中世國語 ‘-엣-’의 變化 硏究 - ‘-엣/에시->-엇/어시-’의 /y/ 脫落 現像을 中心으로 -

This study was drawn up to investigate the phenomenon of the deletion of glide /y/ occurring in the change of ‘-엣/에시->-엇/어시-’ in the Middle Korean. For this purpose, this study divided ‘-에시->-어시-’ as a change occurring in ‘inserted vowel ending type’ and ‘-엣->-엇-’ as a change occurring in ‘inserted consonant ending type’ to observed them. As a result of an examination of the patterns of change of ‘-엣-’ in the mid-15th century, it was found that the change of ‘inserted vowel ending type’ ‘-에시->-어시-’ was almost completed in the mid-15th century and that the change of ‘inserted consonant ending type’ ‘-엣->-엇-’ was just begun. Thus, this study proceeded with discussions under the assumption that the deletion of /y/ in ‘inserted vowel ending type’ ‘-에시-’ and the deletion of /y/ in ‘inserted consonant ending type’ ‘-엣-’ were made by different mechanisms. It was noted that the deletion of /y/ occurred by a phonetic factor in ‘inserted vowel ending type'.’ The reason was to resolve the difficulty of articulation according to a series of ‘off-glide /y/+palatal consonant.’ This phenomenon of the deletion of /y/ was not essential, but it had a great impact on the ‘inside of morpheme.’ It was noted that in ‘inserted consonant ending type,’ an analogical change occurred, drawn by the change of ‘inserted vowel ending type’ ‘-에시->-어시-.’ This study demonstrated that there was an effort to reduce the burden, simplifying the substitution to ‘-엇/어시-’ by dropping out /y/ from ‘inserted consonant ending type’ ‘-엣-’ with the aggravation of the burden of the lexicon for the substitution of ‘-엣/어시-’ occurring due to the ‘inserted vowel ending type’ deletion of /y/. 박정순, 2019, 중세국어 ‘-엣-’의 변화 연구, 183 : 145~170 본고는 중세국어의 ‘-엣/에시->-엇/어시-’ 변화에 나타나는 활음 /y/ 탈락 현상에 대한 고찰을 목적으로 작성되었다. 이를 위하여 본고는 ‘-에시->-어시-’의 변화를 ‘모음 어미 결합형’에서 나타나는 변화, ‘-엣->-엇-’을 ‘자음 어미 결합형’에서 나타나는 변화로 구분하여 관찰하였다. 본고는 ‘모음 어미 결합형’인 ‘-에시-’의 /y/ 탈락과 ‘자음 어미 결합형’인 ‘-엣-’의 /y/ 탈락이 각기 다른 기제에 의하여 이루어졌으리라는 추정 하에 논의를 진행하였다. ‘모음 어미 결합형’의 경우 음성적 요인에 의하여 /y/ 탈락이 이루어졌음을 알 수 있었다. 그 원인은 ‘하향성 활음 /y/+구개 자음’의 연쇄에 따른 조음의 어려움을 해소하기 위한 것이었다. 이러한 /y/ 탈락 현상은 필수적인 것은 아니지만 ‘형태소 내부’에서 큰 영향을 끼치고 있었다. ‘자음 어미 결합형’의 경우 ‘모음 어미 결합형’인 ‘-에시->-어시-’의 변화에 이끌린 유추적 변화가 일어난 것으로 보았다. ‘모음 어미 결합형’의 /y/ 탈락으로 인하여 발생한 ‘-엣/어시-’의 교체에 대한 어휘부의 부담이 가중됨에 따라, ‘자음 어미 결합형’인 ‘-엣-’의 /y/를 탈락시켜 ‘-엇/어시-’로 교체를 단순화시켜 그러한 부담을 줄이려는 노력이 있었음을 논증하였다.

The piping failure probability of the reactor coolant system in Kori unit 1 was evaluated considering stress corrosion cracking. The P-PIE program (Probabilistic Piping Integrity Evaluation Program) developed in this study was used in the analysis. The effect of some variables such as oxygen concentration during start up and steady state operation, and operating temperature, which are related with stress corrosion cracking, on the piping failure probabilities was investigated. The effects of leak detection capability, the size of big leak, piping loops, and reactor types on the piping failure probability were also investigated. The results show that (1) LOCA (loss of coolant accident) probability of Kori unit 1 is extremely low, (2) leak probability is sensitive to oxygen concentration during steady state operation and operating temperature, while not sensitive to the oxygen concentration during start up, and (3) the piping thickness and operating temperature play important roles in the leak probabilities of the cold leg in 4 reactor types having same inner diameter.
The Binding of Human CLIC1 with SEDL and Its Characterization in vitro

Full-length chloride intracellular channel protein 1 (CLIC1) is a member of the family of proteins related to bovine chloride intracellular channel p64. Mutations in the SEDL gene cause spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia tarda (SEDT), a rare X-linked chondrodysplasia. The link between the intracellular chloride channels and SEDL is an important step toward understanding their functional interplay. In the present study, CLIC1 protein was subcloned into the pGEX-KG vector and overexpressed in XL-1 blue cells. We developed a large-scale expression system composed of glutathione S-transferase (GST) fused with a 240-amino-acid CLIC1 protein in Escherichia coli. The soluble CLIC1 protein was successfully purified to homogeneity, and its purity, identity, activity and conformation were determined using SDS-PAGE, MALDI-MS, biophotometer and circular dichroism spectroscopic studies. The binding of both CLIC1 and SEDL proteins in vitro was detected by BIAcore biosensor and fluorescence measurements.
