        석유화학공장 방류수내 난분해성 유기물의 Fenton 산화처리

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the partial oxidation of the biological treatment plant effluents using Fenton's reagent as a pretreatment step prior to a tertiary biological oxidation of these effluents. Fenton's reagent was evaluated as a pretreatment process for inhibitory or refractory organics. Based on the Fenton oxidation system, the petrochemical wastewater treatment plant effluent was shown to have significant improvement in toxicity after oxidation with hydrogen peroxide. For example, at range of 42∼184 ㎎/L COD of petrochemical plant effluents, the COD removal efficiencies were from 38.2% to 60.1% after reaction with hydrogen peroxide 200 ㎎/L and Fe^2+ 100 ㎎/L and reaction time was 30 minutes. The total TOC reduction were about 15.8∼22.4% with same test condition and difference between the overall removal rate and BOD/COD ratio after Fenton's oxidation estabilished in the biodegradation and otherwise meets the discharge standard or reuse for cooling tower make-up water.

        SAC 매체를 이용한 고정생물막 반응기에 의한 하수의 유기물질과 암모니아성 질소의 동시제거

        A fixed-film biological reactor(FFBR) packed with SAC(Synthetic Activated Ceramic) media was tested to investigate the removal efficiency of both organic matter and ammonia of raw sewage and final effluent of J municipal wastewater treatment plant in Pusan. The influent to the wastewater treatment plant of the city of Pusan consists of typical municipal wastewater and the discharges of industrial works and sanitary landfill leachate. Experiments were performed to evaluate the removal efficiencies of chemical oxygen demand(COD_(Cr)) and ammonia in two lab-scale FFBR by increasing COD_(Cr), loading rate from 0.85㎏/㎥/day to 1.24㎏/㎥/day and NH₄^+-N loading rate from 0.24㎏/㎥/day to 0.48㎏/㎥/day in case that raw sewage were used as substrate. In case of final effluent as substrate, the FFBR demonstrated of achieving 28.3∼33.4% removal efficiencies of COD_(Cr) at the COD_(Cr) loading rates of 0.28∼0.55㎏/㎥/day and 67.0∼85.3% removal efficiencies of NH₄^+-N at the NH₄^+-N loading rates of 0.13∼0.38㎏/㎥/day. The results of the research showed that a fixed-film biological reactor(FFBR) packed with SAC media could be applicable for treatment of raw sewage and final effluent since the process is, compared to the conventional activated sludge process, more effective at the sewage including high NH₄^+-N loading rates.

        Random Parameter를 이용한 지방부 무신호교차로 교통사고 예측모형개발

        기존의 고정모수를 이용한 가산모형은 관측되지 않은 이질성을 고려할 수 없으며, 계수값의 표준오차가 과소추정됨에 따라 과도한 t-값이 도출되어 모형의 신뢰성이 감소하게 된다. 또한 무신호교차로의 경우 자료 수집의 어려움과 정확한 분석과정의 통계적 한계로 신호교차로에 비해 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 Random Parameter를 이용한 가산모형을 구축하여 교통사고에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하고자 하였으며, 지방부 무신호교차로를 대상으로 하여 기존 연구들과의 차별성을 두고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 총 7개의 변수가 유의한 변수로 나타났고, 이 중 2개의 변수(횡단보도 유무, 제한 속도)가 확률적 변수로 나타났다. Previous count models using fixed parameter can not consider the unobserved heterogeneity, as the standard error of the count value is underestimated, excessive t-values are derived thereby reducing the reliability of the model. Also, the study of unsignalized intersections are inadequate because of the difficulty of collecting data and statistical limits for accurate analytical processes compared to the signalized intersections. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting traffic accidents by constructing the count model using random parameters, and it aimed to distinguish between existing studies based on the rural unsignalized intersections. As a result of the analysis, 7 variables were presented as significant variables, and 2 variables(presence of crosswalk, speed limit) were presented as random parameter.

        설화에 나타난 교육성취담의 특징과 의미

        본 연구의 목적은 우리 조상들이 생활 속에서 향유해온 문학인 설화 중,교육 활동을 통해 교육적 효과를 거두는 이야기인 교육성취담의 서사 전개 양상을 분석해보고 그 특징과 의미를 밝혀봄으로써 설화의 전승 집단인 우리 조상들의 교육관에 대해서 규명해보는 것이다. 먼저 많은 설화 중에서 교육이 직접적인 소재가 되고,인간을 인간답게 만드는 긍정적인 변화활동이라 할 수 있는 교육의 정의에 부합할 수 있는 설화를 추출해 보았다. 그리고 교육을 통해 긍정적인 성취를 이루는 이야기 몇 편을 뽑아 보았다. 다음으로 이들 이야기의 서사단락을 구분하고 그 전개 양상을 분석해 보았다. 그리고 이들을 첫째,긍정적인 스승의 모습,둘째,교육방법 변화에 의한 성공,셋째,바람직한 의식 변화 등으로 묶어서 ‘교육성취담’으로 유형화하였다. 그리고 이들 이야기들이 지니는 특징과 의미를 밝혀 보았다. 그 결과 교육성취담은 여러 지역에서 전승되면서 실제 인물이 등장하는 등의 개연적인 이야기로 구성되어 긍정적인 인간 형성,스승에 대한 끝없는 신뢰,교육 자체의 중요성 강조 등의 의미를 담고 있음을 밝힐 수 있었다. 이러한 연구를 통해 ‘교육성취담’은 스승에 대해 끊임없는 신뢰를 바탕으로 교육을 통해 긍정적인 인간이 형성될 수 있다는 설화의 전승 집단인 우리 조상들의 긍정적인 교육관이 반영되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. The goal of this study is to look into educational achievement story in the folktales which has material of 'education activity' among the folktales, the literature that our ancestor has enjoyed in their lives and to seek out of the peculiarity and the meaning and how our ancestor considered about 'education' through looking into the descriptive development phases of those folktales. First of all, I tried to abstract some narratives that corresponds to the justice of education which can be said positive transformation makes human being as human and has direct writing material of education. As a consequence, I could introduce several tales that have related with education directly. And I examined the development aspect with classification in description paragraph_wise of those tales. As a results, firstly positive character of teacher, secondly success by the transformation of educational mariner and thirdly advisable change of awareness and through all of them I could materialize 'educational achievement story'. For next, I analyzed those narratives's meanings and peculiarities. I could find out several result as first, positive human formation, second, unlimited trust on a teacher, and third, meaning of emphasis for importance of education itself and so on. By such a result, I could confirm that educational narratives were reflected our ancestor's spirit that a positive man can be formed by putting education itself which is based on the unlimited trust in the teacher as the object.

        잘 훈련된 운동 선수와 훈련되지 않은 성인의 근육 효소 비교

        Objective : The muscle enzymes which are CPK, LDH, and AST were increased during exercise and after exercise in blood and tissues. There is substaintial evidence that CPK, LDH, AST rise less in well physical trained men than untrained after exercise. But were not known well trained men base line level of CPK, LDH and AST. Therefore we would evaluate the difference of base line of CPK, LDH and AST between well trained men, national level athlete, and untrained men. Method : Control group was composed of 138 men and 146 women not taking any particular training. Trained athletes were divided upon amount of exercise. Experimental group 1 that took relatively less amount of exercise was composed of 34 national level shooting men athlete and 17 women. Experimental group 2 that took relatively more amount of exercise was composed of 25 national level judo men athlete and 19 women. We measured CPK, LDH and AST in the serum of control group and experimental group 1 and 2 after 16 hours rest. Result : CPK and LDH were significantly increased in the experimental group 1 and 2 compared to the control group(p<0.05). but AST were not significantly increased in the experimental group 1 and 2 compared to the control group(p<0.05). Conclusion : In order to understand between the base line level of muscle enzyme and training effect, more extensive long-term study would be necessary.
