        성인에서 발견된 십이지장 막양구조

        Duodenal obstruction is the third leading cause of intrinsic obstruction of the alimentary tract in the newborn, the other causes are imperforate anus and esophageal atresia. If the obstruction is incomplete, as with a fenestrated duodenal membrane, the presentation of the symptoms may be delayed and the diagnosis overlooked. And so they are rarely diagnosed in the adult. Diagnosis can be made by contrast duodenography but is more definitive with endoscopy. This is the first case report of a 21-year-old female with duodenal membrane, associated with incomplete rotation of intestine and uterus bicornis, diagnosed by hypotonic duodenography and endoscopy, preoperatively, and successfully treated with duodenoduodenostomy.

        Zn-0.3wt.% Al 합금의 초소성 변형에 따른 미세조직의 변화

        The superplastic deformation of Zn-0.3wt.%Al alloys were investigated at room temperature under various strain rate. These alloys were highly elongated up to 1400% at the initial strain rate of 2×10^(-4)/s, revealing the rate sensitivity parameter of about 0.4. In order to investigate the microstructural change during superplastic deformation, the transmission electron microscopy(TEM) studies were performed on the specimen elongated up to the 100% tensile strain at various strain rate. The microstructure was composed of zinc rich matrix phase, with 1㎛ in grain size, and Al rich second phases precipitated generally at grain boundaries and/or triple point. In region III(5×10^(-2)/s), the high density of dislocations were observed within the grains and deformation twins were also formed within the grains. In region II(2^*10^(-4)/s), however, the dislocations were highly localized along the grain boundaries and deformation twins were not observed. Observation of severe deformation along the grain boundaries and grain boundary migration(GBM) suggest that grain boundary sliding(GBS) is a dominant mechanism of superplastic deformation in this alloy.

        지하철의 사상사고 및 운전장애 분석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze death injuries and operation troubles of urban transit. No difference was shown in death rates between Line 1 of Pusan urban transit and Line 5, 7, and 8 of Seoul metropolitan transit. And relief time by another train did not depend upon the number of crews. We concluded that thorough inspection and preventive maintenance of trains and facilities are necessary for safe and timely service of urban transit.

        Mo 함유 Zr 합금의 인장 및 크리프 특성

        One of the major reasons for utilizing Zr-base alloys in nuclear reactors is its good resistance to creep. Tension and creep deformation behaviors of Zr-1Nb-1Sn-0.1Fe alloy (0%Mo alloy) and Zr-1Nb-1Sn-0.1Fe-0.5Mo (0.5%Mo alloy) were evaluated to investigate the effect of Mo addition on mechanical properties and anisotropy. The addition of Mo increased the tensile strength through solid solution hardening. Room and high temperature tensile strength of TD(transverse direction) specimens were higher than those of RD(rolling direction) specimens. The TD specimen of 0.5Mo alloy showed higher elongation at room temperature than the RD specimen due to lattice rotation resulted from twin deformation. The stress exponent, n, obtained in creep test lied between 2.3 and 4.5 in both RD and TD specimens and the viscous glide was the predominant mechanism in creep deformation. The 0.5%Mo alloy showed higher creep resistance than the one without Mo.

        조선업 협력업체의 안전관리 모델에 관한 연구

        Due to the work characteristics of shipyard industry, subcontractors are essential and employees of them consist of 25% of the total employee. Problems of their safety management are as follows; - obscurity of safety management responsibility - flimsiness of subcontractor's safety awareness - absence of ability to develop safety techniques and to provide safety equipments - lack of opportunity of safety education The purpose of this study is modelling safety management system of shipyard industry subcontractors to reduce industrial accidents by employees of subcontractors. A phased model contained organization and work responsibility of related departments, safety management planning and evaluation system, safe work supporting system, safety education supporting system.

      • 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 전기전도에 미치는 실리콘유의 영향

        Electrical conduction characteristics of low density polyethylene with a silicon-oil layer at the surface have been investigated at medium fields ranging from about 75 to 650 ㎸/㎝ over the temperature range of 20 to 100℃. The conduction current of polyethylene increases exponentially with the electric field and gets higher as the temperature increases. The observed conduction behavior was explained in term of the SCLC and tunneling effect. Activation energy ranges from 0.54 to 0.44 eV over the field range of 90∼450 ㎸/㎝ and the charge mobility was estimated from a Child law to be in the order of 10^(-16)∼10^(-14)㎡/V·s. Silicone oil layer modifies the conduction behaviors in polyethylene. Major changes are (1) an increase in conduction currents, (2) a suppression in a rate of change of conduction currents, and (3) a decrease in activation energy.

        Low drift pH-ISFET is presented in this paper. Ta_(2)O_(5), known as a good pH sensing membrane, was formed by sol-gel method on Si_(3)N_(4)/SiO_(2) gate of pH-ISFET. It has been reported that the drift of the pH-ISFET is caused by the surface deterioration or hydration of sensing membrane. Hydration is resulted from diffusion of ions into the sensing membrane. It is reported that Ta205 film does not show surface deterioration but hydration while Si_(3)N_(4) film is not hydrated but its surface is deteriorated. Therefore, ultra thin(about 100Å) Ta_(2)O_(5) sensing membrane was formed by sol-gel method on the Si3N4to shorten the hydration time. The fabricated Ta205 pH-ISFET showed good sensitivity(58~59 mV/pH) in a wide pH range(pH3~11) as well as very low drift (0.06 pH/day)

        몰리브덴인산화물에서의 3- 피콜린의 가암모니아 산화반응 속도론

        수용액상에서 몰리브덴산암모늄염과 인산의 반응으로 P/Mo=1.0의 비율을 가진 몰리브덴인산화물을 제조하였다. 제조한 몰리브덴인산화물을 촉매로 사용하여 상압하에서 3-피콜린의 가암모니아 산화반응을 수행하였으며, 3-피콜린, 산소, 암모니아의 각각의 분압과 반응온도의 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 실험조건하에서 촉매활성은 반응 300시간까지는 계속적인 활성증가가 있었고 이후 500시간까지 안정상태를 유지하였다. 안정화 상태에서의 3-피콜린의 반응 속도식은 -r=kP₃_pP^0_(NH₃) P^γ_(o₂)[γ=0.2;0.25≤P_(o₂)(㎪)≤:5γ=0;5≤P_(o₂)(㎪)]으로 3-피콜린에 대해서는 1차, 암모니아에 대해서는 0차이었으며, 산소에 대해서는 0차와 0.2차로 구간에 따라 차이가 있었다. 3-피콜린의 전환율 증가에 따라 3-시아노피리딘의 선택도가 증가하였으며 동시에 아미드와 산의 선택도는 감소하였다. Molybdenum phosphate(P/Mo=1.0) has been synthesized with ammonium molybdate and phosphoric acid under aqueous solution. The kinetics of ammoxidation of 3-picoline over the molybdenum phosphate catalyst were investigated with the variation of reaction temperature and partial pressure of 3-picoline, oxygen, and ammonia, respectively at atmospheric pressure. The catalytic activity was increased until 300 hrs on stream and then maintained until 500 hrs on stream under our experimental conditions, At the steady-state conditions, the rate equation of 3-picoline ammoxidation was shown as -r=kP₃_pP^0_(NH₃) P^γ_(o₂)[γ=0.2;0.25≤P_(o₂)(㎪)≤:5γ=0;5≤P_(o₂)(㎪)]. The correlation between the conversion of 3-picoline and the selectivity of 3-cyanopyridine had the proportional relationship. As the selectivity of 3-cyanopyridine increases, the selectivity of amide and acid decreases.

      • 하기도 감염증 환자의 치료에 있어서 Ceftibuten과 Cefaclor의 유효성 및 안전성 비교평가를 위한 임상시험

        Ceftibuten은 β-acyl side chain에 carboxye-thylidine moiety를 가진 aminothiazolyl cephalosporin으로, 전형적인 plasmid β-lactamase 및 새로운 TEM 효소에 대하여 구조적이 안정성과 경구 복용시의 흡수 정도가 향상되었다. 다른 3 세대 경구용 cephalosporin과 마찬가지로 항균력이 비경구용 cephalosporin와 비슷하고 약력학적으로는 더 우수하기 때문에 외래 환자들의 하부 호흡기계 감염에 비경구용 약제의 차선책으로 사용이 가능하다. 본 연구에서 병원외에서 발생한 하부 호흡기계 감염을 대상으로 ecftibuten과 cefaclor를 투여한 결과 임상 양상은 모두 치료후에 호전되었다. 임상적으로 유효한 cure와 improvement의 예는 ceftibuten군에서 89.7%, cefaclor군은 87.5%씩 이었고 양군간에 유의한 차이는 없었다. 세균학적으로 ceftibuten 군에서 elimination이 더 많았으나 역시 양군간에 유의한 차이는 없었다. Ceftibuten군중 3.0%, cefaclor군은 7.4%에서 부작용이 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과로써 ceftibuten은 병원외에서 발생한 하부 호흡기계 감염에 대하여 외래에서 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 항생제라고 생각된다. Ceftibuten is the aminothiazolyl cephalosporin, which contains a carboxyethylidine moiety at position 7 of the β-acyl side chain. The provides β-lactamase stability against both the classic plasmid β-lactamases, and also the new TEM enzymes, and excellent absorption by the oral route. Because, similarly to other oral third-generation cephalosporins, ceftibuten has the expanded antimicrobial spectrum like parenteral third-generation cephalosporins and better pharmacokinetic properties, it may be a good alternative against lower respiratory tract infection, mainly in the outpatient setting. In this study, we examined the efficacy and safety of ceftibuten in the patients with the community-acquired lower respiratory tract infection. We administrated ceftibuten or cefaclor in randomized comparative manner. Clinical manifestations were improved in both groups and overall effective rates were 89.7% in ceftibuten group and 87.5% in ceftclor group with no significant difference. Most isolated pathogens were eliminated by ceftibution such as Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae and so on, even though cases were not sufficient. There was no serious adverse effect by ceftibuten. Conclusively, ceftibuten was thought to be an effective oral antobiotic against community-acquired lower respiratory tract infection in the outpatient setting.
