생성형 모델 기반 이미지 변환 성능 향상을 위한 프롬프트 자동화 연구

Recent generative models are widely applied across various industries, with particular attention to text-to-image (T2I) and text guided image-to-image (TI2I) models in the field of image generation. TI2I models aim to preserve the structural characteristics of source images while applying semantic transformation based on prompt. However, existing methods rely on user prompts, leading to inconsistent results depending on the user’s proficiency and writing style. To address this issue, this paper proposes an automated prompt expansion system using Large-Language Model (LLM) to generate structure descriptions of source images. This approach ensures prompt consistency and mitigates structural distortion and semantic bias when performing TI2I using Stable Diffusion-based DDPM inversion.

The demand for platinum group metals (PGMs) as raw materials for various advanced industries has been growing due to their excellent physical and chemical properties. Since the mineral resources are confined to few countries, the secure supply of PGMs becomes an issue to related industries. Recently, domestic companies has been endeavored to recover PGMs from various secondary resources. Unfortunately, most of them suffer from the lack of refining technology. Unlike the mineral resources, the conventional refining technology is difficult to apply directly to secondary resources since they contain wide spectrum of metals, contents and form of the existence. In this paper, the refining process for PGMs currently in operation in a commercial factory is introduced. The solution chemistry, which is the basis of separation & purification, is described in terms of chloro-complex widely used in real processes. In addition, the minerals of PGMs, production, and application in various industries are also discussed briefly. The investigation and review of the technology trend would help to set up the R&D strategy to realize the recycling of PGMs from domestic secondary resources.
앙상블 학습을 이용한 DRAM 모듈 출하 품질보증 검사 불량 예측

DRAM 모듈은 서버(Server)등의 중요한 완제품에 사용됨으로 불량이 발생하면 막대한 손실이 발생하기 때문에 고객은 다양한 검사를 통해 적은 불량률의 제품 출하를 요구한다. 출하 품질보증을 위해 DRAM 모듈 출하 품질보증 검사(DRAM Module Outgoing Quality Assurance Inspection)를 하며 특히 이 검사는 제품의 고객출하 여부를 결정한다. 기업은 출하 품질보증 검사 이전에는 제품의 정상로트(Lot)와 불량로트를 확인할 수 없기 때문에 다량의 불량이 발생하면 샘플검사 비용과 불량률이 증가한다. 따라서 본 연구는 앙상블 학습으로 정상로트와 불량로트를 예측하는 분류공정 적용으로 출하 품질보증 검사의 불량률 감소를 목적으로 한다. 실제 반도체 DRAM 모듈 검사의 데이터를 사용한 실험결과 앙상블 학습인 배깅(Bagging)과 의사결정나무(C4.5)를 조합한 모델이 최대의 불량 감소율을 보였다.

본 연구의 목적은 피난 효율 최적화에 중점을 두고 복합상업시설 계획에서 용도에 따른 최적의 매장 배치를 위한 계획 방안 및 가이드라인을 도출하는 데 있다. 효율적인 시뮬레이션을 위해 IFC몰의 모듈화된 평면을 기반으로 시뮬레이션을 통해 매장의 용도에 따른 다양한 배치안을 분석하여, 다음과 같은 매장 배치 가이드라인을 도출했다. 첫째, 전체 공간에서 많은 면적을 차지하는 매장을 우선적으로 배치한다. 둘째, 피난 효율을 위해 대형 매장을 우선 배치하지 않아도 된다. 셋째, 시설의 층보다는 수직 코어와의 근접성이 더 중요하므로, 층수보다는 코어의 위치에 더 주의하는 것이 바람직하다. 이러한 가이드라인을 기존 IFC 몰 평면도에 적용하고, 분석을 통해 가이드라인의 실효성을 검증했다. 본 연구는 복합상업시설의 건축 계획뿐만 아니라 기존 건물의 리모델링에도 적용 가능하다는 점에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to derive the architectural guidelines for the optimal layout of tenants according to their use types during thearchitectural planning phase of multi-use commercial building with a focus on optimizing evacuation efficiency. For the efficient simulations,various layout alternatives for different use types of the tenants were analyzed through simulation based on the modularized plan of the IFCMall and the layout guidelines of tenants were derived as follows. First, prioritize the placement of tenants that occupy a significant area inthe overall space. Second, it is permissible not to prioritize placing large tenants favorably for evacuation. Third, proximity to the verticalcore of tenants is more crucial than the floor level of tenants, and it is advisable to be more responsive to the core location rather thanchanging floors. The derived guidelines were applied to the existing IFC mall floor plan, and the analysis was conducted to validate theeffectiveness of the guidelines. This study holds significance not only for the architectural planning phase of multi-use commercial buildingbut also for remodeling existing buildings. It emphasizes providing differentiated difficulty levels for evacuation based on each use types oftenants, enabling a more proactive response from an evacuation perspective.
Storage Engine들의 특징과 블록체인 데이터베이스에서의 도입효과 분석

이더리움 등의 어카운트 기반 블록체인(Account-based blockchain)에서는 MPT(Merkle Patricia Trie) 자료구조를 활용하여 상태 정보를 저장한다. 블록체인에서 MPT를 활용한 작업은 O(logN)의 시간 복잡도를 가지며, 이는 성능에 병목을 초래한다. 이를 개선하기 위해 스냅샷(Snapshot) 구조가 고안되어 읽기 시간은 O(1)로 단축되었으나, 쓰기 과정에서는 여전히 시간 병목이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 블록체인의 자료구조를 변경하지 않고 데이터베이스 스토리지 엔진(Storage Engine)을 교체하여 쓰기 시간을 개선하는 방안을 모색한다. 블록체인은 데이터베이스 스토리지 엔진에 데이터 정보를 저장하며, 대표적인 스토리지 엔진으로는 LevelDB, RocksDB, Pebble 등이 있다. 본 연구는 각 스토리지 엔진의 특징을 분석하고, 블록체인의 어카운트 정보를 각 스토리지 엔진에 쓰는 성능을 측정하여 비교한다. 실험 결과, 어카운트를 정렬하여 저장하고 Pebble 스토리지 엔진을 도입하면 블록체인 쓰기 시간을 효과적으로 단축할 수 있음을 확인하였다. In account-based blockchains such as Ethereum, the Merkle Patricia Trie (MPT) data structure is employed to store state information. Operations involving the MPT have a time complexity of O(logN), which can lead to performance bottlenecks. To mitigate this issue, a snapshot structure was introduced to reduce read times to O(1). However, the write process still suffers from significant delays. This study investigates methods to enhance write times by replacing the database storage engine without changing the blockchain’s data structure. Blockchains utilize various database storage engines, including LevelDB, RocksDB, and Pebble. This study examines the characteristics of each storage engine and compares their performance in writing account information to the blockchain. Experimental results demonstrate that sorting accounts and using the Pebble storage engine can significantly reduce write times in blockchains.
낙동강 중•하류에서 표층 시료와 수직 예망 시료의 동물플랑크톤 군집 구조 차이 비교

Zooplankton are primary consumers in the food web connecting primary producers and predators such as small fish, playing an important role in energy transfer in aquatic ecosystems. Therefore, it is essential to understand the zooplankton community structure in material cycle and energy flow in aquatic ecosystems. Zooplankton in large rivers with a low flow rate would distribute vertically as in lakes. In this study, we collected zooplankton by surface water filtration and vertical haul method with 64 µm-mesh plankton net at three stations (ND-1, ND-2, ND-3) in Nakdong River fortnightly from June 2018 to December 2019. Species composition and individual densities were analyzed. All three stations showed differences in relative abundance of zooplankton groups between surface water and vertical integrated water, with the largest difference shown in the deepest station, ND-2. In vertically integrated water at ND-2, the relative abundance of rotifera was low by a maximum of 25% and that of cladocera was high by a maximum of 22% compared to surface water samples. These results indicate that surface water filtration method is not enough to represent the community structure of zooplankton compared to the vertical haul method in large rivers.
방탄소년단(BTS) 작품 비(BE) 앨범에 나타난 예술철학사상 연구

This paper is about BTS’ influence in the today’s world. Through one of their albums called BE , the message is about ‘The Most Beautiful Moment In Life’, ‘It mentions that loving yourself is the beginning of true love’, ‘When you accept the self you want to show and the self you want to turn away from, you find your complete self’ The message continues by saying This moment is the most important moment. love yourself. It is constantly conveying the message that I must accept myself to find the real me. The message of life and hope found in BTS’ album called BE portrayed the artistic philosophical thought BTS had during the COVID-19 time period. In order to accurately understand, I analyzed BTS, their fan club “Army”, and KPOP Idol groups that were most relatable to BTS. Ultimately, the artistic philosophical thought that BTS shows through music and its’ message is, accept reality and move forward in any situation. It can be understood that multi-ethnic people are brought together and healed through the messages of happiness, hope, love, and comfort by BTS’ art. The remaining thought is that although BTS has a good influence on people around the world; are they really relaying their true heart and thought? it is necessary to research if BTS is truly relaying their heart. And if so, further study is needed to find out whether or not they can help fundamentally heal people instead of something temporary.
Genetic Mutation Profiles in Korean Patients with Inherited Retinal Diseases

Background: Because of genetically and phenotypically heterogenous features, identification of causative genes for inherited retinal diseases (IRD) is essential for diagnosis and treatment in coming gene therapy era. To date, there are no large-scale data of the genes responsible for IRD in Korea. The aim of this study was to identify the distribution of genetic defects in IRD patients in Korea. Methods: Medical records and DNA samples from 86 clinically diagnosed IRD patients were consecutively collected between July 2011 and May 2015. We applied the next-generation sequencing strategy (gene panel) for screening 204 known pathogenic genes associated with IRD. Results: Molecular diagnoses were made in 38/86 (44.2%) IRD patients: 18/44 (40.9%) retinitis pigmentosa (RP), 8/22 (36.4%) cone dystrophy, 6/7 (85.7%) Stargardt disease, 1/1 (100%) Best disease, 1/1 (100%) Bardet-Biedl syndrome, 1/1 (100%) congenital stationary night blindness, 1/1 (100%) choroideremia, and 2/8 (25%) other macular dystrophies. ABCA4 was the most common causative gene associated with IRD and was responsible for causing Stargardt disease (n = 6), RP (n = 1), and cone dystrophy (n = 1). In particular, mutations in EYS were found in 4 of 14 autosomal recessive RP (29%). All cases of Stargardt disease had a mutation in the ABCA4 gene with an autosomal recessive trait. Conclusion: This study provided the distribution of genetic mutations responsible for causing IRD in the Korean patients. This data will serve as a reference for future genetic screening and treatment for Korean IRD patients.
