        정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용한 과학학습지도안 개발과 효과에 관한 연구 -10학년 과학 생식 단원을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of ICT on tenth grade students` understandings of and attitude toward reproduction. The subject of the study was 8 classes of 267 students. Four classes learned with help of ICT, but another four classes learned on the basis of a textbook. Understanding of reproduction and the attitude were assessed using a written test and a survey, respectively. The ICT was found to be effective to foster understanding of reproduction concepts and consciousness toward human reproduction. Discussions in the web enabled students get some feedbacks on their preconceptions from other students.

        임신 중 발생한 객혈로 인한 전폐허탈

        Pregnancy induces many physiologic changes, and it can cause hemoptysis in relation to the underlying or potential pulmonary diseases. Although hemoptysis is not a frequent event during pregnancy, a thorough search for its etiology and then immediate management should be initiated for a case of massive hemoptysis to avoid serious adverse effects on both the fetus and the mother. Most hemoptysis events during pregnancy are related to well known etiologies, but there are a few reported cases of hemoptysis in pregnant women who are without any underlying lung lesion. We report here on a case of a pregnant woman with total lung collapse due to hemoptysis, and a thorough search for the etiology after delivery could not reveal any etiology.

        학교행정가 핵심역량강화 프로그램 개발을 위한 요구분석

        이 연구는 학교행정가의 핵심역량 강화를 위한 교육 프로그램 개발을 위하여 초·중등학교 교직원을 대상으로 10가지 핵심역량 교육내용의 중요성 및 필요성에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 학교급별, 직위별, 교직경력별로 분석한 결과, 중요성의 정도는 5점 만점에 평균 4.07로 대체적으로 높은 중요성 인식을 보이고 있었으며, 필요성 인식의 실태는 5점 만점에 평균 3.78로 대체적으로 보통 수준이상으로 필요하다는 인식을 보이고 있었다. 연구 결과를 통해 학교행정가 핵심역량 강화를 위한 교육내용에 대한 현장의 요구가 그 중요성과 필요성의 측면에서 볼 때 높게 나타나고 있었으며 이론 과목의 중요성과 함께 교육 프로그램 개발에 있어서 실행 과목 및 현장경험에 대한 교육 요구에 대한 적극적인 고려를 해야 할 필요가 있다는 점을 시사받을 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perspectives of teachers, vice-principals, principals, and school staff on the importance and necessity of the content of the program that aims to enhance school administrators' core abilities. For this purpose, first, we identified 10 core abilities that constitute the school administrator's leadership. Second, we developed the contents of the program that intended to enhance these 10 core abilities. Finally, we conducted a survey research, including teachers, vice-principals, principals, and school staff with various years of experiences in elementary and secondary schools in Korea to investigate whether and to what extent they considered these contents important and necessary for school administrators. The findings show that teachers, vice-principals, principals, and school staff consider the program contents very important and necessary for school administrators. In particular, they responded that to enhance the school administrators' core abilities the program must provide theory, practice, and field experiences in balance. While the current programs tend to place a heavy emphasis on the theory, this result implies the need for the program providing more courses on the practice and field experiences.

        비납계 (Bi<sub>0.5</sub>Na<sub>0.5</sub>)TiO<sub>3</sub>-BaTiO<sub>3</sub> 강유전 세라믹 재료의 유전 및 압전 특성

        The structural, piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties of $(1-x)(Bi_{0.5}Na_{0.5})TiO_3$ x=0.00, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, and 0.10) ceramics were investigated. A gradual change in the crystal and microstructures with tile increase of $BaTiO_3$ (BT) concentration was observed. The $(Bi_{0.5}Na_{0.5})TiO_3$ (BNT) samples show unusual properties as ferroelectric relaxer materials. We observed a phase transition in BNT solid solutions with BT having normal ferroelectric phase transition. At room temperature, BNT presents a single phase without the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB). In the case of samples doped with $4\~8 mol\%$ BT, rhombohedral-tetragonal MPB was formed and the piezoelectric properties were improved.

        한국인 직무 스트레스 측정도구의 개발 및 표준화

        Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

        학교행정가의 리더십과 핵심역량에 대한 인식 연구

        21세기 지식정보화 사회는 전통적인 학교교육의 변혁을 요구한다. 이에 학교교육 개혁을 성공적으로 이끌어 나아갈 수 있는 교원의 리더십 특히 학교행정가의 리더십이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 그렇다면 지식정보화 사회에서 요구되는 학교행정가의 리더십이란 무엇이며 어떤 역량을 포함하는가? 본 연구는 학교행정가의 리더십과 핵심역량에 대한 선행연구가 학교 현장과는 유리된 채 이론적, 당위적 수준에 그치고 있다는 문제의식에서 출발하여 학교행정가의 리더십을 구성하는 핵심역량이 무엇인가에 대한 교사, 교감, 교장, 행정실장 및 서무부장의 인식을 파악하고 이들 집단의 인식을 비교 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 우선 문헌연구를 통해 리더십에 대한 관점과 개념의 변화를 고찰하였고 변혁적 리더십 관점에 기초하여 학교행정가가 갖추어야 할 핵심역량으로 교육적 리더십, 학교 계획 및 조직, 학교교육과정 편성 및 운영, 학교운영, 인적자원 개발, 학교재정 관리, 교육법 이해 및 집행, 학교교육정책 이해, 학교·학부모 및 지역사회 협력, 정보통신기술 활용과 같은 열 가지 역량을 도출하였다. 문헌연구를 통해 도출된 핵심역량에 대한 학교 현장의 관점을 알아보기 위해 초·중·고등학교 교직원을 대상으로 10대 핵심역량의 중요도와 현재 실행정도에 대해 설문조사를 수행하였다. 설문조사에는 144개 학교의 교직원 1,136명이 참여하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perspectives of teachers, vice-principals, and school staff on school administrators' leadership and core abilities. For this purpose, first, we examined the perspectives and concepts of school administrator's leadership and identified 10 core abilities that constitute the school administrator's leadership. Second, we developed a questionnaire to investigate the perspectives of teachers, vice-principals, and school staff on to what extent the 10 core abilities are important and whether their school administrators actually exert these 10 core abilities. Finally, we conducted a survey research, including teachers, vice-principals, and school staff with various years of experiences in elementary and secondary schools in Korea. The findings show that teachers, vice-principals, principals, and school staff consider the 10 core abilities very important for school administrators. However, they perceive that school administrators, in reality, do not exert the 10 core abilities as much as they think these abilities are important. In particular, teachers rated school administrators' leadership relatively low compared to principals, vice-principals, and school staff. The difference between their perception on the importance and exertion of 10 core abilities indicates the need for programs that promote the development of 10 core abilities for school administrators and consequently support the development of school administrator's leadership.

        培養 脊髓 運動神經細胞에서 메틸수은에 對한 Vitamin E의 影響에 關한 硏究

        메틸수은의 신경독성을 조사하기 의하여 생쥐의 배양 척수 운동신경세포를 여러 농도의 메틸수은에서 24시간 동안 배양한 후 MTT 분석법과 신경세사효소면역분석법으로 세독성을 분석하였으며, 또한 메틸수은에 신경세포에 대한 항산화제인 vitamin E의 방어효과를 조사하였다. 메틸수은은 처리한 농도와 시간에 비례하여 척수 운동세포의 생존율을 현저히 감소시켰다. 항산화제의 방어효과에 있어서는 vitamin E가 메틸수은에 의해서 유도된 신경독성을 방어하였다. 위의 결과로부터 메틸수은은 생쥐의 배양 척수 운동신경세포에 신경독성을 나타냈으며 vitamin E와 같은 선택적인 항산화제가 메틸수은의 독성을 방어하는데 매우 효과적이다. In order to evaluate the neurotoxic effect of methylmercuric chloride(MMC) on cultured mouse spinal motor neurons. cytotoxic effect was measured by MTT assay and neurofilament enzymeimmunoassay(EIA) after cultured mouse spinal motor neurons were incubated with various concentrations of MMC for 24 hours. The neuroprotective effect of antioxidant, vitamin E against MMC-mediated nurotoxicity was also examined in these cultures. MMC decreased cell viability of cultured mouse spinal motor neurons remarkably in a dose-and time-dependent manners. In protective effect of antioxidant, vitamin E was remarkably effective in blocking the neurotoxicity induced by MMC in MTT assay and neurofilament enzymeimmunoassay. From these results, it is regarded that MMC induce neurotoxicity, and the selective antioxidant such as vitamin E is very effective in blocking MMC-mediated neurotoxicity on cultured mouse spinal motor neurons
