피종 1예

        Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma(EH) is a rare vascular tumor of low-grade malignancy. It was previously described as intravascular bronchioloalveolar tumor (IVBAT). But electron microscopic study and immunohistochemical staining results have proved endothelial origin. Patients are usually asymptomatic and the tumors are found incidentally on routine chest X-rays. Most patients show a slowly progressive clinical course, even though some patients occasionally die as results of respiratory failure or extrathoracic complications. Confirmative diagnosis is made through thoracoscopic or open-lung biopsy. There is still no effective therapeutic modality for pulmonary EH. We have experienced a 55-year-old woman whose simple chest x-ray film revealed bilateral multiple small nodules. The nodules were histopathologically and immunohistochemically diagnosed as primary epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of the lung. The possibility of metastatic disease was excluded thorough clinical, laboratory and radiological studies. Comparison of radiographic chest film taken 3 years ago showed no significant progression of the pulmonary nodular lesions. Conservative management was instituted and careful 4 months follow-up showed no significant changes.
