.Esophageal schwannoma is a very rare neoplasm. The differentiation of schwannoma from the other submucosal tumors such as GISTs or leiomyoma is very difficult to do on the preoperative examination with performing esophagoscopy and computed tomography. The diagnosis is generally not confirmed until the histologic and immunohistochemical tests of the tumor are performed. A 38-year-old man presented to us with neck discomfort. The endoscopy showed a middle esophageal submucosal tumor that measured 12 mm in size and there were no mucosal changes. The endoscopic ultrasonography showed a tumor in the muscluaris mucosa layer without lymphadenopathy. After band ligation of the lower part of the tumor, it was removed by performing endoscopic mucosal resection and using a snare. A definitive diagnosis of esophageal benign schwannoma was made from the pathologic findings, which included positive immunohistochemical staining for S-100 protein and negative staining for C-kit, CD34 and actin. We report here on an esophageal benign schwannoma that was removed by endoscopic mucosal resection. 식도 신경집종은 드문 종양으로 수술 전 내시경 검사 및 영상 검사 만으로 위장관 기질종양이나 평활근종 등 다른 점막하 종양과 감별하기는 어렵다. 따라서 대부분 수술 절제 후 종양의 조직검사 및 면역조직화학 염색을 통하여 진단이 이루어진다. 크기가 작고 병변이 점막층 및 점막하층에 국한된 경우 내시경 절제가 가능할 것으로 기대되나 아직까지 내시경 절제로 치유된 증례는 극히 드물다. 38세 남자 환자가 목불편감을 주소로 내원하여 실시한 상부위장관 내시경 검사상 우연히 점막하 종양이 발견되었으며 초음파 내시경검사에서 중부식도에 약 12 mm 크기의 점막근층에서 기원하는 종양이 관찰되었다. 진단 및 치료를 위해 밴드 결찰술을 이용한 내시경 점막 절제술을 실시하였으며 종양은 면역조직화학검사에서 S-100 단백 염색에 양성이고 actin, c-kit (CD117), CD34 등에는 음성인 양성 신경집종으로 진단되었다. 저자들은 내시경 점막 절제술로 치유된 양성 식도 신경집종 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.

표고버선의 미토큰드리아는 설탕밀도 선형기울기 원심분리법으로 정제하여, 광감음성 mitochondrial ATPase의 유기물 효과, 광증감제 효과 및 파장변화에 따른 K 이온의 유입효과를 실험하였다. 1.이 효소는 10mmol dithiothreitol, 및0.1mmol quinacrine에 의하여 각각 139% 및 128%의 활성도를 증가시켰다. 2.100ug의 oligomycin과 1mmol phlorizin은 이효소의 활성을 각각 48% 및 45%억제 시켰다. 3.광증감제인 0.1mmol phenazine methosulfate는 이 효소의 활성도를 36% 촉진시켰다. 4.K이온 유입 효과의 최적 파장은 690nm였고, 이때의 최적 pH 및 최적 온도는 각각 7.2 및 55%였다. The motochondrial ATPase activity was investigated by various wavelength illumination at dark state. The mitochlndrial ATPase was activated 139% and 128% by 10mmol dithiotheitol and 0.1mmol quinacrine, respectively. This enzyme also was activated 36% by 0.1mmol phenazine, methoulfate as photosensitizer. But 100ug oligomycin and 1mmol phlorizin ingibited activited activity of enzyme to 48% and 45%, respectively. Its optimum wavelength was 690nm on the effect of K ion influx, its optimum pH and temperature were found to be 7.2 and 55℃.

표고버섯의 미토콘드리아는 설탕 농도 44~50% 사이에서 분리 정제 되었다. 파장 변화에 따른 미토콘드리아성 ATPase의 비활성도는 680nm 파징에서 가장 증가하였다. 680nm에서 빛 조사 시간 변화에 따른 활성도는 5분 동안 조사 하였을 때 가장 증가 하였다. 최적 광조건(680nm 5분)에서 조사한 이 효소의 최적 pH 및 최적 온도는 7.5와 59℃였다. 최적 광조건에서 얻은 이 효소는 Fe³, Fe², Mg², K 및 Ca²이온에 의하여 활성화 되었고, Na이온에 의하여 억제 되었다. The mitochondrial ATPase activity was stimulated 1.6 fold by 680 nm illumination compared with dark control group. The mitochondrial ATPase activity of different light illumination time at 680 nm was stimulated 2.3 fold at 5 minutes compared with dark control group. Its optimum pH and temperature were found to be 7.5 and 59℃ after illumination for 5 minutes at 680 ㎚. The mitochondrial ATPase activity was activated by 5 mmol Fe^(3+), 0.1 mmol Fe^(2+), 0.1 mmol Mg^(2+), 0.5 mmol K^+, and 0.1 mmol Ca^(2+) ion. But, the enzyme was inhibited by 5 mmol Na^+ ion.
